I should have read these reviews before going, but now that I’ve read them, I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who has had to experience the extremely rude staff. Upon arriving, I went through several lines (bag check/security, ID check, ticket check…etc.), got my stamp and went into the pool area. About 20 minutes later I was pulled OUT of the pool by a staff member and was told to go with him with no information on why I was being taken out of the pool and where we were going. He took me back into the line/check in area and told me I didn’t check in properly and accused me of “sneaking in”. I had to go back through the line, meanwhile another random staff member came up to me and started giving me a lecture, asking me how I was able to sneak in, and was speaking down to me as if I’m a child. STILL nobody told me why exactly I was going back through the line and I had no idea what the fuss was about.Turns out, I missed the last step which was a final ticket check and a second stamp because they failed to have their staff in the correct place. Long story short, I will not be going back due to my experience with the rude staff members.

We went here on a Saturday and the place was packed, which was expected. However, what was not expected was the extremely rude staff. All of them. $15 to check my backpack and was within arm reach of the counter if someone wanted to grab it, so not secured. Pool is extremely small. Drinks were pricey. $99 for 6 beers or $65 for a frozen daiquiri. There is no free place to sit except in or on the side of the pool. They also had no clean towels as they “ran out”. Find a better pool party, this one was lame.

We saw Alan Walker here and he was great. The club itself was obviously a comedy to see how broke people will make themselves to try to impress someone.I originally purchased tickets online thinking this was as per a normal concert anywhere. My girlfriend got essentially the same tickets for free, but with 2 free drinks for girls, guys cant get this offer; lame. The free drinks were watered down trash anyway. When we entered we had to get security scanned twice, once for the mildly shorter line for the pay tickets, one for the free drinks tickets. I couldnt bring in my empty small backpack and was charged something like $20 for the convenience of them holding on to it.The actual drinks are stupidly expensive. A decently sized frozen margarita was $60 each. I think we really spent $200 to wax away the time until the artist we wanted to see came on stage, hours after it opened. These times were not available online, and we figured the artist would be in stage essentially when they opened. There are like 7 small pools and one larger one, but unless you pay for a cabana (thousands of dollars, eye wateringly expensive) you can only use the main pool, which is packed. If you want a seat and havent paid for a cabana you can sit on the edge if you can find a space, but thats it. There isnt a single free couch or chair in the place. The paid cabanas encircle the free pool, so if you sit on the side you are essentially in someone elses paid cabana space. We got lucky that where we set up there were some cool dudes who didnt mind us serfs standing on the outskirts of their thousand dollar couch and umbrella when we didnt want to turn into prunes. That said we still didnt have anywhere to set our drinks but the side and someone knocked one of our very expensive drinks into the pool from the side when it left my hand in the pool for a few seconds. There were plenty of attractive girls where half looked like they were paid to be there. The show itself was great as mentioned, but if the artist played at the Excalibur pool everyone likely would have had a better time. Im not kidding.

I think it’s a good pool party. It’s setup for more of an excellent experience for people who get a daybed/table. More of a 3.5 out of 5 spot to me.For just general admission, just expect a day of standing or hopefully finding a pool spot that doesn’t block a table. I’m basing these thoughts as an Encore Beach Club lover. I’d say this spot is right below an EBC & Wet Republic, still a great venue but the setup isn’t walking friendly either like EBC.Also I ordered tickets to see Tiesto & they didn’t even announce that he cancelled last minute because of a birth of his baby. So we waited and only found out after someone saw that tiesto posted on his social media. We waited all that time to see him and paid premium prices for tickets & they didn’t deliver.

About what youd expect from a day club in Vegas. If its your thing, great, if its not, it wont change your perspective on dayclubs, and I wouldnt recommend it. Its pretty average. They overcharge as much as they can, again, the usual in Vegas. Great artists at the venue, though, nice place to hang out with friends.

