I received a facial service from Abby at the Centennial Gateway location, and she was the best! She made the entire service so comfortable and kept up a great conversation. She is truly the sweetest and will definitely be booking again. She helped address some concerns I had for my skin and left me looking glowing! At the end of the service she even brushed out my eyelash extensions with a spoolie, which out of all the facials I’ve received I’ve never had that done. Such an amazing touch! If you’re looking to book a facial I definitely recommend Abby!

I cancelled my membership and was using up my points when I saw Lisa for my last massage. It was amazing! I never experienced a massage like that - ever! She showed me muscles that I never knew existed! Lisa made the difference for me to continue receiving the massage care that I need in order for my recovery to take place. She was truly caring and compassionate and made me to genuinely feel that I was most important to her. I was a clean slate for her to apply her wonderful healing touch. I had the best massage ever at Message Envy, in Centennial Hills! Brian performed my massage and it was absolutely delightful! I really appreciated that he was very attentive and checked in with me to ensure the pressure was right and I was comfortable. Ebony at the front desk was fabulous, very accommodating, and I really enjoyed the conversation I had with her. I cant wait to get a membership! Thank you Brian and Ebony!

Ive never been so humiliated in my entire life and will file a complaint with corporate as soon as I am done here. My wife was allowed to enter the room, lay on the table awaiting the massage, and then told by the therapist the massage was cancelled because it appeared she was under the influence. This is ridiculous and she was treated really poorly. Im going to contact anyone that will listen about this situation as this is completely unacceptable. This is being written for my wife as she is in tears at the moment. What is your standard for determining one is under the influence? Ridiculous treatment and you wont hear the end of this complaint. Stay tuned.

I will say I had a great facial, no complaints there. When it came time to pay, I was charged $120 for a 60 minute service. When I first booked the appointment earlier in the day, I was told I would only be charged $70 since I had not been to a massage envy in 6 months. BBB has been notified as well as the corporate office. Do NOT spend your money here, go elsewhere so you don’t get blindsided! I will never be back!

I just finished my session. I received an hour massage.. and wow. I can definitely say that Im relaxed. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Jeasell. She was so sweet and very friendly. She gave me some great recommendations like aroma therapy. I can say that it changed the experience of the massage. They had different scents to choose from and she let me smell all of them. My massage therapist was able to get rid of all my pain in my back and I can say that Im ready to take on the upcoming holidays!

I called two times to try buy a membership for my father, yet I couldn’t accomplish that. Since the first time we tried the lady working at the desk told us she was going to leave us on hold then hung up on us. Therefore, I called back and this time she put us on hold for 20 minutes before one again, hanging us up. Due to the terrible service of the place I wasn’t able to gift my father what I truly believe he would’ve enjoyed the most on Father’s Day and you have lost a future client in me for the future.

I was gifted a massage and facial while I was in town visiting family. Dominic worked wonders and released the majority of the pain and discomfort Ive been experiencing for a long time. Jessi was wonderful while doing my facial and made me feel comfortable. Completely different approach to clients than the massage envy Ive gone to back home. They were kind, listened and explained everything clearly. The front desk gentleman was also very kind, and when I declined a membership he didnt badger me about it.

Amazing experience the whole time I was there. I was 30 minutes late and they were so kind. They still fit me in for a full 90 minutes!A great way to spend my birthday and I was gifted 4 free massages, a facial, and stretching. Great way to spend my birthday!

My tech was Sabrina. She was very professional and personable. If I just had to make a suggestion, it would be that she allows us to see our faces before we leave, in the light...

I just moved to Las Vegas from Park City Utah and I am very picky with my massage therapist and aesthetician! I had an hour massage and a facial. My aesthetician name was Nyra and let me tell you!!!! Her skill set is out the ball park!!!!! I loved every moment. I felt safe, it was clean, and I can’t wait to be back on the table. My massage therapist Eli was outstanding and very professional as well! Very relaxing and therapeutic.

