Absolutely the best spa on the strip hands down. I did signature massage with scalp massage and a collagen mask. Both the additional options are going on at the same time as the main signature massage, so you don’t need the extra time.I 100% recommend showing up at least 1 hour before your appointment. You can come at the opening time of your appointment date to take advantage of the amenities in the spa like the salt room, hot bed, hot tub, sauna, and the bathroom. The infinity pool was closed when I went but I will be back when it’s open back up.
Today was my first time getting a massage at the resort. Melvin was fantastic! He made it an easily comfortable and luxurious experience. He is highly attentive and skilled. The facilities were much bigger than I thought. Due to travel plans, I didnt get much time to explore more. Otherwise, i would have checked out the pool and sauna. Will definitely be returning!
LOVED our experience here! We initially booked the spa merely out of logistics sake because we were staying at Aria. Another friend who is picky about her spa, had some reservations but went along with it. We were pleasantly surprised. The spa is clean and has nice amenities. There is a tea, coffee and snack service up in the lounge. There are whirlpools and cold plunges, a sauna, a steam room and an outdoor wading pool. All of these you could use before and after your treatment. My massage was an athletic massage, maybe another term for deep tissue. Terra was my therapist and she applied just the right amount of pressure. She made sure to ask if it was okay during the service as well. The treatment room was roomy, well kept and inviting. At the end of your experience, there are showers and full amenities from hair brushes, razors, deodorant, toothbrush/toothpaste kits, to hair dryers and curling irons at your disposal. Plenty of bottled water everywhere so you can stay hydrated in the desert. One of our friends misplaced her Apple watch and one of the kind employees stayed after closing to help us dig through towels to help us find it. In the end, the watch was with another friend! But we appreciated her willingness to help us locate her watch. We were really surprised at the offerings here and would highly recommend their Spa should you need staying at Aria or a property next door.
Made for a wonderful day. I received a custom message, which fully turned my day around. Then received a pedicure. I was so impressed with both of my services. The pedicure was on the first floor in the salon, while the spa and amenities are on the second. It was a little jarring to go straight from the relaxing massage to going downstairs, but you can re-enter the spa for the rest of the day after a treatment, so I was still able to enjoy the many amenities for the rest of the afternoon. The complimentary mimosa during my pedicure was a very pleasant addition to the experience as well.
Spa was beautiful and well cleaned/maintained. However I have 2 complaints: 1) if you choose to do an “add on” service on your massage, they don’t actually add on time to do that service. For example, my mom chose to do a collagen facial added to her massage which is an additional 65$ and basically got a face sheet put on her face during her massage. As for me, I got a scalp treatment which was nice but it used up my massage time. I thought it would add like 10-15 min to my massage but nope. Another issue about this spa is that there’s a day club going on downstairs and you can literally feel the saunas vibrating from the bass, the zen music is overpowered by the DJ music in the bath section, and the infinity pool is basically overlooking the day club. If you want a peaceful relaxing spa experience this is not the place for you, unless you go super early in the day. I believe the music started around 1 and ended at 5pm. I felt like I was on spring break vacation minus the alcohol (this was especially bad because the music was trashy with explicit lyrics for almost every song). The staff was all very nice and pleasant but does not make up for the atmosphere going on outside. I did also go to the salon and it was very quiet there- could not hear the club music. I got my nails done and it was lovely. I would love to go to spa and salon again but now I know to avoid afternoon hours at all costs.
I had a horrible experience because of the massage therapist named Piper. She was so rude, had attitude, and bad customer service skills. She wasnt very friendly, it was a new experience for me and instead of making me feel comfortable, she belittled and snarked at me with her coworker.Make sure you request not to have this person assist you, she is in the wrong field of work, too aggressive.
This was my first time visiting Las Vegas and booking a massage at the Aria spa. I’ve been a massage therapist for a year and this had been my first massage since…the service was impeccable and the only downfall on my part was I didn’t book a longer massage with the massage therapist Melvin. He was able to take away months of tension and I felt the most relaxed that I’ve been in a long time. Thank you 🙏🏼 The session was perfect! Totally worth the years wait for a massage.
Loved our experience at the spa. The massage was great and shower facilities were amazing.Only complaint was the outdoor pool. Its right above the party pool and the techno music was far from relaxing, couldnt even stay outside.
Best spa experience ever. I went in for a 50Minute signature spa experience. My masseuse was Christine and she was wonderful. I went in over 2.5 hours early to enjoy all the amenities and that was a great decision. All of the rooms and pools were fantastic. Highly recommend this experience for those non-Vegas people like me, who don’t gamble and just want to find some quiet and relaxation 🙏🏼
This spa had an easy check-in process and beautiful amenities. Within the facility, they have a:Womens locker room:1. Redwood dry sauna2. Eucalyptus steam3. Cool tub4. Hot tub5. Their additional hot tub was having temperature issues.6. Only feedback more snacks, please.Co-ed areas1. Infinity pool2. Salt room3. Hot stone beds - so relaxing and one of my favorites.Overall, my facial was pretty good, although for the price, I would expect more advanced devices and methodology. I loved the pedicure! It was one of the best I have had. I would return and try a massage.
For the price I paid, I was disappointed. I couldnt relax during my massage because it was so loud in the hallway outside. Therapists and clients laughing and talking so loud...I could hear everything being said. They really should keep conversations to a minimum in the hallways. My next complaint was that there is no privacy in the locker area. There were about 6 other women by my locker getting changed changed... plus everyone walking by looking in our direction while I was changing. It was very uncomfortable. The coed infinity spa outside was not hot... only lukewarm. The hot tub in womens area was a bit warmer but my husband said the spa in the mens wasnt hot at all. You cant order food while at the spa, so we had to get dressed and leave the spa for lunch. Lastly, their towels were thin and felt like sandpaper. Ive been to numerous spas in Vegas (and other cities), and would say this one is near the bottom of my list. Way too overpriced for what they offer.
The manager Jamie lacks customer service skills and has a bad attitude. She is course, manipulative, and I don’t understand how one is able to relax and get a massage after interacting with her. I know that I could not. I ended up leaving instead of getting my massage because her attitude was so nasty.Mallory offered to reschedule my appointment before she came to the desk. When I told her that and asked to reschedule she responded “why would we do that?” I responded “how should i know, Mallory offered it.” She again repeated “why would we do that”.She was attempting to gaslight me into believing that i had not been offered something from her staff. The proper response would have been “ i apologize, Mallory was mistaken. We can not do that.” In the service industry you should be pleasant. She is not fostering an environment of calm and serenity as she should at a spa.She spoke to me like i was beneath her. She was short with me. I understand you have a policy but the way she went about enforcing it was disgusting. She is horrible. She made me very uncomfortable. She tried to bulldoze me and make me come inside.I also fear she is a racist, and a colorist and she should be more closely monitored because her behavior is outrageous.
Great hotel/resort and casino. The Aria was beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was so beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great price for our stay. I would recommend THE ARIA. Convenient location close to everthing from shopping ,restaurants, the STRIP,entertainment and pharmacies . Staying at THE ARIA was also like being in paradise and off of an island of your own. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!! AND I WILL VISIT THE ARIA AGAIN SOON!!!!
