I did a walk in, the salon is clean and the decor looks great. I went in for a shellac mani and regular pedi. My nail tech (Leah) was nice and gentle. My last day of vacation here and wanted last minute pampering, I’m glad I came in. Nails looks great and felt relaxed. Leah was efficient with her work, I did like the fact she confirms shapes and colors each time before starting to avoid any miscommunication.
This was my first time at J’Adore. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very friendly, and J’Adore is beautifully decorated and a relaxed atmosphere. Mai did an amazing job on my gel pedicure and dip manicure. She was very friendly and professional. The massage she gave me with my pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. I am giving four stars instead of five because she told me it would be $10 more for trimming my cuticles on my hands after she had already done it (I thought trimming cuticles was always included in a manicure… Isn’t that what we pay extra for? ). I also had to request she put lotion on my hands afterwards. Not sure what I was paying extra for if my cuticles weren’t included, and I had to ask for lotion. She also put a coat of gel on top of my dipped nails to match my toes, and I wasn’t informed that was extra either. I didn’t request it….she was just attempting to match my toenails that she had already done. My bill ended up being quite a bit more than I expected. My nails are beautiful though, and she did a wonderful job.
I have been receiving manicures and pedicures for several months now at Jadore Nail Bar. I keep going back to them because my feet and legs are usually sore - and they do not add to my soreness. They are very careful not to overdo the process of clipping nails down and they really take the foot and leg massages to an expert level. The shop is clean and sanitized. Every visit has been pleasant, professional, and well done. Unfortunately, I cannot remember every nail technician who has taken care of me because they dont always remember to tell me their names and I dont always remember to ask. I remember Mya, Cindy, and Anna. The nail technicians work well together and are always friendly with each other in front of me; which makes the environment endearing - they joke, laugh, help each other, and have a love for each other. I am always offered a beverage and given a gift to take home. The environment is calm with music and muted tv shows to allow me to escape into my quiet thoughts. Ms. Cindy, who did my last nails for Easter, will sing to the music - which I find heart warming and comforting. They have all been respectful and are very sweet and fun to be around... they have asked about my children, my life, and even my childhood - and someone is willing to translate my stories to the technicians who may not completely understand and vise versa - this is how I have been able to find out about their lives and upbringing as well... what wonderful people, with amazing life journeys! Please take care of this group of wonderful souls - tip well and say thank you! They really do great work and they serve their customers with care and dignity. I dont expect perfection - I expect great customer care and in my experience this group is top notch!
I came in a few weeks ago on a very busy Sunday without an appointment. I needed my nail repaired & they took the time to squeeze me in! Which I greatly appreciated. The manager is very kind, professional, & amazing at what he does. I also had Angela work on me & she was also pleasant & professional. I am a very loyal customer. I see Amy regularly and she’s very personable, professional, & does amazing work. This place is absolutely beautiful, very clean, & has wonderful staff. I won’t go anywhere else!
Worst manicure I’ve ever had. I’m not sure who did my nails since I never got a name, but they seemed rushed even though the place was empty. She had headphones in and was talking so it seems she was on a call while doing my nails. I quickly had to pick a color while all my fingers were wrapped up in foil, steps were skipped, the shape is bad and clearly they could not be bothered to try to not make a mess or clean it up. I was also charged an extra $5 to have my nails “shaped” on top of the price of the dip manicure for a total of $52 (not including tip). I asked for almond shaped. There are much less expensive places with better service and quality. This was my first and last time here.
This nail salon is one of the better salons I’ve been to. Recently I’ve educated myself on cleanliness in nail salons and tools that are single use and a lot of places aren’t practicing what they should be. When my nails were drying, I saw them cleaning the tubs. Very kind people, I’d highly recommend
I was visiting my sister who lives in the area and we decided to get pedicures. We stopped here in the hopes of them having time and staff for the both of us without an appointment and they did. The pedicures were excellent...the staff friendly and the location is clean and bright.The choices of treatments available are numerous...gel, powder, acrylics, plain polish too. My sister opted for a gel pedi and I got a plain pedi both were very pleasant and we enjoyed the treatments. The staff is attentive and quick but without you feeling rushed. I will definitely be back!

Every single time I come here, which is approximately every other week, I spend over $100 for simple short gel acrylics. These people charge you for EVERYTHING- for shortening your nails, for the shape (even if the shape is the same and is plain square); it is insane. The male owner (Kong) is TERRIBLE at doing nails and overcharges more so than the other workers. Someone who is good at doing nails is hard to find here, which is ridiculous considering the price point. The best worker here is Anna hands down, and I recommend never coming here unless Anna is working. And, the reason why i’m writing this review, my nail split down the middle two days after I had it done and the other owner (Angela) told me they would not fix it until tomorrow. Furthermore, they guarantee that the nails will stay for two weeks but what they don’t tell you is that the reparation is at their convenience. I’ve been coming here for four years as it is close to my home and I love Anna; however, I will never be coming here again due to the lack of costumer appreciation and lack of integrity when dealing with loyal costumers.
Love this place. They are friendly, so why not come and have a beverage soda, water, etc, while you get your nails done. Ive been coming here for years now. They also have a point system where you can build up some extra points to get money off for your services. They also send you coupons sometimes for specials for the month.
This was my fourth time coming back and Gracie, is great! Young tech and always greeting me with great service! But today...like last time! The older ladies gang up on her and I can read body language, so today, I translate their coversation and yeap they criticized her work and talk smack. I didnt get to tip Gracie, because she left. I waited to see of she came back, but was rush out by that other older lady, which also did my mani and I expressed to her she was rough. She said your nails are dry roughly removed the toe separator from my feet and walked away and my sandles all full of powder🤨and stuff( I wiped them) you can see the picture-I waited a lil more ...the same older lady that did my mani charged me. As I paid she immediately walked away...she knew how she treated me. Didnt even waited on my tip...just walked away🫤 The treatment today was so awful. I hope Gracie,is treated better. She deserves 5 stars, but not this place.Last time as soon as we walked in. I was asked in a rude way, by the guy( looks like his in charge the greeter) you need someone is Spanish, I said NO, why? are we stereotyping because I spoke Spanish🤨...the guy said no, we have someone who speaks Spanish. They have cameras they can check. Ill look for another place because three times with issues Nah!! Take my time, money, and good tips...somewherelese.
Absolutely beautiful art! My nails are the best I’ve ever gotten done. No other mail salon in the area comes close. I feel like a hand model. I feel like my hands are art in motion. The design came out exactly how I wanted it. Usually it’s difficult to show a picture and have it come out just like the picture. The woman who did my nails did it perfectly and she put her best forth with a steady hand and patience. No lumps or crooked nails, and no cutting me. Just excellent work by a professional. Couldnt get my shape right even after the manager came over to fix them. Unaccomidating. We scheduled our nails together (me and my friend) and the the shape was wrong. Showed them pictures SEVERAL TIMES along with what I wanted. They were so busy they didnt care about doing a good job or accominating my needs as a client. Ive been in the industry for 12 years and tip AT LEAST 20$ every time I go to a salon. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD WORK DONE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUR THEIR CLIENTS. ONLY MAKING MONEY. If I could give 0 stars I would. And the boss said it was because a glass of wine but a picture is worth a thousand words and both friends were there as proof. Theyll leave a review as well. Saying youre lying good luck.

