Massage Envy

If I could give 0 stars I would. First and foremost when I made appointments for my husband and I we were asked the preference of who we wanted. My husband and I both like female therapist. When my husband got to his massage it was a male and they tried to tell me it wasn’t. My husband was waiting about 8 minutes. The person walked into the room and as already late. When the therapist left the room my husband walked out and left as he felt uncomfortable. I called right away I spoke to “the highest up owner” Kenzie or McKenzie something like this. She told me I was ignorant and that she couldn’t give me our credits for the day because he “walked out half way through the message” when the massage wasn’t started and they were late to walk in there. She literally told me that I was an interesting person in the most sarcastic way. She told me she didn’t have to give me any upper names nor the owners name because it isn’t my right and she is the highest up. She also said that she would not be giving us our credits. As this was a gift from my mother in law. I feel attacked and will be talking to a lawyer because we felt uncomfortable. This is a massage not just any service. We want who we want to massage us. Which is why we are asked. No one has called me back from customer service.And to top it off she hung up on me and said “I’m not helping you and you’re not getting your credit”Regardless of the reason if a customer doesn’t feel comfortable with. A massage therapist it is our right to ask for who we want.

Josephine gave me the best massage I’ve ever received!! She was so professional, made me feel comfortable and listened to what I needed.I had a bad back pain and she got rid of all the tension in my back and I feel much better. Cannot say enough good things about the experience! I wish I had known about some of the add on options ahead of time but that was mostly because I didn’t do any research.

**Update to original review: I have increased my stars because the management called me and refunded what I was charged. They were very polite. If you are going to go here, be sure to ask for Vanessa- she was awesome.BEWARE of the gift cards. I was given a 60 minute massage + aromatherapy gift certificate for my birthday. I called and scheduled my appointment, making sure to mention I was given a gift to cover it. After my massage, when I go to leave, Im suddenly being charged $30. Um, I was clear about my gift... Nope- the gift cards are ONLY money on a card, says Junior Manager Kayla. The only way for my massage I just had to be fully covered is ONLY if I join their monthly enrollment program right now today. Then I get the member price. And sorry, the gift card is just money on a card NOT for the services my gift certificate says for. Being surprised with a bill isnt exactly a classy way to end a customers experience.

Let me first start by saying, that most Massage Envy’s in-store management and front desk staff that I’ve visited in the valley are all a bit off if you’re expecting great customer service. Especially living in Vegas and having experienced real customer service at 4 or 5 star hotels spas, you are NOT going to get customer service like that at a Massage Envy.This place tries, they usually have at least one decent front desk person that won’t ruin your day. You can tell that one person has worked somewhere else and brought their customer service skills with them because they weren’t trained in that area by a Massage Envy. I’ve had some experiences with front desk at this location that I won’t go into here. Let’s just say the only reason I go back is for the therapist, 2 to be exact. I honestly think they learned their customer service innately or they brought it with them from previous jobs or even their massage school.As far as facial treatments, this place is good for a quick cleaning when you can’t make it to a real spa. I would not however, recommend an advanced treatment, you will be disappointed. I usually get a regular facial, where you get undressed, the heat on the bed is turned on, your face gets steamed, you get a little massage on your arms, hands and shoulders.Well the advanced facial where you pay double, you get NONE of that. The therapist doesn’t leave the room because you’re just going to lay on the bed in your clothes, no sheet out over you and the rooms are always cold, there is no steam on your face so you don’t even feel like what they are about to do is going to penetrate, no light massage, no lights turned down, just the treatment you paid for and that’s it.It honestly felt like why would I pay double for this and all of the reasons you go to a “spa” is for the extra level of comfort. When you ask the aesthetician, they agree with you, but say that it’s Massage Envy’s way of doing things. I did not leave satisfied because the treatment didn’t feel like an experience. I have a small facial steamer at home, I could have bought a bottle of exfoliater with microdermabrasion beads and stayed in the comfort of my home and saved $115. What a waste of time and money. Why would you take away amenities with the advanced services, if anything a person is paying more and should receive more.As long I live, I will NEVER get an advanced facial treatment at a massage envy. Their so-called protocols don’t make sense, and lets you know they did not train with the top of the line spas in the country, and it shows. If I wasn’t fond of 2 of the therapist here, that experience plus some of the front desk experiences would have made me leave ME as a customer at this point. Do better!

