Checked in at the front desk. If you could even call it a front desk. You literally stand outside and poke your head through this tiny window to speak to the lady that works there. Rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures you see online. Went to use the bathroom inside my room and the ceiling was falling apart and all the pieces were scattered all over the sink and the toilet seat. The TV did not work. I decided to immediately check out. Definitely not worth the $100 I paid for the room. Would definitely not recommend. They should actually be shut down by the health department.

We rode out to vegas last minute on Saturday and werent expecting much for a cheap motel to get some sleep for a few hours. However, it was far worse than we couldve imagined. Upon entering, I went to wash my hands and there were multiple ants crawling across the sink. I didnt think much of it until my boyfriend noticed the massive dead cockroach less than 3 feet away from the bed! We were in the room less than 5 minutes, grabbed our bags and went to ask for a refund. After we told the woman at the front desk what happened, she said did that scare you? As though a massive dead cockroach isnt disgusting for any guest to encounter. She was unable to process a refund and upon calling the site we booked from, they did not refund any of the money either.Do not waste your time or money at this motel.

Oyo gateway is a roach motel, the two women who work there are unspeakably rude and the denied my service animal after their reservationist told me there would be no problem as long as I had the proper documentation which I do.In the state of Las Vegas a service animal cannot be denied aside from if they are aggressive or deemed a public health hazzard which neither of those reasons apply to my service dog.I had to give them a 1 star to post this review, however they are a 0 across the board. Oyo gateway is NOT connected in any way shape or form with the nice Oyo hotel here in Las Vegas. I was not aware of that until after I found out there are more than two in this state. I thought I was going to the nice Oyo hotel. I would rather sleep in my car. DO NOT GO THERE. You will be highly disappointed. Also they do not allow you to go into their office because they think they are going to be robbed, so you have to go to a window which they prop up with a janky piece of rubber. Whatever you do, DONT GO TO OYO GATEWAY.

Ask to see the room BEFORE you book. Do not trust the photos. It is not your typical cheap motel, it is an actual drug den. Staff was friendly enough, but nothing could prepare for the room. I didnt even walk on the floor without my shoes on, dark stains all over the floor. Door could be shoved open, exposed wires on the TV, the main room window didnt shut properly, the back room window was missing are replaced with a piece of plexiglass with holes in it. Just terrible.

This experience to Las Vegas with family we have three kids and this hotel was the worse and in bad condition it shouldn’t even be open the room we were in room 110 had gum on the mirror the restroom looked dirty and had no shower curtain the rug in the room was all torn up the lamps weren’t even on right and the front lady was no help at all we asked for a refund back and couldn’t get it back but we ended up at a better hotel their but if I was able to call for health exception I’d call because they should not be do vacancy for this place

When we spoke to the agent that helped us book the room he never mentioned that there was a deposit. Then we get there to check in and they tell us it’s a 20 dollar deposit which I don’t mind but for the location and the room really is it even necessary? We get into the room and the room is blazing hot the air conditioner didn’t make the room cold until the next morning. The bathroom was steaming hot the air doesn’t even reach the bathroom! Other than that the shower was decent and the bed was comfortable .

Do not stay. DO NOT STAY. The rooms are a complete misrepresentation on every booking site. The area is not safe, the security is laughable as its only the door lock and you can give a strong shove and it opens. The rooms are dirty, Im sure theyve wiped them down, but you cant remove 20 years of use and filth with a simple rag and fabuloso. They also will give you an entire run around if you demand a refund. I plan to continue pushing this issue until the booking websites have accurate pictures and representation as someone will get robbed if they stay here. It will happen.*Edit for update on response from owner*Zero contact. Thats what I have. Ive supplied all information and after 2 email chains where you asked for my reservation information and number Ive had zero contact. You cant find my information even though Ive been in constant contact with hotels com and the oyo team there, and have emailed and called everyone. So this is the ploy? Just do the bare minimum and well go away and you get free money? No. I will contact my bank for fraud charge back, and a lawyer and I plan to raise as much awareness as I can to the fact youre fraudulent advertising your hotels. This needs more attention and I plan to complain to every booking company and any social media websites I can, and every review spot. All I wanted was a refund.

