Our first stop in town- after a very stressful two months of LIFE- best decision!One hour couples massage with Kiri and Gillian. Deep tissue, some scar tissue release- and total let go.Fantastic massage, great atmosphere, excellent practitioners. Perfect way to start our weekend.

The staff were very friendly and the facility was very clean and relaxing. My massage therapist, McKenzie, did an excellent job of treating my problem areas as requested, and helping to relieve my pain. I will definitely be returning and trying other services in the future. Very pleased with my experience!

I have recently started to see Kyrie. She is definitely one of the better massage therapists I have ever had. Her extensive knowledge of the body and how it works and how to fix your problems is second to none. She has 16 years of experience, and it shows!The ability to get in there and hammer out the problem and do it by virtually not putting you in pain. For years I thought you had to just tough it out and deal with a massage therapist putting you through agonizing pain. With in that you are not getting healed but making it all worse. Kyrie does completely the opposite. If you want it done right, I highly recommend her to anyone. And plus, the entire staff there at IMR are the coolest, nicest and most professional group of people I have ever met. They will jump through hoops to get you set up. Overall, this is a class A establishment.

Matt is the best massage therapist I go to at IMR. He truly has a skill set above and beyond as I call him healing hands. I have lower back problems this time it had went to my hips too. When I got out of my massage I fell back to normal every time. Thank you Matt

I’ve been coming to IMR Massage for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve had multiple therapists and they have all been exceptional. Jenny and Kyrie are my favorite and I’ve been seeing them regularly because they are so good. Kyrie is very thorough and her technique is both gentle but firm where it’s needed. Jenny helps with my trouble spots and also gives great advice on how to best keep my body from being in pain. I highly recommend IMR.

DISGUSTING! WOW!So I made this appointment weeks in advance and I got there about 20min early. Then I checked in and they told me my account was locked probably because I have multiple accounts (I think they are just talking about the extra account I had for my dad) and that I needed to sign something so I did. But they said they needed to talk to their manager. I waited in lobby for about 10min. Then they spoke to me and said that they won’t be doing my massage because the manager said so and that she would need to talk to me. And I told them well this is really inconvenient because I live really far and it took me about 36 min to get here. When I told them this, they could not care less. They said there’s nothing they can do because the manager but to not worry because I won’t get charged like that’s supposed to be some sort of compensation. I said well at least let the manager know I am very upset about this situation since the drive was long and now I have to drive home (which is another 36min). And they become very defensive so I said I just wish I could have been informed about this before I drove all the way over here and they pretty much said that it was my fault and not there’s since they didn’t know until I showed up which makes no sense at all since they initially told me my account was locked when I got there. I understand they are just the messenger but that’s no way to treat a client. It would have been nice if they could have at least apologized about the situation or inconvenience but they never did. That’s customer service 101. I run a business and I would never treat even my worst client that way. Very disgusting way to treat a client. They told me the manager will call me but they have my word I will NEVER be back there or recommend anyone to that establishment after this. Very infuriating situation.

I could sit here and write a book about how satisfied I was with my visit! This was the first time I have ever gotten a cupping massage and the second time I have ever gotten a professional massage. The front desk greeted me right away and helped me fill out the brief paperwork and offered me a complimentary water. Aaron was very professional from the moment I met him and throughout the massage. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I didn’t know what to expect but Aaron walked me through the steps he was doing, checking in with me the whole time, making sure the massage and cup pressure wasn’t too hard, and making sure I was doing okay. I am going to recommend all of my friends and family to see Aaron and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

40 years of being a desk jockey had me with very tight core muscles and walking bent over, looking 10yrs older than I really am. On a spur of the moment walked in to ask if, in their opinion, was this muscular like I thought and could they help, their answers were yes, and maybe yes.After 12 weeks, the latter answer is definitely YES. IMR changed my life both physically and mentally.

I got a 2 hour with Jack and that was the most therapeutic massage. I have ever received. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Walked out feeling renewed. Thanks Jack!

I went here a few months ago and I gave it 2 stars because my requests were not met. However, this time it really is upsetting because a family member of mine was in a lot of pain because their profession can be grueling on the body. They have been in a lot of pain recently. So I decided to give this place one more shot. We got the best recommended massages for our situations and the massage itself was ok but the reality is my family is still in a lot of pain and they said the massage didn’t help them out at all the following day. And I wasn’t even really in that much pain before the massage but now I am in a lot pain and soreness which is odd because it’s been several days removed now. The place was clean and calm but we only care for the results mostly. The part that is upsetting the most is that it is a premium price the total for everything was about $475 for the two of us. Which is insane to pay a premium price and definitely not get premium service. We will not be coming back.