Horrendous!Travelling from the UK, we were excited to see Jonas Blue. Tickets were available to buy online and with the amount of people we had, the thousands for a bed were not in our budget. We were under no illusions that this day wouldn’t be cheap, but did not expect to face what we did.Upon arrival, we noticed the lack of queue. Security were rude and un-inviting. When we walked in, the pool was small and the side smelt of feet. There were loads of unsold, empty beds and the beds that were taken were full of miserable looking people! There was no shade apart from the small bar area. When we put our towels (which the venue provided) on the side of the pool (the only place we could go) with our flip flops, we were told we had to move them. Security around the pool told us it ‘looked messy’ and we needed to put our things in a locker, which was inside. They expected people to walk around with no shoes on in 113 degrees! They asked for passports as ID, but again, we had no where to store this, or our money.Security kept telling us we needed to ‘buy a bed’ which is ridiculous. Do not sell yourself as a ‘day club’ with a guest list and tickets when the venue clearly does not support anyone who cannot pay for a bed. If you are looking to visit here, AVOID or please consider the thousands of pounds you would have to spend to make it slightly bearable. The price of the watered down drinks wouldnt help. If you want to experience a real day club, visit Encore as the staff were lovely, it was organised and clean.Ayu ‘sold out’ of their ticket entry for Jonas Blue and we watched so many people leave as there was no where for anyone to stand to be safe from the heat of the sun. When they posted his set on Instagram, they didn’t film the pool and bed area as it was so dead. A complete embarrassment! When we asked to speak to the manager, a 21 year old from the cloakroom came to speak to us. She had no interest in hearing about what we had experienced.I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in my own skin here. AVOID!

Terrible experience! We went to go see T-Pain 2 days ago and it was a horrible experience. Doors were supposed to open at 10:00 AM and performance was supposed to be at 11:00 AM. Doors did not open till 11:30 AM and T-Pain didn’t perform until 4:30 PM!!!! It was extremely hot outside. A girl was in the floor because she almost passed out from the heat. We were standing in the heat for 5 hours! No one gave us an update on what was happening. When T-Pain went on he barely sang and complained about the heat for half of his performance. Definitely a don’t meet your hero’s moment for me. This day club poorly planned this event. Very upsetting.

The newest dayclub to join the Strip was definitely worth visiting at least once!I had the opportunity of coming down to see both Zedd and my beloved Disclosure for their first residency set and featured theme, Moonbeam, and it was a rather mixed feeling. Because Zedd attracts such a huge crowd, we knew that if we were on guest list we would need to come extra hourly. We were right but the line certainly moved much faster than their competitors (like EBC who is well-known for halting the line very quickly). We had bought tickets for Disclosure only because we didn’t have a promoter at the time of the announcement but it proved to be rather useful as the Moonbeam event had guest list from 3-5 PM but we were at another club at the time. For the Zedd evening event, it was ABSOLUTELY packed. I left within fifteen minutes of him coming onstage but he didn’t even come out until about 1:15-1:30 AM and in that summer heat it just wasn’t worth it.For Disclosure, it was much more relaxed as it was on a Sunday and the decor was absolutely adorable. The only downside was that it started to rain towards the end of the set but we definitely got our money’s worth regardless.I did not order anything except their cocktails in a souvenir cup which ran me about $54 per cup but during the daytime they do have a good menu which you can order at the window by the restrooms on the ground level. For anyone that says $54 is expensive for the cups, Wet Republic and other dayclubs on the strip have charged much, much more for these. I also like that their straws have a little lid for them. You can charge these to the room if you’re a hotel guest but you cannot use the food credit as it’s a club, not a restaurant! I definitely plan to return for another visit but hope that by this point they’ll allow evening swimming because otherwise it’s a poor use of the venue itself.(7/100—2022)

Other than that, amazing stage and sound. Was packed but not too uncomfortable. Water the perfect temperature for a 110 degree day! Sucks it looks like they don’t allow night time swimming. Definitely check a day time show here if you can! Epic pool party with lots of chill folks from all over the globe.