MacKenzie is not only the manager but the highest in the company. She was unwilling to review my account and experience thoroughly and yet completely defensive of tech who called at the start of my appt that she was not going to make it. Horrible customer service and no attempt at service recovery. No opportunity to escalate to upper management because according to her, the owners have entrusted her with the entire business with no leader above her. Just a single mom who attempted to book a moment for myself. Never attempting here again since this is the service level acceptable to this business.

I havent had a massage in years. This was a fantastic experience, both the massage and the facial. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Id definitely book another appointment next time Im in town!

McKenzie was super nice and helpful, and just over all the place was really clean and spotless!

Massage envy is greedy, I paid my $70 for last month and scheduled an appointment for today but because my payment that was due today didn’t go through they did not allow me to get my massage so basically they won’t give me my credit that I paid $70 for until they get $140 from me but had I been able to schedule it for yesterday they would have let me in seriously stupid

Leslie is absolutely wonderful and the only reason I continue my membership at this location. Your tipping procedures bother me. I always leave a tip and don’t like or need to be asked or pressured into leaving one. Its not something I have to do. I willingly do it because of the good service she offers. The young lady at the check out needs to be less aggressive in pursuing the matter.

The custom facial is really a treat. My esthetician, Alexandra, is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and worked with my to improve the quality of my skin care regimen. She is very personable, friendly, witty and she is an excellent conversationalist. I look forward to our sessions and I am very happy with the results.

This is an amazing place to work and I recommend coming here to anyone looking for a massage.

Jesse is AMAZING! Regularly checks how the pressure is, very friendly, if you want to have conversation he is enjoyable to talk to but also won’t try and have a conversation if you are just wanting to relax. 10/10 recommend, I have been getting monthly massages from Jesse for almost a year now. :)

This location is terrible and their manager McKenzie wants to charge people for whatever she can and their customer service is TERRIBLE. They wont give out the corporate number.

I had an excellent experience. Coleman was professional, the massage was great and I felt better (good blood flow in my legs, back felt looser, and muscles relaxed). Thanks again Coleman.

Marta was absolutely wonderful! She focused on the areas that I was concerned with, and she did a great job at it. A lot of times you go in for services and you do not get what you asked for, Marla was very precise, gentle and firm at the same time, and I really Do appreciate her. I will be back, to see Marta

I’ve had deep massages in the past at Massage Envy (Centennial location) with no complaints, but Hailey at the Massage Envy (Decator location) was amazing! I actually had a full hour of treatment where other locations seem to cut it short. Also Hailey is very professional, sweet, attentive, and really knows her field. I felt so refreshed and energized. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give 5 stars to Leslie for her great customer service and communication skills. She makes every experience, pleasant and relaxing. And she ensures that she walks you through the procedure and explains the products and process.I would say 3 stars for Massage Envy overall. I would have given a higher rating if it was not so hard to schedule an appointment nowadays, and in addition to that, they increased their monthly dues!The massage therapists and aestheticians are great, but there’s not just enough of them available. All branches I’ve been are clean. I wish though that they have some perks for loyal customers but there is none.There was one time I had scheduled for an appointment weeks prior and came to check-in. I waited only to find out they did not have me on the schedule; but the front desk already knew this in the beginning without notifying me upfront. And unfortunately, they could not accommodate me. I am just waiting until I use up all my credits so I can cut off my membership.

I had the best massage of my life with Jesse at Massage Envy on North Decatur. He worked all my sore spots just enough without being painful, he’s very sensitive to my reactions, backing off just when I was about to say something was too much, and intuitive to the muscle tightness and knots in the tissue, going in deeper on the spots that really needed it. I feel better than I have in a long time and I have already booked my next session with him.

