Sarah is so relaxing and project based. she finds pain patterns so very well. she is passionately focused on her work. She kept telling me how much she loves her job. She will perk up when you have tightness she can work to resolve. If you let her, she will try to get you all figured out in 2 hours. She is very intuitive. It feels good to have a Therapist who enjoys working on clients. I felt so comfortable with her. She is definitely very good to build a good therapy plan with you for the session and will build goals with you for future sessions. Her work feels so good or hurts-feels good. She found all my issues. She has a really good personality. She is very nurturing. She has very good bedside manners. She will check in with you to see if her pressure is appropriate for your comfort or needs. I highly recommend her! Btw....She is not shy about working weekends. 😁

My Massage theapist was Summer and she is very good at what she does. She helped me with my anxiety and ptsd and hormones and pain in my back. She is amazing and I recommend her! Thank you also for the team for scheduling me an appointment today! Keep going and nameste! 🙏

So 1st, Id like to specify that the massage was great with Ms. Sherry. In fact everything was fine except for one thing.The speaker that plays the relaxing music over the intercom was blown and created a very annoying crackle through the entire massage.This was my 2nd massage at this location and both times I experienced this. I really hope they will consider fixing it.

Summer is amazing if you want a really deep tissue massage she is the one! She took care of my chronic back pain

12-12-23 I had to update my review and let viewers know how much I enjoyed my massage from Sherri again today🤩She is gentle and strong all at the same time and my hubby and I are so Glad to have her on our team of professionals as we get older with confidence knowing we are cared for with her tender compassion and expertise. She feels like family and is our Precious Doll. Thank you Sherri so much! We love you with all our hearts. November: Sherri is amazing. She can massage my entire body in the one hour all the while communicating with me with care and compassion. 6-3-24 Today Summer helped my hubby feel better. He is a truck driver so holds a lot of stress in his upper back and shoulders. She was firm on his back, but so gentle on his face massage it took him to another world. They give as a gift for the anniversary when you joined. I am getting mine next. 🥳 🎉 🎊 🍾 Just walking into the waiting room is relaxing with the special lighting and smells amazing!

The front desk ladies were sweet and helpful. The massage therapist was so amazing . I talked her ear off through the whole massage. But she got me feeling limber and practically new. But splurge on the 90min. It is worth it.

My past 3 experiences with this location have been horrible!! The reception confused me with another client, and then she was telling me i wasnt on the schedule. The therapist canceled while I was driving to the location the second time. I agreed to reschedule, and I just received a phone call that they are canceling again. They dont have a problem auto drafting my membership every month, but have a good reliable therapist, is like pulling teeth .

I love Ashly my massage therapist! She is amazing! I went in with 2 months of pain in my sciatica and left pain free! I see her once a month for maintenance.

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now, and every time is great. I go for a Swedish massage when I can. I specifically request Sherri every time, she is a huge asset to this location! The people are helpful and friendly and the space is clean, inviting and relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed. I plan on booking at this location for years to come.

Edit on 9/23:After my previous review, the manager reached out to me for further feedback. I typically don’t leave very many negative reviews, however I felt that my comments could hopefully be used by Massage Heights to better the experience for their customers.I could not have been more impressed by the way that Massage Heights was appreciative of my feedback and the details I left. I returned yesterday for a massage with a difference therapist and had a very positive experience. I hope that in the future the staff will be trained to better match the therapists to the needs of the customers. I would definitely recommend Faith for a deep tissue massage in the future.Original Review:I was very hesitant to leave this review as the young lady that gave me my massage was very friendly and professional. When I called to book my massage, they were ready to book me without asking what “type” of massage I wanted. I very specifically wanted a good deep tissue massage, and should have seen my first red flag when I was told that all their massage therapists do all the massages. In my experience at massage facilities, while all may be “capable” of doing deep tissue massages, the strength and experience of the massage therapist differs wildly, and as a massage facility manager, this should be recognized instead of just stuffing whoever with whatever therapist is available.Fast forward to my massage today. Upon arriving, I filled out the standard paperwork of areas I wanted focused on, any areas I didn’t want focus on, etc. I very specifically wanted my right shoulder, my hips, hamstrings, and feet worked. I run over 100 miles/month and lift weights fanatically. These have been troubled areas for incredible soreness and painful cramps during exercise and sleep.The lady asked how hard I wanted the massage, and I told her “as hard as you can.” We also briefly reviewed the areas I wanted worked.During the 50 minute massage, I would say that 35 minutes were spent on my back, which I didn’t circle and she could have completely avoided all together. Maybe 5-7 minutes on my legs, 3 minutes on my shoulders, and then the remaining little bit on miscellaneous. She never touched my front hips, which are by far my tightest area, next being feet and hamstrings. The only area that she really “deeply” massaged was my back.I was originally ecstatic to find a local massage place with such good reviews. I had every intention of coming back twice per month if all went well (although I found that beyond the introductory massage, prices double to $120/hr).Again, I feel bad leaving this massage, but do feel like the feedback should be valuable to any proactive manager. If I would have gone just wanting a “Swedish massage” and not circling anything, with any sort of focus, this would have been a fine experience. Based on my experience for what I was looking for today, it didn’t really meet any expectations.