Stay anywhere but here!! This place is absolutely disgusting and falling apart on top of that the staff is extremely rude. We had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to come to the desk at 2pm and when someone did show up she was extremely rude and did not answer any question I had. Our room was literally falling apart. The floor did not connect to wall in several because it was collapsing in on itself, same goes for the ceiling, the bathroom tile was not even at all, the bathroom window had a massive crack in it, the entire floor in the room was at a decline, the comforter had several cigarette burns all over it, the dresser was missing 2 feet and was chipped, the bathroom door had been cut on the top and did not fit the frame properly, the front door did not seal with the frame letting bugs inside all night. I have never been so disgusted in a hotel before if I could have I would not have stayed there when I realized how misleading the website pictures are compared to real life.

Scammers, dirty rooms, don’t refund, even if I stayed 5 minutes. Bugs everywhere.

This place is horrible. It looks like bates motel from the movie. The ladies at the check in window are rude. The rooms are for one night stands. The tub was basically falling out the wall no cover a TV that has tubes instead of a flat TV. Remote didnt work no phone in room. The pictures are so false. Do not stY here.

This room was absolutely disgusting. It was very obvious it hasnt been cleaned in some time. There was a dead cockroach on the floor when walking into the room. That was just one of about a dozen that were found. It was a very uncomfortable stay, and one that cost over $200. Im appalled that this is even available to be purchased.

The motel is not that great .no hot water in the shower and the bathroom floor is not good to walk on

I would give zero stars if that was an option.I booked a non-smoking king room for a weekend. I showed up and the room was dirty, smelled strongly of cannabis and cigarette smoke, the shower was moldy, and generally very run down. It did not match the pictures AT ALL. We werent able to get into our room for a few minutes because there was a group of drunk people parked in front blocking the doorway.I checked in, saw the state of the room, and went back to the front desk to ask if there were other rooms available as ours was not acceptable. I was told no, but that I could get a refund of I didnt want to stay there.We had booked through Expedia so the lady at the front desk said we would have to talk with Expedia to get our refund.When I called Expedia, they said they would have to get permission from the motel. They called, and the motel refused to issue the refund. So now Im out $230 for a motel we were on the property for 5 minutes.The only way this motel is able to stay afloat is by scamming customers with their misleading photos and poor business practices.*Update*I contacted the email address they left below. It was answered by an automated response. Absolutely nobody reached out to ask about my stay as they suggested. Its obvious they dont care at all about the customer experience. The response to my review was simply to extend the appearance of caring.

I had to cancel my booking and when I did they said they wouldn’t charge me a thing but to my surprise they did!! When I called and confronted them, they said that they weren’t going to refund me… Why take $300 from people who aren’t even going to stay there… I will never book with them ever again.

Shower was iced cold water and the floor caved in and the TV reception was very poor.

Worst hotel stay ever. Horrible room, dirty and stained carpets, walls, bed. 1980s tv, looked like door was broken into previously. Heat shut over night and was freezing in room. Shady area as well. Stayed 4 hours and left after sleeping in chair. I booked through Priceline after clicking on wrong hotel (my fault) and they did nothing to resolve previous to stay and after. Would not refund. Stay away!

I checked in @ 8:00 pm with my 86 year old mother , and checked out 17 mins later ,,,, there was over 50 cokaroches running around the Whole Room & bathroom , the shower had about another 20 Roaches crawling ialong inside the shower floor completely disgusting motel , had to dispute the Charge with my credit card company to get my $100 back . Do not recommend this even for my dog , the Bed was still Wet from Urine.. Didnt even stay 20 minutes... stunk so badly ...

Ok now I’m leaving a review. First things first, my wife and I booked this room through Hotwire. If I could give a better review about this place I definitely would. When I got the key and went into the room it looked like a jail cell. Carpet was warped, dressers that looked like they were bought from a antique store and mold on the ceiling plus warped flooring in the bathroom. The heater was probably the only good thing about the room. I’ll give this place 2 stars because the outside looked nice but the inside could def use a touch up and be more welcoming for guests.