Had the worst experience with KONG I will never be back at this place. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Gave me powder instead of gel on my nails when I asked for gel several times. Half of the time he was at the door took almost 2 hours to do my nails and now he’s saying he can’t find the same color to match my toes. Super unprofessional

I called at 3pm on Tuesday (the day before school starts) I requested a 6pm appointment for myself & my daughter, much to my surprise they made the appointment! Once we arrived we were promptly greeted, shown colors etc with in 10 min we were at our stations being taking care of. My ONLY issue is that my daughter and I couldnt sit together unless I waited ( not a big deal for us seems how they squeezed us in at 6pm) we both had great services ( my daughter said her tech was rough but it was also her first set ever) I asked for a design and the gent that did my nails was honest and told me he wasnt comfortable doing my design but his wife would when she was finished with her client. I couldnt wait and came back this morning. Mrs.Angela greeted me right away, did my design and SLAYED it! My daughter and I will definitely be back, who knew a place grantees their work!!!
I had to stop the nail tech after she was doing a fill to my nails because the fill was not even close to my cuticle. She got very upset and after an hour and 40 minutes I left with this which looks better than what she tried doing originally. Just wow. Friday night and this is what I’m stuck with because she “had to take all her work off” BEFORE SHE LET ME LEAVE!!! Thank god my girl is back from vacation! The woman getting her nails done next to me stopped me in the parking lot and goes wow these people don’t know what they’re doing and said she hated her nails as well. If you’re going to be terrible at doing nails DON’T BE RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER ON TOP OF IT!
The technician who did my nails did not listen to what I asked. She was condescending and made rude comments throughout the whole process of getting the nails done making under handed comments through each time I brought up the clear things with my nails that were not done. She was about to put nail polish on a nail that had old nail polish on. She just tried to rush everything and it was clear she was not listening. I have tried this nail bar about 4 times now and every single time has been a disappointment. If I am paying 80 dollars to get nails done in this economy then I dont deserve the service I had or the quality of service I received. They look better than the nails I came in with but not worth the price
I went in for a gel manicure, and it was suggested to get the dip. I have had the dip done many times elsewhere without any problems. I saw a sign that stated dip is guaranteed for 2 weeks, so I went along with it. The salon is nice appearance wise and was clean. It was $47.50 for this service. Within a few days, my nails are lifting, so I go back a week later with my receipt. No questions asked other than to see my receipt. The woman who did the repair seemed annoyed to have to do this. She took pictures of my nails without saying anything, akward and incredibly uncomfortable. Now my nails are fixed, but super thick. The owner/manager indicated I should see Angela next time when I was leaving. Now it is 4 days later, 2 nails have come off, and the corners are lifting again. Im still within my 2 week guarantee, but I dont want to go back again for a 3rd time to have the same result. The owner seems genuine in accommodating the customers, but the weird interaction and either poor product or application is a waste of time, money(Imstill tipping for the service), and effort. I can not recommend this salonat all, sadly.
Due to open on 10/11, my family attended the soft grand opening this weekend and they did not disappoint. J’adore Nail Bar is the absolute package. Not only is the decor absolutely stunning, but the owner and staff are super friendly and professional. By far one of the best pedicures I have received. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Check them out!
The manager Kong is so amazing, he always makes you feel welcomed and does an amazing job. I been to other nail places and will be coming back here every time now because of him.

OMG Connie was the best she free hand painted the pink flamingos they came out. My first time also getting a pedicure she made me feel so she was so easy to talk to and get along with. I’ve been to this nail salon a few times for pedicures and I’ve usually had a good experience. Today was my worst experience and I will not return. The nail tech cut deep into my nail bed and caused injury. It hurt badly and she acted like nothing happened although I was bleeding. When I made her stop to look at it, that’s when put pressure and alcohol on it. After that, I didn’t want any color or scrubs on an open wound.
I went there today to get eyelashes. I go into the room and guess what????? The lash glue doesnt stick. How are you doing lashes without glue that works??? Think about that....
Fabulous! I got my pedicure and dip powder nails done by ANNA! She was amazing and I loved the way my mani and pedi turned out! I will be back again just for her! Thankyou ANNA!
The ‘worst customer service’ from someone who literally spent $500 a month in that place. I’ll never go there again because they couldn’t take 5 minutes to fix a cracked nail that they guarantee….. nails salons are everywhere. Don’t go to this one.
As sweet as the lady was that did my nails I am so upset with the nails I got and left the store in tears this was the absolute worst I’ve ever gotten in my entire life and I showed her an inspiration picture, if she wasn’t able to do it I completely understand I wish you would’ve told me instead of me wasting $75 with tip on some thing I did not like at all I am so extremely disappointed and I will post the inspiration picture I wanted and what I got. This isn’t right.Also would like to say that they name prices off the top of their head depending on shape and size, it seems that Everyone gets different pricesStill horrible, DO NOT GO THERE ITS HORRIBLE

For years I went to another nail salon. When my normal nail girl could not fit me in I went to Ja’Dore and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Angela has never done a single bad set of nails on me or my best friend. She listens to what you want and she gives you exactly that! All the staff are friendly and professional. I will never go to another salon after finding Ja’Dore. If you decide to give them a try as well, you will not regret it!
Mye did this set but Helen did my first. I am an avid nail biter and they did not have much to work with. I am extremely happy with my nails by both ladies. I was hoping for more of a blue color dip but hey Purple is nice too! The salon is nice looking, they were fast and efficient, but they did a pretty poor job, and then the cost was ridiculous. I got dip powder on my own nails and a basic pedicure with callus remover, it was over 100$ they didn’t have to remove old polish or anything, and I just got standard polish on my toes. It should have been 75$ at most. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to talk about why it cost so much. The dip powder lasted 3 weeks which was good but it didn’t look very good. The polish on my toes looked awful and immediately stared chipping and now I can’t get the remainder of it off. I have tried filing it, all the different nail polish removers and resorted to scraping it with a literal knife to no avail.
Highly recommend this nail salon! The team does a great job with manis and pedis. The whole team is very friendly and courteous. The ambience of the salon is very relaxing and clean. They always have enough people working, so you don’t have to wait long time for your service. Today Mary gave me one of the best leg massages ever.

I got a mani, pedi and eye brow wax today and it was THE BEST EVER! I got the volcano pedicure which was fabulous. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing! My eye brows look great. It’s been years since I had them done. I got spider webs on my big toes for Halloween and they look so good! I feel so pretty after leaving today. Best experience ever. Thank you so much.

This place is absolutely incredible! I’ve been here a dozen + times, and they’re always there to impress. When I needed a mani pedi done quickly, they had someone work on my hands and other my feet so I could make it to my party. But when you’re not in a rush- I got one of their massage pedicures and it was MAGICAL. They take their time to do things right, and the nails last forever. 1000/10 cannot recommend enough.
Those two stars are for the manager who I’ve had in the past and I know is good and listens. However, today I got my nails done and I was happy with the design but the person doing my nails (I don’t know her name because there was no name tag and she didn’t introduce herself to me) was a bit rude to me. She got confused when I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and thought I also wanted the nails to be the same length. However, I explained in the beginning that I worked with kids with autism and needed to be careful and have shorter nails so I don’t ever accidentally scratch them when working a long side them. Every time I asked for it to be shorter she laughed and the fifth time I asked for it to be shorter she told me I shouldn’t have shown her the picture with the design because the picture had a girl with long nails in it. That comment rubbed me the wrong way. I’m sorry she misunderstood me but to make it sound like it was my fault when I told her I needed them short because of my job - she just didn’t listen to that. Which if you make a mistake that’s one thing, it’s another thing to get annoyed at the customer about it. It was also my first time getting acrylic so not a good experience overall and the prices are different than advertised on the website which is fine if you warn beforehand instead of after but they didnt. Was not very happy and I will not be back.

I went here a couple of weeks ago, and Kong was absolutely fantastic. I had an excellent time and my gel manicure is still flawless, even two weeks later! Cant wait for my next appointment!