Alison was excellent. She was receptive and kind- very good at her job. Made me feel like she was very invested in my having a good experience.

Rosalva was great! She listened to every request I had and incorporated it into the massage. She also had a firm but relaxing touch. A wonderful massage

Leslie was fantastic! Took the time to really explain her process and helped me at the end of session to recommend certain products that would work well with my skin! Thank you to Leslie! I felt so relaxed and refreshed!

Alex gave me the best facial I’ve ever experienced! She has the perfect touch, is knowledgeable, and helped me select the right treatments for my skin needs. Already booked my next two services with her!

I would recommend seeing Leslie. Shes great at what she does. I always leave feeling very relaxed + Shes very sweet, welcoming and helpful. My skin has definitely improved since going there :)

Allison was fabulous! She asked me what my problem areas were and spent extra time and effort on those areas. She asked how hard I wanted it and confirmed as she worked that she was at the right level for me. Very thorough and professional.

Daniel needs a raise! His massages are amazing! You can tell that he is passionate about his work and the service he gives.10/ 10 recommend!! He knows exactlywhat pressure is best. His back and Neck massages are the best. Definitely booking 90 minutes next time.

I have had Daniel in the past just by the luck of the draw with scheduling and availability. I am prone to carry a lot of my stress and tension in my chest and glutes which causes a lot of shoulder/ neck and lower back pain. I decided to do a 30 min stretch followed by a 60 minutes massage. Daniel, at 215 & N Decatur was one of the few that was recommended by the front desk so I said let’s do it. I felt really comfortable with him and asked him for some feedback. Different stretches for areas of concerns, and some other concerns that I had and he professionally answered them without making me feel embarrassed or awkward. Shared some good laughs. The stretch and massage combination was exactly what I needed. Now I know how I can manage (hopefully) improve of my stress and tension areas. Definitely recommend. 10/10!

I have been a member at this location for a few years . I love having the access to go and have a service and not worry about paying for it . The credits can be shared with friends or family members as a gift or donated to veterans. I love the tranquility room before and after services . Victoria is my go too and she makes the experience magical !

I chose Tanner for my massage. I was not disappointed. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. I wanted a medium to heavy massage and he didn’t let me down. My pain is barely noticeable today.

I was able to get scheduled last minute with Daniel and I’m so happy I did. He is amazing. My back thanks him.The front desk staff were nice and professional.I have a lot of credits to utilize and figured I’d use them weekly, but unfortunately am not able to get booked again for 5wks😳. I was notified of a staff shortage. I wish this wasn’t the case, as it’s my home location, but I’ll have to find an alternative location as well. (I’m sure this shortage is everywhere, it’s just unfortunate)

I was 2 months pasted my massage regimen, Jon’s massage work regarding pressure, quality and flow is very good and the calming effects lasted all day for me, I even took afternoon nap, thank you Jon. Jon walked the parking lot, arrived to work the same time I checked in at about 5 minutes before my session, that was unattractive, unprofessional, I said to Jon in the massage room as we introduced ourself that we walked in at the same time, he said that he slept in (on his work day?) I felt unappreciated, as if his time was more important. Jon started our session 9 minutes late, with cold hands. I scheduled my session online the evening before, This was my first session with Jon, I truly expect more professional status with Massage Envy practitioners, for me to continue as a valued customer.Retired Massage Therapist, Business Owner

I had a great experience with my therapist but it was the front office staff that really messed up. When I was checking out for my massage they called me another name. Apparently, they checked me out for another client and also charged gratuity to my card for that client. I wouldnt have known if I didnt check my bank account. They voided it but that was really unprofessional to me.

Professional, relaxing, and great results!I work in IT and as a result, a lot of tension builds up in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Coleman was my massage therapist and the techniques he uses are fantastic!After my session, my entire neck and back had no feeling of tension and felt very relaxed.I strongly recommend Massage Envy for anyone looking to get massages on a regular basis.

