OYO Oasis Motel Las Vegas I-15

This little motel, is exactly what you need for a Vegas trip on a budget. It obviously is not a 5 star resort, but the room was clean, had an up to date TV, bed was comfy and good water pressure is the shower. We do wish there was at least a mini fridge and microwave. Service at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. It was in the center of the Strip to the left and Fremont on the right. Had bus stops near by, for anyone doing the bus pass route. Obviously all of Vegas has sketch people, but we felt safe in our room, not an overwhelming amount of noise and tucked away from the street. Thank you for our stay, we will come again!

This place is a disgrace. Theres no tv or wifi. We checked in after 4pm and our room still wasnt ready. Then the guy had the nerves to ask for a $40 deposit. The toilet didnt flush at all. The room smelled so bad. The price of the room was $100. Please spend your money at a better place. The lock on the door barely worked. I definitely wish I could get my money back. I left at 6am the next day. If you choose to stay here, dont say you werent warned.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars all across the board. Just because someone is trying to save their coins shouldn’t mean we have to deal with sexual harassment and unsanitary sleeping quarters. The guy at the front desk is so unprofessional and implies that he will be getting into your room in the middle of the night. He asked uncomfortable and very racist questions, the room reeked of cigarettes. There was still garbage from the previous tenant all over the floors. There was a dirty towel in the shower. The toilet didn’t work and there was no peep hole just an open hole with a dirty napkin stuffed in it. If you care about your safety please don’t walk, run away quickly from this place

This place was terrible! As soon as I arrived I realized it did not match the pictures shown online at all! Super old and sketchy place! Once checked in my friend and I went into the room and as we opened the door we got a disgusting odor. The walls were dirty, the big windows in the room were not clean, the door was slightly cracked near the lock area so we could peep outside. When I went into the restroom, the tub was disgusting and brown, the sink had hair in it and the trashacan didn’t have a bag but had residue from before. My friend and I immediately began to look for a new place to stay. At most we were there for an hour and within that hour 2 different people tried getting into our room with keys. We immediately went to check out and when telling the front desk they said it was probably housekeeping checking if the rooms were busy but they didn’t have keys to get in. I told him we physically saw the 2 different men have keys and attempt to open the lock. Since I was not there for long, I asked the front desk for a refund for my full stay and they redirected me to call the OYO number on my receipt. When calling I found out that number is no longer in service. I found a different number online and have yet to receive a refund. This place was disgusting and unsafe! Do Not Stay Here!!!

Room was obviously dirty, walls looked disgusting and found trash all over. They obviously do not care about the hygiene of the room. The sink constantly clogged and the room just was overall very bad. When it came to checking in, the guy had no clue what i meant, yet he worked there. When it came to paying for the stay, I had to manually charge myself because the worker did not know how to charge me correctly. Unfortunate stay.

Brief:Please, avoid at all costs, for your safety, your health, and whatever business you had going on here. This place should not exist, it makes third world shanty towns look like Hiltons.Verbose:Landed in Las Vegas last fall (2023) for a technology conference and had the opportunity to survive the experience of being booked at this dump, dont relive this experience.This OYO is not the OYO Las Vegas on the strip, it is a destitute dumpster fire in a desperate part of town not suited for the business casual types.There are clear gaps in the windows where the AC units sit and the window jams, allowing someone with functioning hands to remove the minimalist obstructions and let themselves into your room. (See Pics)The rooms have nice mirrors, of which reveal uncleaned streak marks from last nights occupants foray into fun time (or not). Its right across the street from the 24x7 wedding place and Im sure this is the complimentary honeymoon suite of despair, lost hope, and crushed dreams.Just dont stay here; ever, even in a moment of desperation.

The worst part about my experience here was the customer service, we booked through a 3rd party app because we got a deal and we called the motel to see if there would be any other charges when we got to the property and they gave us a very hard time about not booking with them directly. There was a 15 minute wait for someone to come check us in and then a $20 deposit for a key which is refundable but would have been nice to know ahead of time. It seems like they are putting new carpet in some of the rooms or fixing them somehow as there is construction in the parking lot which by the way is very small. The rooms are outdated but you get what you pay for, I would think about staying there again if they could fix the customer service issue because other than that I had a decent time, the location was good but the area is kinda sketchy at night. Its a short walk to a 711 and koolsville tattoo which is why we stayed there anyway to be close to the tattoo shop and cause we got a deal.

