This is one of those, “just do it once and never come back” experiencesMusic:Great music selection from early 2000s and various music genre styles. Music nostalgia was at the top that night. Favorite part of the place.Club:Looks cool. The lights show looks awesome. But, it’s so cramped. The club is huge, but the layout is weird. The center space is reserved for the people who pay bottle service table. The side areas are for everybody else. It has many short walls and halls. It’s almost impossible to walk.Drinks:Yeah, it’s insane. Drinks are so overpriced, even for Vegas standards. Plus, the bar is way overcrowded and bartenders will ignore you.
Denied at the door for dress code. Had nice button down plain black shirt with white nice shorts and Nike air max shoes. Said shorts aren’t allowed and said can’t come in (my two other friends had similar outfits on) online tickets said NOTHING about dress code, had the night planned and ruined by bad information. I understand dress code, but what I don’t understand is taking money without the proper information on the ticket. Looks like others had other poor experiences so I’m glad I’m not alone.
For a night club / concert venue it is fantastic. Ended up getting a table with an awesome view of the stage. Staff was incredible and was attentive ensuring our glasses were full and we had everything we needed. Would definitely come here again and get a table, well worth the spend.
We went last Saturday when the main artist was Kaskade - we arrived at 10:30 and the line was fast and the promoters were very friendly (our group had their names on the list). After we got in we got a drink that cost $90 (its a big , very well served and very well priced) then we danced in a space behind the tables, when we decided to go to the dance floor the security was very nice and let our group go in (we didnt stay because it was full) but we went back to another space and were able to party until the end of the night! It was amazing, I saw a lot of negative reviews and was scared, but it exceeded my expectations and I danced a lot! Thanks for the amazing night.
This was a laughably bad time. The “open bar” they offer to those on the guest list can’t even include a cup of water (a water bottle is $14)—the bartender literally just gave my friend a glass of ice cubes. Guest list line also took forever even though we got there 20 minutes before doors opened. Also just FYI the headliner won’t show up until way late as mentioned in the other reviews. We left early at 12:30 am because the atmosphere and opener itself just weren’t worth it. My friend got groped and we all got pushed around way more than in a normal crowded nightclub kind of way—they very much abuse the guest list to pack way too many people in to make it seem more enjoyable than it really is.The only redeeming aspect was, I guess, the lighting was cool? Those ice cubes were pretty refreshing too.
Hands down, best nightclub experience ever! We came to Zouk specifically to see DJ Cascade and we were not disappointed! The energy in the club was electric and the music was top-notch. The sound system and lighting were incredible, really enhancing the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The crowd was lively and vibrant, adding to the atmosphere. We danced the night away and didnt want the night to end! Zouk exceeded our expectations and we cant wait to come back! 💃🏽🔊
Went to see Tiesto with a general admission ticket. Line to get in was around 10 minutes long. We were just 3 persons without a table, so we had to look around for a standing place, which was not an issue. Quick service at the bar but I think drinks are really expensive (Vegas standard, probably). Tiesto was really good, great atmosphere. Good experience overall.
First off, the parking and the signage for said parking is so misleading. It is not easy to get around in that little tuck of space. After we couldn’t find self parking, went to valet, and they told us that we had to go to the valet on the other side of the property because they were prioritizing hotel guests. When we got to the other side, they told us that the price was $40 more than what we anticipated when I confirmed with a clerk earlier that day. The venue itself is nice and probably is great for performances, but it is very tight squeeze on the floor, space, and then there was a line to wait to get to the floor space near the stage. The venue itself is nice, but the entire organization of everything felt a little off. Once you leave the floor space to go get a drink at the bar, you are not allowed back in even though you just walked out. Wristband and two stamps on your left arm or not. The DJs seemed like they had one playlist and played it at the top of the hour every hour because we heard multiple songs a minimum three times while waiting for the artist of the night. The information about the dress code was the most upsetting because the website states “dress to impress”, yet there were people in zip up hoodies, and Nikes everywhere! When you have to stand and wait for the guest appearance for four hours with people constantly bumping and moving past you, you would think you would want people to be comfortable. Double shot of Remy Martin for this night was $31 to give you an idea of bar pricing
Zouk will deny you entry on any arbitrary thing to give the club a sense of exclusivity and Im sure its to make space for this already ridiculously crowded venue. The bouncers will power trip and deny entry based on your appearance so be ready to be scrutinized and possibly rejected at the door. So many better clubs in the area, I recommend discopussy on Fremont.