The massage itself was fine but I am quite upset by the administrative practices. I had received a gift certificate for Mother’s Day but it was all virtual. When I called massage envy, all I had to do was give my information and they were able to pull it up. I never knew the amount of the gift certificate but when she offered up a 60 minute slot appointment, I assumed that’s how much the gift certificate was for. I was not made aware until after the massage that the certificate was only good for 30 minutes.The extra that I had to pay was a hardship and I left very upset. I feel there needs to be a great deal more clarity and communication.

Katie did an amazing job with what I requested for my massage. She was intuitive, calming, and knows exactly the amount of pressure to work my body out the way I need. The front desk staff are always smiling and attentive. Highly recommend this location.

I had my facial appointment with Leslie and she was great. From beginning to very end, she kept explaining everything and it was relaxing. I will be back and this will be my new favorite spot.

My massage was very good. I felt much better afterwards. The provider strategically checked at certain points in the massage to ensure I was satisfied but mostly let me relax and enjoy.

I scheduled a massage yesterday and asked the price. I also mentioned I had a facial at another location prior to my massage. I was told $70. Ok that’s fine. After my massage I was told it was $120 since I had another service prior to my massage.Both gentlemen said they’re not sure why no one told me. I let them know I told the girl I made the appointment with I had a facial at another location. That’s huge difference in price. There was no one time fee since I was misinformed. I will definitely not be backThey were in the wrong and didn’t even try to work with me for their error.

Was booked w Josephine after having the same therapist for over 5 years I found her by pure luck. Very in tune knows trigger points, muscles , stretching, uses breathing techniques very wholistic approach to a massage. She is so GOOD! so nice to have someone listen and pay attention to your “trouble spots” Thanks !

Marta was very friendly and knowledgeable about the muscle structure which I have had issues with. Her massage was terrific and she had all the spots that were causing me problems. I already booked my next three appointments because shes booked so far ahead

I’m been having massages for 20 years. Some years almost monthly. I now have had Rosalva 3 times and she finds and works out every knot in my back & shoulders. I’m a new person after her massage. I have scoliosis and degenerated disk disease and in pain almost 24/7. No back pain after my visits with her. She is amazing!

I’ve been a customer of Massage Envy for years and this particular visit was by far THE BEST neck massage I’ve had in a while! The back massage was also great but I love how he focused directly on my neck area with perfect pressure and it was exactly what I asked for.Highly recommend Jon!!

Katie is wonderful. She’s a very skillful massage therapist and is also very personable. She really helps with my chronic neck and back pain. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I loved that Leslie was patient since I was getting my first facial. Trying to get that glow for my upcoming wedding. She listened to all of my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that would address everything. And the massage was wonderful.

Daniel was amazing! He listened to my concerns and addressed them all accordingly. What was truly amazing was that I was his last client of the day, but his massage technique was as strong as if I was his first client of the day! Daniel thank you for making me feel AMAZING!

This was my first time getting an exfoliation at massage envy and I have to say I am disappointed. The esthetician was 15 minutes late, then a procedure like taking a questionnaire about my skin was completely overlooked. Needless to say I’m not sure I will be going back for an exfoliation.

First of all the renovation was beautiful. Fresh, modern and relaxing. I have been a member for many years and the last few sessions were not exactly the best. I must say I am very pleased this time. The check in was quick and staff friendly. My therapist, Vanessa gave me a perfect massage. I am very happy I gave them another chance.

I have 2 herniated discs in my back and I always am looking for someone who can rub deep enough to be able to break up any knots and alleviate my back pains. Jesse did a phenomenal job.

Vanessa, has great awareness with regard recognizing abnormalities of the body. As well, she has the ability to adequately work on those areas with sufficient pressure; bringing relief.

Front office staff more interested in socializing. Could hear the 3 of them laughing while in the relaxation room. Massage therapist Alyssa was one of the best I’ve had at this location. Have to find another location due to 5+ week wait list. Too bad it’s close to my home

My first time having a massage and Jesse was incredible. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. Walked me through the massage. Thank you Jesse and Massage envy team.