I got tech Angela and I asked for a design that I had found and she refused to do them I had found another design and she refused that too she made me find a solid color and that’s what she did the staff has changed here and has made me very unhappy so don’t go here if you have any expectations.There rude and won’t give you what you pay for.
I love coming to J’adore Nail Bar, everyone is super kind and they do a great job. The salon is super clean and always smells good, not like the usual nail smell, but nice… lol. Came in today for a birthday treat and it was so nice. I will be coming back.
This salon gave me PINK EYE and DERMITITIS UNDER MY EYES after an AWFUL LASH EXTENSIONS!! I had my lash extension done on April 3rd and the lashes were so awfully done by an obviously inexperienced technician. the eyelash extensions were way too long and two uneven and too thick to the point that they look like aged paint brushes that needed to be thrown out. The technician, Angela went ahead and trimmed the god-awful lashes and it made it look even worse if that was possible! I was so horrified when she showed me my the lash extensions in a mirror and so I asked for her to remove them! The solution that she used to dissolve the glue from the eyelash extension stung my eyes so bad that it felt like a she was using acetone or alcohol on my eyeballs! The next day I woke up with conjunctivitis (pink eyes) and I had to go to an urgent care to get antibiotics for my eyes! Stay away from the salon if you want to get a professional eyelash extension!
Its been a while since I have had my nails done. I decided it was time and did some review searching. I decided on Jadore Nail Bar. I arrived around 6:30 p.m. today, Valentines Day to actually set an appointment for tomorrow because I figured they may have had a very busy day. They actually offered to take me in today, and I dont regret it. Lisa was not rushing through the job. She took her time, was very precise, and checked on how I liked them through every step. I will be back!! Thank you, Lisa, for an awesome job!!
Love this nail salon! The place is clean, calm and very relaxing! Anna did a pink and white set and it’s beautiful! Not to mention how long it lasted before I needed a fill! Also had a pedicure that was so relaxing and beautifully done. The glass of 🍷 was a very nice touch!
First time customer. Customer service was absolutely fantastic. Everyone employed was attentive and professional. Atmosphere was sparkling clean and smelled fresh inside. Worst costumer service ever. I walked in was told to wait someone will greet me and ask what I needed, waited over 30 minutes nobody even acknowledged me, AND they got a girl that came in after me. Will not be going here again.
I had the $ 66 pedi-spa treatment by Elizabeth and it was absolutely amazing! My nails look great and my feet and legs are softer than theyve ever been. Her massage is awesome! She has a wonderful touch and used her knowledge of reflexology to put this massage over the top! I cant wait to go back. Thank you Elizabeth 🙂
Beautiful salon. Service and quality was far less than average. I have.been here twice and will not be back. Paint is thin, cracks easily and peels right off. Definitely not worth the money.
My daughter and I came in for pedicures today. I cannot tell you how nice it was to be in such a positive atmosphere. Elizabeth and Meri you brought us so much joy because your happiness shined through. You made our time together even more special. The store was immaculate, the services were amazing…. The best nail salon in Largo/St. Pete area. Always fantastic and quick service. Reasonable prices. They will help you find a color that matches any picture you bring in. I’ve been going for over a year and only broken a nail once, which they fixed free of charge. I highly recommend this salon!
Worst Experience Ever!!!We had an appointment scheduled (Group of seven) which they were pretty busy. Very nice place by the way, so I’ll give them a few stars for that. This was my first & last time coming to this place. I have shown nothing but respect to this nail tech the entire time as I watch her skip the usual steps of getting my pedicure. She nipped my pinky toe a few times which it started to bled but aye I’m not going to complain right. All I can think of is why didn’t I go to my usual tech at TNL Nails next door. So, this lady uses a completely different color for my toes.I ask for black and white and she uses pink and white. I tell her nicely that it’s not what I requested. I show her the picture again and she replies “Ok!” Now, instead of doing my colors and designs she then tries another color so I just told her to polish them all white. Lines and clumps where very noticeable. A relative laughs and states, “Oh no, that’s not right!” I’m sweet and far from being picky but what she’s not going to do is play with my money. I told her politely that I am displeased. She gets up from her chair and walks over to the cash register like she didn’t hear me. I ask for her manager and now she’s upset. He tells her to do them over but this lady begins to argued with him in their language so therefore I refused and ask if he or somebody else that’s available can just polish them. This lady flip and yet I’m still calm because I refused to step out of character over some dang polish. It happen all so fast that I hate that I didn’t get a picture of how my toes looked. You would’ve thought a seven year old has done this. Everyone in the group toes was nicely done. I get that people have bad days but multiple attempts to fixed the problem and then gets upset with the customer from your screw up is not cool Ma’am! Hopefully, she practiced more at home before going publicly.
Worst nail place ever. Do not recommend to anyone. Nails came off in less than a week. Called and told them what happened and they said they would fix them and have a different technician do them. Went in and told them what happened and they told me they do not guarantee and I could pay to get a new set half off. Not gonna pay again when I just came less than a week ago to get them done and paid over $50. Went back 3 times in less than a week because of nails coming off and paint coning off. Don’t waste your money. Will never be back.
I went in today to get my nails refilled on my first day off in 8 days! I went in looking for Angela who was the tech who did my nails previously but I was assigned to another Tech because Angela wasnt there.All I needed was a fill in and a little bit of a trim because Angela had did my nails so perfectly each nail was the same exact shape. but this time I left the place feeling like I had given $50 something dollars of my hard-earned money and didnt get its worth because the nail tech who did my nails today completely ruined the shape, made them look skinnier and longer and on top of that charged me for nail shaping. Now I have to either cut them off myself or hope that management reaches out to me and fixes this for me tomorrow because my nails are horrible!
Very nice experience. Very clean. They make you wash your hands when you enter. I had Sierra who was very nice and gentle. Some time the massage with the pedicures at other places actually hurt. She did a great job. I made an apt with her for 3 weeks out. It really smelled clean in there. It was such a pretty place. Probably higher prices than other spots but worth it to me. Very relaxing.
I stopped in to this location for the first time, and was blown away not only by how clean it was, but how beautifully decorated it was, and how incredibly nice the staff was. Everything was exceptionally clean, they used liners in all of their pedicure tub’s, and I saw team members cleaning the entire time.They assisted me right away, and I sat down in a pedicure chair with Maria. Maria was amazing asked me all sorts of questions about my preferences and then also got to know me almost like a friend. It was one of the most thorough pedicures and manicures I’ve had in a very long time. I would highly recommend this location and even more so recommend Maria! I will definitely be back.
Angela did my nails, and she said it wouldnt be exactly like the picture..BUT it turned out even better than the nails in the pic I showed her. She did AMAZING!!! I am picky with my nails...but I walked out of there loving my nails, and my husband loves them too!!!
I had a great experience today with my acrylic fill. Then i went to the pedicure with a different person. The lady was soo rough and forceful and unpleasant.. she seemed angry almost. I tipped the normal 20% and left. After years of coming here, i wont come back. I didnt feel welcome.
Love it here. Techs are great and the owner is very attentive. Have never had a bad experience.
Update 7/20/22 First off I called for two prices because I had my 16 year old daughter who wanted gel. When I came in all three of your employees understood I said I did not want gel. But they kept saying gel lasted longer. I still said no. The color I picked out is a product your familiar with not me. I am Not a nail tech, you all are. Youre implication of where someone employed by you grew up is not related to the fact that no one listened. I was passed me between 3 people and I continued to reply no gel and then only when I went to pay and spoke to you did anyone acknowledge my opinion. You may not care about negative reviews but its clear you dont care to listen to customers in store as they speak. The service we, the customer pay for is what we want not the other way around.I stated that I wanted acrylic nails and didnt want gel polish they didnt mention the color I chose was gel so instead of offering a different color choice they applied the gel polish so I paid almost double what I was told it would cost. While speaking to a manager he just kept saying well why didnt you speak up when you noticed that he used gel. I get my nails done a lot but am not familiar with the new machines to dry your nails so I didnt realize until I paid that he used gel! We will not go back! If I didnt have to explain what I wanted to 3 different people maybe it would have been done right!
Ive been coming here for almost a year and this is the first time that I was disappointed. Within a week my nails started popping off I had to go back 3 times. Then they didnt put the same polish on so my nails are different shades and I suppose they thought it was ok. By the third time I went and they still arent worth the money I paid, I gave up. I will not be going back anytime soon. Oh it was the tech Sam that did them. He rushes and you wont get the quality you pay for
My experience having a last minute manicure and pedicure was one of my best spa appointments ever! Elisabeth and Lynn were so accommodating even though I arrived just before closing time. My manicure is gorgeous and the pedicure was royal treatment with an incredible massage following. Thank you both & I will return when I am in the area!
I had the pressure of having Elizabeth to do my pedicure and I want to say it was the best experience I had. She is very nice, kind and professional, she did an amazing job. I love coming here!
I had a manicure done on Saturday and did not get gel. After two days, the paint was chipping. When I went in to have them fix it, they wouldn’t - unless I paid additional money. Even when I do my own nails at home, they last for longer than two days. If you want to waste your money for a business with a bad work ethic - one that cares more about money than customers - you’ve come to the right place. This place is awful and I’ll never come back here again.
First time customer, Brittany did a pedicure for me and did a wonderful job. However, the next day after checking my receipt I discovered I was charged an additional amount for a “convenience” fee, an amount that did not up come up on the screen as an agreed to total. Called and spoke with a gentleman who argued the point, claiming there’s a sign stating they have started charging this fee. Pointed out to him the reason I’m unhappy was because I agreed to one amount on their actual payment screen vs what was actually charged. Gentlemen continued to argue the point and I ended the call. In a nutshell, yes, the place is very clean, the atmosphere is nice, did a great job with the pedicure and then they sneak in extra charges at the end. Should they change that little tidbit of extra charges then I would recommend them, otherwise there are other nail salons that are just as good and charge less.