Zero Stars! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR BUISNESS IF I DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK BY FRIDAY, AS YOU STATED LAST WEEK, IT WILL TAKE 24 - 48 HOURS.This place is a scam. The photos are not the hotel! This place is disgusting. They charged my card and lied and said I paid cash. Told me Id get a refund, but didnt give me a refund! When you try to call them they ignore your calls. Ash, I want my money back.

Well when I got there everything was fine when I came back the manager was out there telling me that I had to leave because my name wasnt on the room. And I couldnt get my money back I couldnt get my room so they just took $266 for me. They wouldnt look up my credit card to show that that was my name. I dont think Ill ever use this app again.

No shower curtains , doors didn’t lock . Not safe nor secure . When we purchased a room on Google under one reservation . And when we confirmed reservation they stated there no longer that company name and there is availability at the ovo , it’s a complete scam

If i could leave NO stars i would !!! bugs in the shower bugs in the toilet,carpet was wet, urine stain on the bed, half a roll of toilet paper, walls were dirty, cockroaches on the wall, Bedbugs on the pillows, pillows were dirty, other peoples hair on the pillows was it was absolutely disgusting. We walked in the place and then immediately turned around and walked out couldn’t get a refund for sure the worst motel in Las Vegaswould not recommend.

Lately I’ve been traveling and staying in a lot of different places and this room was one of my worst rooms I’ve stayed in. Very generic. Bed, tv stand/ table, and old, old bathroom. Toilet was clogged up from previous renter. Towel rack falling off wall, tv didn’t work with remote. Only place to sit was on bed, and only 2 lights on each side of bed on wall. Parking lot was small and filled with construction material. Never stay here again.

This place is so unsanitary! When I came back from this place I fainted and was rushed to the ER! I had SARS and Covid from here! If there was 0 starts I would rate it that! THIS PLACE SUCKS! 10/10 WOULDNT COME HERE AGAIN! Also, I forgot to mention, there was vomit on both beds and in the toilet! DISGUSTING! 0/5 stars is possible!

There are plenty of cockroaches in the bathroom and in bed. The price is very good: 80 a night and 40 depot, but cockroaches are the problem.

I like this place. Rooms are easy to get to theres no parking fee and the managements cool. Unlike the nightmare when we stayed at a large name hotel the night before

By far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Power cord to AC/heater is cut. Nothing more than a sheet on the bed...space heater provided does not work sufficiently. No hot water in the bathhroom/shower...do not stay here or you might freeze!

Booked room and upon arrival it was not the right room that was booked online. Toilet did not work and was told might get some money back. Did not stay in room 1 night. Absolutely horrible service and lied about room.

STAY AWAY .this is not a hotel, it’s not even a motel. It’s a crack shack. This place is absolutely disgusting i don’t know how they keep this place open still. I had to go buy pillows and a blanket so that i could feel the slightest bit okay in these nasty rooms, since i had no luck getting a refund for this trash place. $220 a night for this roach infested ruin. Good luck staying here , you will have dust falling on to you from their ceilings. We booked a room with our dog days before arrival. We got to the hotel and they “had” to upgrade a guest due to a dirty room, it was our room they gave away!It’s hard enough finding a good hotel that will take dogs, but to get there after 10 hours of driving find out we now have to find another room (that takes dogs) and without even an apology!Receptionist said we booked the wrong tower to have a dog, how would we know that? The confirmation confirmed 2 people AND 1 pet. Unbelievable....Won’t even entertain staying there, with OR without a dog!

I booked it and when I arrived it had nothing to do with the pictures on Booking: the place was at a very unsafe area and the place itself was nasty, horrible, etc. I tried to cancel my booking and people at the reception were playing with me saying yes but in reality they didn’t want to give me my money back. People are reception were very disrespectful and I had the worst experience of my life. Also, Booking didn’t solve my problem either so better not to come here!!