Ive had massages for years, and never really got much out of them. I started seeing Kat after deciding I was tired of feeling creaky and pained - shes incredible. She is targeted, incredibly knowledgable, and will go at your speed - she communicates well and honestly has made progress where literally everybody else failed. Cannot recommend enough.

I had an incredible experience with Kat the massage therapist! After the session, I felt remarkably rejuvenated and relaxed. Kats technique was spot-on, especially in addressing the tension in my shoulders and lower back—the pressure she applied was absolutely perfect. My 5 star review is only regarding my facial with Alicia and the reception area staff.Making an appointment over the phone was easy and they answered all my questions. They were extremely sweet and personable both in person and over the phone. I was concerned about the products used (extremely sensitive and can’t use oils) and they called me the next day (because the esthetician had left for the night), addressing my questions and concerns. Excellent.I’ve had only a few facials- one not memorable, another used products that made me break out (all-natural, but, like I said, my skin doesn’t tolerate oils. Look up malassezia).Alicia didn’t shame me about my skin, just factually told me what was going on with it. She asked what my skin concerns were and went to work. A lot happened, with a lot of gadgets; one of them hurt; a lot of them felt like they didn’t do anything.Right after the facial, my skin was ‘meh’. BUT, 5 days later, my skin has been looking sooo good. I’m still using my usual products, but the blackheads are gone, my pores look better, and that area in between my nostril and cheek is firm and bouncy. I don’t care if the results are temporary.The massage that I sorely (haha) needed felt great. The facial cupping didn’t seem to work on my forehead though- maybe my skin is too taut there, and is overall very hard (bony) area. I can’t comment on the products they used, but they accommodated some of my needs with my own, clearly labeled, products. Thank you!Can’t wait for the new location to open because this one on Eastern is waaayy too far from me.Edit: it’s a solid 3 now. I don’t like their policies and services are just ok since my preferred esthetician left. I don’t go here anymore. Their other location is just ‘meh’ as well.

Kat is a miracle worker! My muscles were in knots from a mix of sitting at my desk all day and attempting to become a pickleball master (spoiler: not quite there). Her combo of stretching and deep tissue magic was exactly what I needed. After the massage, it felt like I could touch my toes without wincing. If you want to say goodbye to tension and hello to bliss, book with Kat ASAP!

Another incredible session with Aaron! I was in some pain today and he focused on exactly what I needed. I feel so much better after that session. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and provides a safe and trusting environment in the room. Front desk staff is great as well. The girl who assisted me at check-out was very pleasant and helpful with my questions.

I’ve been coming here everyday for over a month. The saunas are perfect and the staff makes you feel right at home. There are showers at this studio (which is not common) and everything you could need from robes to frozen towels are provided for you. A++If you need to recover, this is the place.

If you’re in need of a high quality massage, look no further. I have received massages from multiple therapists, most recently Jordan. He is excellent, as are all the therapists I’ve seen.

NOT WORTH dealing with front desk. I was a regular for many months, It was always a pain to deal with this particular front desk person. When we were cashing out/paying, we were first in line. Other people arrived and she stopped attending us to pay attention to them instead... while we just stood there waiting. after they were fully done (around 10 minutes im not joking. it wasnt a quick thing) and she went back to us, she just tells us to call in later... I only wanted to schedule the next appointment. there was nobody else there. it was empty because the other people she cut us off to take care of, were done. this was ridiculous and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also the last charge on my credit card was not authorized. I had gotten a new credit card and they charged the new one for the membership which i had never given them permission to do so. That card was only for an appointment that i canceled. Massage places are supposed to relax you, this one just stressed me out from dealing with the rude front desk! the massage itself was good, but you had to be aware of who you chose.

Just had my first massage with Katelyn and she/this place was great! Friendly service, super professional and answered all my questions and more. Definitely coming back/would recommend.

I love coming here service is great, the staff is so kind and professional. I live in California and this has become my favorite destination in Vegas. The team does incredible work I had Matt (10/10 would recommend) he has a made very calm welcoming demeanor. Each session they will take time to ask about your personal aches and pains so your massage is exactly what you need it to be. The cannabis massage is a must after a long weekend .