What can I say about this hotel that will persuade you NOT to book here!!! The rooms are LESS than substandard. I wouldnt leave my DOG IN THESE ROOMS! OYO Hotels has acquired these run down motel properties and continues to rent rooms out here when they KNOW that these properties are dilapidated, old and run down. They should be ASHAMED of themselves for even keeping this property and the one down the street open. The bed was at least 15 years old, the blankets were old and stained, the room smelled horrible and the manager went in and sprayed some Odor Ban in the room to mask the horrible smell! The bathroom had mold and broken tiles in it. Words just cannot describe how bad this room looked. After he sprayed the room, I could not even stay in it because of the fumes! I spent about an hour walking up and down Las Vegas Blvd looking for another room and when I found one, I returned to this property and told them there was NO WAY I was staying in that room. I turned in the key and left. I was also charged a mysterious $50 admin feee when I checked in although the room had been prepaid online. I was told I would only be charged $20 for the deposit which was usually $100. FOR THIS DUMP?!?! I have contacted OYO Hotels and they say I cannot get a refund. I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. PLEASE do not be fooled by this property. OYO Hotels is a run down, old, dirty motel that I wouldnt keep my dog in. If I could leave NO STARS, I would.👎

Better than I though itd be. No trash can in the room but received plenty of towels and toilet paper when Id ask. Note that they wont let you check-in at 3pm unless you already paid online, otherwise you have to wait until 5pm if you plan to pay when you arrive. Fairly walkable to Fremont if you dont mind walking for 20-30 minutes. Perfect for LIB Festival.

Worst experience Ive ever had... booking was $168When we got to the hotel, which was a run down dump, there was a $50 covid fee. I wasnt informed of additional fees at time of booking, and requested my money back. I was told $168 was non refundable, so I paid the fee. The room had spring coil mattresses that you could feel the wires, So I used my own air mattress. The hot water didnt work, was barely room temperature 70° it was a $25 room rented for $218. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!!

The review said I would be charged extra for my deposit or that the rooms would look old and ugly but my deposit was only $50 and the room was good. The only problem I had is that there was no microwave inside my room thats really it other than that I had a great four days

I arrived to this property after flying from Washington, DC and I kid you not, couldnt stay here for more than 30 minutes! I immediately left and search the area for a nicer hotel and found one. I came back and gave them their key and left. The pictures on the website are FALSE ADVERTISING!!! None of their rooms look anything like that! I immediately requested a refund and also did a dispute with my credit card company. The place was filthy, smelled bad, was run down, and in a very shifty neighborhood! PLEASE do not stay here, EVER! The OYO properties are all a big bait and switch. Dont fall for it!

Checked into the motel, got given incorrect keys had to wait couple minutes to get new ones, did not make a big deal out of it as it happens to most places. When entering the room the ac was not working properly, the toilet door wouldn’t even close because it was too large for its door frame. Also the lights of the room were not working and lastly there was a nasty stain on one of the chairs located in the room. Also had difficulties connecting to the WiFi, headed to the reception and they managed to connect my phone. They also offered us a new room which still wasn’t amazing but was better than the previous one. Motel is extremely outdated, you’ll have a difficult time opening the door upon entering since there’s this “ trick” with the keys you need to use to open the door. Rooms almost look like a jail. There’s also loads of dust in the bath tubs which you might reconsider entering.Paid $107 for this as other places were fully booked

No no no, booked through Expedia and the hotel is horrendous to say the least so we decided not to stay. Wanted to cancel and was impossible either the hotel or Expedia did nothing so I lost 150 dlls. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Its a motel, not a hotel. I didnt get the type of room I ordered and was charged extra when I arrived. The room was run down and the bed as hard as the collapsing floor. Not a good place for a tall person. (Im 6.) The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the check in lady was nice and check out was very simple.