Always an excellent experience. The staff is always courteous and very attentive got there a little early today and was offered water and a heating pad was put on my neck and shoulders to help relax while waiting. I have a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and look forward to my monthly massages. I always leave feeling relaxed. I highly recommend getting a hot stone massage they are amazing!

This was my first experience at Massage Heights and I am extremely pleased with the services provided. The staff was very professional and friendly and the establishment was clean and well sanitized. The massage therapist was immensely skilled at her craft and I cannot wait to go back!

Form the moment you walk in, you know that you are WHERE YOU BELONG! This place is lovely! It smells great, it sounds fantastically relaxing! Its relaxing from start to finish, and the personnel are the kindest people. The questionaire that you fill out designating where your trouble spots are is followed carefully. They massage as you request from light to deep tissue. I signed up for a membership because Its a good value, IMO. My experience was a 5 star experience.

As I’m putting groceries in my truck at HEB, parked in front of Massage Heights, the receptionist opens the door to the shop and says “Hello, Mr. Martin, how are you today!”. Due to our busy schedules my wife and I cancelled our contract months ago, so it has been a while since We have stepped foot into the shop. I went inside, to cool off for a second and proceeded to tell her we were doing great and had our first child, showed her some photos, and chatted it up for a minute. She mentioned we have multiple credits available to utilize toward their services at no charge and that they do not expire. Another example of customer service & generosity at its finest.

I have been seeing Kelly for my facials, microdermabrasion for a few years now. She is friendly, very professional & takes great care of my sensitive skin. I would go nowhere else. In fact, all of the ladies who work up front have always been very professional & friendly. I highly recommend Massage Heights!

Well they were booked but I have been there before and it was like a new day.

Although I left feeling relaxed (due to the overuse of essential oils) I did not get the pain relief I needed. The front desk needs to learn how to ask questions to best customize your massage and help find the right therapist for your needs. I asked about the individual therapists and each answer I received was they are great. More detail into their technique or what they specialize in would have helped me determine who would help me. Also, if you want an honest answer on how my massage was, wait until the therapist has left the room. The therapist was inconsistent with their pressure, seemed to zone in and out of the session (their strokes would be really fast and then almost stop) and rushed through the 90 minute session not focusing more on my areas of pain. I was interested in the membership as I have had one before, but was not sold on my massage. I would love to try a couple of the other therapists before committing but the non-member rates are a little pricy.P.A. Lighten up in the oil, I left feeling really greasy.

I have occasional back problems but have never tried massage before now. I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday. Faith saw me within 15mins and was able to help greatly. I will be coming back soon with my partner. To those negative posts: you have to make up your own mind to relax. The massage folks just provide the tools.

Viola is wonderful!! Just make sure you show up early enough to fill out your pre massage form, I was rushed to fill out the form so I wouldnt dip into my massage time, it took me maybe a minute to fill out the form and showed up early enough to do so

This was my first massage and I feel great. Everyone was very professional and answered all of my questions. Marcus was my therapist and he was great,his hands are amazing. I will go back and I will become a member.

I went here when my back was tense and wanted a massage. For the past 3 weeks since I have gotten my massage, my back has been killing me. Its far worse than before I went. I dont recommend this place. They do not want to take any responsibilities for it. Ive never had back problems before until now.

Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledge. Super nice location. Very pleased with my massage. Worked out all the tension and knots. Would recommend them to everyone. Definitely 5 stars.

This place is run by knowledgeable practitioners. In my first session with Kaitlyn, I learned a lot that I didnt know about my body, about the practice of massage therapy, and about how the body deals with injuries. The physical benefits were immediate. I plan to continue going to Massage Heights in Lake Jackson TX.

Went on a date night with my husband. We had a couples massage. Everything from the moment we stepped into the building, until we walked out was amazing. Definitely gonna be a place we frequent to have relaxing time away from the kids!

Raymond is the best! His technique is spot on! I have tried other therapists And they are all good but I always choose Raymond if he is available!

This place does not even deserve a star. I came in trying to relax and as well get relief from sore muscles. First off they use entirely too much oil, dont use different techniques, do NOT use any sort of good deep pressure, literally it is all mechanical ! On top they dont even try to show concern its more like In and out. Cant wait try another spot soon dont spend your money here.