First of all I have asked they delete me from all the junk they send, I keep receiving and that hasn’t happened.. so here goes my review, months ago...I went there and bought a infrared sauna session and a facial. When I went into the sauna and picked up the towel there was a large hash mark on the cushion...now as a professional medical practitioner say what you want but if you research you will find germs with thrive and survive in any environment... I sat to the side of this hash mark...then to the shower, it was great until I added shampoo to my hair, when the suds his the shower platform it became so slippery, I fell, wrenched my back bad... I reported this to the front desk...a few days later my back hurt so bad, I called and asked them to pay for a doctors visit. They would not and said I signed a release form and they were not liable for my fall. I asked to be sent a copy of everything I signed, I’ve had to call many times and still have never received the paperwork! All the info was on a tablet I was given no paperwork... what they do not realize is providing an unsafe environment, is neglect and is not covered by a release of liability...my back is finely healed 3months of doctors visits some muscle relaxers a little physical therapy and now I’m good! This place is unsafe, from germs you can pick up to the slip and fall environments...I would suggest you avoid it and go to a more professional spa that cares about providing a safe and healthy environment.... I hope now they will stop sending me incentives to come back!!

I visited during my first trip in Vegas. Great customer service over the phone. Leslie is a great therapist, really thorough, and kept some light conversation going during the two hour booking. I will definitely rebook when Im next in town.

Booked a massage and cupping over at IMR and setting up appointment was a breeze. Was greeted the moment I walked in and was helped right away. Prior to starting my session I was asked a few questions about troubled areas, which was awesome. During the entire massage and cupping process I was made sure I was not in any discomfort. Being my first time cupping it was kind of weird but Kyrie was very helpful during the process. Both the massage and cupping were great. I’m only in Vegas once or twice a year and I am definitely going to book every time I’m here. I feel great after my massage and cupping. Highly recommended.

I have had close to 50 massages in my lifetime. I could tell within minutes that Matt N. knew what he was doing. Matts massage felt like a work of art. His pressure and techniques were excellent. I loved the atmosphere, music, smells and quietness. I could tell Matt had many years of experience in what he did. This place is worth the money for a massage. I will indeed be back again. My therapist was Crystal. She was fantastic! Took the time to develop a plan for the session, and her work is really too-notch. Greeting staff was helpful and professional. Facilities were spotless. Highly recommend.

Jenni is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable about the pain I shared and was able to loosen up the tensest of my muscles.

I have MS and am in the middle of a stress induced flare up. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online (and had to reschedule a couple of times with ease)I walked in for my appointment and the receptionist knew who I was without asking (great attention to detail), she helped me pick the right CBD treatment and asked me to have a seat. Before I could sit down, Aaron arrived to take me back for my massage.He made sure everything was comfortable in the room before excusing himself so I could undress.He chatted with me for the first portion of the massage then let me enjoy it, he used just the right amount of pressure and paid some extra attention to my hands that are suffering right now.If we werent moving out of Vegas I would be here once a month, for sure.

Me and my boyfriend went there 2 times, first visit was great and we loved it! We tried to request the same people but my boyfriend got someone different. The next day we went again and my boyfriend got another person and it was so bad. He was in pain the whole time and she didn’t even massage much of the areas he requested. It was 60 mins of pain (well it was suppose to be 60 but our time was cut short 🙃). If you ever go I suggest you request Maria and Anna.

I got the Lemongrass scent and both me and my husband love it. Its a miracle cream, I swear.

Ive been to see Matt Navarrette at IMR Massage twice now (for a 60 minute and then a 90 minute session), and both visits were among the best massages I can remember. Im a long distance runner who works at a computer all day, so both my hips & IT bands and my neck & shoulders are generally a wreck. Matts technique for deep tissue massage is slow, methodical, and kind of miraculous. He works steadily across the problem areas and manages your time very well. Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling more loose relaxed than I had in weeks. Cannot recommend him highly enough. The facility itself is nice, the front desk staff is friendly and efficient, and overall Im incredibly happy. I just wish I actually lived in Vegas and could take advantage of their membership program. For now, Ill just have to book an appointment with Matt every time Im in town!

Great place. Smells good. Great staff and experienced therapists. I’ve had massages with Thomas and Chris and have been happy with both therapists. They are experienced, polite and welcoming. Both friendly and engage in conversation if you like, or remain quiet if/ when you want to zone out. One of my favorite massage spas in Vegas. Great place to relax!

I drive 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week so massages are my best friend. I came to IMR and received a 1.5 hour massage from Kelsey and felt amazing afterwards. Highly recommend her to others as I continue to go back her after my long weeks. Keep it up Kelsey!!

If youre looking for a place of quality services this is the place to visit!I have a crazy schedule so Ive had to go to different therapist every time, not something I was really open to at first. However, each Therapist Ive been to( Leah, Thomas & Elliott) have all been amazing. They listen to you and give you an outstanding treatment to that will have you feeling brand new!

I dont have a go to person at IMR but, Ive never not had a 5 star massage from their therapists.

Every masseuse Ive had all are at a much higher than normal skill level at this type of niche talented skil!; yet each one adds a unique dynamic to the manner in which they apply their skill.