I had booked a king size bed weeks ago online with this place through Expedia. When I have arrived for my stay, they told me the room wasnt available and they attempted to bully me into accepting a room with a twin size bed. In addition, they wanted to rip me off by charging me a service fee on top of what I had already paid online. I have refused to be taken advantage of by them. But I did try to compromise with them by offering to accept the twin size bed if they wave the service fee. They refused to do that and were extremely rude. So I ended up not staying there and left for another hotel. After reading that the majority reviews for this motel is 1 out of 5 stars, I am glad I didn’t stay there. I would give zero stars if I could.

This motel should be condemned and paved over. Bathroom was ancient, floor moved when you walked around, the air conditioner could not keep up and it cost $125. I paid $100 online and they sprung an additional $25 on me upon check in. When I said Ive paid the full amount online she said that I could cancel and try another hotel. Amazing.

I was robbed on my way to this hotel. I was unable to check-in because my ID was in my wallet along with my Credit card. When I get home from Vegas, I called to get a refund....... Still no refund and every time I call I get put on hold and then someone from another country stating that someone else will call me back. Guess what? My phone was stolen too so good luck reaching me there. I just want my money back, please!!! I have been on hold again for more than 15 minutes now still no refund.

I booked a room with OYO Hotel through booking.com and when we arrived it was not the place displayed on the website. The pictures displayed the OYO hotel & Casino located on 115 E Tropicana Ave Las Vegas. This place however is not associated with the Hotel and Casino but they have the same Logo underneath their name, Oasis Motel. This motel is scamming a lot of people. While on the phone with booking.com, I heard 4 ppl with the same problem. They booked a room and was not the Hotel displayed. As soon as I started asking for a refund and told them that the pictures displayed on the website were not the actual pictures of the motel, they refused to help me. They checked me in without my consent and removed the option to leave a review on the email I received. Then I checked the website to screenshot the photos to have as evidence and they had removed the photos and placed photos of the motel.

This place deserve no stars whatsoever is below a zero and below a zero false advertisement is the worst business you could ever own this place should be condemned once my wife booked this place we could not cancel last minute we tried every way we could before we went ahead and checked in trust and believe me read and understand where you would be before you book a room in Las Vegas . I would advise nobody to pay that kind of money for a property that has no pool of any kind dont know where they got definition for resort fee

BEWARE!!!! Horrible experience!!! Hotel refused our check in, after arrangements were made earlier in the day for a late check in. We are in Vegas for work, and working nights. The hotel staff cursed and kicked us off the property. It is impossible to get in touch with someone from this hotel, all numbers we were provided led us to someone stating that it was the wrong number. HOOTERS AND OYO SHOULD BE ASHAMED. False advertising from what we thought we were booking, then to be treated rudely after my money was already taken, I now have to fight for a refund of almost $3,000. Filthy and poorly maintained. Walls are cracked, floors are saggy, shower is revolting. Definitely not worth what they are charging. The empty parking lot on a Friday night should have been my first clue. Not sure how this place makes money, but maybe thats not its purpose.

Bad area gross room. Resort fee with no resort not even a pool. Hidden fees . Not worth the money but had to stay because couldn’t cancel last minute. False advertising rooms looked nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com

The room was disgusting, the beds rock hard, the furniture was falling apart and water logged. The window painted over for privacy, and the room hadn’t been cleaned by the garbage and blood covered products found in the room. If you had the choice between staying on the floor of the airport or this hotel…pick the floor!

If I could rate 0 stars it still wouldn’t describe how bad our experience was. We arrived and we were greeted by transients under the influence of drugs roaming the parking lot like they lived there. Talking to the staff trying to get our room key was like trying to track a needle in a hey stack because the staff is never present at the front desk. When we eventually made contact they invested no effort to make a friendly connection. After getting our key and getting to our room we found the variety of issues with our room. Hot water wouldn’t work, finding a trash can was a 15 minute scavenger hunt and the bed felt like soggy plywood. The blanket on the bed looked like Swiss cheese because so many people (IN A NON SMOKING ROOM) used the blanket to put out cigarettes.Literally sleeping in our car would have been an upgrade.