If you want to be crammed like sardines on a spilled drink covered dance floor, waiting hours to see a performer, this is the place for you. Upon entering it seemed hopeful because the venue itself is pretty large and we thought there would be enough room to be comfortable and hangout for a bit, but our experience was far from that. I and a friend came to see Jack Harlow that was slotted from 10pm - 2am, and he did NOT come out until after 3am. I do not know the exact time he got on stage because I could not stand any longer once 3am hit and had to leave. Like the other reviews mention, if you manage to be granted access to the dance floor, you can not leave for the restroom or get more drinks because getting back to that same spot yet alone area is impossible unless you pay the security guard off or have a VIP table. As a sober guest, being pushed and shoved by other guests who are drunk and becoming inpatient as well, ON TOP of the cleaning ladies pushing through the crowds to clean when there is no room to breathe yet alone CLEAN, I could not deter you from this place anymore. The DJ was playing the same songs on repeat until other guests made an appearance on stage, and the lights they flash are so bright that I would have wore sunglasses. The whole experience was very stressful and left a very bad taste in my mouth for my first Vegas club experience. I do not leave poor reviews often, but this one was an obvious exception and if I can help anyone avoid an awful club experience, then this was worth it.
Came here April 29th 2023 for Zedd.I read other reviews about this nightclub, some - and some +Heres my take.First thing is the Uber/Lyft drop off point is a 5 minute walk to the nightclub with terrible signage, (will be a trend within this review) .Second thing Ill say is that if a premier DJ is playing the line is long and early. Had to be easily a thousand people in line when we arrived at 11ish pm. Doors open at 10pm.We asked security if that was the line to get in and was told yes. Immediately I thought we were dumb for showing up late and no way we were going make it in the club.. We initially lined up but I felt the need to ask another security guard if that line was for tickets. He said no and pointed me to a line with 5 people in it. Boom in! So signage here is appalling. Easily could have something saying ticket line.Third thing is that the VIP sections are huge and mostly empty space even on this night with Zedd playing there was maybe 6-10 people in each roped off vip section...vip sections seemed to be everywhere.Fourth, the drinks! I bought what looks like a big gulp from 7/11 and it was $60 usd.....lots of ice too which in the end was helpful... More on that later.Fifth. Signage or anything else to know about how to get to the floor would be helpful, trying to hear the security explain the line is over there (points vaguely in a direction where it just looks like a crowd of people dancing) when the music is pumping is a failure at best. Still confused about how to get to the floor. We just hung around as close to the entrance and honestly saw nobody go down. Luckily we met a cool security dude and we made it to the floor.Sixth, I like being prepared before I go to any event so I can avoid disappointments. The dress code definitions are vague at best so I dressed up with a collered shirt, black pants and dress shoes. Had no issue getting in but saw many guys wearing running shoes. Another issue was information about when the headliner {Zedd in this case) was going to start/finish. I saw something to the effect of 1 am- 2:30 and made the call to arrive after 11pm. On this night Zedd came on at 12:30 and played until 3:30am.Seventh, the wife and I are edm concert veterans so we already know the drill, being on the floor up front has its challenges and sacrifices. Given how difficult it usually is to get up front, once there no one wants to move. So when you make it up there its a commitment. It took us the about an hour and a half to finally get to the front, but it was so worth it(see pictures) . Restroom, drinks and ect are basically not happening until the end of the show and that applies here. Itd understood if one of us left to pee that getting back would be impossible so dont break the seal. Advice from me would be get the big drink before heading to the floor and make sure you dont need another. I was pretty buzzed with that drink and the wife and I shared. Probably a little to much ice but I carried it in my back pocket and sipped on melted ice as the show was winding down. Just enough hydration to make it to the end.On to the show... What an amazing show! Ive seen Zedd 8 times now and this experience was far and away the best. Honesty the best DJ set Ive ever seen live. Tickets were decent $30 for the wife and $80 for me. Cheaper than 6 other times Ive seen Zedd. Only time I saw him cheaper was before he blew up in a nightclub in Vancouver. The lights, the cieling ball or whatever its called and the CO2 blasters all made the show super amazing. Almost as good as an actual Zedd production. The set length blew me away. 3 HOURS! Thats double what you get at his normal concerts. He was right there, super close enough that he recognized us from a dice portrait we did of him. Unforgettable experience. I said we would meet Zedd and when his set was done we snuck off to the side and managed to get a picture with him and a quick convo. Bucket list item!So for me (us) I would come here again for Zedd 100%.Cant speak much about regular nights here
I can understand a lot of the other reviews here. Guest List / General Admission line looked like it was a football field long and not moving. If it weren’t for getting hooked up by an acquaintance, I probably would have turned away. However, I did get in quickly and enjoyed my experience massively. Odesza was everything I expected and more. After a few attempts, my friends and I made it to their dance floor adjacent to the tables. It was so packed that I couldn’t really move or dance. Folks were also constantly squeezing by to get in or out. I expected this, so it didn’t really bother me.I read folks complaining about not adhering to dress code, but I actually appreciate this. I don’t care what you’re wearing or who you’re trying to impress, just have fun! Also, expect to pay close to $40 with mandated gratuities included per cocktail.