If I could give this motel a 0 I would. My partner rented this dump for $171 for one night. He rented it on an app that stated Oyo, located in the Tropicana hotel and not this location . When we opened the door the number on the door was falling off. As we opened the door, the walls were full of plaster, light grayish dull not painted walls. The rug was wet and very dirty that our socks spoke..super dirty feet . We didnt even want to touch the floor . The lights were two bulbs that were not bright and one was almost out. Not enough lighting. We had to buy an extra roll of toilet paper cause there was less than half of a roll in the restroom when we arrived , the shower walls were dirty as well as shower curtain and the restroom door would not close. It was stained too. The bed springs were horrible, bed sheets smelled old and dusty and fowl smell the whole time in the room and the tv was a boxed TV that had no antenna. It was not even seeable let alone no wifi , the ac or heater was yellow, old and falling apart . Talk about horror movies and killers staying at bad motel rooms ...yeah this place should be tore down. Thats what it really cost $20 ...the deposit we gave the person of the entrance. I have traveled the world and this is by far the worst place ever in my life! Thank God it was one night and we slept with our clothes on and on top of the two layered bed sheets. Its not a cheap stay, but it looks like it. That building really needs to be tore down and built again. Its a night mare not an Oasis!

This place doesnt even look like the online pictures at! Booked this place online and when I arrived they said that my hotel room was not ready so I had to wait an extra hour in the dirty lobby just for my terrible hotel room to be cleaned!!! Finally when I arrived into my room the smell was so bad that I felt like I was going to throw up! I decided to take a shower because I was very sticky from the hot weather and there were roaches in the shower!!¡!! I told the custodian to clean it up but she didnt even bother!! I am never coming back here!!!

I booked a reservation and it was confirmed for 10/22 through 10/23. Got an email 2 days before and said they overbooked and it was cancelled. They told me to call the company I booked through who said that it was still active on their end. If I would not have checked my email, I would have showed up only to be told there is no room for me. This is bad business and I will never recommend them to anyone UPDATE: after emailing back and forth for over an hour, someone finally looked and seen that the reservation was cancelled and after saying they will see what they can do decided to say that there is nothing they can do. Please be aware of what you are getting into if you book here. As a frequent traveler and sharing my experiences, I am one to stay this is a place to stay away from

Please dont stay here. This place is terrible. Worst customer service of all time. It took us several minutes to even find the place and we quickly realized this was not a safe area and no one should be staying here. Pulled in to someone screaming at rooms with no one in them. We immediately realized our mistake and tried to get our refund and get out of there. After finally getting ahold of someone they said they had no proof of us being there (which we were there, but their staff was impossible to contact) and refused us a refund. We still thought it was safer for us to eat the cost and go elsewhere. We luckily found a cheaper place on the strip for the same day. Thankfully we did not have to stay the night at the OYO Oasis. I will encourage everyone I know to stay away from this place.In response to the response below:We were on the phone for 5 hours running in circles with the customer service team. I was recently a guest at your Motel and I want to say that the women who work the night shift her name was Jeanne was exceptionally helpful and seemed to be the only one working. I feel that if it wasnt for her that my night would have been ruined but she made everything better by giving me all the amenities that I needed. She was helpful pleasant and a good end to a horrible day.

Terrible, ugly, run-down motel and room. The bed was basically just exposed springs, the pillows were paper thin. There was an extra $25 fee at chick-in in addition to the nightly rate that I paid in advance. No wifi. No furniture in the room besides the bed. With the loud noisy surroundings and the extremely uncomfortable bedding, I couldnt get any sleep here. I had to leave and stay somewhere else for the duration of my stay. Terrible value compared to other nearby hotels, even factoring the resort fees.