Jose was awesome. Overall service was great and friendly. The facility is nice, quiet, and modern. I felt safe at all times, and Jose was professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. I left on a whole different level of relaxed and zen, just what I needed.

I am in town to visit my family for a couple of weeks, and as soon as I step off the plane, the pain starts. My fibromyalgia flares up. By day 3, I could barely turn my head. I called IMR Massage, and they were so helpful and able to get me in. Aaron (I hope spelled your name right) was the best. I have been so thankful the last few days for that massage. I will be back. I only had a 10 minute demo at my gym and it was amazing. Elliot and Denise were so knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything in a way that I could understand. She did the cupping massage demo on my feet and theyve never felt so relieved. Just after 10 minutes! It looks crazy but it was pleasant and not painful at all. Im definitely going in for a full session.

Was looking for same day appointment and happened to stumble upon them. Very professional receptionist who booked me in with Luna. I arrived early as advised an immediately shown to a room for sports massage. Right away my main areas were addressed. Pressure was perfect for needing to get knots out. My first time experience here was wonderful. The Therapist was knowledge and did a great job. I have my second appointment with Thomas or Tom. He was off this game. He had a hard time getting some of the cups to stick on. But never on enough to get a full suction. ( Got home told my family I have cupping they were like where is the suction circle. None there. Have pictures). Also paid for a full body massage, he skip my left arm and left bottom of the leg and foot. I brought the leg area to his attention and he apologized . I thought he would have realized he needed to finish the other area . But he didnt. Waste of money and not a good experience. Did like the Zen room.

Visited IMR twice during my business trip to Vegas. Had severe back pain due to muscle issues. After being massaged by the team I felt like newly born. A little sore on the next day, which was expected, but the issues I came for were gone.Can absolutely recommend this place and would visit again when I am back in Vegas.

Kyrie Maxfield was my therapist. She is wonderful. I had a rose crystal facial massage to clear my energy and a tension headache. Between her own energy and technique I left feeling better then I have in a year. She is patient and kind. I have had horrid experiences in the past with other therapists, at other spas. I forgot all about them with in 10 mins. I will highly recommend her and be back.

Sheila at IMR is spectacular! I found myself in a pickle as I had forgotten about one of my employees birthdays. So I called in because I was not able to purchase a e-gift card for one via the mobile website. She spring into action and quickly created an account for my employee, processed my payment as a credit towards her account and emailed her for me to tell her about the surprise! Service service service!

I love IMR Massage! If I have to go through all the stress of driving to an address and back, it kind of beats the point of a relaxing massage. But Elliott comes to me instead and always gives the most soothing, relaxing massage. When he leaves I just take a hot bath, a nice nap and I feel like I am born again!

Aaron is respectful and kind. He always makes sure Im comfortable with the pressure of the massage. Hes an excellent massage therapist.

Ive had a lot of massages by a wide range of therapists; I have chronic pain, and I have to say she is one of the best of the best. Between the CBD oil, cupping, and her technique, it made me feel like butter. She knew exactly what to massage and didnt leave anything untouched. Highly recommend, whole place is put together well. I had an extreme cupping therapy at this location and it was amazing. The Chronic cramping in my legs feet and calves went away after just one treatment. I was dealing with the cramping for over a year. With just one cupping treatment the cramping went away. It has been 4 months since my therapy and I have been pain and cramp free. however the issues are coming back so Im going back in for more treatment. I would highly recommend this place

Made a gift for mothers day for my mom thinking they would treat her like I was treated. However, that was not the case and staff was very argumentavely towards her by trying to charge her more then it was supposed to be. Poor communication led to this issue. Staff were not held accountable for their mistake. I will never refer another family member to this place.

This review is from my husband, Paul. He wanted to thank Kyrie Maxfield for the incredible service she gave him. For months he has endured pain all over his body and after one session with Kyrie he said he feels like he’s in someone else’s body. Most of the pain is gone and a limp he developed from a fractured femur on a knee replacement leg is also gone. He looks forward to his visits with Kyrie and says she really works him over good. Go see Thomas Steed! IMR is the go-to for sports and injury massages. Ive been a customer for almost 2 years now and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend trying the cupping therapy for tight muscle groups, especially if you are active in sports or exercising. A++!!

IMR is a place like no other. I have tried several of their therapists...and they are all AMAZING! Make an appointment, you wont be sorry!

Therapy is good, booking an apoinment though is always a painful experience. Numerous times I’ve tried and it’s like in being an inconvenience asking for an appointment before a week away.

Only ever had Elliott as a therapist but best massage of my life thus far, and I’ve had MANY.