I absolutely adored my spa experience at ARIA. The moment I stepped into their serene sanctuary, I knew I was in for a treat. The highlight of my visit was the custom massage, which left me feeling utterly rejuvenated and relaxed. Every detail was meticulously crafted to provide a five-star experience. The ambiance exuded tranquility, and the facilities were nothing short of exceptional. I indulged in the luxurious sauna, immersed myself in the bubbling jacuzzi, and relished the soothing steam room. The dedicated relaxing area provided the perfect haven to unwind and bask in pure bliss. ARIA truly exceeded all my expectations, and I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit
This is easily the nicest spa I have ever been to. The co ed spaces are gorgeous. I loved the women only hot tubs. They offered food and drinks and a space to clean up and refresh your hair and makeup. Lelani was my masseuse and she was incredible. I loved how the treatment room had music options like 90 punk rock and other things if thats what you like to relax to. I wish I had taken more time to spend the day in the spa.
It was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. It was done perfectly with no pain, which is amazing for me since I have neuropathy. Its definitely worth the money to upgrade to the best. I highly recommend this salon and spa. It is better than Vadara, where I am staying since it lacks the salon part. For full service quality, this is the place to be.
Aria is a refreshing modern place esp their fitness center and spa. It does take a pretty penny for the spa. The facial I got was pretty good and relaxing. But back home it would of been much cheaper. The spa facilities for each gender seem clean and modern. The women’s hot tubs were only 3 in quantity and smaller, much smaller than Qua. Kind of like Bellagio spa small but newer. The only difference is the co-ed Salt room and stone bed room. The Salt room was too room temperature to see much benefit in my opinion. The stone bed room looked inviting but not sure if I’d be comfortable lying down next to a stranger in a robe as the stone bed is just one big stone slab separate by wood pillows. The co-ed lounge is sizable but missing the inviting fireplace that is located downstairs from the spa next to the fitness center. The fitness center is modern and huge. The machines and cardio equipment seem new. The view from the fitness center is the outdoor pool. The co-ed infinity pool accessible from the spa was closed during my visit, bummer.
I am here to provide my evaluation of Christy at the SPA, who was completely incompetent. She left me waiting in line for more than 20 minutes and was extremely rude. My review for this employee is entirely negative. She treated me poorly and even gave me a sarcastic smile. Her name is Christy. You can check the camera footage from the date at 12:12 PM July 30th. I will never return to this SPA or this hotel.
The Spa at Aria Hotel in Las Vegas offers a luxurious and well-maintained experience. Steven, an attendant, stood out with his warm and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant, spiritually uplifting stay. I loved the eucalyptus steam room. As Bruce Springsteen would say, Come on up for the rising, and rise to the occasion of indulgence at the Spa at Aria Hotel in Las Vegas. With Stevens exceptional service, this spa provides a top-notch experience in a clean and upscale environment.
The spa is beautiful. Staff was friendly. The massage was a basic massage but good. The faculty itself was well laid out and clean. I really enjoyed the salt cave. The furniture was very comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed the way the jacuzzi and cold plunge was isolated to the womens only side so you could enjoy it nude if you like. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because their robes did not accommodate plus bodies. Other than that, Ill definitely visit again and enjoy a spa day being sure to bring my own robe.
From the receptionist up front to the check in desk right before you are walked into the massage room, I loved how clean and chic everything is. My masseuse Thai was super kind and definitely made sure all my needs were met. She made sure to walk me through the process and asked what my preferences were before even starting our session. I got the aromatherapy massage and absolutely loved every second of my 90 min massage! I am sensitive and dont like deep tissue type massages, but Thai did an amazing job relaxing my body and gentle to the touch. I did not have time that day to check out the rest of the amenities at the Spa such as pool and sauna but would love to go again and spend a whole day lounging! 👍👍
Best spa experience ever! Love that you have full access to their spa amenities with the booking of a treatment. Obviously its going to be pricey but trust me when I say its well worth it. I relaxed in the public lounges, the Aji Stone Wall room, Salt room, hot tub, cold plunge, wet and dry saunas and the infinity pool. I did it all. Glad we indulged! I had the best massage of my life from Steven. I wish I would have saved up to book a longer treatment. My bf and I will definitely book again the next time were Im Vegas! Pro Tip for the men - dont forget your swim trunks, the gift shop only has $100 shorts 🥲
Jaime gave me an AMAZING blowout for mywedding. It was exactly what I wanted and lasted. Shes also incredibly warm and made the whole experience so fun - and gave me the perfect recommendation for our post-wedding dinner (Julian Serrano Tapas). Thanks, Jaime!
I decided to finally write a long-overdue review of Aria because every single staff member at Aria has been friendlier than every single staff member at Cosmo this morning.Today reminded me that the Aria staff is among the best Ive seen at hotels of this caliber. They are not threatened or worried about hurting their image by hosting one guest who happens to be a short heavyset woman who uses a rollator walker for an assistive mobility device. I can understand why - Aria has plenty of guests of all types, and business is booming! MGM seems to understand that it pays to treat all guests like human beings, which Marriott is starting to forget based on my experience at Cosmo this morning. When we lived in LA we used to visit Cosmo and Aria frequently. Now we live about 20 minutes west of the strip. When my partner flies to LA for work meetings a couple times a month I often have him drop me off on the way to the airport so I can spend a day at the Spa at Aria. What I love about the spa at Aria:The Spa at Aria is by far my favorite spa.Slavika is my favorite masseuse. I have had great experiences with each masseuse - they all have different strengths. But I finally decided Im booking just with Slavika from now on because she listens to me the best and adjusts based on what I need that day.All the spa attendants are great too - the locker area accommodates my rollator walker and the attendants often even find me a plus size robe. The facilities are clean and there are several options of hot and cold pools, sauna and steam rooms, and an almost secret co-ed outdoor pool with a wooded view over the main Aria pool (I love to sit at that pool and read after my massage!).There could be a bit more vacuuming because Im allergic to dust and I do notice a bit of a sneeze coming on in a few areas, mainly by the lockers where its carpeted. The barber side of the salon did an adequate job shaving my head a couple weeks ago (I keep my head shaved for medical reasons). Thanks to everyone for always welcoming me and making me feel comfortable!
Best spa treatment I’ve ever had. When it comes to massage and facilities you definitely get what you pay for. Aria has one of the few co-ed areas left in vegas so I was able to hang with my fiancé in the lounge and relax and enjoy the pool. The couples massage was top notch. She was zonked out in minutes and I fought like hell to stay awake thru mine because it felt amazing. A really good massage in vegas will run you somewhere in the 200-250 range with a tip and it was worth it. I felt months or stress and tension leave me feeling completely refreshed.
Went to the Spa at Aria for a girls trip to celebrate one of my closest friends bdays and the service was incredible. They move like a well oiled machine! From the front desk, to the services, to the amenities-all well worth it. I wanted to especially point out one of their staff who assist with check in and tours of the facility. Her name is Nicole Norton and she was FABULOUS! She immediately read the vibe of our group and set us up for a great experience. Very well versed in the facility and all it has to offer--there was no question she was unable to answer. Definitely one of the highlights of our time there (in addition to the services of course). She exuded excellent customer service in all areas! The massages and facials we recd were also very good! We were all very happy with our time a the spa at Aria and while it is pricey (just as everything else is in Vegas), it is well worth it. Thank you!