The first time I went to this salon I had a problem with the shape the nail tech did my nail and after that I didnt come back. When I decided to give them another chance I got lucky enough to get Maria doing my nails, she is the most attentive to detail nail tech I have ever met, I never had nobody doing my nails before the way she does, her shaping is on point, you ask her something and she listens to exactly what it is you want and delivers a perfect job. Not to mention the nail art and her technique, she is a 10/10. Definitely coming back as long as Maria is there. Not only a great nail tech, but fun to talk to. For anyone interested in going, I would call for an appointment with Maria, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
Edit* The name on the UV lamp was Mary, I am not sure if that is her. I sat in the second row at the last station near the fish tank.I have been going to this nail spa for quite a bit and I never know what I am going to get. I use to like coming here because everyone did an excellent job and it was a clean establishment. However, I went this week to get a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was way below average and the tech took tools out from their desk for the manicure. I asked her if they were clean and she began to laugh and asked why? I work in healthcare and it is absolutely disgusting not to pull out clean tools. After my appointment was over she put the same tools back in the container in her desk. It is unacceptable and makes me not want to come back here for below average service and expensive prices.
I came here for full set and pedicure once before and was told it’s no issue to service me, even though I came after work around 5:30 almost 6pm. A woman did my pedicure and RUSHED although it was nice it was rushed and not a full experience what a pedicure should be. Referred me to a guy technician to do my nails. The guy was very shady lowkey rude as if he did not want to service me. I allowed him to take my gel top coat off and he went VERY slow as if he did not want to do it. He then proceeded to do a walk in polish change on her toes as the woman finished my pedicure. I stated I’d be back for a full set because I did not want to hold them up, even offered to pay for him removing gel.Fast forward almost two weeks later I come for full set again after work. The guy at the counter was very fake nice as in NICE NASTY offered to service me because I stated I would prefer a more SKILLED technician b/c I’m very particular about my nails(even showed him a pic) he referred me to his wife to do my nails because he felt as if he couldn’t or didn’t WANT TO perform the service I asked for. He said it would be a 30min wait so I waited almost 40mins and told him I’d come again on the weekend he stated “It’s fine We can take care of you” the wife got me into her chair and had the NASTIEST disposition I have ever experienced with a nail tech. Very RUDE AND SNAPPY all because I wanted my nails done something you guys specialize in. Made me feel awkward the entire time when all I wanted was a simple PINK & WHITE French set. She was not nice at all I asked her twice was she okay and if she wanted to do my nails because her HUSBAND referred me. I understand you may have been busy all day but if customer service and satisfaction is not for you why are you in the beauty/nail business? Why accept a PAYING CUSTOMER with GREAT manners if you’re going to be rude and mean the entire time. I cringed the entire time getting my nails done. She cut my nails extremely short, even after I showed her a picture and told her I only wanted them a TAD bit shorter. I know we’re all human and I know u have a life too but please just let me return another day, vs giving me terrible service treating me as if I’m a bum off the street. I am a great tipper however, it all depends on my experience. I tipped her and all even tho I HATE my nails my tip would’ve been ALOT more but given the experience I shouldn’t have gave anything. Honestly it makes me feel like because I’m BLACK I got treated poorly yet a WHITE woman walked in for a 45min pedicure 10mins before closing time and got the upmost respect and treatment. Disgusting 🤮 I’ll never return
Ladies and gentlemen! I’m telling you this is the place to be! I came in 2 days ago to get my nails gel manicures ,KONG. recommended dip and I’ve never before so I decided to trust his judgment and boy am I glad I did never going back! Yesterday to my own fault, I chipped my nail, they offer free fix up to 2 weeks! I made an appointment and ran late they were very kind about rescheduling and when I came in to fix the ONE nail he looked over his work and asked if I had some time to spare I ofc said yes. And he basically redid the entire set! I was happy with his work the first time and and surprised how happy I am leaving the second. I will definitely be back and telling all my friends!
I went in to have a basic, simple manicure and clear polish on 4/23 about 6pm. I started my service with one technician. About 5 minutes in, she stood up and a different woman sat down and started doing my service. I was not told why the techs changed or even told the new womans name. The initial tech went and did someones pedicure. The new tech was obviously unsure how to do the service. I had to ask her to use cuticle remover. She was slow and unsure. She didnt cut my cuticles, she just picked around with the implements. It was 18 dollars. If you charge someone for a service the person performing it should be able to complete it correctly. This was my 2nd attempt at using this salon because it is so clean and close to home, but unfortunately the 2nd bad experience. I had to redo the manicure at home to remove dry skin around cuticle area.
When I came in to make the appointment I felt that the gentleman at the counter was rushing me. But today I went there for my appointment and Helen was wonderful. It was my first time there and I am very pleased. I’ve recently relocated and it hard to find new places to go but I will be a regular customer from now on! Ask for Helen. She did a great job!!
Super disappointed in the service I received today. I was a walk in as I usually make an appointment back in the day when I went regularly. But today I said I wanted dip on hands and regular polish on toes but when it came time to check out why was I charged for gel toes, shaping on top of everything else. And the fact that while doing my toes the color was incorrect so that had to be corrected and then my hand color did not match my toes. Annoyed and disappointed.
Don’t bother making an appt. rushed to make it there on time after work, on time, still waited 30 minutes with no communication or apologies for the wait. Service was mediocre at best. Nail tech nice enough but not skilled. Didn’t even cut the corners of the nails back which is pretty standard. My toes look no better then if I did myself. Actually my own pedicure is better. Management extremely poor. No one friendly. No one seems happy. As I said, dont bother...waste of money.
First time today for a gel manicure. Beautiful place, relaxing. Loved my technician, she did an amazing job. Also love the cleanliness of the place. Left my old salon because their standards of clean were getting too low for comfort. Here, everything is individually autoclaved before each use. Definitely will come back!
First time going here and I love it definitely will be back! Lan did an amazing job on my nails!! She took her time and was very focused as well as if she made any mistakes she tried her best to fix it! Very sweet.
One of the worst pedicures i have ever received. Water in the foot bath was cold. The tech was very hurried and kept looking at everything but what she was working on. Asked for the Volcano and didnt get it. They left me with wet feet and basically rushed me out the door so they could get other customers in. A complete waste of money.
Best place I’ve gotten my nails done so far. I got the best full set I’ve ever gotten. The girl I had was Vivian and she did such a good job, she did exactly what I wanted and was super gentle. All the workers are super nice and I felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend you go, I had a great experience.
My nail tech Maria did an absolute fantastic job with my manicure and nail design. Also Im very particular with my nail shapping well Maria is the best did an absolutely amazing job. She always does thats why she is the Nail Goddess 💅 👑. The salon was very beautiful and very clean. Nice posh posh feel to it.
Every single time that I come to Jdore nail bar, I am greeted by a happy, knowledgeable person in front that gets me in immediately every single time. Any questions I have are always answered with professionalism. The nail techs are AMAZING! Particularly Angela, I mean seriously… she is fantastic. She has done my nails, pedicure AND facial. Not only am I always pleased when I leave, I recommend Jadore to everyone! They have a two week guarantee, not that I ever need to use it because my nails are always fabulous and done with excellent quality products. Do your self a favor and check them out.
I am waiting for my toenails to dry. While waiting three seperate people walked in and got their a service without an appointment. Then a person of color walked in and they turnt her away with an explanation to come back in an hour. That was the excuse I got a few hours before because I didnt have an appointment. I am not telling you where too spend or not spend your money. The service is good but their character is shady to some people.
Recently moved to Florida and was unsure where to get my nails done. A friend recommended J’Adore because her daughter goes here. I have been here two times now and have been pleased both times. This last time, I had TK and he did an amazing job on both my nails and pedicure. He was super nice. This is a very relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely LOVE this spa— I just found my go-to one stop beauty shop offering mail service, waxing, eyelashes and so much more. This is my second time visiting and I am equally blown away by the service and quality of products they use. I highly recommend the pink and white ombré full set and the 60 minute spa pedicure!!
Very nice place like everyone has mentioned in previous reviews. I decided to do the VIP it is a bit pricey for pedicure but they didnt cut any expenses. It was a full relaxation of foot relaxation separate from the salon. It was peaceful. Along with a decent red wine. Not out the of the box wine if you know what I mean. My nails were done by wen and she put special touches and made sure they were perfect. We tried a new product that is known to be natural and stronger than dip. Being a huge dip fan I was sceptic but in the end I really liked the out come. My nails feel so natural and in a couple of weeks I will see how well they hold up. Every month they have a special and they honor their work. So if anything should go wrong with your nails you can come back and they will fix I was told. I cant wait to go back.
They did a fabulous job on the girls and myself. Even my 3 yr old had her nails done! We all enjoyed our time there, and the techs took extra special care with the youngest. If your looking for a little pampering, this is one place I would recommend. ( if you have kids .. Get the gel)
Beautiful nail spa , Horrible services and employees. They literally make up prices pertaining to Length and Shape on the spot in their head when asked instead of prices being set and written in black and white ink on paper for price references. When we explained this we were talked about in our face with my nail tech being shocked that I spoke her language when she and her co worker began to talk about my family and I right in our faces! I had to show her I have thee same exact license on the wall as they do! Then her demeanor quickly shifted . I will not go back here ever again to be mistreated. Learn how to treat people , stop making up prices and be mindful you never know who is sitting in your chair before you start running your mouth in a language you assume people that aren’t your ethnicity don’t speak when your upset!
I will not come back to this salon been coming for months an always enjoyed my time. Today bad service all the way around. Disappointed wasted money. Literally paid 50 dollars for a paint job and nail cute down.... no callus remover no massage nothing just paint an cute down 50. And a tip...
Everyone was very friendly, even without an appointment they took 3 of us in right away for pedicures. Two of us decided to get manicures last minute and they accommodated as well and the quality was amazing and never once felt rushed. I would highly recommend this nail salon!