Worst day club ive been to. Im a local and I wanted to check out the latest day club in Vegas since Im always bringing my friends from out of town to places that are worth it. Sometimes I go to day clubs without a table/cabana sometimes I just want to see what most people experience. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. How are you expecting it to be a a day club POOL party if theres no place we can leave our sandals and shirts/covers.They expect you to pay $65 for a 6in by 9inch locker to leave your valuables. The other cheaper option is to check in your bag at the front (~$40 cant confirm since I didnt pay). My friend had to pay to pay for two bags even though we only had 1 and our extra pair of sandals (party of 3).Also, due to them not allowing us to have anything by the pool, how are we expected to pay for drinks? We ended up leaving our wallets and phones at the bag check in.The only way you get treated like a decent human being is by getting a day bed/cabana. All day beds are facing the pool and a person cant even sit on the edge of the pool without getting told to move that you cant be there.I get it, they are a business, but if anyone were to ask me to recommend this place I would tell them to stay clear. If the Ayu day club and Resorts world are struggling this bad for money just say so. Your nickel and dime-ing practices are costing you regulars and return visits.

Never have I ever felt so much rudeness from the staff in a beach club. We were told multiple times to stand somewhere else, when we can’t even find a place to stand around. And after telling them that, the response was “you still can’t stand here”. If you want to sit who knows how much you have to drop $$$ to enjoy a basic necessity. The pool is broken into two and they are SMALL. Probably no bigger then a regular hotel pool. Nothing like encore. If you want to limit people standing, you should have built a bigger pool. The mistreatment and the amount of people over capacity was just an absolute kill joy. Never going to stay at this hotel, and never going to this day club again. So rude and so small. Other people inside were also agreeing it sucks. We even used a promoter to get in, and it was a waste.

Horrible experience and I didnt even get in!!! After waiting in the VIP guest list line, having my ID checked and having a security guard thoroughly check my tiny purse, I was approached by another security guard as I was waiting to get in telling me that I couldnt bring my towel in. What? I cant bring a towel to a pool? I asked him to show me in the rules where it says that and he told me to look online. I told him I did and all I could find is that backpacks and oversized bags are not allowed.I then asked to speak to a manager and while I stood to the side waiting for a manager, I watched 4 people walk in with towels. When the manager finally arrived, we basically had the same conversation as I did with the security guard. I also asked him to show me where it says that towels cannot be brought in. He said they provide towels and he didnt want my towel to get lost. I told him I was a big girl and could manage my own towel. He repeated that he wouldnt allow it in.I left as not only did I not want to have to bring my towel all the way back to my car but I have no interest in giving my business to an establishment who lets employees abuse their power and make up the rules as they go along. Upon leaving, I stopped at the posted rules signs and no where does it even mention towels...not allowing them to be brought in or that they provide them. How is anyone suppose to just know this?????

This place was awesome after you get through security. It isnt as big as youd think so be prepared for the crowd to get big. Also be prepared for Security as they will throw everything you have away without giving you the opportunity to take care of it yourself. They took some girls $70 small perfume bottle & I seen one of the security pocket it. I understand they need to do their job but at least post signs at the entrance & online. I did look online to see what could & could not be taken in though didnt see anything posted. There is also no where for you to put down your belongings so dont take more than you have to.

The place looks very luxurious but unless you pay outrageous amounts of money to sit under an umbrella on a seat you really dont get to take advantage of that luxury. The main artist takes over 3 and 1/2 hours to get on stage. They spray the audience with what I believe is champagne a couple times throughout the show without their consent. I dont drink so I dont want alcohol being sprayed on me. Because you have to wait so long for the main artist to get on stage those around you get really drunk and rowdy and start to push and shove. Theres actually very little standing space because of all the overpriced sitting areas that no one buys which means youre packed in like sardines just like Zouk. I think the place has lots of potential and is nice but they really need to change a few things to make for a better experience for those who wanted to come and have a good time.