I stayed at the Aria for 4 nights and expected top notch service for the premium price. On my 3rd day, I went to enjoy the spa with a day pass. The attendant warned me that the hot tubs were closed for maintenance within the private spa area. I responded by asking if they would give me a discount for getting a partial experience, but the attendant insisted that I would need to pay full price. She justified that I could still go outdoors to enjoy the hot tub in a separate area for hotel guests. I rebutted to say that the outdoor hot tub was already included in the price with my hotel stay. Given that I wanted to spend time in the dry sauna, I went ahead and paid full price and left a $20 tip. When I expressed my concern to the Male attendant about the out of service tubs, he recommended that I ask for a discounted price--which I already did and did not get. When in the dry sauna, I sat down and caught a splinter in my low back. I was already frustrated at that point and left the facility within less than an hour.I dont recommend the Aria Day Spa pass.
It’s not a bad spa. the services are great but the spa itself is a little too loud. I like spas where I can relax. Can’t relax at this spa. wasn’t my favorite.
I sent mom to Aria spa and she had the best massage of her life. She said Nikki used her intuition to relieve all her stress! She gave Nikki basic information about her and she said after her massage she felt like a new woman! I’m very happy for this because my mom’s been through a-lot of stress and she needed a break! Shes still raving about Nikkis massage! Thank you Aria! We enjoyed your beautiful spa. And Nikki deserves a raise.
Blissful and thoughtful spa. The ambiance is quiet and calming. There are men’s and woman’s sides with a few shared areas. Bring a bathing suit for the infinity pool! The massage I received was one of the best of my life. Lee was wonderful, listened to my needs, and helped release a lot of tension. Plan to spend 3-4 hours here to get the full relaxation experience - including tea, the salt room, meditation space, saunas, and hot tubs.
We had a fantastic experience here. My favorite thing is that if you book a treatment, the whole spa is at your disposal for the entire day. They have multiple steam rooms and the salt beds are amazing. I had a fantastic massage and an even more fantastic facial and wrap. I left feeling intensely relaxed and boneless. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The location was clean, the buckets for towels were regularly cleared, no trash cans or other overflowing, everything was in its place. The various changing rooms, showers, etc were clean and fresh. There were multiple locations with snacks and fresh water. It was the perfect place to spend a day. Cant wait to go back!!
Rooms are average, really loud on the floors. Casino is nice and on the newer end. Several restaurants are really good and spa is nice and professional.
Aria Spa was a memorable treatment. It was highly relaxing and much needed for our trip. I encourage getting to the spa at 8am to get the whole experience, but you can also experience their spa after your massage. They have a lot to offer and not bad pricing for all that’s included! My husband and I loved it so much we’d consider going again before our trip ends!
The spa is really clean and well maintained. If you book a spa service, they let you go as early as when they open to enjoy the amenities. They have a nice co-ed space to lounge and relax. There is flavored water, tea, snack mix and apples to snack on. The custom massage I had was good with a lot of pressure. I think this spa is a good value for the money.
I had a shave service. Everything was good. I always check but got distracted and forgot to check. Part of neck area was not shaven corrctly. CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE....
I have been coming the past few years and this last Dec was the worst experience ever. The stylist did what she wanted and did not listen and when I voiced my concern the manager was a bully and I left without my services being completed. I filed a complaint with security and they were supposed to follow up so they could rectify their mistake and never heard back from anyone. Good luck, the spa was great the salon was a nightmare
Best gift I could have gotten my wife for Valentines Day. She went in super stressed and sore from traveling; she came out visibly relaxed and at peace. Thank you!
I’m in Las Vegas at least twice a year… and I never miss going to the spa every other day while I’m there… my massage therapist JEFFEREY is amazing!! NOT TO MENTION the best welcoming committee I’ve ever seen with the girls at the front desk upstairs and especially downstairs!!! It’s a part of my vacation I look forward tooooooo🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Enjoyed a couples massage at the Aria earlier this month. It was my first spa experience and it did not disappoint. Very serene and inviting atmosphere with the sweetest attendants to show you around and help you get acquainted with the spa amenities. The massage itself was relaxing and melted all my stress away. Just what I needed for a quick trip in Vegas.
Wow, the spa is stunning and Nicole is the best massage therapist in vegas! Ive had several massages and she gave me the best massage Ive ever had. Love her attention to detail! She made me feel new and welcomed!
I went to Aria Spa and Canyon Ranch in the same weekend. Aria was so much better. The Aria amenities and the simply the layout were better, and it was less expensive. There is co-ed space but you dont ever HAVE to go there. At Canyon ranch, you have to be in co-ed space for any appointments, on a busy day that was awful. Aria is compact but well executed.
Love to go to the spa when Im in town. The staff are so great and the facilities are excellent. You have a lot of options to use even if you dont take advantage of a treatment. The eucalyptus steam room and infinity pool are some of my favorites.
The Spa at Aria is a well laid out facility with many exceptional amenities. I was able to enjoy the steam room, hot sauna, infinity pool, hot indoor pool, and the salt/ meditation room. I did have a good massage, 80 minute, however, the massage therapist needed to trim her nails, don’t like the feeling of nails on skin. Another irritation was when I was in the salt meditation room, I was highly disturbed at how many staff outside of the room talking while giving guests a tour. The staff member that gave my tour pointed to where the rooms were without disturbing other guest. So I didn’t enjoy the salt room for long. There were 2 other occasions of staff speaking loudly about personal life. I don’t mind a little chatter but when I hear ”I hate being back at work” it is a little concerning. We all don’t always like working but please keep that behind doors.
**This is strictly on my experience with Randi on getting a facials package as i did not have time to use the other spa offerings.I was getting a facial the morning before my flight and wanted to say i had a wonderful experience ! at first i had a few minutes to go around the spa and it was very overwhelming to be honest, they have a lot here. Very quickly after laying down for my facial, the atmosphere in the rooms and Randis friendliness made me much more relaxed. The facial it’s self was soothing, and left my skin baby smooth. I also loved the wax they put on your hands on feet, it was comforting. Randi was transparent, and helpful in explaining what she was doing that i was unfamiliar with. It was great and i left feeling so chill and my skin was hydrated. Overall highly recommend trying one if you haven’t before !
Beautiful spa with top notch facilities. After checking in at 9am I was able to use the facilities all day, even after my scheduled massage appointment. If you want to get your money’s worth, be sure to check in early. The one complaint I had was that the noise from the Vegas strip is still very audible on the private patios, which was disappointing. However the inside of the facility was quiet, serene, and relaxing. I definitely recommend the salt room for a great meditation experience.Showers and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with soaps and essentials. Will definitely be visiting again if I’m ever staying at the Aria.
Don’t sleep on the Spa at Aria! I’ve had a lot of massages and this was one of the best, if not the best I’ve had! Additionally, the spa amenities were on point! When you get a massage (or any service) you get full access to the amenities for the day. That includes the hot and cold pools, outdoor infinity pool, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, Japanese stone room and the salt room The warm Japanese stones you lay on were fabulous! I will be back next time I’m in Vegas.
