Edited for response to comment: my concern is i was ocer charged by 200%. Clean store but beyond overpriced. I stupidly didnt check till after I left but same item was almost 300% more than multiple places online. Feeling ripped off...

I’ve been here a few times it’s always clean and appealing. But there is a young women who works evenings who took my visit to the next level. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Even though it was nearing closing she was so welcoming and took her time with me. Very sweet and just pleasant to be around!!! I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but she needs a raise! Will be returning

I only give it two stars because they have everything I need. Otherwise I would give a negative ten stars for service.Ive been there numerous times and always paid the same price for the caliburn pods that I need. The last time I went in I was charged almost double. When I let the clerk know she became very argumentative and told me I was wrong.Even after I went ahead and bought them she still continued to harass me. As I walked out, she told me that I was cheap and could start shopping at their competitors stores.All this because I asked about a 90% increase in price that I paid for anyways. She could have handled this much differently. Some kindness, a smile, and an apology for the price change.Im not sure I will ever go back. If you dont care about customer service then at least theyve got a lot of merchandise. If you want friendly help and a smile go anywhere else like I will.

Do not buy anything from the Sale section. It doesnt say anything about all sales are final and I bought an item that didnt work. I didnt realize it till I got home 25 minutes away. When I called the lady said maybe she could trade it out if I came back before her shift ended, which was in about 45 minutes. I was very disappointed with my experience at this particular visit.
