I have been a customer since 2018. By far, greatest kratom tea and kratom options in the Tampa Bay area. Owners and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrate phenomenonal customer service. More importantly, their amazing culture and inviting community makes the experience feel like family.

Ive been getting tobacco here for 13 years. Very clean and comfortable environment.

The best kratom in town. Strongest, they carry all strains, and they have CBD products, including the Delta 8s. They are a little pricey but worth it for what they sell! The owners and workers are amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Great staff, great vibes. Great selection and great prices. What they should do is create a registry with/for their patrons, so they can plot out a dream plan and bring family or friends into it as well.

William and Brandon are awesome! Extremely helpful and friendly! The shop is very well kept and super clean. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is trying to quit smoking and wants to understand all aspects of a much healthier alternative. Seriously! I just stopped by today and left as a more than happy customer. Also as an added bonus they have beer on tap and a pool table which is the sh**. This place is phenomenonal and so are their staff. This store is great. Very knowledgeable and amazing customer service, even to the nonvaper. I was there with my husband on multiple occasions while pregnant and after the baby was born (waited outside of course) staff was very accommodating. Took care of him fast and even brought me ice water while I waited. Prices are fair. Staff are very personable. Cannot and will not say a bad thing about my experiences at this shop.

Ive been coming to this store since they first started. This is by far the best vape shop in the county. The staff is awesome. The atmosphere is awesome too. The selection of merchandise is second to none. If you are a novice or a seasoned 200 watt sub ohm cloud chaser....do yourself a favor and visit Royal Vapor Lounge.

I WAS THREATENED BY A MANAGER for recomeneding a diffrent shop for a product they didnt even provide. walmart doesnt threaten for mentioning publix, neither does dunkin for krispy kream, or mcdonlads for BK. so why do yall think you get a free pass ? if your gonna ban someone ban them, but if your gonna threaten me? you made your sale and lost a regular so you lost a couple hundred a week for 20 bucks ? i mean i wasnt hurting your sales but when i dont go anymore i will be .

I have dealt with this company since 2009... before this location even opened up. I can safely say that I will NEVER go back to this place! After the way Eric treated me today, cussing me out on the phone like that.All I asked for was to have someone else wait on me, because he ripped me off the last time. This was what I had been told to do by his fellow employees and the owner, Clint. There was no cause for him to react like that. After telling me off, he proceeded to tell me to never come back, which... I wont.I dont advise anyone else to go back there either. If that is the level of customer service that they uphold to, and furthermore allow such an incompetent employee to represent them, you will be better off going ANYPLACE else.Normally, I wouldnt resort to making this situation public... but I have tried talking to the other employees, and even the owner. I was a client of theirs for 11 years. Not anymore.

My favorite lounge. The owners are awesome, great staff; made so many friends and memories here, and they always have the best prices. Vape, Kratom, Beer & Wine, Pool Table, an overall five star place to meet people and chill. So many good things to say and not enough words.

Took my cousin here to get himself something but the two guys Brandon and Eric were really welcoming and really knowledgeable I started asking questions about things and I ended up leaving with something myself at a really amazing price. Definitely my go to store from now on! Thanks again Brandon and Eric!!

So we went to the shop and needed to get in and out because we have to go to work and Eric had everything we needed and answered all our questions to everything. So nice clean shop open area has pool tables and a bar top too. Very nice lounge! Definitely coming back thank you!! And we on the way to work so quick!

If you need a cold tea Holly is my favorite kava/kratom tender! I have to many vape / kratom bars and royal vapor lounge has the best tea and best prices! The quality and customer service far surpasses any around!

Please update Google maps to reflect your closure during New Years day. Just drove an hour to find out you guys were closed today. But then again I should of called.Oh well, still love your tea, best quality around and worth the drive.

Always a friendly environment, whether their is one customer or 20. They treat everyone the same whether you just have questions or have spent over a $1000 here. Also a good selection of beer and wine and at better prices than most restaurants and bars in the area even before their drink specials. So go in and have a look around you wont be disappointed.

Clint, Akili, Eric.... Doesnt matter who you work with - they are top notch. I was here last year and stopped by because I needed some juice. Now it has become a permanent fixture for me while Im down here on vacation. Great place.

Friendly staff and inviting environment. They have my favorite juice and any other juice I have not been disappointed with. Just wish they offered more deals more frequently because they are a little pricey. If it wasnt for that fact, this would be the only vape shop I would go to.

This is by far the best vape lounge I have ever been to. I am at the Clearwater location two to three times a week to hang out and have a couple tees. They have the best pre brewed Kratom you will find anywhere the staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.Great environment and just a all-around comfortable place to relax and get away. Their knowledge about vaping is hands-down the best Ive ever experienced anywhere! Clint is the owner and always greets his customers with a smile and a handshake and it only takes him a few times of seeing you to remember you by your first name. They throw customer appreciation events on the regular. They play great music, have a wide variety of mods and Vape juice. They are always ahead of the Curve when it comes to whats new and popular and in demand. If you want a really good and friendly experience this is the place to come to. They have everything you want under one roof. If you are a beginner or experienced when it comes to vaping they treat you equal and all the same and will point you in the right direction that best suits you and your needs. Great vape shop! The owner, Clint, really good guy. They have a great selection of mods, tanks/rdas, and juice! I really dig the beer bar. There have been several times I went there after work to have a beer and a vape without getting looks from people that dont vape. Theyre open reasonably late, too. Just All-around great vape shop.

Amazing vape shop. I come in every week or so for juice, coils, RDAs and the occasional modIve bought all my current mods here and coil wire. Love that this is the only shop around that I know of that carries RDAs as everyone nowadays is lazy and has moved to character-less subohm tanks. I usually come in and deal with Akili and hes always great to deal with. Theyve got an amazing selection of juice and pretty decent selection of rebuilding components.