Stop!! Don’t even think about staying here. The pictures on website doesn’t even match the property. I was there to check in for my stay but after seeing the outside, I had to see the inside. The clerk on duty took me to my room. As soon as he open the door, oh that smell!!! I went inside and came across more disappointments. There were holes in the walls, ceilings, stains and mildews in the shower, the bed was hard and you could feel the springs. I wouldn’t even let my pet stay here. I had enough. I’m surprise I made it out of there. This motel should be shut down. I even told the clerk that night, ‘that this hotel isn’t worth $287.52 for two days. It should be $20 a night. I’m not staying and I want a refund.’ He told me I booked through Expedia. I should call them. It’s impossible to get a hold of Expedia and the front desk at this hotel. I feel I’m being ignored so please keep scrolling. Your lucky if you get your money back because I just lost mine. Thanks for your time reading this I hope it helps out. Update: The travel agent, Westgate cruise and travel, I booked with has Expedia as a third party. They got in touch with Expedia who supposably got in touch with the hotel, says I never showed up.. Bad location. Terrible beds. Air conditioner took 12 hours to cool off. Only stayed here because of issues related to our already booked room’s availability. This motel costs more than a much nicer hotel on the Vegas strip.

This property is in a terrible location! Has the same name as another hotel casino on the strip. Which seems like a con. There wasn’t even a paved road to access the hotel from. I felt extremely unsafe staying there as a solo woman traveler and ended up not staying there after seeing the location. I expressed this to the hotel but they still refused to refund me. Had to contact my bank. Future travelers BEWARE!

Booked three rooms for a birthday weekend, over priced, poor location, rundown rooms, poor customer service, and for the price we paid the rooms didn’t even have complimentary hygiene products, tv doesn’t even work, front door locks didn’t even work properly. Definitely never staying there again. Please read reviews before booking because pictures on site do not really show what this place is like. And smells like mildew all 3 rooms which irritated our asthma it gave bates motel vibes

Do not stay here. It is a very digusting hotel. I walked into the room and and the smell and darkness and dirtyness was just unbearable!!! I didnt even close the door and knew that this room was unacceptable for any one to stay in. Room 15 was nothing like the advertisement. Dont get trapped into this situation!!! They would not refund me!!! The desk clerks english was horrific.... Please save you money for anywhere else in vegas. This has to be the armpit of the world. They claim we were there for 6 hours---I really hope expedia takes them off their website. They should personnaly make a visit to see how bad it truely is...

Cheap tower room for the area. You get what you pay for. Bar staff was friendly but the front desk staff was cold. The room was very cute and close to the fun, but also smelled a lot like sewer (or food grease trap) and the windows don’t open to air it out. Ended up leaving and not staying due to the terrible smell. Didn’t ask for a refund being that I paid so little, but maybe should have. They do offer earplugs due to the loud bar DJ music downstairs which was totally expected. After all it’s a nightclub hotel. The food downstairs was good and the games fun.FYI: The pending $50 deposit was actually charged and taken out of my bank account 2 days after my stay. Never had this happen at a hotel, usually it falls off after a day or two, so I called to see what I was charged for problem wise and was told that they actually take the money out and refund you 7 days later. Won’t stay again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Absolutely disgusting rooms, old run down beds, and management is a slick careless prick. And beware of the drug addicts and homeless people. Everywhere on the strip was sold out and my flight is redeye so we figured wed just grab something to relax in for a few hours. He charged us $125 and we literally left in 20 minutes because we just couldnt bring ourselves to sit anywhere let alone lay on the bed.

We decided to try a get away. And what we did was get away from the room. Dirty, dead roach on the night stand, we had to use a cup to plug the jacuzzi in the room. And when it was full, had things floating in the jacuzzi. When asked for a tub plug she could not find one. And this motel was on hotels.com. we took pictures to show but no where to post the pictures. And they did not want to refund what was paid even though it was less than a hour there.good luck if this was/is ur choice

This is as Ugly as it can be, I have stay in Tijuana motels way better than this one.Be careful there is a Mandatory $25,00 additional charge even if you pay in advance trough Orbitz, Hotels.com, or any other. When I ask what was that service fee the clerk couldnt explain, but say if you dont pay you have to leave. And you forfeit what you pay already.The room have no toilet paper or soap, bring your own.