Well, my husband had booked me an appointment for 12:30 today as an anniversary gift. I got a confirmation text at 11:30 for the appointment. When we arrived in the parking lot, I tried to do the check in through text, but it said there wasnt any up-and-coming events for me to check in for. My husband calls them and lets them know were having trouble checking in, and they proceed to tell us that someone had called at 12 (who had the same first name as me), and told them to cancel their appointment. They didnt check their last name so that they could cancel the right persons appointment. So they ended up canceling the wrong appointment and canceled mine. Whoever answered the phone when my husband had called just gave him the run around, acted like we were lying to try to get our appointment back, and asked if I could come in until they figured it out. My husband and daughter wouldve had to sit in the car as this happened to make sure that I could actually be seen before they could go back home. At that point, I knew my appointment would be rushed, and I would not be treated as a paying customer, but rather a burden upon whoever had to take me. So we left and will not be going back to this location ever. Absolutely awful customer service, and even worse scheduling management.EDIT**The owner asked for me to reach out to them via this review, and 2-3 months later I still havent heard a word about the situation. Seems like management wanted to make a comment on the review making it seem like they were trying to fix the situation, but didnt go any further than that.

I want to give 5 stars to my therapist Courtney for her services, but the establishment needs better accommodations. If a customer has to give a 24hr cancellation notice the establishment/ therapist should have the same rules apply. I shouldn’t be given notice an hour before an appointment that the therapist called out. This happens too frequently and it’s a huge inconvenience.

Jesse was attentive, personable and professional. I felt comfortable and relaxed in his presence. I could tell he enjoys this profession. He is now one of my favorite therapist!!!!!

I have had Coleman massage me the last two times. I’m just saying he’s an amazing Masseuse. My husband is a Masseuse but works two jobs so I’m not able to get massages from him. Coleman is even better than him I know that’s sad to say but it’s true. I have never liked a woman masseuse and I’ve always gone to a male, which is my preference. I just like them better. Coleman is very professional and he does a great job!

This was a gift to my mother in law. She had Katie and Jesse and said they were both amazing! Thank you for taking good care of her. She really enjoyed herself.

Update Nov 2022 - Kevin is amazing. An important part of My daughters wellness plan for several years now. I always know she is safe and well cared for. She has struggled in with musculoskeletal pain for over 6 years but always feels great after seeing Kevin. She is currently thriving and we are forever grateful.

I don’t get facials often but this session was wonderful. It was so nice and relaxing. I left there wanting more facials than massages. Thank you Leslie! :)

Almost didnt go in because of the reviews. This was the BEST massage ever. Mike P is great. I have massages 3-5 times a year due to stress but this is the first time I really feel like someone got to the root of the issues. Wish I lived here. I would come every week and take advantage of their great loyalty program.

I received a facial on my birthday, July 23 and nearly froze. I was told that they were having some issues with the AC. I asked to be comped for the horrible 😪 experience. The Manger denied me. It truly was a miserable experience. Estestican when through 8 hot 🔥 towels applied to my chest and a heated bed. I was truly miserable. I asked why I wasnt warned about the AC problem, no response 😐. What a bummer on my birthday 😕. Massage Envy, Decatur and the 215.

Overall my experience was pleasant. From the front office to the few minute wait, for massage, it exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the easy process! The massage was great as well!

Victoria is the best. Always does amazing work I leave feeling like I can breath easier. She takes all the stress of the week off.

Coleman is one of the best masseuse I have ever encountered. He should patent his massage technique. Amazing hands!

