I recently got my lashes done by Genesis and she’s amazing! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and did just that. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She’s professional, friendly and gentle. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family.

Genesis is the bomb!! She not only does an amazing job with my lashes but also puts up with me any time of day I text her! Very accommodating and her amazing personality is just a bonus.

So I called and the woman that answered was in the middle of a personal phone call non related to the business. She had her cellphone on speaker phone so we heard her conversation. This is very unprofessional. When a customer calls seeking services, we should be the 1st priority not let us wait for a personal phone call.

I get my lashes done by Genesis and she is great, she is always very gentle and always does the lashes in the style I ask her to. Would definitely recommend!

Went for the first time to Xpressions salon and the welcome was sweet and warm.They first looked at my hair and asked what I wanted done then they told me what to expect & was given a price for the work and work began immediately.Had my hair highlighted, colored & cut by Cari which by the way did an amazing job!!It took a bit longer then expected but it was worth the wait, Im very happy with the outcome! 😍

I absolutely loved this salon and the women running it! I live in wpb and wanted keratin treatment. Googled some places and found this place and decided to try them. They were amazing from the start. Professional, personable, nice, helpful !!!! So glad i found them, i wont go to anyone else. My keratin treatment wasnt expensive and took 2 hrs. Its beautiful i am so happy. Jazz is the best barber in town. I searched for a long time and I’ve never gotten a fresher cut in my life. He spends the time to do it right! I would recommend him to anyone. And the staff is so helpful ask for the special coffee!

Ive been going on and off for years and theyve always done great work but now they got a barber which is a game changer. Now i can get all manner of mens styles including facial hair styles. After starting to work with my new barber Jaz, Ive been getting compliments on my beard game which I never got before. Everything in Xpressions is great from atmosphere to customer service and now with their new barber I can expect them to grow even more providing more great services to both men and women.

I am visiting the area and decided to get my hair cut if I found a place with good reviews so based on these, I tried them out.Horrible mistake. I was greeted by a nice lady, (no one bothered to introduce themselves) and I showed her a picture of what I wanted, but she wasnt the one that cut my hair. She spoke to another lady to apparently tell her what to do and sat me down.I had to take my glasses off so I couldnt see as she cut and she didnt say 1 word to me in the barely 20 min she took with me. When she cut and blow dried, she had curled my ends so I couldnt tell how bad it was when I put my glasses back on.Imagine my surprise today (the day after) when I washed and straightened my hair...completely uneven and straight. No layers. No depth. Over an inch lower on one side vs the other.Called the salon and told them what happened, only to be told that theyre all booked up and cant fix it. Advised them I was not from here so I couldnt wait and go back another day so just refund the $65 on card. They said ok, done deal, Ill get it fixed elsewhere. Then I get a call back that my service was only $55 and they cant refund the tip. So you can charge it to my card but cant reverse it? Then Im told my options were to get the $55 or come back another time to fix it...when they already knew I couldnt. Thanks for stealing $10 from me!So. Not. Worth it

They treat me like family and the stylists are highly skilled. Im always feeling great after going. I highly recommend for all hair types and all ages!

Got my haircut by Jahz. He’s an attentive, patient and thorough barber. It was the best haircut I’ve gotten. He takes the time to guide and inform his customers on what he’s doing. And he doesn’t rush or pressure his clients. The atmosphere is relaxing and the other staff are friendly.

I had an amazing experience at Xpressions hair salon from the moment you walk in they make you feel like you are part of a family, Tanmi did my hair and I had nothing but compliments, I love the fact that they have a barber which I already took my 3 sons to. I recently got a keratin treatment here along with a hair cut. The costs of treatment, haircut, product, and tip cost approximately $400. I specifically asked about care instructions for the keratin treatment because I had never had this done before, which I had told them, and I was told I didnt need to wait to wash it and that the only thing I needed was to make sure to use the correct products to ensure that it lasted longer, which I did (and costs me $100 and it smells horrible). Also, my sister said that my hair was not cut properly and that there were strands in the back that werent even (that portion was $30).After 48 hours, and a visit to the gym, I washed my hair (since they told me that I didnt have to wait (everything I see online, now that I went looking, says to wait 72 hours before washing)) and I had limp waves come back. I called immediately and left a message and no one called me back. I called again the following day, and was told that the treatment is only 80% effective (the fact that the haircut was uneven was completely glossed over). That was never disclosed to me prior to spending $400. I never would have gone through the process if I had been told that I would have to blow dry/flat iron my hair. In fact, getting this treatment has actually added time to my daily routine when I was under the impression that it would make life easier. Now my once naturally bouncy chunky curls are limp and sad and Im required to use a blow dryer/flat iron in order to make the hair straight. I didnt have the proper equipment for this because Ive always just let my hair be natural (and air dry), so Ive had to spend even more money. Not to mention the cost of getting my hair re-cut.Beware! Look up information online and even if the professionals doing your hair contradict what you read online err on the side of caution! Im very disappointed and wont be back.

I went to get a haircut with bangs I show her the photo and the hairstyle I want it and she did a fantastic job recreating it and I also got a blow out and she did a phenomenal job. Great service and great customer service.

Incredibly Overpriced for the Service. Color with highlight, cut and blow dry, over 200.00. Color not the shade requested. Cut not the style requested. Invited back to do roots in a few weeks, for 55.00. Wow. Didnt know what to say to that suggestion. Clearly Im not the type of customer they want to come back. To add, my hair is now like straw, and breaking off by the handfuls. Stylist must have left the color in too long. I had a very special event to attend, and I am sick about how my hair looks.

I LOVE this place, I have been a client for the past 5 years since the moment I moved from Puerto Rico. I have curly hair... I requested keratin, highlights, trim, and a blowout... OMG I couldnt be any happier!!!Removed it after my two days, I can wear my hair now with beach waves without the frizz with leave-in conditioner, my favorite part is that I can actually brush my beach-waves any time I want. I couldnt do that with my natural curly hair. .. NO MORE GEL... super happy!!! I am a salsa dancer, when I go out dancing all night my blowout stays in place as it was designed to do!! IM LOVING IT!!!Ivy, the owner, is always smiling, attentive to everyones needs from her clients to her staff, she is very high spirited. I dont know about you, but I prefer walking into a salon were you can feel at ease that you will walk out with what your heart desires.... AS A DIVA.... YES!!!!!!Ivette Ruiz and Bertha Colon..... I have my share of stories to tell with one of the most cold-hearted ex-hairdresser woman I have ever met! She is willing to betray any friend to get what she wants... eventually KARMA will do its thing! She is lucky I dont mention her name... I traveled from Colorado to Florida for my graduation. I needed my hair done and a friend recommended Ivy salon. Made an appointment and I simply love the attention I received. So what kind of stylist bleaches virgin hair every three x a week and STILL a year after I’m seeing my Dermatologist about the sores on my head. Cari, Caridad Alvarez* and the owner who is a liar destroyed my beautiful long hair! Cheap products! Don’t ever listen to a wannabe who brags about once upon a time being a hair instructor. Horrible place! Money hungry! Will not medically check to see if their products adversely effect their clients known history of medical conditions.Very seriously: Check with the department of business and professional regulation for complaints pursuant to Florida statue 477.It most definitely now must be pursued.

I moved to Florida in 2009 and one of my first priorities was to find a great hairdresser. I found Xpressions because they were right by the Publix at which I shop. As their sign says, I walked in as a guest and I left as part of the family. Tammi, my hairdresser, is wonderful, and everyone including the owner Evie (check spelling lol), treats me so well. I would not go anywere else.