A local here who has attended several day clubs. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the AYU pool club at Resorts World, and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with two of their surprise unwritten policies. The first one, is their absurd no flipflop/shoe policy at the pool. Saturday July 29th, 2023 was a scorching hot day, a blistering 112 degrees outside, and to make matters worse, the concrete surrounding the pool felt like an inferno…..it was painful. Despite the unbearable heat, the staff walked around and insisted on enforcing a “no shoes” near the pool rule. This rule is NOWHERE to be listed publicly and no prior disclosure at the security check/bag search line. After clearing the search lilne and being in the pool, a staff member advised, not just to me but the entire pool of people, that it looks “messy” you’ll need a locker for your shoes. Me: “OK, but the ground is 140 degrees so I need to walk barefoot to a locker to leave my flipflops, and continue to walk to and from the locker every time I need to get drinks, use the bathroom or want to walk around the property, the concrete is no walkable barefoot”, AYU: “If you don’t utilize a locker we’re collecting all the shoes and they will be in a bucket at lost and found unattended”.This policy is not only unreasonable but also potentially hazardous. Walking barefoot on the scalding concrete was not only uncomfortable but also posed a risk of burns and injuries. Its as if they prioritized some arbitrary dress code, not written anywhere or advised during check-in, over their customers safety and well-being. The security member overseeing the enforcement of the flipflop scandal seemed completely indifferent to our concerns. When we tried to discuss the issue with her, she dismissively brushed it off, reiterating it was just too messy. After watching staff collecting shoes of unsuspecting pool-goers, and walking away with them, along with many others we decided to just leave rather than having our shoes taken or receiving 3rd degree burns on our feet. Other pool day clubs have signage warning patrons to please wear shoes while out of the pool due to the temperature of the concrete surrounding the pools. Excuse me, but its common sense to allow patrons to wear flip-flops when the ground is practically melting!Secondly, upon arrival, we were handed towels at the towel booth, which seemed like a nice gesture. However, this illusion of hospitality quickly evaporated when we reached the pool area. We were informed that we had to surrender the towels that THEY GAVE US at the entrance because they didnt want the pool area to look messy. Are you kidding me? Isnt the whole point of providing towels to ensure guests can dry off and stay comfortable by the pool? Instead of enhancing the overall experience, this pool club seemed determined to make it as unpleasant as possible. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure us in, only to snatch expectations away once they got us inside. FYI, it’s $40-$150 to enter. We were left with no choice but to either endure the inconvenience of being towel-less and shoeless or spend extra money to rent lockers, daybeds, cabana’s etc. What a way to squeeze more cash out of customers! For the record I am OK with any type of rule, while unreasonable to me or not as long as they are pre-disclosed. While I understand that every establishment has its rules, I believe transparency is key in creating a positive customer experience. Had I been aware of these policies of no AYU towels, no flip-flops on the pool grounds in advance, I could have made a better-informed decision about whether to attend this type of place. It is my hope that in the future, that AYU/ZOUK/Resorts Would will be upfront about their rules and regulations. Clear communication goes a long way in fostering a sense of trust and respect between businesses and their customers.Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy torture by hot concrete and staff with no regard for their customers.

Seemed to be run by entitled, misogynistic men. Prob shouldn’t have been surprised. Pool water was murky. Looks like lots of people peed in it.

Unfortunately I and my sister were to attend the Day Club on August 20. We flew from Canada especially to see Elderbrook. We were NEVER advised there was an artist change to Estovega (Which was ok just would have preferred an email). On the day The tropical storm Hilary caused severe weather conditions so they cancelled the event. We flew back to Canada and were advised the event was rescheduled to Oct 15th and refused to refund our tickets as we are not able to attend then. This is unacceptable business practices and I caution anyone who is planning on booking tickets at AYU Day club or Zouk. You may not be seeing the artist you were expecting and if anything happens you will not be refunded.Very poor service Zouk and AYU Dayclub. Please reconsider.

Got a daybed for anniversary gift to the wife. Got there at 11am. Waited till 12 to get sat down. If there was one security or staff member prior to the event that would have been great. Hundreds of people were lined up wrong with no real signage for directions. Ayu is on the main level of the hotel btw if youre looking and no staff. The daybed was great. Had some bottles of champagne with drinks and food throughout the show. I did prebook the cabana, hindsight knowing what i know now I would have waited. Both daybeds next to me booked during the show and less minimum spends than I. Location was great with little to no people standing in front of us for the headliner. Staff/servers/waitress was all fantastic! 5 stars to them. Would come back for sure. Only real complaint was there was this weird metal object that stuck out of the ground and I accidentally stepped on it which messed my foot up pretty good. Not sure the purpose of the object, there were multiple in the ground next to the concrete curb in front of us sectioning the different areas.

