I had a really great experience. The salesman’s dog greeted me, and was very friendly and wanted to play. I can see how that might bother some people, but personally, I loved it. The salesman was extremely kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me make an informed purchase. I got my hands on an incredibly well-made piece. The glass is durable and thick. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I don’t think the price was bad at all as an investment since this water pipe will last for years to come. The original bowl was cracked, so he gave me one a different one that matched the piece- which was awesome of him to do. I am very, very happy with it and I will definitely be back. They had a decent sized collection of water pipes- and from what I noticed, a great sized selection of other stuff too. I did a cute edit to post on my social medias, but anyway, this piece is 🔥

When I had a bad experience with this store the owner reached out to me and explained everything. The salesman behind the counter answered all my questions and was very Knowledgeable with everything I asked. The owner and employees go above and beyond to offer the best service they can!

Went in bought a vape 30 minutes ago. Opened in the store it worked but once I got home it stopped working correctly. They couldn’t do a return or exchange. Vape was a funky republic 7000

Just went in to buy a product. Wasnt highly satisfied with the customer service. The guy was on his phone playing a video game during the entire interaction, and he had his dog in the store, which isnt a problem, but the dog was aggressively barking at me my entire purchase. Store is very clean and nice looking on the inside. It was my first time in, but Just wasnt a good first experience at all. Almost walked out and spent money elsewhere but was in a hurry and needed the product

My bf and I walked into this store for the first time. Honestly this is the best customer service place EVER! So respectful towards us and understanding, they offered us many specials and cool items that other vape shops don’t carry! Do not go to this place! I just bought a disposable vape Saturday and it just died (Tuesday) they always last me at least a week and sometimes two and it died in 3 or 4 days. Wasted my money on this vape shop.

I love this place it has more than reasonable prices and it is also very appealing to the eye. I went in there a couple of days ago on my way out of state because my mod broke. I am not too knowledgeable on vapes but the employee Jonathan Stiles was super helpful and very professional. Keep on keeping on blue spot.