This was my first massage / first experience ever with massage envy. i felt fine after the massage but my experience with the front desk ruined the experience overall and now i don’t feel like returning because they seem untrustworthy.i had a $100 gift card from my husband from valentine’s day, i had a $20 off coupon making my 60 min massage $45 and i added a $15 tip. total being $60the other girl called who i assume is the manager, jazzy?, over to help with the coupon and to run my gift card. she did so and i was told my gift card was zeroed out now. i was very confused considering the envelope the gift card came in said the amount was $100 which would be a stupid thing for my husband to lie about. i told the lady it should be $100 total on there though meaning there’s money left on it. she said nope it’s zeroed out now and wouldn’t even hand the card back. she told me twice it was zeroed out before even trying to double check there was funds left on the card.i left the store and waited in the parking lot, i asked my husband to clarify it is $100 total that was on the card which of course he said yes to. i went back in after 5 minutes or so and told her again there should be money left, and only now did she decide to verify it had money left over. she scanned it and said “yup $40” and handed it back.no apology for the mess up, no thank you for coming in. customer service is real garbage and clearly they have no problem stealing from people. i’m hesitant to even use the rest of the gift card because of the first impression that was made. if i ever do decide to again, it’s not going to be this location.

Just got a 90 min. SessionWith the Best Therapist in town. I Signed up for a Membership simply because Elizabeth is a Massage Wizard and Relaxes me when I need it the most. I usually see her twice a month, since I work at a Casino and must incorporate Sef Care into my Busy Schedule. I Highly recommend her!

I called to have my balance checked, and the front desk lady told me that I had to physically come in with the gift card to get it checked, even though Massage Envys website does not offer a way to check the balance. I called another location, and they checked it over the phone right away. So weird, considering this location has so many negative reviews on gift cards/balances being wrong. Be careful, and you can check your GC balance before coming in!

This location is terrible for cancelations. It seems like every other appointment has some issue with the therapist. Customers are subject to a 24 hour cancelation fee but the only thing the business offers is a rebooking at a later more inconvenient time. I booked a time that was convenient to me. Why should I be penalized or not offered something for my wasted time and inconvenience?

I still cannot express how much I love going to this location and having a session with Todd M. He is very attentive and professional. I leave every session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. If I could schedule him every week I would but hes so good that he books up fast. I strongly recommend you book at this location. Their front desk staff is super friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to this Massage Envy for 3 years. I have had some bad services, some only ok and some AMAZING!!Do yourself a favor and ask for Amanda, Wes or Alex! Those are my top 3 for sure!! Will and Todd are also good.As for anyone else I would probably wait until I could get an appointment with one of the above.Be clear with want you want and what you do and don’t like.I feel like there is a pretty high turnover rate and wish that were not the case.I hate when I really like a manager, front desk girl or massage therapist and they leave.Not sure if it is a training issue, wages, hours etc but, I feel like if the staff were better trained and more consistent the reviews would be much better.I am happy enough here, it is close to my house and as I said there are some GREAT therapists! Just make sure you find one that you like and schedule enough in advance to get your Favorite!

I’ve been seeing Eugenia since last year ! she’s always treats me well and does an amazing job with relaxing and addressing my back pains. she’s extremely sweet and professional and she makes me laugh . she by far has given me the best massages in my life and I always book With her ...I highly recommend Eugenia she really listens to your concerns when it comes to working from home ; she really makes me feel comfortable and she always ask how am feeling throughout my massage .. I appreciate her hard work and dedication... you can tell she has a passion and Love for her job she is amazing inside and out and I can’t wait to book with her again!

Became a member after The staff treated me well, front desk was a lot of help and very polite, and my therapist Eugenia was amazing with her hands and communication. She found spots with pains and knots I had no idea was there. i will highly reccomed this location for your moneys worth!

We got a couples massage 6 days ago and the room was sooooo cold we didn’t enjoy it and complained beforehand and after. It was so cold we rushed to get dressed afterwards. I called the next day to speak with management no answer or no response called a few days later and no response. I just received a call 6 days later to find out there was a whole different couples massage room we could have been moved to where it doesn’t run as cold. The manager offered a 7 dollar discount next time. 7 dollars is almost my gas to drive back there no thank you. We need to be refunded at least half the amount. This was the most awful experience ever. How can you enjoy a massage during middle of winter when your freezing the whole entire time. Let alone I was tensed up because it was so cold. So why wouldn’t they have turned the heater on or shut off the air?

My husband and I have been members for probably 3 years now. We can always find a therapist we like. I prefer deep tissue kind of work, and Tim is awesome for me. Im getting over an Achilles tendon injury and two subsequent surgeries and Tim has done some great work loosening up the scar tissue. I can actually walk without limping now and go for hikes again! If you want to get regular massages, Massage Envy really cant be beat. Its true that some therapists are better than others, but a lot of it comes down to good communication on the clients part as well. Other than massage, the facility is clean, the receptionists are all really sweet, and the one time in three years that a therapist didnt show up for my appointment, I got to get a facial on the house!