Ive been to Jadore several times and this will be the last time I do business with them. I got a manicure and pedicure. The lady refused to do callous removal stating they dont do that anymore. The entire process was rushed and she kept commenting on how its hard to work with my legs being so long. I did not feel relaxed or welcome here at all! The woman servicing me got up and left in the middle of painting my nails to start a pedicure on another client. Spend $55 for a half done pedicure and a manicure that has chipped off after 3 days. Beyond disappointed!
Didn’t properly push back or cut cuticles which caused the dremel to snag them in spots and now I have scabs on 6 out of 10 cuticles. Also caused my gel polish/acrylic dip to be applied unevenly. Paid $130 for 1/2” thick uneven nails with no color. Ended up so ugly I had them soaked off 4 days later & the acrylic was coming off like jelly which I was told is MMA, a cheap, toxic & illegal product. I learned to do my own nails at home over the past 3 weeks so I never experience this again.
First time here and will definitely be back! Lynn was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and I noticed she also helped the other technicians there. She went above and beyond! My nails are exactly how I want them. Thank you Lynn!
When I first tried this place they were really nice and did a great job on my nails and toes. So naturally I kept going back but I noticed each tech does things differently and some do a horrible job. In my opinion this place is a hit or miss. Ever since Deon left I have been struggling to find a tech here that actually takes their time and does what the customer wants without excuses as to why they cannot. After my last trip, I dont plan on returning.
My nail tech did an absolute fantastic job with my manicure and dip nail powder. The price is a little high but understood since she did such a perfect job. Just one critique, a few workers walk around looking at the guests and stop and chat with them and it is not in a friendly manner. (Judging and then talking about you, while you are sitting right there)
Popped in Sunday after shopping for a quick impromptu pedi for my husband and myself. They were busy, but took us in less than 15 min. Helen did a fantastic job on my toes. I didn’t catch the name of the tech that did my husbands, but he was very pleased as well. Thank you Helen!
Two weeks ago I got a full set by I’m assuming is the owner, I pay around 50/60$ depending on if I get any designs or extra colors and in this case I didn’t so it was around $53 he did a fantastic job and I left happy, my issue is the fact I went in for a fill in and to fix a broken nail but was charged an extra 13$ Just for the broken nail when other times I only paid $5. I spent 51$ … literally 3 dollars less then getting a full set . It seems like each tec has different pricing which is a huge inconvenienceI also communicated with the tec who did my nails ,that I have Sensitive skin and Eczema so I would like if she can disinfect any and all tools being used on my hands , just so any Bacteria that could be on the tools/ or my hands doesn’t cause an infection on my hands/ other people and to be as gentle as possible. she completely ignored me . I have a cut on my thumb that she filed on more then once causing me pain.I probably will be taking my business else where unless the owner happens to be in the day I get another fill in ( if I even come back Completely disappointed and dissatisfied