Clean rooms near downtown. One of three Oyo hotels in Vegas. This is not the Oyo hotel and casino! Way way out of date. 1950s style coutyard motel. Brass key on pladtic tag, 20 dollar (refundable)deposit. 25 dollar cleaning fee added to price quoted. No lamps or any side tables. Two floresent bulbs no shade only light in small room. Old style tube TV. Small bathroom floor not level. Take my advise dont stay here!

For one I was visiting my friend for punk rock bowling she came in from out of state portland. I literally came in the parking lot to pick her up and put my back pack down in her room as you cant bring them into a festival. The motel manager proceeded to harrass me for even waiting outside. Threatening to call metro just for standing outside. While room was disgusting looked like the walls and floors were filthy. Stay far away from this place Im native born and raised in Las Vegas for 35 years and never been treated with so much disrespect. My friend left that motel the first night because of how rudely we were spoken to. Kinda makes you wonder how people this demeaning make money in this town. Treat your guests with respect pigs!

Definately not the best hotel on Fremont Street. But it within walking distance of many cool places. They were one of the few hotels that accepted cash, NO deposit required, and No valid i.d. was required. It was pretty affordable but as some say you get what you pay for. Without a vehicle, and the things mentioned above it was worth the 60$ and beat sleeping outside for sure. There were no cars in the parking lot the 4days we were there which kinda creeped me out a lil bit but it was quiet no one bothered us. However the managemt made us get out at 11 oclock , if we wanted 5 minutes it was gonna be 20 dollars more.he was not very friendly. I would stay there again if necessary but not a number one choice

Rented a room for three days, shower didnt work called front desk the elderly person was irritated that I complained. After awhile they fixed it, then it broke again I called and got yelled at for complaining. Its dirty and i found cockroaches

AVOID this place and make sure you get the location right on Expedia, OYO owns the property and you will confuse it for the OYO off of Tropicana. I learned the hard way, room was dirty, hot water running out mid shower, ceiling looked like it was about to cave in. Again, make sure you are booking the OYO off of Tropicana and not Gateway.

Bathroom sink clogged when I got there, shower head at chest height, large gaps in door meant lots of cold air coming in, room was forty degrees one night no blankets in room. Looks like last remodel was in the early 80s.Ill point out for a place to crash I didnt have a huge issue with it, didnt have anything scary happen, just needs some work all around.

This is by far the worse place ive ever stayed. We almost slept in the truck instead. Discussing bathrooms, carpet smells like urine and AC/heater stink. Bed was broken and was afraid to sleep on it.

This motel is one of the worst in vegas + the service is terrible. There are cockroaches all over the place, the walls are busted up, holes in carpet, and the tv plug looks like it got burned on fire already, and the volume us trash on it. I dont recommend going here EVER

I just left 24th floor for those who bought a package I was told a plate of crackers was to be dumped since I touched them FWI NO TONGS WERE PROVIDED. The cracker I touched, was on my plate. No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, 18.50 a glass for 3$ a bottle wine acting as if its gold , 3-buck-chuck...... I was humiliated for touching a cracker .... and the Italian restaurant buys from Costco 55$ for great value lasagna thats 2.50$ and nuked????? .. .. rude behavior the employees need more training..... they are posted by elevators to pounce 399.00 $ for 29.99$ cold cream from Macys Lancome,????? . Happy hour SHOULD be happy 24th floor your not a playground monitor for 3 bucks chuck...still here Gateway are you going to fix it?????

I dont even want to give a single Star Coz my stay was here horrible. They told free WiFi and HBO everything but the TV never work and WiFi is not there. The AC is also not working properly and its not even cooling the room. Simply cheating. I never ever recommend this place to anyone.

This was a hidden gem, the rooms have all been painted and renovated. Rooms are big and clean. Close to restaurants and strip and at half the price.Well maintained.