Eugenie was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly! More importantly, she was knowledgeable and targeted the exact areas of my pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The front staff was really nice too!🙂

As mentioned in other reviews, this location does not care about customer loyalty. I have been a paying customer for over 10 years and they do nothing to help in a single time of need. They paused monthly charges during COVID shelter-in-place but in Phase 1 (when you still could not enter a restaurant) started charging again without notification that they were even open. After a few months I noticed this, but when confronted they cite policy and offer no refunds & no help outside normal policy freezes. All of this was normal corporate BS, but what made me leave the bad review is that throughout multiple correspondences they never once apologized. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

I wanted to like this place. I have had great service from the front desk staff but unfortunately the specialists and services have not been good. I went for the 1st time as a gift for my birthday and tried the facial and the massage. The massage that time was great. The facial was awful she didnt do any massage at all not facial or hand. She didnt provide any knowledge on the products being used on my face. She also paused multiple times for long periods and it seemed like she was on her phone. I spoke with the manager they offered a complimentary service for me to come back. At this point I was very happy with massage envy and was going to be looking at the packages when I came in for my complimentary service. Fast forward here I go after a very stressful week needing to relax and reset. I book my complimentary service I choose massage because last time it was great. I get a male therapist which I was never asked if I was comfortable with. He then appears to be possibly sick or just getting better after being sick. Stuffy nose, breathing heavy.. This massage was not relaxing. The energy he was putting off was lazy and like he didnt want to be there. And then.. he falls asleep. He was rubbing my neck the same motion over and over.. and next thing I know he jolts and has to save his head from falling because he was dozing off! I pop open my eyes because it startled me and he goes oopsie! What!? Oopsie? Seriously you fell asleep!! I was done at that point. I did let the front desk know and she was really great and apologetic. But I will not be returning and unfortunately they lost out on a membership. I didnt even want to say anything because I was already coming in for a comp service but thats not okay. I appreciate the manager and front desk trying to make it right from the 1st time but I think that some of their therapists need some retraining or support with customer service and treating the last customer like the 1st. I would beware when booking here.

I just had a massage by Eugenia. It was by far the best one I have ever had. She was so sweet and found all of the knots in my neck and back. She used a hot towel which was something new to me. I feel great and can’t wait to go back.

Desiree is the absolute WORST masseuse you could ever go to! DO NOT use DESIREE. My father left in worse pain then he went in with. He filled out paperwork and explained that his lower and mid back was his problem areas and he only wanted a back massage. She only massaged his mid and lower back for approximately 2 to 3 minutes out of the 48 minute massage which was supposed to be a 1 hour massage. They explained that they only massage for 50 minutes then talk for 10, well that was also false because she only spoke to him for less then 2 min. My dad came home and was literally in tears from the pain. Desiree used her for arm so hard in his shoulder area it left bruising. My dads chief complaint was his lower and mid back he specifically told the receptionist and the masseuse he had mid and lower back pain terribly and that is where he wanted the massage. I would not recommend using this masseuse ever again.

Not a fan. I got the “firm massage” & expected to feel relieved afterward. It felt like a baby massaged me... My 4 year old could have done a better job. Plus the lady talked the whole time. & they say you’re getting a 60 minute massage but they kick you out 10 min early to start setting up for the next customer. It’s overpriced too.You’d get more for your money paying $20 an hour in china town. Never going to any massage envy again.