Check in staff super helpful! The male with the long curly hair and the girl with the bangs super nice! My massage was incredible and hot tub felt nice in this cold weather 🥶🥶🥶
My husband and I got a couples massage on 11/19 in the private suite and our host, Gabby, was simply amazing! She was so kind and helpful. She made sure that our experience was nothing short of amazing. Plus, our two therapists, Renee and Dianna, were amazing!!! We’ve gotten several other massages on the strip and this was by far our favorite. Thanks to everyone who helped to make sure my husband and I had the best afternoon :)
This is hands down the best spa ever. I cannot say enough good things about it. It has everything, salt room, hot stone bed meditation room, eucalyptus steam room, cedar sauna, spray tanning, infra red light therapy, high end technology facials, the best massages Trinity she is fabulous. They even have the massage where they walk on your back. They have hot, cold, warm tubs . A really cool small long lol outside it’s surreal lounge areas with snack and beverages in gliding hot teas. Lockers and all the stuff you need to shower brush your hair and teach after plenary of product from tooth past to hair sprays so much packed in this huge spa I might be forgetting something but it melts all your stress always if you don’t have stress it just makes life even more dreamy. It’s a must go and bring trunks or a swimsuit explore whole spa and spend the whol day time just flys by in there. I loved it I love it.
Love this spa. We got the couple massage and got to spend the day at the spa after a long night out in Vegas. It was perfect. If you are staying at Aria - the day pass is cheaper too!
Great place to get a Hot Stone massage. My only gripe is they need alot more stronger massage therapists; some tend to be rather weak with the pressure, even if you tell them to go deeper.
Unfortunately I would not recommend the use of the spa, reception desk clerk Tay Tay provided incomplete and inaccurate information. Then lied when I brought my concerns to her attention in efforts to have her not repeat the same incident with anyone else. Beautiful property but I’ve experienced a few poor customer service experiences upon arrival. Guest services have attempted to address them but it’s obviously a property wide issue. Housekeeping however has been wonderful.
They could make it easier to connect or book but once you’re there this is an amazing spa with so much to offer and I never turn down a chance for a massage or to spend the day!!
Every time I go to Vegas I always make time to go to this spa. I have had facials and massages here. I spend all day just relaxing! It is my happy place. I love the salt rock room and the Japaneese stone beds. I was skeptical at first and then realized how amazing they are. I enjoy the snacks they have and the option to leave and come back into the spa. I always look forward to my spa day at Aria!
This review is overdue about a month. I pre-scheduled appointments for me and my husband before travelling to Vegas. Reading some of the reviews made me worried about the potential experience I may have, but it surpassed my expectations. We had our appointments early morning, therefore more space and alone time. We were given full details about the premises and what to expect. The sites are clean and the personnel offered good customer service. I had a massage with Christine and she is absolutely amazing as she took the time to fix every single painful muscle on my body. Will definitely try again when visiting Vegas again.
My wife and I were really looking forward to the couples massage and while the massage was good (hence the 3 star) the facility unfortunately fell short at least for couples. The infinity pool was cold and not usable. We were upset that the jacuzzi tubs we could not enjoy together but instead had to use them in the appropriate mens and womens section. There were not enough seating in the meditation area. The showers do not get hot enough and stop at 100 degrees. The therapists were good and the staff was very helpful. For singles or visiting with friends that are the same gender you will have a good time minus the infinity pool being cold in November. For couples, save your 600+ dollars and look into other facilities that have more amenities for couples.
I was honestly skeptical to book a massage at the spa based off of previous reviews. However, we decided to book at the Aria because that is where we were staying. We were completely blown away and had an Excellent experience. The massage was phenomenal. I walked away feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Also, I was very impressed with all the different amenities and took full advantage of them. I will definitely be back!
This was the absolute best experience yet. Lindsey was very kind and gave me the best massage!! I loved the additional amenities the spa provided. The salt room and Japanese stone beds were super relaxing. The money I spent was worth every cent at The Spa at Aria.
Its decent spa. Not hot enough. Locals are 20% off but they wont tell you that when booking appointment or paying. Ive had good hair cuts and bad there. Always good eye lash tint. Decent massage but nothing amazing. Nice spa. Friendly service minus the male manager of salon...dont know his name.
I was assigned a hostess at check-in, Marina (I sure hope that was her name) and she was so sweet and helpful. She called me Mrs. McKinney the whole time. She did an excellent job of showing me all around the space and getting me settled in. She was a great beginning to my Aria Spa experience. I enjoyed tea the entire time though they had coffee and a spa water station with mint and other fresh cut fruits to add to your drink. So x cute. They also had fresh apples and bananas and some sweet treats and salty snacks. I didn’t try any of it. Tea was it for me. My appointment was the 27th of December. I think every woman in Vegas must have been treated to a spa day because it was pretty packed. I didn’t try every room that I wanted to because of this. Also the weekdays have a slightly lower price point so that may have something to do with the activity. My massage was super fantastic. The therapist was Melvin. He’s been with the spa for 12 years and apparently he’s highly skilled in sports, deep tissue, and their massages where the person walks over you.I had a custom sports massage with Melvin hitting all my problem areas in a way where he effectively kneaded away the sore muscles while still keeping me relaxed and in a sleepy state. Perfect! For a $300 massage I say he put in the work. They ask for you not to use your phones in the spa so I’m pretty sure I have no photos.
Men: if you are looking for a great haircut while in Vegas, I recommend Kylee, though the salon overall is great. Comfortable chairs, great minty shampoo, positive helpful service, and a good cut. Kylee has been there 10 years, got me a champagne and soda (separately, thank goodness), and being used to serving clientele in town for business or vacation as its inside the hotel, she asked a lot of good questions to understand my goals and then delivered. Highly recommend... I won at blackjack that night too, so it must be the salon!
My absolute favorite spa in Vegas!! I have received both the best facial and best massage I’ve ever had here! I love the Himalayan Salt room!!!! Super nice staff and amazing amenities!!! Definitely a luxurious experience every time
Family of four with two teenage daughters - we booked a couples massage for mom and me while the girls enjoyed manicure-pedicures in parallel. The staff did a great job getting us checked in and set up with the two sets of services in two places. The SPA facility was absolutely gorgeous including the fitness room. Our massages were among the best weve ever had (shout out to Harlowe for mine) and we took advantage of the sauna, steam, salt rooms, etc. The staff were all super professional and you felt like you were on an escape. Our daughters really enjoyed their salon services and it was all easy-peasy getting checked out. Shout to Mark Estrade at the Park MGM concierge for getting us scheduled. Dont over think it - this is a gorgeous spa and salon and a good value relative to what you would expect to pay for such a facility.
For 180$ the massage was just ok, Ive definitely had better for cheaper but it wasnt bad or unenjoyable. Both mine and my partners masseuse had a very fast style/massage technique that I found a bit overstimulating-- I prefer longer, languid movements and strokes with deep pressure which I find more soothing and relaxing, and everything they did was very rapid and quick. That being said, the facilities themselves were beautiful and very relaxing. I loved they had a cold tub for dips after the sauna/steam room, I adored the eucalyptus steam and the cedar wood in the dry sauna. The robes were divine, the quality of the facilities were beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by just how much I enjoyed the stone beds-- I even fell asleep on them for a short while! We spent the whole day there and it was overall a very pleasant experience, but maybe slightly expensive for the quality of the treatment itself.
Online scheduling is broken down. You have to schedule hair color + treatment + blow dry + style + heat tools. Truthfully, the price isnt any different than the salons Ive been to at home. I just have never seen it broken down that far.Jamie is AMAZING and listened to exactly what I wanted.
5 stars for quality of hotel, minus one star for advertising as “Marriott autograph collection” your bonvoy elite status doesn’t work here, cosmo does the bonvoy elite experience better with breakfast, lounge access, welcome gift. Aria doesn’t do any of that.