I’ve had my nails done here multiple times and each time they have been done incorrectly. My acrylics are always lumpy and poorly shaped/filed. The employees are not necessarily rude, but they do seem very rushed and dismissive. I got my last set less than a week ago and already had to take them off because of how poorly done they were. However, they do keep the salon very clean.After six or seven unsuccessful manicures though, I can’t go here anymore.
My nails have been done crooked, and they delay charge without informing you.Edit/response: very unkind customer service when trying to fix and solve the problem. Never asked me how the service was, and never offered a solution. They informed me that I was going to have to deal with the payment even though they were the ones that were wrong. Please do not lie on your companies page, extremely unprofessional. Will not be doing business here, have found another nail salon in Largo mall that has much better service and quality.
The salon is beautiful, the staff is very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to give you the best possible experience. When I made the appointment, I asked for someone who was really good with removing ingrown toenails, they suggested Lynn and she did not disappoint. Lynn did a fantastic job, very detailed and friendly, and I will be a regular customer of hers, the best part was I received a gift certificate in the amount that I spent to use on my future visit.
Im giving this salon 4 stars because the first time I went the service was great, I felt welcome everyone was super nice and helpful however this was not the case on my second visit. I am so upset by this visit that I felt the need to leave this review while in the parking lot after just doing my nails. Today I got an a nail tech named Kim. From the moment I met her she had an unpleasant attitude. She rushed me through picking my colors and when I explained what I wanted she would just say No we cant do that and walk away rather than help me find a different option. She was rough and did not look at me nor crack a smile the entire time. When I asked her a question about the length of my nails she about bit my head of saying that she wasnt done yet. When it was time to check out I found out that she charged me extra for choosing three colors of which I have never had to pay extra before nor was I told that this was an extra cost. Im wondering if she made up this charge. She also charged me extra for the base coat that she decided without asking me to put on my toes under the glitter. When checking out I asked for the manager but she was not there. I will be asking for the manager the next time I go so that she knows what happened. Nail techs like this is what makes long time customers not want to come back. I truly hope that my review is taken seriously before this salon loses more customers because of a nail techs bad attitude.
I came in at about 3:30pm on Sunday for a pedicure. I tried the Green Tea Spa Service ($60). The service itself was fine, even though it took much longer than expected, my tech did not finish until 5:17. The reason I am rating 3 stars is because of the rude staff members. I get my nails done a lot, so customer service is important. The salon closes at 5pm on Sunday, my tech was very sweet, however another staffer who I can only assume is my techs mother, aunt or something along those lines (they exited the salon together and left in the same car) began to rather forcefully encourage her to hurry and finish my pedicure so they could leave. Not once, but twice! This resulted in my tech trying to hurriedly polish my nails, she became very nervous and made several mistakes, thankfully she corrected them. Management really needs to address this type of behavior. In my 20+ years of getting regular manis/pedis, I have never witnessed someone be so rude in front of customers. Beautiful salon, but my experience was less than stellar.
Ok salon, but ridiculously rude. I asked for two things. I wanted my toenails clipped short and to be gentle with a nail that I bruised. She was rude from the first second, then gave no acknowledgement that I even spoke to her and hurt my already hurt toe more while gossiping to the tech next to her the whole time. Probably because I only wanted a polish change and she didnt have as much money to make. Paid more there than other shops that do a nicer job and are pleasant with the customers. $22 for a polish change and I cant believe I tipped her. At least it wasnt what i would have normally tipped. After I paid she didnt even bother to set me up at the nail dryer or even point it out. Wont be back.
I booked an appointment here for myself and two of my friends for my birthday. We arrived and were immediately being pressured into getting dip nails over and over, after telling the guy NO repeatedly he finally stopped asking us. We were told we were not allowed to sit by each other because of covid yet I sat next to two strangers I didnt even know, which makes no sense. I waited over 15 minutes for my lady to arrive, once she did she also started pressuring me to get dip. When I told her what I wanted done and showed her the pictures she went to her manager and came back saying it could not be done. I was very confused by this because clearly I have photos and I know it can be done but she refused. I had to settle for something else I didnt want. In the meantime while I am trying to have my nails painted, they sat us back to back with their employees who CONTINUOUSLY were backing up slamming themselves and their chair into the back of my chair. After turning around several times to see what was going on, the employee had zero care for anyone around her. A week after getting a simple gel manicure 4 of my nails broke because of how weak they made them. I have been getting my nails done religiously for years every two weeks and the ONE time I went to a new place they royally screwed up my nails. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left and after I was VERY disappointed with the entire situation. I will NEVER go back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.
My nail tech Julie is awesome! But, I wasn’t able to use my gift card! There machine would not accept it! It’s way over priced after new ownership took over. They guarantee 2weeks for gel or dip but someone was complaining that her nails only lasted 9 days and asked for a discount next time she comes back and they said NO! That’s not professional and they don’t care said that’s the way it is! Wow may need to take my business somewhere else!!!
Just moved to the area and have been to several nail salons. Haven’t been successful until yesterday. Megan and Dip are SO great. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect. From the first phone call to the check out, everyone is so kind. Hours are awesome for us working class. VIP club is worth it. All in all, this is my new salon!
So I have loved going to Maria !!!She’s is such an amazing nail tech !!You can bring in a Pinterest nail design and it always comes out up above and beyond.I always get the dip now since Maria suggested it for my need of growing my nails out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They don’t break as fast and they don’t hurt if you accidentally do unlike acrylic. The dip has really made my nail grow and has made it stronger.Maria is definitely a one of kind nail tech and so sweet!!! Highly recommend!!Ps this isn’t my last set but it is a set she’s done and my favorite by far!! I always get tons of complements
Omg I will definitely come back again. I was a walk in with my stepdaughter and they took care of us right away. They were patient while she was choosing the colors she wanted (she is 8). Her manicure and my gel manicure looks amazing. Cant wait to try the pedicure. Beautiful atmosphere, and everything was so clean. Will reccomend to all my friends!!
I hate to leave this because i love my nail girl but the owner is extreme unprofessional and rude. He believes it’s ok to yell at employees AND customers!! I arrived 20 minutes late to my appointment, I of course called to inform them and ask if that was ok or if i should re schedule if it was an inconvenience but was told “No it’s not a problem at all we’ll be waiting for you” to walking in and being yelled at BY THE OWNER himself saying I am rude, had no respect for the appointed technician and was throwing off this business and taking money from the tech i had the appointment with (not to mention she’s a family friend of mine and was in no way upset) and proceeded to yell that her other appointments would be canceled now because i was late. I came in for a basic pedicure service and arrived at 1:20 and her next appointment wasn’t until 2;00 (we were done by 2:06) he has no respect for his customers and thinks of them as nothing but a dollar sign. The only reason the services here would be worth it is if you’re with Maria who is a pro at shaping and designs!
I have never had such a fantastic experience in Facials until today. Mrs Angela did my facial and it was excellent she took her time and massage clean more massage and remove blackheads when I say its the best facial Ive ever had I mean it. Anyone looking to get a facial , look no further Angela is the best. I will continue to get one every month OMG it was wonderful
I got a pedicure and it was AMAZING. Everything is very very clean and were super kind. Not too expensive either. 10/10 recommend. I will be coming back.
I have some major concerns about the sanitation protocols here. Before coming in I read reviews here on google about a technician Mary who did not use clean implements. I decided to go anyway because I liked the owners response. I now regret this as it appears nothing was done to properly train this technician as I had the same experience if not worse. Upon seating I noticed her implements were not packaged in the autoclave sleeves, they were in a plastic box that looked like her personal kit. I asked her for a fresh set of implements and she told me she had gotten them from the sleeve already. I did not personally see this and did not want to accuse her of lying so I said okay, thank you and apologized. Then she cut me with the foot file and used some sort of drops to stop the bleeding. She touched my wound DIRECTLY with the tube then put the product back in her drawer. This is a massive no-no. My stomach literally dropped when I saw this. I don’t know how many times that bottle has touched someone else’s blood and it should be thrown away immediately. This is very, very dangerous to customers safety. I am very disappointed that after this salon was made aware of her sanitation oversights, that she hasn’t received better sanitation training and is still doing the same thing. I tired to contact them directly about this but I never received an email back. As a licensed nail technician I felt a very strong ethical obligation to say something.
DO NOT GO to this nail bar! It is advertised as 37 on the website and magically becomes 52)) The nail quality is not good. for that price, lol I could go to several luxe locations and get better for 52! After procedure skin is burning.
Vivian was amazing. She took her time, no rush. Prices were comparable to the area. Store is beautiful. Front desk was a little unorganized in that they didnt remember what services I was having and did my pedicure without wrapping my dip. Ill definitely go back for Vivian. She was great!
I’m from out of state and come here to get mani pedi’s with my mother every time I visit my family in Florida. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced and you can tell they take pride in their services. Zuki was so detailed and I’d personally give him a 10/10.It is such a relaxing and beautiful setting. They even have complimentary beverages which is so nice. There’s so much that I love about J’adore I wish I could experience the same back home!
Both my wife and I visited together and were really impressed by the professionalism of both Lynn and Helen, they were really attentive and took their time and we did not feel rushed at any point.The establishment was the cleanest we visited and the atmosphere was really relaxing, we will be back and j’adore will be our go to salon from now on..
I dont mind paying a higher price for a luxury service. In this case, the high price was not justified. I paid $43 plus tip for an average pedicure. It should have been amazing at that rate. The staff was very friendly upon my entry- in fact, 5 people greeted me and gave me instructions within seconds of my arrival. Upon my departure, no one said thanks for coming or please come back.
I did my nails with MARIA shes professionalefficient, creative and does anything you would like. She recommended to do the dipping Ive done it 3 times and my nails have grow, they last me longer. I definitely recommend her just ask for Maria :)
This place is a joke they make up a different price every time for the exact same service. I had this problem a while back when I used to come here regularly but I dealt with it because I liked the girl, when she left I started going some where else. But since this salon is so close to my house I decided to try again... Two weeks ago they charged me $50, today they tried to charge me $65 for the exact same service!
I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years and I have never been disappointed! New massage chairs for pedicures are a huge plus, and the technician I like the most is Kate! Very time efficient, thorough, and kind! 10/10 recommend 🤘🏽