Rosalva is amazing. I see her every month and when I come home and tell my husband that was the best massage yet, he says I say that every time, and it’s true. Each time I see her it just seems better and better!! I look forward to seeing her each and every time. Due to monthly massages I don’t wake up sore anymore. I like the concept of working on your body to keep it working its best but some masseuses seem nervous, lack skill or afraid to do what they do. Ive asked for firm and got super light etc. I go every month. The two Daniels i do recommend. There are others that need work. Its really hit or miss here and hard to get appointments if you wake up in pzin. They try to book ahead but my body switches up daily with pains. Anyway, nice place once you find your person and location..some are definitely better than others.

Jonathan is amazing! He worked my injured shoulder (gently) and I have better range if motion! He manages to give full body and work all knots from my shoulder out.

Jesse was awesome! He spent the time needed on my biggest areas of need. Very kind, personable and professional. Great balance!

Kevin is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. After 6 years of chronic neck and back pain, I have been to many massage therapists all over world, and he is by far #1.

Vanessa was extremely kind and courteous. Loved her technique and I will be scheduling with her again soon!

I just love going to massage envy. I have been seeing Rosa for a couple of months now and she is professional and really takes the time to get to know your body. She is determined to relieve all your knots and stress areas. At this point I will only be seeing her for all future visits.

Love me some ME!!! Nice and relaxing!! I love my therapist, I’m going to be selfish though and not share their name! They are already really hard to get into, b/c everyone else knows how bomb he/she is!!! I am an Ultrasound Tech, and my job can really wear on my body. My therapist gets me all back into place with less pain!!!!

Jessie was very friendly and had some interesting techniques with hot towels and pounding on the back (which I’ve never experienced at ME) as well as use of arms and elbows and some intentionally slight pulling of my hair while doing a scalp massage (use caution doing this, i personally get migraines very easily). Overall, I personally prefer a massage with hands vs arms & elbows. Imho, elbows dont get out knots, feels a bit like a lazy massage technique and its not pleasant to feel a bony elbow digging or a slimy arm sliding against your back, neck or any part of your body. Fingers and gripping hands are a better end result.Newer massage therapists typically use this practice, in my experience, therefore i tend to go to more tenured staff.I would recommend Jessie receive a massage from a colleague who can provide a clear difference of how each technique feels. This may help improve and set him up for steady clientele. Or maybe some people prefer this? If so, perhaps he could explain these different techniques & ask a new client as well on their preference.

Im learning that each Message Envy location can be totally different. As Ive gone a few other locations and this one feels the least welcoming and lack of decorating. I usually look forward to sitting in a nice dimmed choir room with a huge array of options and definitely a bigger area than what is offered here. The massage was great but had a hot towel wrapped my feet which is interesting and havent been done for me in other locations.

Confirmed for a 12 pm appointment then got a call from this location the day before saying I have a 1pm appointment for a hour and half massage so I confirmed thinking they moved it due to appointment mix up. Now get a call asking where I am tell them they told me 1pm pretty much called me a liar and said they will be charging me!!! This location has extreme scheduling problems!!! Avoid this location at all costs. I have going there for years and it seems the past 2 years it has gone down hill.

It makes me sad that my therapist will lose my business there. The front desk people are very rude. I’ve given them several chances and every time I deal with them it gets worse. They’ve forgotten to check me in before and called me when I’m in their waiting room asking me if I plan on coming. They have messed up my appts many times and management doesn’t seem to care. They talk loudly about things that shouldn’t be talked about in front of customers. I plan on taking my business to another location. Once my prepaid massages are done I will cancel my membership after being a loyal customer to message envy for over 5 years in a different state. Very disappointed with this location.

The massage here is usually good, But management is really bad. Schedule an appointment 3 weeks ago for today, And they had not put it in the computer. The manager said that she would try and find us a sooner date it was for my wife shes only off on Tuesdays and Mondays she likes a certain misuse. She said the masseuse was booked on Monday and Tuesdays for 3 weeks So she gave us a massage schedule for today the 1st of June and said that she would try and get us in sooner if an opening came around. Its very frustrating to try and get an appointment with who you would like in the day. No respect. We have their plan and its useless.