It is highly possible that they were having an off day, HOWEVER, I will say the way they handled it was pretty bad. I will explain:I booked the Vdara resort on the last day of my 3 day weekend trip with the full intention of enjoying the Spa at Aria, and staying away from the casinos. I was very excited as this is Vegas, they supposedly do everything big, and right. I am a big Spa person, I have been to plenty, in all parts of the world, not the fanciest ones, but I do my research and appreciate a place that has decent amenities and does it right.Again, I booked this hotel for this spa, this relaxing day to send me off back home after a weekend of having too much fun. I get there, the place was well kept, and nice looking, but I go in the sauna first, and it wasnt really hot. But OK. I then go in the jacuzzi, and to my surprise, it wasnt even close to hot. I spoke the gentlemen in the adjacent jacuzzis, and they confirmed that theirs was not particularly hot either, but to my surprise they werent upset about it. Now I go to the front desk, and inform them of this, they tested the temperature, and it WAS 95 degrees. If you go in jacuzzis, then you know that is not even close to what its supposed to be. I could take a more relaxing hot shower at home. The guy at the front was so nonchalant about it, as if this was OK because according to him, its within the target range of 95-104 degrees. Was pretty comical response to it. Anyway, I ask to see the manager, because at this time, I tried the steam room which didnt have much steam, and the cold plunge that was room temperature. JOKE. The first manager I spoke to was horrendous. A manager is supposed to make egregious errors and customer dissatisfaction RIGHT, at any cost. He just told me he would have his guys take care of it, and get it right. WHEN? I was there for two hours and then was supposed to get a massage. At this point I was very on edge, more so at this managers response then the failure of the spa. Another manager came in, handled it much better, showed understanding and acknowledged the poor conditions and my rightly being upset. Best he did for me though was refunded me and canceled my massage. AGAIN, none of these so called managers actually MANAGED the situation, and made it right by me considering I dedicated a whole day for the spa, massage, and hotel. How in this day in age do managers not understand the fundamentals of managing, and that you have to ensure, within reasonable circumstances, that the customer has a good experience, and ESPECIALLY gets what they paid for. A Sauna and jacuzzi HAVE TO BE HOT, the cold plunge HAS TO BE COLD, the steam room HAS TO HAVE STEAM, and if they ALL DONT, then the MANAGERS have to MANAGE that situation appropriately.Lastly, I relayed this all the ARIA front desk manager Thomas was amazing, he totally understood my situation, and did RIGHT by me. I still would have rather paid for all of these services and had my spa day, but atleast Thomas did his job. Also, when I checked out, I believe her name was Stella, she was excellent and apologized on behalf of her sorrowful coworkers. The other really bad complaint I have about this, is I would have expected someone to reach out and apologize for this occurrence, from the Spa, or from the hotel. I made the official complaint, so somewhere, someone who is upper management had to read about this, and again, poor management skills, not taking a sincere approach to make someone feel that they were understood. Other than Thomas and Stella, I wouldnt recommend staying at these hotels (aria or vdara) and CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO THAT AWFUL SPA.
Had a great experience here. Service is excellent. Facilities are great. Franko gave me one of the best massages Ive had.
Got my makeup done recently 😌. I must say I was so impressed. The lady was so nice. She was very genuine and did an amazing job. She definitely knew what she was doing.
Very clean and professional from start to finish perfect for a full day of pampering and the hot stone beds are so relaxing. The co ed pool is a nice option too. Highly recommended spa day here.
Gorgeous, well appointed spa with great amenities. My massage by Renee was the best I’ve ever had. I will be back every time I’m in town.
I called and got voicemail multiple times, tried to book from room several times while at the resort and never got confirmations, left voicemails during business hours and then never get any responses. Was on hold for 10 minutes today only to get hung up on. It’s amazing that people don’t want clients. Been a valued member at the hotel and casino for years and this is what you get apparently… I’m sure all the working therapists love not getting clients.
The service and the staff amazing BUT price is overTraveling alot and been in big city this place charge more for service I consider basic .I did a facial with message I ask the lady whats my skin type maybe am doing something wrong she did not answer she came up with your skin change type because you travel a lot
The spa was great!! The infinity pool was closed so I didn’t get to see that but, it was still amazing!!
Lori at The Salon at Aria took a completely out of control hair “don’t” and transformed it into a wonderful style and look. For a salon being situated in such a high scale hotel in Las Vegas, I found their prices to not be overblown. The service was outstanding, the salon was lovely, everyone was friendly. Not only was the cut and style beautifully done, but it’s also something I will be able to maintain.I’ll certainly return next time I’m in Vegas.
Lucked out with an opening at Aria to cap off my business trip. Nicely sized facilities & waiting area. I enjoyed the stone beds as they are warmed, the Shio salt room seemed a little cool in temp for my liking. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and I had possibly the best massage but cannot remember the service providers name - he was fantastic. I look forward to returning with more time to further relax.
I left my gold necklace in a robe and called the next day to see if someone saw it. Was told by a man they had seen my specific necklace but that it was “accidentally turned into the cleaners.” I said good at least someone’s seen it. It’s been almost a month now and they have not given my gold chain back because I believe a worker in there has sticky fingers. I will never be returning to this spa ever again. The fact that it was stolen for one, but two management didn’t care to call me back I had to continually call them.
I loved everything about my day at the Aria Spa. Great massage and spa amenities.
Wasnt as relaxing as my last visit and I saw no extra cleaning in common areas and I was there for 5 hours. The staff was nice but I did see some guest were treated above and beyond. Lastly I had a hard time leaving because there was only one person left and she was literally doing everything and I had to keep walking around to find her to get my things out of the lock box. Overall this used to be my favorite spa but when I returned I was underwhelmed.
Absolutely loved everything in the salon and spa services were 10 out of 10
By far the best massage I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Renee. The facilities were great; will definitely be back!
Amazing Spa. Great masseuse and we had full use of the steam room, sauna, pool, hot tub and cold plunge for the whole dayIt was honestly a steal. 100% recommend
The overall aesthetic and feel of the spa was great. My massage was okay, felt a little rushed. The stone and salt rooms were fine, nothing amazing.
I went to the spa to get a facial. The facial was nice. The spa itself is clean. There are hot tubs, steam room, sauna. Salt room. Etc.The only reason I am giving this spa 3 stars is because they allow people to carry their cell phones. Ive never been to a spa that allows this. Its extremely uncomfortable, especially if you are walking around nude. There were females taking pictures, talking, etc.. its hard to relax in this type of environment.
Trisha is great, indulge in a longer massage if you can book with her. Great work with pressure points. The spa has great amenities that can easily keep you occupied for several hours. Be careful of weekend pricing. If you book online the pricing is not accurate for weekends and its a bit frustrating for sure.
If I could give this hole just one star, I would. My spouse booked our massage here, sadly, and we were more than disappointed. We were robbed. The place is dirty. It needs a top to bottom cleaning. The staff is unprofessional. The massages were pathetic and ridiculously rushed. It was like massage students on break were performing them. If there is a problem, youre assured that you will receive your full massage time (which is a plain lie) and then rushed out. The manager, Sam, is a regular bait and switch ARTIST, who gave us a what are you gonna do about it attitude, when we voiced our dissatisfaction. This place is not Vegas quality. Or maybe it is! Smoke and mirrors. Heres your warning. Pick another spa. This isnt the place.