If I could rate a zero I would. I walked into a smoking room after booking a non smoking room online with two little children. The manager/security guy says he is the only person here and will not contact the owner. He does not even have a number for him. He is dishonest. Within 15 minutes of walking into our room I approached management and he denied a refund and denied switching our room. It took me almost an hour to get a hold of the REAL manager or owner. Im still not sure whom either of these men really are, but they are both highly unprofessional. Poor customer service. Probably the worst motel Ive ever been to, and the most disrespectful men Ive ever done business with. The first man was an older African American male just sitting outside smoking when we pulled up and after he checked my husband into the room he went right back to sitting in the same chair with another cigarette.. Writing review for time stamp to show the owner that I approached immediately. Now the man continued to approach our room about 3 times after he told me that he literally could not help me and I would have to contact the owner in the morning after 11am. I am furious. I have two babies and did not ask for a smoking room, nor did I book one. My husband accepted what they gave him and didnt argue. I went into the room and the smoking odor was so pungent it was literally enough to make me choke. We came in at 1130pm at night after driving all day and was charged $142 for a hole in the wall room that advertises free WIFI and HBO.... If you could get the TV to even work! Its a rip off and a joke. Dont waste your time or money. There is roaches in the bathroom tub. No smoke detectors. There was smeared blood in the bathtub and someone elses hair. The older man kept telling me it wasnt dirty in the room and the tv wasnt broken. He never went into our room to look. Just denied it endlessy, and had a nasty tone the entire time.. It took me 15 minutes to approach management because I took pictures and videos of the room. The bathroom The place is unsanitary. Doesnt appear the linens are even washed and the molding is falling apart on the walls... the electrical outlet looks like it caught fire. I will be sending pictures to the owner. I am soooo upset after traveling all day to spend my hard earned money at a place that is unsanitary, staff is rude and argues with you without looking at the proof.Update: After approaching the older man and him continuing to deny being able to contact the owner... He did wake up the owner. Whom I assume lives on the property? The older man came back to my room 3 times. Knocking. Saying I could contact owner tomorrow at 11am twice. Then the third time knocked to tell me I could speak with the manager and he was up front. I went up front and asked to switch rooms otherwise for a refund. He told me there were no refund, and we have already been in our room for 40 minutes at this point so he couldnt do anything for us. I was in the room for 40 minutes because old man refused to get management or a phone number for an owner!!!! The old man in front of management continued to be rude and argue with me and yell at me. Even in front of customers!! At that point I pulled out my phone and showed them the pictures and videos. Then the manager agreed to have the older man get me a new room. Because he seen the hair, blood in the bathtub and told me it was rust... I will post these pictures, you be the judge! There was a live cockroach under the bed too. Pictured too. For $50 bucks I could see getting this room. But even $50 isnt worth bringing home cockroach pets.. Dont waste your time money here, your better off paying the extra 50 bucks and going to a nice hotel on the strip. These guys are highway robbery with there jank motel and no cleaning. I am sleeping in my car tonight in their parking lot with my kids while they took my $142 and told me either I take a new room or leave without a refund.

Nice Budget Hotel with Very Friendly Staff. Limited Amenities but perfect compared to High Prices Vegas hotels and resort fees. Great place to stay for a night or more.

Rooms can use some updating but overall the wife and i enjoyed our weekend there the owners are real nice people and the price is affordable

Small, dark, dirty rooms with very old furniture and slow wi-fi. And very expensive. We paid 95$ for one night. But this is a motel. Hotels in the downtown cost not much more.

Some rooms way nicer then others so look n choose needs a lil remodeling but for the price nd location its not bad at all nice cozy lil rooms

Close to the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop and directly on the last Vegas Blvd. Warm and clean you will find all you need for a night stay. Personal polite and helpful.

It is my second stay,found the room very clean and very well renovated. Staff is polite and helpful.

Rude employees, roaches in bathroom and bedroom, missing smoke detectors, tv didnt work and had buttons missing, holes in carpet and probably other things...... checked back out within a hour of being here

It is very expensive 160 plus 20 deposit the rooms smell musty the air conditioning smells ugly the walls are very old the bathroom is disgusting the towels are old the bathtub is in poor condition I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Disaster, dirty smell, the carpet was stained, the bathroom was also bad, the water for bathing came out black, I felt cheated, that they stole my money, for half the price of one night I would have stayed in a better hotel. Noo I recommend not staying at this hotel, there are many.