0- star !!!! Not recommend !!! I am local and my friend came for labor day weekend to LV. We went to pool party in this place. There was a racist guy who used bad words to me I wanted to talk him but he hit my hand. I had water on my hand , Water split to myself and little to the security guy’s shirt and security guy Dawd supported him. He said I got water on my shirt and I have to leave. I tried to explain him a situation but he did not listen us.It was a pool party , they used lots of water , champagne to us . We did not complain. It is Vegas , people come here for fun , all kind of nationality , culture should be the same level and fair service . Racist guy stayed there and showed us middle finger when the security pushed us to leave . Security guy just because of the little water were so disrespectful to us. I went to security office and wrote statement about him and still did not get any respond from the management. He was disrespectful to us front of his manager as well. I was not drunk, I did not do anything wrong to the against of the policy day club. But that security guy pushed us to leave the club. When we went to the security office there were so many people whose wallets were stolen in this club. I think security people need to get train about discrimination, safety of people and protect their work environment. Otherwise they are using their position , their power personal. Next day we went to Wet Republic , their security people were so nice and friendly. We enjoyed a lot !

AWFUL STRANGE SECURITY DONT GO! My sister showed her ID and a 5’2 latino security guy was looking back and forth at the ID and asked my sister to “smile” she smiled like how she did on the ID. It wasn’t proof for him so he told her to show her name on her iphone settings and she obeyed. He grabs her phone starts going all over the place and was touching too much so my sister calmly asked “Why do you need to look at it so much?“He quickly denied access to entry just because she asked that question since he was being so strange about it.We tried reporting him to other security people there and they defended the suspicious security man saying that HE felt unsafe when my sister was the one uncomfortable and trying to stay calm that whole time!!!! Worst security ever I think that security is trying to scam…spend your coin elsewhere.

Day clubs can be very difficult at times. The door can have long lines with excessive security. There is also lots of uncertainty when it comes to entry fees, guestlist, and bottle service. Cabanas are overpriced and you share your private pool with other Cabanas so you cant almost move there. From Cabanas for $2000+ you cant see main stage which is ridiculous. Mostly males in the club. Prices for drinks are expensive $15 for a beer and $70 for a cocktail plus be careful with credit card payments!!! I had extra $130 on my statement. I tried contact Zouk first but there is no one to help you or even respond you. I had to report as a Fraud at my bank. We did the night club on a Friday night. Pretty much the same game as all the other clubs. You want to get on the guest list, expect discrimination if you are male even though men are the source of most their money, and even if you think you play it smart, expect to wait in line unless you are throwing thousands away on bottle service. Same for sitting down, that is only for the upper class here, not a single seat available for Gen adm. A cool thing is that they sell xlarge cups with any cocktail for $50 so you dont have to keep going back and fourth.THIS PLACE IS OUTSIDE! It seemed like many people in line including our friends did not know this. It was supper hot out even at night and crazy humid that weekend so I was sweating like crazy before we even got in and ended up leaving before the main DJ, which was still not even on at 0130!!!! If we had paid to get in I would have been looking for a refund. They also hade multiple sound issues but the staff were nice.ALSO The dress code is a joke! AYU Nights Review onlyWent with a party of 7 to see Zedd despite the limit of a Couch/Table in the 301-308 section being 6 people and got in with no problems. Half of the party arrived early and the other half arrived late which meant there was no problems with the party arriving at different times. When arriving at the club, you can skip the entire line as there is a table line. Your promoter will meet you and bring you in, you will go past security and then be brought to your table. The staff was attentive and friendly, even when the entire club became packed. The waitress will come over with a menu to discuss bottle options and the minimum spend you have. You can take your time to review this with your group or if you know what you want, you can order right away. If you care about lights/bottle show, then you need to order items that have Luminous at the end of it.People were allowed in the pool, for night swim (not sure if Table was required or not, I did not swim).Table purchasing process: I went through the Resort World/Ayu website, but did not purchase directly through the website. Instead I pressed the inquire button which allows for a lower minimum spend if you just whatsapp the promoters directly. Then you can discuss with the promoter on where you would like to have your seat and what the minimum for that area is. The couches in 301-308 are the best positioned. Cabanas are also available in the same area if you have more people (we saw a Cabana have 20+ people during our night there).Overall, the show was excellent with Zedd and having your own space allows you to enjoy the show and have a place to return as you make your way up front. We had a safe with our couch area, although we did not use it.