Such a beautiful and easy to maneuver spa! We had massages and I had a hydra facial. Both were excellent! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! We will be back!
Came here with 6 friends for a bachelorette weekend… facilities are small but clean and well maintained. We all absolutely loved our massages/facials. The snack bar could use a boost
Trust me: Read this or risk having a very unrelaxing and frustrating time at the Aria Spa.My masseuse/massage was great. Thats where it ends.Their quiet rooms are legit LOUD and not comfortable. One room is rock beds, the other has a few chaise-lounge-style chairs. You hear every single person speaking outside the doors of the rooms and you hear the staff literally telling every single customer THIS IS OUR QUIET AREA! Its so frustrating. The chairs themselves, try getting out of one without waking up anyone within 50 yards of the place. They creek and crack like a log cabins front door. You CANNOT relax in these rooms, at least not on a weekend. There is no solace in this place. On Saturdays theres a full on CLUB at the pool. You can hear the pounding bass from pretty much every single spot in the spa except the massage rooms. Literally hear pumping bass the entire time. Theres a shared coed pool on the patio between the Men/Women spas. If you go outside you will basically be engulfed in the loudest club youve ever heard, and its OUTDOORS. Its a joke.My provided flip flops were oily, which means they werent properly cleaned as surely someone else who had a massage wore them prior, and they were not properly cleaned. It grossed me out.The staff are very nice. There was a guy with longer hair and tattoos who was great. He listened, was sympathetic, and advised me how to proceed if I had a complaint. Then a woman named Jenna (I think) at the front desk was the same. I appreciated them both. But all told, do not go to this spa if you want to relax. I would suggest walking across to the Vdara, which is more quaint and quieter, or try Cosmo. But definitely not this place. I have been to nearly every high end spa in Vegas, Napa, and in other cities. This was the worst. The pool management has apparently been outsourced, so the MGM cant even control the raging party taking place right outside the Spa. But truth is theres no controlling the flawed design of this spa/pool setup, so they wont even be able to affect the volume. Hopefully they can take steps to address all the other issues.Put some lounge chairs near the hot tubs so people can maybe rest in that area.
My massage therapist, alexandra, was extraordinarily professional and also provided an absolutely wonderful therapeutic massage. I couldnt be happier! Definitely ask for her if you have the opportunity!
My wife and I went for couples massage, she got told to leave her phone in locker and wait for me in couples waiting area, I got told to call her so we can decide were to meet. She couldnt answer her phone due to phone being taken away. You guys need to do better job in telling the couples the same instructions. Took us 30min before we were able to find each other.
They are so rude and zero customer service after spending over 1000 bucks at the spa at my last visitI am staying here at the loft and made a appointment for a blow out and hair wash when I get here they say I don’t have appointment at 2 pm but it’s at 3pm.They made me wait an hour no apology and on top of that they said I was lyingThey got some serious problems with customer service here.I did not have a choice as I needed to blow dry my hair for early dinner ..I would not recommend unless you don’t have a choice.Added a picture of my wait !!!
Beautiful tranquil place. However one of he hot tubs was very cold . Everybody was crowding in one jacuzzi, and the outside pool needs to be warmer as well. The outside pool temperature is unusable in the winter. TOO COLD ! It could be better if they make these changes !
Decent amenities, unfortunately not worth the price. Also had no idea adding things to my massage would actually cut-down my massage time to rush them in. In the end nothing special and Ive received much better massages from much cheaper places in Vegas and many other places.
Ask for Melvin. Hes AMAZING. I only wish I wouldve gotten more time for my massage. I will be back specifically for him. The massage was the best Ive ever had and I get them frequently...he may have ruined my massage regimen because it was THAT good. Spoke to Dane (sp?), one of the managers there, regarding clarification on our services and also to give some feedback. She was great, very receptive and made sure we were taken care of! The amenities were wonderful. I loved the salt room the most...very relaxing and tranquil. I would love to utilize everything else the next time were in Vegas. Seriously, Melvin...come visit Minnesota and Ill take you to dinner! Thank you!
Great amenities (pool, steam room) but horrible massage. Basically $400 total and masseuse was very bad (compared to nyc spots) no technique and was just trying to get thru it as quick as possible. Also, didnt even used towels to get the oil out from the body when done.Extremely disappointed.
The massage was very basic and boring. The massage therapist asks how much pressure you would like and it was not what I asked for. After multiple attempts asking for a lighter massage I had given up.. I left with a sharp pain in my neck which wasn’t there when I arrived. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly however the massage is NOT worth the money.
Amazing staff and quality work. Zenia did my makeup for my wedding last year (which came out phenomenal!!!), so I had to come back for a visit. Again, she made sure my makeup was flawless and to my liking. Also had the pleasure of working with Val this time around and what a doll she is! She did such a fantastic job with dealing with my very long hair. Both ladies are gems. Thank you so much! Will be back for next visit.
Second time visiting Aria Spa. We get the private suite for 3 hours and have a massage and hydro facial. Both times have been outstanding. We plan on making this is annual tradition. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They all make you feel so comfortable. The suite is perfect!!!!! Must try!!
I really loved this spa. Especially the coed outdoor hot pool. It’s nice to have the Option to be outside which is so rare in most spas. It’s a little bit of a maze but everything is very well kept and and i loved the attention to detail and the hot stone room. I think it’s $100 on the weekends and $50 during the week for the day use and you can come and go for the whole day. I went very early on a Saturday morning and it was very quiet but it got pretty busy around 10
I had a massage today at the Aria Spa and it was one of the most disappointing massages. When I made my appointment, I mentioned I wanted a deep tissue massage thinking I will get an appointment with a therapist who can do deep tissue massage. When my massage started, the massage therapist was not putting a lot of pressure so I told her that I like a deep tissue massage. She replied she is just getting my muscles warmed up. An hour into the massage, the massage didn’t get any better... I got so frustrated, I got up and I told the therapist this massage is not what I wanted and stopped the appointment. The spa manager I guess was kind to only charge me for a 60 minute massage instead of the 80 minute massage. That being said I’m not going back to the Aria Spa. I usually go to Waldorf Astoria but the spa there is still shut down😞. I’m just disappointed because I’ve been looking forward to my massage appointment all week!
Awesome place! Everyone who worked there from the front desk, to the salon, to the spa area was genuinely kind, friendly and helpful. The spa was beautiful and relaxing and we had access to all the amenities for the whole day after purchasing a service (we got a facial). Highly recommended!
Went in for a simple line-up and cleanup. Barber brought my cheek lines too low, and uneven, cut the back of my neck with a straight razor, and gave me a hairstyle that only looks good when wet and slicked back. Didnt follow instructions to only clean it up I do not recommend this location for mens hair that is anything other than clean shaven and short hair.
I love the amenities they have an outdoor pool, saunas, 2 jacuzzis. The staff is very friendly and the masseuses are always excellent. I also love the facials there, your skin will glow the entire weekend.