I was scheduled for a massage. I get to the location, there is no one on the lobby except me and the two workers who are masked. (I don’t mind if people want to still wear the mask, but I know they don’t work and they are not legally mandated according to the Supreme Court. The workers told me I could get the massage without a mask, but I have to wear one from the lobby, back to the room. Which makes no senses, as I was just going to take it off on 20 more steps. They did not inform me of their strict draconian policy prior to scheduling and giving them my credit card information, so I didn’t bring a mask woth me, and they didn’t have one to give me. If someone had told me they were going to be that strict I would have just hired someone to come to my home, which is exactly what I am doing now. I refuse to do business with people this ignorant. No thanks!!!! And NO I won’t be ever coming back, even when you finally realize the masks are useless mind control.

I have been a client for 10+ yrs. This location books my appointment for a specific therapist 2 months in advance and than cancel that same day. Its happened three times. Very disappointing

The workers up front are very nice. Most of the time, the massage therapists are great. This time, my therapist was rough and sloppy. she seemed to be using only her knuckles instead of hands and fingers. She moved her knuckles quickly and roughly over my muscles. i was quite bruised the next few days.

Kevin listened to everything I stated about the soreness in my left hip that needs surgery next month. He showed great care to ensure the tension was worked from my muscles due to compensating for the pain in my left hip was worked out. I left there feeling stress free and in less pain. Thank you Kevin!

I had an appointment for my husband and I on yesterday at 1pm. They called me and cancelled my appointment. So I rescheduled with them for today at 3:45. Well I couldnt make the appointment and I had to cancel. The lady on the phone told me as a courtesy they werent gonna charge me the 50% fee. I told the lady how was that I didnt charge you guys 50% when you all cancelled on me yesterday. This was supposed to be my first time there and Im telling you guys this I will never step foot in your business to have anything done at all. Getting nasty with a customer that have never been in your place of business and never received service and you tell me something like that!!! You just lost a customer for life.

Im sure many people have great experiences here. But the 2 therapists I had were not very good. The first one went on and on about how horrible the place was to work for and spent 40 minutes on her elbows in my spine.The second had absolutely no idea what a Swedish massage was.

Terrible customer service!!!! I called to cancel my massage I had scheduled for today at 3. Per their policy it says that if theyre unable to fill the time slot, youll be charged a 50% percent fee. Totally fine. I gave enough notice where I figured it would be filled. At 3:09pm they call me to find out if Im going to make it to the appointment. I was like ummm I cancelled it early this morning? The girl was like oh okay it wasnt removed so its gonna be a 50% charge since were not able to fill it. Ummm. Holdup. ✋🏻How were you gonna fill it when I was still scheduled for it?? What the f###! I asked to speak to a manager. She told me the same thing & said it was a miscommunication & that theyll still be charging me. I said ok, well thanks for NOTHING! & Ill never ever be getting a massage from them ever again.So if you get a massage at Massage Envy at Shadow Mountain on N Decatur & 215 ... they suck!

I have been going to Massage Envy now for two years. I absolutely love the messages I get from their employees. I see that a lot of people are complaining about this location. I have have only been to two locations however. This one and the one in Henderson on Lake Mead Pkwy. Please read my tips for enjoying your experience below:1. Know your body!Many people who go to Massage Envy have never had a massage before. If it is your first time, have the therapist start with light pressure (Remember: they have never worked on YOU before.)2. Communicate with your therapist.It is important to communicate well with your therapist. This is just like seeing a doctor. Remember, the massage therapist is licensed and massage therapy is a Medical Profession. Also, they do not know you or your medical history so, do not lie on your medical history form that you fill out.3. RelaxRequest what makes YOU comfortable. The more relaxed you are the better the experience. If YOU feel that having a female therapist is best rather than a male (Or, visa verse) then, either make an appointment to be sure you get the gender you want or go back at a later date/time.I have just pointed out some of the things that will make your experience better than you thought is could be. Also remember this is YOUR money you are spending and YOUR body you are seeking relief with so, if you do not feel comfortable with the message at any point then say something. The massage therapist will not take it personal.P.S. I enjoy my massages very much at Massage Envy and their staff are always kind, professional and do their very best to ensure that you are happy. If you are not happy then it is YOUR fault.