Hello! So I usually love this spot and I love the people here. But I went a couple days ago and I was with a friend, I got mani pedi, spent 155, and tipped 30 because they were all so great. But my manicure seemed rushed and not thorough. I will be coming in today to get the acrylic off because theyre so thick and I will be doing dip.
Jdore Nail Bar is the best nail shop Ive ever been to. They made sure my daughter and I were comfortable, they even catered to my grand kids. We received a pedicure, and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The atmosphere is just great. I would recommend this nail shop, and I will definitely be returning.
I have been going here multiple times and I love it here. Staff is nice and do what I ask every time. If you want to get your nails done go here and my personal favorite nail tech here is Kong

Usually when I come here I always get outstanding services I came early this morning thinking because everyone is fresh I would continue to get the services expected. Lynn is very good she just talks extremely too much which in my opinion distracts her from doing a proper job. I paid for services that I receive half of the job. I asked her to thin My eyebrows more and she proceeded with what she wanted instead of what I wanted... not happy today at all.

Went in with my daughter for gel manicures. Felt extremely pressured to change it to dip even after saying No several times. Finally, because it was so awkward , we said ok to dip even though Ive never had dip and have nice natural nails. Both techs did a very sloppy fast job and we both just really are disappointed. These nails are awful. Super thick and no attention at all to our cuticles . There is dried powder all around our nails and underneath our nails that we are both still picking out we just wanted a nice manicure and some pretty polish and now we both feel our nails are destroyed with this dip stuff. Never again.Please tell your staff to just give the customers what they ask for and stop pushing everyone into a dip. I
For the past 3-4 months coming here was great ., until my recent visit ., after making a morning appointment for Father’s Day... I came in on time, had to wait a little but I’m not a fussy person, so I’m okay with waiting. Receptionist was very kind, and offered me to sit at the desk while the nail tech prepare. I felt like it was okay, since she suggested it. I was approached by a nail tech who seem to look at me with disgust, I wasn’t sure if it was a problem because I came early but then again it was already ppl in there getting stuff done. When she walked up I greeted her with a smile and said hello. She ignored that and coldly replied “you pick color?”.. I was taken back because any other time everyone has been nice. I continued with telling her the color I chose, in which she came back with .. still having an attitude. I asked her if I came in too early, she replied no. So I asked her if she was okay she seemed upset her reply was “You pick color, I get color, ARE YOU OKAY?” I was so uncomfortable I just got up and left. I didn’t even want another nail service after that nor am I ever wanting service from here. I was uncomfortable with someone who didn’t even like me being kind to them to have any sharp objects close to me. I may haven’t had gotten her name. But I’ll never forget a face.
I have to give this place 3 stars because my first 2 visits here were awesome! During my first visit I got an amazing facial! My second visit I had an amazing nail tech that did such a good job on my nails (I wish I knew her name).... but during my 3rd visit I had a lady named Kim doing my manicure & she was very rough with my nails but I didn’t say anything because I’m not one to complain. After I left the salon I noticed my thumb nail was significantly longer than the other & some of my nails were actually bleeding. My fingers have never hurt so bad after getting a manicure. Not sure if I will be back. If I do come back I am specifically going to request not to have Kim!!!!
I made an appointment for Sat 06/15/19 for myself and my granddaughter. I was to get a fill and pedicure and my granddaughter was to get a mani/pedi. This was my first visit to this salon. We were greeted when we walked in by a very nice young lady who asked us to wait a few minutes, we were early so I didnt mind. We were then brought to station S and T and told our nails would be done first. I sat down and the lady never told me her name. She started to take off old polish and it was gel. She said this gel be $5 extra to take off. I said really OK. The she said my nails were lifting and I needed a new set so I agreed. She was very ruff removing my old ones, she cut me twice taking them off. The another lady comes over and just paints my granddaughters nails. After my new set was on she said you want to pay first I said can I pay all together she said yes you and her together. I said well we are supposed to get pedicures also, She stated You never told me you were getting a pedicure also. So I stated that was not my job the lady at the front should have told you. She proceeded to paint my nails, then she gets up and say you go over there. I said come on to my granddaughter and the lady state no she can sit there, I said we are both getting them done she rolled her eyes and turned around. I said you know what forget it. Walked to the front to pay and she followed me saying you two can come now I said no thank you I have had enough of your attitude. She charged me $40 for nails that look horrible, I have acrylic all over them, under the nails and couple of my nails are crooked. I am very disappointed in this place was never even offered a beverage like the website says. Oh everyone else around me was offered, including the 2 couples who walked in right after me. When I called to ask for a manager I was told the manager was not there and they did not know when she would be in. Not a good first visit at all especially since it was a highly recommended place.
I did microblading with Wen today and it was an all around fantastic experience. She was really friendly, patient. And took extra time to make sure the shape and look were what I wanted before starting. She also did a full set of nails on me after. The spa is really beautiful and there wasnt any nail smells. Everything was very essential smelling and super clean and organized. Everyone that works there was so friendly. Thank you girls doe making my day fantastic.
Just moved to the area and I am SO HAPPY to find a local salon that is amazing. I had Wendy do dipping powder, and its the best Ive ever had done. I am so happy with this salon, from the coffee, to eyebrow wax, and my dipping powder. Highly recommend, would give 10 stars if I could. PS- I am very picky with my nails as well!!!

First time visit today and it was very nice. Surprisingly a large airy place, very good because you do not have the salon nail fumes hit you. Greeted immediately at the desk upon walking in. This is a very clean and modern salon. They offer many spa services such as nails, facials, eyelash extensions and microblading. They have a VIP massage and pedi room for accommodating parties and groups. Helen was my techs name and she did an amazing job on my nails and brows. I will be back again soon to see Helen. I finally found a place I want to go back to.
Absolutely love this place! I’ve been going here since late dec & every time I have went the experience was good. Typically when I start going to a new nail bar I look forward to it being the only one I go to and right now Linda has been one of the reasons why I stayed. Very patient with me as I am very indecisive at times lol & she does a great job on my nails!! The decor is really nice & it’s always clean (which I look for) they have a private vip room to get pedicures with 2 big aquariums in front it. I haven’t tried it yet but I will soon. Oh also they offer drinks and not just water or soda they offer wine, margaritas, tea, coffee, etc. The front desk receptionists are sweet and they have it set up to where you can sign in on a tablet and if you reach a certain amount of points you get to use it towards your bill. I believe I’ve used it four times already ranging from $6-18 off. Unlike other places where they tell you it will eventually go towards your bill & months down the line you don’t receive anything, (no shade no tea) rip offs lol but anyways if you’re looking for a place to go try it, all the ladies are great from what I’ve seen & some experiences.
Most basic pedicure has gone up to $28. Right before Covid it was $25. That was an increase from $23 which was an increase from $19 about a year ago. I understand you were without income for two months and had to install plexiglass but $28 is too steep for me. Add a tip to that and it has lost its appeal. Plenty of other quality places to go. You have priced yourselves out of my comfort level for this.