This spa is the best spa so far I been to in Las Vegas and I been to a lot of them . The customer service is excellent as well as the actual spa , gym and salon . The spa offers a variety of services the only thing I didn’t like this times was that they took out the lavender aroma therapy oils . They should bring it back because it was amazing . They have so many amenities including a private outside pool on their top deck , a salt room where you can meditate that is made made of Himalayan sea salt and a big rock imported from Asia where you lay there is hot and warm and sucks all your bad vibes out and cleans your aura if you believe in that stuff . I love their lounging room and also the small little section of tea , water and snacks . I had the best massage so if you go there ask for Melvin . He was amazing . I will definitely come back ...
The man at the front desk with the Hermes belt was unpleasant. He gave me a booklet to take to the spa, didnt tell me anything about it. It reminded me of something a waitress uses at a restaurant to take your order. I get to the spa, hand the lady the booklet, and surprise, its empty. I guess he was supposed to put a paper in it with my information. The locker room was less than impressive. I did finally receive a good massage.
I went to get acrylic fill and the nail polish started to lift from one of the nails and now after 9 days the polish from the other nails is lifting and one acrylic nail just completely came off. When I go to other nail salons the gel polish lasts for two weeks. I spent $140 for arcylic fill and gel polish! What a waste of my money!
I just walked in to Aria for a day pass as it’s before 9:30am. I was told that I could not do a day pass unless I had a massage or facial. Just having a massage and facial yesterday, I did not want another one, but to enjoy myself to a nice relaxing spa. Do not recommend.
I got a decent massage. But it was a pretty facility and had that awesome herbal spa smell. They give you a robe and slippers as most places do. Infused waters and teas available. Should have gone to the dry sauna, but wasnt really feeling it at the time. Quite pricey.
Stayed at Sky Suites. Booked a massage for 100 minutes with hot stone and scalp. Arrived and was checked in. At the lockers they only had medium robes. The attendant then gave me a 6xl. All I needed was an xl or xxl. After 10 minutes he comes back with a xxl. Now in that time I could have been enjoying the other amenities. I requested a female masseuse. I am not homophobic but this was not an athletes massage. I wanted relaxation and can not relax with a male. Well a male comes to get me for a massage. I say I would like a female, wait another 15 minutes and they say they do not have one available. The attendants kept complaining that it was only 3 of them and not the 12 that they needed. I am a Noir player and was treated like they didn’t care. Nobody apologized, no management came out, very disappointing. I was scheduled to check out on 5/18 but I checked out that day. Wynn resorts would never treat guests like this.
Best spa Ive been to, and Ive been to quite a few.
Hands down the worst spa I have ever been to anywhere, not just Las Vegas. The staff is polite and professional. The facilities however are dismal. Putting 3 red salt lamps into a room does not qualify it as a meditation room with the healing powers of red salt; absolute joke. The worst part of the spa is that it is next to The Liquid Pool party pool. First, plan on hearing hip-hop music with heavy base blasting through the locker room walls from the pool just outside. Second, the outdoor spa pool spoken so highly of on the Aria Spa website overlooks the same Liquid Party pool. So instead of a nice tranquil atmosphere to relax at the spa pool, youll be treated to loud hip-hop music and yelling/screaming from all the partiers at the pool. Avoid this spa at all costs; youve been warned.
I came for hair and makeup the day of my wedding last week. Ben and Amanda did a great job!! I would recommend this salon to brides! ❤️
My agent booked me a massage on Aug 15. The massage was really amazing, the masseur, he is authentic and talented, and I was more than satisfied with every detail on the spa. Unfortunately, I thought all the staff was friendly till I had to go through the rudeness coming from one WHITE male staff. While I was out, I politely asked him where the way out because this was my first visit to the spa and you know, i was like in a coma after the amazing massage, and there’s two ways out which are kinda confusing. While standing figuring the fastest way to the skysuit, he literally tossed the lock key that I put on the bar onto the box right in right front of my face like a “Fuck off” attitude and a smirk on his face instead of telling “I’m sorry”.What? Are you nuts? Is this because I’m an Asian man? Are you guys always like this? Even to WHITE customers as well? Or am I losing a sense of humor?I never expected I’d get a chance of racism or asian hate at Aria, where spending more than tens of thousand.I wish I’d be the last Asian customer who comes out unpleasant after. I would never come back.
I had 12 hours alone in Vegas until my friends arrived. The spa is closed on Fridays to non guests of Aria. However, I bought a yoga class for $50 and was able to go in. It was so nice to use the salt room, saunas, pools, drink tea, eat snacks, use the gym, and then shower and use the make up rooms to get ready.
Very relaxing. Went to the sauna then got massage and facial. I fell asleep several times and woke up extremely refreshed. They have a beauty room with curlers and flat irons after youre done with the spa.
Favorite Spa in Vegas - Amazing Massage Therapists - Beautiful Lounges - Relaxing Stone Beds - Refreshing Salt Room - Fabulous Salon On Site for Wonderful Hair Blowouts - State-of-the-Art Exercise Equipment in Spacious Workout Room - Day Passes Available Without Spa Treatments!
First time visit and the girl took me straight to locker and didnt give me a tour. Found out later about hot stones and lava room because the girl in the front didnt do her job. I had to ask where the steam room was from the guest.. very disappointed in this hotel. They struggle in every aspect of the business model. Go somewhere else.
My favorite spa in the country. I love all of the amazing rooms and amenities that can be enjoyed before a spa treatment. I had a very relaxing massage and the environment is so relaxing.
Beautiful spa with a lot of amenities. Hot & cold tubs, outdoor private plunge pool, steam, salt room, etc. Great treats to snack on too
The Spa at Aria is worth a visit, if your looking for a way to blow $200-$250 an hour. You enter the spa on the promenade level passing the pool, gym, hair salon then are sent to the second floor - separated into his and hers areas.Women’s area features:- 3 hot tub areas freezing, luke warm and hot water soaking pools, that comfortably fits 10-12 people total.- There is a steam sauna and a dry heat sauna, that comfortably fits 6-8 in each.- Womens only loungeCoed areas:- swimsuit/robed coverups are requested the area features - salt meditation room, which sea salt lines the walls music is played and you sit on a comfortable cushioned bed, this room has 7-8 beds.- hot stone slab room that’s a radiant heated stone for 6-7 people.- waiting room for massage (nice if your getting a couples massageServices offered:- the water services are loud they are next to the hot tubs and so it’s not super quite....- the massages offered are wonderful they offer
Definitely make time to treat yourself at the spa.The facility is amazing with different spaces - stone bed, co-ed pool, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, sitting area.If you get a massage, highly recommend Masayuki. He’s one of their best therapists - all of the spa staff go to him! He’s been there for over 5 years and is very experienced.
I had the hydration package which was amazing! From the moment on where you get an lovely scented vitamine water till the massage itself, everything felt very professional. Everything that I could think of was covered. The massage itself was with Robert. Hé was so professional and passionate about his area! His Passion and energy was felt in his service. After the lovely and relaxing hotstones treatment and hot oil, I asked him if hé had something to put on my dry face (face wasnt included in the treatment). Hé gave me a try out of the oil and gave me also some other things to try out at home to extend my spa experience). How wonderful! Would def recommend a treatment with him!! Great job.
Staying at Bellagio, not allowed to pay daypass what a bad service from an Mgm property
Luba was awesome! Great shave.

Vera at the front desk is amazing! Made my experience so much better! It’s been a rough year and she made my day. The spa was amazing too! She really needs to be in charge!
I got my makeup done in the salon before a work event and the makeup artist did a fabulous job, I was very impressed. Highly recommend, especially if you’re makeup challenged like me. Worth the expense.