Very upset 😡. So I have had a standing appointment every 2 weeks for Mondays at 12:30 for over a year and a half now. Get a phone call on Sunday letting know me about my appointment is at 12:30pm on Monday. Two weeks ago when I was in for my massage got a receipt stating that I had an appointment for Monday the 13th a 90 minute massage like I always get. But then I get a phone call at 11:30 saying that I’m late for my appointment and wanting to know where I am?! My Appointments is at 12:30.?! So I raced when I to get there and the guy proceeds to tell me that my appointment is not on the books and that I only get a 60 minute massage Appointment!? How did my Appointment change in 12 hours??? I Asked for a manager but there’s nobody there? it turns out my massage now is only going to be less than 30 minutes massage !!! Because somebody else has taken my 90min appointment? How does that happen? He proceeds to tell me that he’s the one who booked the appointment for this person a few minutes ago,how does that happen when someone else is book for appointment? So come to find out He says someone erased my name and put somebody else in a spot where my name is😡He proceeds to tell me that the spot was open there was nobody name in that spot ??? What?!,,Really!!!! 😲And he cannot adjust it they cannot give the spot back to me because this woman will get really mad because, she can’t lose her appointment...What😲it was my appointment !!!! Supposedly the last time this woman was in they screwed up her appointment! What I want to know how is this my problem !!!??? My appointment was scheduled I have no idea why my appointment was changed within 12 hours and that’s not OK ... asked for a manager but he seems to say there’s nobody here he the only one, he should not be left in charge !!! He can’t do anything what kind of business is this ,can’t answer problems? ??? 😡? So meanwhile I had to leave because I didn’t get my massage appointment; The time was almost up so it was worthless to even stay-very discouraged I don’t know who’s running this company anymore but Someone really need to get together, I’m will no longer be going there! It feels like nobody knows what’s going on there, it’s very discouraging!!! Nobody there has the authority to help with problems and doesn’t want to take the time to find out or call anybody else which leads me to believe they don’t really care how they treat customers. .. Especially The guy behind the desk had no idea how to solve any problems it sounded like he was always At a loss for words on what to say to people on the phone or in person. All could say is He didn’t do anything wrong and it wasn’t his fault!?...?... That’s big ?But I really feel like it was his fault he just doesn’t want to admit it!😲He’s the one who booked the appointment over my appointment! Really 😲... As I was driving home I called back to Massage Envy and asked for the manager to give me a phone call well I’ll be surprised if that even gets in the hands of a manager! As He was hanging up with me he tells me You have a better rest of your day, Really😡Just felt I needed to share this information and hope it doesn’t happen to someone else...

They got me in on time. The room was clean and presentable with a pleasant aroma and sounds. The masseuse did a good job with the areas I needed worked on. I left feeling refreshed. My neck and back especially needed work and it helped with the pain. I wish I could afford to go more often.

After trying to make an appointment and getting disconnected after being left on hold for several minutes, I called back only to be placed back on hold to be told that the appointment spot I was reserving was already booked. In a matter of 2min? If we werent constantly being placed on hold after every question the receptionist was asking us Im sure we would have booked this appointment. Is this a normal occupancy for this company? If so well look elsewhere. I fully understand weekends are busy but this location with their front desk staff Just dont seem to know how to get it together.

Had a 90 minute session with Janet. It was the best massage Ive had in a while. As a massage therapist myself, I need lots of work on upper body and she did excellent work. Ask for Janet. She wont disappoint.

One of the worst massages I have ever had. The Therapist did not listen to what I wanted worked on and instead decided to do what she wanted to do. I complained to the front desk about the situation and they said oh well and still took my money. Worse experience of my life. Avoid this massage envy at all costs!!!!!

Literally the worse, I have they membership & either you can’t get in or they will cancel on you last minute… I DON’T RECOMMEND… You’re better off going to china town getting a cheap massage.

I paid for a 90 minute massage and they only gave me 60, they didn’t care and they wanted me to became a member so they could give me the 30 minutes that I need , a lack of respect , it’s also a very expensive place and they offer little, they don’t recommend, I will not stop again , it is cheeky, they waste time talking and arranging sheets and they give you less time that you paid, the manager is so fake, thank you for nothing 😡

The beds are outdated and the lights were on during most of my massage which made it difficult to relax. The employees were nice though.

This place is a rip off . I am trying to close the account and I spoke with the lead of this place she never mention that I needed to submit it in writing this was on the 3 of august. I call today to close the account and the manager tells me it needs to be in written 10 days before. The lead never mention it on the 3. Now I got charge another $60.00

I tried to make an appointment at this location for two appointments that were open and when I called they guy told me that he did not know what to tell me because the esthetician was living at 5 pm. I normally go to another location but they did not have anything available. I will not go back there again.

This location has extremely poor customer service, regularly runs late, and continually has situations where THEY need to reschedule appointments due to overbooking, no-show employees, etc and instead of calling, they wait until you come in for the appointment to tell you theres an issue.

The service was good.The burger was tasty, I just thought the burgers would be a little bigger.