Ive been coming here for a year. I was fully explained the terms of the contract before signing, and have been seeing the same two female therapists for the entire year. I have no complaints. The facility is very clean, and everyone has been professional in my experience.

The receptionist booked me for a regular massage instead of a prenatal. They had no other therapist available until the afternoon and I was unable to get a massage that day after taking time off of work. Very inconvenient. Plus Im 32 weeks pregnant AND a member of the club so the past 5 massages have been prenatal, ruined my day.

Marta gave me a great massage, she focus on the areas that I needed the most. She is a great massage therapist, I highly recommend her.

Ambience was great but when they start timeing when you walk in the door, not good. Had a gift certificate for and hour and a half. The actual massage started at 1:14 and she quit at 2:20! Now, as I see it she was paid for me filling out papers and undessing and getting me an extra pillow. I asked for neck & shoulers, my shoulders were massaged for 15 minutes but not my neck (tension in it). Also asked for me es, which only the front were massaged not the calves. Dont get me wrong, the woman was nice but how they do things there, Ive hade a better massage in a bar.

My massage was Excellent! Issac was great and professional. I would love to become a regular of his however, I will not be returning to this particular location or any massage envy for that matter. After my Wonderful Massage the front desk stressed me out by saying that my massage wasnt paid for. She then charged my credit card 27.00 after I specifically asked her to charge a 10.00 tip for Issac.. I then had to stand there for 20 mins while she tried to sign me up for a membership.. Today is my bday and this was a gift that was paid for a week earlier. I have to now wait a week for my funds to be released from the refund she processed due to her error. And on top of that, I finally found a therapist that I love and I wont be able to receive his services any more bcz of the front desk employee.. I walked in stressed and walked out extra stressed!!!! A waste of money and a ruined Bday😤

Love the place and therapists... if you are into massage, Massage Envy is the go to place. Being a member is a plus, you can use it anywhere statewide and it doesnt expire. We are hooked and the only place we trust when it comes to massages...

I went to the one on Decatur in North Las Vegas a very long time ago. I bought the massage off Groupon for me and a friend. It was the worst experience ever. We had two male masseuses. The man that was massaging me was making noises and breathing hard not mention he had his belly all on me. So, uncomfortable. My friend said she that that was me making the noise. I told her that was him. The guy that was massaging my friend made comments like “ wow your really toned so you work out?” He also said wow your body is really hard. Yuuuuk! How unprofessional and inappropriate. We left and have never been back.😞

Bad customer service. My wife bought me a $100 gift card for a 90 min massage from a 3rd party website. She was promised the introductory rate. The receptionists rejected it without even trying to put the card number in the system. They said they needed to verify additional documentation from the 3rd party company or We should call massage envys corporate office. So I end up paying $143 on my credit card (this aint a resort spa mind you). Then Im being sold on how great it is to be a member, its soo much cheaper etc etc.So my wife spends the next 3 days talking to corporate. Squeaky wheel theory. Finally they agree that the gift card is valid and fix everything. Apologize etc.Now to the massage. Before I even get into the massage a therapist comes out into the waiting room and lets out this big stretch and yawn and say god...only one more to go then Im done. So Im praying I dont get her. Luckily i dont but I lay on the table and my masseuse says are you comfortable. I say the table heat is to hot. She says its on the lowest setting and would probably be good to loosen up. So I say fine, ill just sweat. The masseuse talked the entire 90 mins. I know her life story, her nieces, nephews, car accidents, marrital problems etc etc. she tells me my family always asks me for massages but I say HELL NO, I massage people all day. Then i roll over onto my back and Im sweaty. She says wheew you sweaty, thats ok, Im used to rubbing sweaty men all day.Ok thats enough. I could go on but lets just say. Im never going here again. Lame! Unprofessional! Uncomfortable!