The spa at Aria is great once you get booked. They are not good about answering the phone and have no call back service. The website doesnt line up with the services or times offered.
50 min signature massage with Yesenia was great. The facilities were nice and overall good vibe.
Great massage experience! I also loved all the amenities. Especially the whirlpools and the sauna.
Spent 200 dollars on their classic mani/pedi. Definitely a splurge and not worth it. I was told that my appointment had been booked for an hour before the time I was told. Thankfully they still took me back. I opted for regular polish. I waited in flip flops for 1.5 hours after the pedicure was done, then put on my socks and shoes, and went about my day. We took a red eye flight that night and when I arrived home, my pedi was smudged. I called the salon for a refund of the pedi, and was told that if it smudges after the flip-flop time, they are not responsible. Not responsible.....for a 120 dollar pedi! Never again!
Very good services, but facilities are not as impressive as they should be at the price point. Salon and spa are on different floors, so its a little odd to go get a mani/pedi after your massage.
Love the Spa at Aria! Beautiful and professional. I went on a Saturday morning and it was a bit loud, though. You could hear all of the conversations in the hallway while in the Salt Room
I had an excellent experience at the salon. My stylist helped me choose a great hairstyle and was lovely to chat with.
Really beautiful spa. I highly recommend Kay and Zenia to do your makeup. They both did an excellent job. I am very picky when other people do my makeup and Kay did it perfectly. Zenia did my sister in law and it was flawless too.
After spending 34 minutes on hold (never having spoken to an actual person), Ive decided that this spa must either be closed or very poorly managed. Their brochure options do not match what is available to book via their website, hence my attempt to call. I am both shocked and disappointed.
Wonderful pampering! They didnt evem care I wasnt staying in the sky suites this trip. LOVE the spa!
Great stylist and result. I went for bangs for a change and it no disappointment. It lasted for the last of the trip even with the Vegas weather. Very happy customer, would highly recommend.
Probably the worst spa. I asked the lady not to touch my head during the massage session and I woke up to her putting oil on my hair despite the fact that she had even put a towel on my head. Thanks for ruining my keratin treatment.
First class, luxury experience. My masseuse listened closely to my feedback and adapted. Facilities are cleanly and spacious. Staff cares about your relaxation.
Good gym for cardio, state of the art brand new treadmills. Free weights and machines were decent. Super clean and organized and nice ambiance
Facial was great! The salt room and the stone beds were a little disappointing because there aren’t very many and we kept having to circle back and see if they were available.
Pedicure was one of the best in a long time. The staff was friendly and the decor was relaxing and beautiful.
Horrible lower leg waxing experience . Left my skin with bruises. Had waxing since 2010 and this one is such a traumatic experience. Ur staff said she worked there for 8yrs??? Please supervise ur aestheticians. One bad review doesn’t affect as much but u just made one client unhappy.
My first time at a spa and it was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities cant be beat.
I got this as a gift and since I made the appointment no one care to give me directions and I was late for my appointment, since I walked in no one gave me a tour and I spent 7 hours on the pool and no one ever mentioned there was a stone room or a meditation room, or even tell me they closed at 5 I thought it was 6 because of the website, I got a massage with Sara, she was sweet but the massage wasn’t good even when I said I wanted a deep tissue massage, she was too slow and too soft, overall I think the people that work there just rely on the spa being really nice to not do anything or help anyone, I’m glad I didn’t pay because this is not worth $200 I bet you they won’t even read the reviews to better their service.
My wife has called 4 times over the past week to book a treatment. The automated service puts her on hold and after between 5 and 15 minutes, the call automatically drops. How is someone supposed to talk to a representative?
The hotel is amazing but the IV treatment. The nurse was very nice but she injured my arm I had the service on 5 May and my arm is still sore and if it doesn’t get better by Friday I may have to go to the dr and get this check out
Beautiful Spa and the services were amazing! My massage was one of the bests I’ve had.
My massage was wonderful. Maria gave me a deep tissue massage at 1pm on August 28th, 2021. One of my best. Thank you Maria
The VERY BEST experience in any Spa Worldwide! 100% would recommend!
Maria was incredible. Highly recommend this spa. I will come back to Las Vegas just to go again.
I love this hotel. But the barber at the aria spa is terrible. No reason a $75 haircut and shave should be this bad. And the worst part about it is he was convinced he did a great job. Never again.
Beautiful day at a gorgeous spa. I had the wellness wrap, which was relaxing and wonderful!
Fixed a terrible haircut and they styled it well too. Hair stylist was also super nice! Also got my makeup done and they did a great job!
Overall good, occupied sign was turned on when we left but turned off when we came back. No tru tv to watch
I spent an entire day at the Aria spa. The salt room was especially beneficial. I left feeling relaxed and feel that it was a wonderful experience.
Services were excellent but the pool was closed and they didnt make me aware of that. The massage service was superb.
Loved every moment. The customer service was top notch.
Excellent experience, facilities are fantastic!
Had my hair and makeup done for my wedding on November 19th, and I have to say it was so enjoyable, lacy did my hair and as a hair stylist myself I can be picky but Lacy did amazing, her personality made my experience even better, then Kay did my makeup I had never had my makeup done professionally before and she exceeded my expectations i felt so beautiful for my wedding day,and she was so amazing to talk to, both ladies beautiful inside and out, THANK YOU again ladies for the wonderful experience xo
Emma, massage therapist, is amazing. Her hands are magic! Thank you Emma! The spa is clean, relaxing, worth it!
I was at the spa twice and was treated great each time. Robbie was my service provider and I highly recommend her.
Really nice place, strongly recommend! After you had your spa, they even give you a small gift, so sweet! ;)
Cant say enough - my eyelash lift/tint, pedicure, massage, and facial have me feeling gorgeous!
The sauna/steam/hot tub setup is nice and they have a cold plunge.
Best spa in Vegas. Love the co-ed spaces and outdoor private pool
Excellent spa, wonderful staff (esp the Manager) and lovely outdoor hot tub that is co-ed! Loved my time there
Very nice spa. The relaxation rooms are smaller than I thought but still comfortable and nice.
Enjoyed the Spa at Aria! The salt room is a must visit!
Best spa I’ve been to in Vegas I enjoyed every moment especially the massage and the amenities
Saved my day in a big way. Got me in the day of my wedding after my stylist didn’t show at another salon. Got me all set!

The girls at Aria! Were awsome! Cant wait to go back! Spa so clean and fun!
Great spa. Nice accommodations and pools and great staff. Only complaint is not enough free weights in the gym!!!
Love doming to this hotel. Has everything that I like or need when I come here
My massage with Melvin was incredible!
Luba was incredible! Best shave Ive ever gotten
Other professional reviews say it all, so let me just say the hype is real. Amazing! Professional! The height of pampering.
Booked an appointment and was running 5 mins late and these people would not pick up their phone until 20 mins later. Such poor communication experience, you’re better off elsewhere.
The place was nice salt room was not much to speak about
Did not get to get in the spa since i was with my 14 year old daughter and they do not accept people under 18.
Clean with awesome steam, sauna and hot tub. One of the best in Vegas.
Clean, fantastic staff and providers. Excellent amenities, I highly recommend getting a service and spending the day here!
I love the Aria SPA! The staff, the customer service, the services and the atmosphere is just amazing!