This hotel’s ladies staff is so horrible and rude that I wouldn’t ever stay in this again nor recommend anyone. They don’t have hygienic bedsores towels, the lighting is poor and above all the door locks which are age old and don’t work at all. They are inflexible to extend even a minute of check out time inspite of the fact that they have plenty of rooms vacant. This hotel is run by an Indian who seems to be ok but his staff is horrible.

This was the worst place i ever tried to rent a room . i will never get one there again i booked it on booking . com and i got it for my husband. When he got there to check in the lady told him that they did not see his name only mine which i called booking .com and they saw his name on the list. Finally when he got checked in he was not comfortable there the bathroom stayed hot the bed was hard and the only lock that was on the door was on the handle there was no dead bolt lock. Then he told me about 3:00 in the morning it sounded like the people in the office were being loud.

I loved this place. Yeah it was a little sketchy with the crazy crackhead in the parking lot that was at the garbage can that was watvhing over the parking lot so much that sje was digging in the garbage can not less than 2 mins after i threw my soda cup awsy. But when i got in the room i was pleasantly surprused. It had mirrors everywhere a huge hottub and an awesome bug stand up showet. I felt like i was in a spot that many famous people have stayef before to hide from the bigger hotels dowm the strip. I will definitely stay there again.

Rooms are clean but in bad, run down conditions. There may be ONE room they used as a model room for website. Pictures of property are also dated, possibly 10-20 yrs ago. But the day shift receptionist, (Barbara, I believe) is very friendly and helpful.

First of all I had the worst customerservice from booking.com I will not bookanythingforbooking.com anymore. The room I was in Vegas didn’t look like none of the pictures had bedbugs in the bed they refused to give me a refund on booking.com. I am currently looking for a lawyer so I can suebooking.com

Was removed from thus place by the cops because I had a guests cone braid my hair. The loser manager, some Indian guy, held a tazer on myself, fiancé and my guests. screamed we werent allowed to have guests on the property but we didnt sign anything nor were there signs stating so I lost the $80 paid for that night, my fiancé was officially trespassed and to make matters worst we stayed there a few nights - no WiFi, like advertised: DO NOT STAY HERE/DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This place is not anything like the picture, there was a pubic hair on the bed, broken mirror, holes on the bed, cigarette burnt marks on the comforter. TV from the eighties. Very bad area. Do not stay there.

If it was possible I would rate lower. Unfortunately 1 is as low at it will allow. if youre looking to get murdered then this is the place. The rooms were so disgusting that I forfeited $180 to stay somewhere else. It was a hard lesson learned.

You get what you pay for in Vegas, staff is really nice. But it is the bare minimum, bed, shower, toilet, sink, and TV. Nothing more Nothing less, fine for me, not for everyone.

While right on the strip, its really old and not the best kept place. But, it will do in a pinch if you dont want to pay the outrageous strip prices and resort fee...but, lock your door and bring hand sanitizer as its known to get a little seedy from time to time

They are thieves, they didnt give me accommodation, they canceled my reservation, the person who attended to me said...because water was entering the rooms, they said they would refund my money and now they say that if I stay and they dont refund my money, dont make a reservation in that place is a fraud its not how they show it on the page

Horrible horrible experience I didnt stay they stole my $140 I didnt have a refrigerator or microwave nor did I have a lock on the door I dont recommend this hotel is disgusting the person who served us iso bad looking horrible disgusting I dont deserve a star I gave a star because he asked for Google

Its a very kitsch hotel with a jacuzzi in my dirty room its not even if it works and a woman who isnt very welcoming but afterwards its really an original hotel

To bad, really bad, the dirty bedspread and burnt curtain is why the city closed it due to lack of hygiene

The worst thing that my eyes have seen is something so disgusting, obviously it doesnt fit me at all, a great theft of 125 doesnt even deserve a star

Raza, the truth is this hotel is disgusting, it doesnt even serve you in an emergency and its expensive.

The service wasnt bad at all, but I think it could be improved a little.