This is to the owner responses. And don’t worry I won’t be going back to your shop. The first time I visited the salon. I didn’t uses a gift card. We paid with our bank card. My second visit Your nail tech didn’t ask me if everything was ok. She had a lot of attitude. Every Nail Tech is different some can do really good nails and some can do really bad nails. And for my husband he didn’t give the other nail tech $15. He gave her $8. I should know I gave him the cash to give it to her. He likes the pedicure but he didn’t love it. And you don’t need to get a manicure for the gel polish to look good. I should know. IM ALSO A NAIL TECH....Don’t worry we won’t be going back.

Well, this place caught my eye so I decided to walk in....WOW! Glamorous atmosphere, fit for every woman. Men pay attention! If your girl, wifey, shorty, your mama, or anyone special in your life you have to treat them to services at Jadore! What better way to show them that you appreciate them. Also, this place has a private room for bridal parties, girls day, private parties, its absolutely stunning in here! The staff is professional, kind, and so welcoming! The level of professionalism, the care, and the knowledge was simply impeccable! I am now a regular at Jadore Nail Bar for my nails and pedicures which I also taste a 5 Star! However, today I was there for a facial, an enzyme facial. Let me just begin by saying the last time I had a facial I went to , which it was nice but Doesnt even come close to comparing the facial I had today. I was so relaxed from head to toe. Wen is AMAZING to say the least! This is by far the BEST facial sevices I have ever received. $ well spent! Every minute that you pay for is 100% worth the $. This will definitely become a monthly routine for me. I went to heaven and came back! Thank you Wen, you did an amazing job and my son feels amazing!

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years, and I absolutely loved the newest addition to the group, Miss Maria! You can tell she has years of experience, and pays close attention to detail, and did not rush. I’ll definitely be asking for her on my next visit.

The work is great! And they guarantee (mostly) their services for two weeks with receipt against chipping, breaking, designs messing up etc… BUT the customer service and the welcoming effect does not exist here.
They do your nails paper thin so you have to get them done every week. Then when they start breaking they offer to fix them for free, and then when you come in they find every reason to not fix them for free and instead tell you they have to charge you with a discount. Nails lasted 3 days before they started popping off from literally just everyday activity and when I couldn’t come in for another week due to work they refused to fix them, even though I called the day they started popping off. Too expensive for poorly done nails. Also once I told the nail tech who did them last time, they made quite the sour face as if to say she doesn’t do a good job. Won’t be back.
Booked an appointment for 3:30pm & ended up with an emergency but thankfully LISA was amazingly, helpful by pushing my appointment to 4:30 without na single hesitation! She knew right away who I was & what I was getting done, before I could even finish my sentence. EXTREMELY impressed with her & her warm, friendly greeting!!
Horrible serice! I will not return. The nail tech knew I had gel polish on my nails. She didnt start the process of lifting the polish until she finished my pedicure. When she first approached and introduced herself, she handed the menu to me open with the expensive pedicures ($60). When I turned the page back to the less expensive, she tried very hard to encourage me to buy a $60 dollar pedicure. I told her NO of course. I only wanted to try this new place, but I will not go back! It took forever to get my nails done, by the time she took the foils off my nails, the bowl of water was cold to soak in. She didnt bother changing it. Plus she has some type of disagreement with a co worker. She contined to tell me throughout the manicure that I am not happy. I didnt care to hear about the drama. I just wanted to get my pedicure and manicure and relax. Which is not what happened!
Didnt clean under toes of one foot or cut cuticles. Massage of feet was more like a light tickling. Didnt file nails. Actually curve inward in the middle?! They are half sideway other half are u shaped. Was my 2nd try. Wont try again.
I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time everything was ok. However, I cannot say the same for my second visit. Helen did my nails and while she was nice, I am unhappy with the quality of my nails. I noticed right after leaving that I had a big bump on one of my nails. Once I saw them in the daylight the next day, I noticed that several of the nails had bumps on them. I went back to the salon to get them fixed and was told they were too busy to take me and I would have to schedule an apt for the next day, but that Helen would not be working. I told them that I would prefer not to have Helen, since she didnt do the nails correctly the first time. When I came for my appt on the following day, they did give me to Helen, who only filed down the bumps on two nails and just reapplied the top coat. They were not redone or fixed correctly. Barely 1.5 weeks later, I now have two nails that the SNS has cracked on. I have been getting the SNS for over two years and have NEVER had it crack before! Im sorry to say that I wont be back.
Lynn is wonderful, she always does a perfect job and my nails last for three weeks. I would recommend anyone to come to this nail salon it’s super clean and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff are always very friendly and make sure you feel comfortable. They always do a good job and my nails always look so beautiful. I do my own real nails and they make sure to take good care of them.
So I am looking for a place to get my nails done once a month and decide to try this place. The atmosphere was nice but it was not worth the price as the experience and service was the worst I have ever had. I was told the cost was 37.00 for a manicure and pedicure which was more that other places but I thought it was worth the try. I was told to have the them work on callus on your feet it would be an add 5.00 ok. I do not put nail polish on my toes because of a fungal problem on one of them so I asked to have then buffed instead that was an added 3.00. So in the end it cost me 45.00 dollars. The treatment was my finger nails were filled and polished too around 15 minutes, no lotion or massage, soaked in water, it looks like what I would have done for myself at home 😤. My feet still has calluses and they put one hot towel on both feet not even for a second 😤. It was over all a terrible experience ☹☹ I called and spoke to them regarding my concerns a day after this and was told they will get back to me as they would like to have my business well it has been a week later and nothing. OVER ALL I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
I highly recommend this place as its very clean as well as Beautiful, the staff is very kind and my nails have stayed on and look just as Beautiful as the day I got them 😊 I also enjoyed a nice glass of wine during my visit ♡
I don’t normally post reviews, but I’m very ticked off. I came in for a full set paid to $70 and one nail broke the day I got them. I called the manager he told me to come in he said he would fix it, I would’ve expected it to be done for free because of the inconvenience of having to come back. But I was charged to fix the nail. I won’t be coming back
I think it could be worth it depending on who does your nails and who maybe getting their nails done.. too expensive for kids. And they treat black people differently. Always check pricing online and always make sure that you know what all youre getting charge for.
The place is beautiful and the lady who checked my friend and I in was pleasant (only reason its two stars). When I was sat for my pedicure I wasnt asked which service I wanted or even given the menu (my friend eventually asked for one). I tried multiple times to engage with my tech, but bless her heart. I know knicks and cuts sometimes happen but my toenails were cut so short (and unevenly) theyre still raw two days later. The acrylic set is ok. My eyebrows are why Im bothering to write a review at all. They are so bad I cried in my car! No wonder I wasnt given the typical hand mirror to review before being shuffled out of the store... a lesson learned. One is half the size as the other. Literally. One is razor thin 2000s brow and the other still way too slim. I can hide my toes, but now I cant leave the house without makeup. Nails and eyebrows take forever to grow out and I will regret going here every day until they do.
This is one of the best nail shops Ive ever been to. The girl at the front counter is BEYOND kind! I came here for the first time from another nail salon that did horribly on my nails to see if they could fix them. Vivene (spelling of her name may be wrong) took me in and made my nails beautiful! She did an outstanding job doing ombre and fixing the mistakes from the previous nail salon. I will always ask for Viviene!