Issue 1. We bought tickets and some people bought expedite tickets and the people who didnt pay for entry got 1st entry. If people spend money on tickets should ALWAYS get 1st priority. Second issue Hardly anywhere to sit or even put flip flops down. We got told put things behind a couch which is even worse. He then went off on a rant about how he only pays promoters to find girls. Its a brand new club that no one has heard of, that had no headliner the night we were there, and you have to walk through dirt to get there. TL;DR: security is extremely aggressive and incompetent. They refused to listen to the situation and immediately escalated without chance for remediation. The live music was great though, at least they picked good DJs.Yesterday my partner and I attended a show at Ayu Dayclub (an outdoor venue). Several other people were smoking, so we decided to light a CBD hemp cigarette (federally legal in all 50 states) since my partner is allergic to and cannot consume tobacco. A member of security came over, asked what it was, and instead of simply informing us that only tobacco smoking was allowed (which we did not know), we were kicked out immediately without any opportunity for remediation. We were completely unaware that it was a problem, and instead of handling the issue politely, informing us, and allowing us to either relinquish the hemp (again, not marijuana, of which we informed him multiple times) or simply stop, he became rude and aggressive and refused to have a polite conversation, as did his supervisor to an even greater degree. When we asked to speak with the supervisor, he initially yelled at us and got in my partner’s face; even though we were trying to have a conversation and explain the situation, he would barely let us speak. When he finally allowed us to get a word in and heard that it was hemp, he immediately backpedalled and gave the cigarette back because he realized that what he was doing was discriminatory. But because security had already escalated the whole interaction, they still forced us to leave to save face.We paid over $200 just for entry and spent more than $60 on drinks in the half hour we were there (would have been much more had we been allowed to stay). It’s unfair that there was no allowance for exchange of information, and it’s extremely unfair for the club to discriminate against legal hemp smoking when there were other people also smoking tobacco. If we had brought lavender, or sage, or any other kind of (also legal) cigarette, would we have still been kicked out, no questions asked, because it wasn’t tobacco? There were no signs posted and no information on the venue website regarding smoking (I did check beforehand), so no reason for us to think that it would have been a problem, especially considering we were not the only ones smoking. The plant we were smoking is federally legal to smoke in public spaces where smoking is allowed; it is discrimination to admittedly allow others to smoke tobacco unbothered but not even be courteous enough to simply inform us that what we were legally doing was against club rules (which, again, were not posted or available to read anywhere) and give us an opportunity to stop.It was an unfair situation in which we were not allowed to advocate for or explain ourselves at all, and we didn’t even get to see the event due to overly aggressive and incompetent staff who apparently either don’t know or simply don’t care about the laws they claim to be enforcing.

The head of security was literally smoking a weed pen, pretty hypocritical LOL. He was a bigger black male with scars on his neck and he held his weed pen while checking people in

You can’t put you’re belongings anywhere without paying 65 dollars to get a locker and even then you’re paying around 24 a drink. Be loaded rich or don’t come here

This has to be the weirdest layout for a pool dayclub. Too many people for a tiny pool/area. One time is probably enough.

After being on the guest list they still made us pay all for them to not letting us on. Staff were rude and refused to refund our money. Do not go here, go to Omnia they know what they are doing.
