Asked my husband if he’d like a very personal massage for 80 extra dollars then when I call to complain about that they tell me they can’t speak English or no one around could. Then charge him a 20 dollar tip for a little 30 dollar massage without asking.

I generally dont write reviews, however this place is an exception. This was hands down the worst massage and experience I have ever had!!! I literally left more stressed out than I was before I walked thru their door.In hindsight I should have known it was going to be a bad experience the moment i walked in and wasnt greeted with a hello, but rather a young lady with a resting *itch face, and an unwelcoming attitude and body language.As far as the massage goes, I must have gotten the same masseuse as some other reviewers. The massage was essentially the masseuse pouring a ton of oil all over me and rubbing it into my body. Fast forward 50mins, the massase is over and im heading out the door only to get haggled that the tip i gave was insufficient and she had the nerve to ask me for another 40 on top of the 60 i just paid for that BS she called a massage.I WILL NEVER VISIT OR even RECCOMEND this place..Not even to my worst enemy!!!!

The worst massage Ive ever had. Let this review steer people elsewhere!I went in for an appointment, which they had no idea of the appointment. I had very specific therapy needs which I interpreted into Chinese for them and showed them an Xray to guide them to a good experience. They said they understood and then wanted me to pay $60 up front (Ive had hundreds of massages and NEVER been asked to pay up front). Then they wanted me to tip before the appointment even started!!! I had to remind them that a tip is a reward for services RENDERED satisfactorily. Hesitantly I wrote a small tip on the credit card receipt which she argued with me about claiming it wasnt enough of a tip (I had to remind her again, what, and when a tip is given in America)....The massage was weak, she had no training/education/certification and a horrible technique. She asked if i wanted more time at about 45 min in-which i kindly turned down. When I came out of the room she offered me a tiny bottle of water and asked for me to give her more of a tip! hahaha nooooo waay..... If you want a sloppy, weak massage and want to be completely juiced down with cheap oil which will take you several showers to get off then this is your place...

Sent My Husband Here 3 Times to Get a Massage for his Sore Muscles. After the 3rd Time he Refuses to Go Back..Long Story Short the 1st Time he Went After Massage was Done Lady Followed Him to Door Yelling TIP TIP TIP, He said I just Paid You! Dug in Wallet & Handed her $5. Lady then Yells NO $5, $20! My Husband Said Lady thats All I had in My Wallet...2nd Time, Same Thing She Runs to Block Door From him Leaving Yelling TIP TIP TIP, He Said Lady I Just Paid you All that Money...3rd Time She Chases him to Door with a Bottle Of Water in Hand Yelling TIP TIP TIP, Then Tells Him YALL U.S. PEOPLE NO GOOD YALL NO TIP...That Did it for Him!! Not Going Back!