Excellent table service experience for a bachelor party. From the sales process, to entry into the club, Ryan crushed it, he is a pro. I cannot emphasize how attentive the staff was at our table, legendary performance. Energy, sound, and visuals were excellent. The line for Odesza was straight insane, and GA was VERY crowded, so I understand some of the reviews. In conclusion, it is expensive, but do it right and get a table!
Absolutely avoid! This is a ripoff in the most accurate sense of the word. We checked inn and were let in. We spent $70 dollars to get in. We then got out for a brief break and were assured that re-entry was allowed. But one of the very troubled people working there felt the need to practice power over us and did not let us in for the dress code. The discrepancy is absolutely ridiculous. Even the manager didn’t do anything helpful but we spent money and were extremely disappointed. Avoid and definitely don’t even think about going there. The staff are rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional.
Place is a joke. After confirming dress code with them in person we bought tickets. We showed up at 10 and was let in. We spend 100 dollar on 4 shots of tequila and decided to leave to get pizza right out side of the club. We confirmed with security staff that we can reenter and they said YES. After food we tried to reenter they stopped us saying we dont meet the dress code. We asked to talk to the manager and he said we are okay but he has to back up his staff decision so we cant reenter. So please be cate full they get over crowded and will deny you reentery. Place is a joke.
I understand the poor reviews but we we knew what to expect. We attended a show in March, which I’m assuming is a slower month for these clubs. We had a fabulous time. The employees got us through the lines quickly and efficiently. The dress-code is listed clearly online so we came dressed accordingly. The atmosphere was amazing!!! The lighting and sound system are top notch- amazing visuals all across the ceiling and walls. Drinks are expensive but… it’s Vegas. You can pre-game and even drink outside before entering so there are options. We had some drinks before entering because we knew we didn’t want to buy too many drinks once inside. They had free drinks for ladies if you came early enough! The Uber area is a bit of a walk from the club so walking back to the hotel or taking a taxi might be a better idea if you don’t want to walk a lot at 3am.
Bought tickets to see T-pain last night a few months ago but it was pointless because they let anyone and their mom in. The doors opened at 10:30 and he didn’t even come out until 2am. Club was over packed, getting to the bar was a joke, and Vegas’s temperature over 100 degree. Spent 65 dollars for 4 waters that should have been next to free with the current heat wave Vegas is having. Wouldn’t recommend this Club at all… should have believed all of the negative reviews.
Do not come here I repeat, do not come here! There was an event tonight (3/21) and me and two other friends were on the guest list. It’s my birthday weekend and the security guard ruined my entire night, by not letting us in. WE WERE ON TIME… AND explained nicely to the security how we just drove 6 hours to get here and to please let us in for the last 30 min of the event. HE WANTED TO CHARGE US $70 for 30 min!!! And was giving us the fattest attitude as well. This really convinced me that kindness doesn’t exist in peoples souls anymore. May this club learn to treat their guests with more respect, patience, and professionalism. Worst clubbing experience I’ve ever had. Sorry should I say worst security experience I’ve ever had. Since they didn’t even let us in.
We worked with Alan Durst and he helped us get set up with a table. It was a very busy night given it was T-Pain on a saturday, but we never felt rushed or out of place. He made sure we got to our table and the service was great. He then secured us much better table inside and that took the night from great to one of the best weve ever had. T pain was awesome, Zouk was great but Alan really is the reason we had such a great time. Shout out to him and our wait staff for the great time.
Club was over capacity, club didn’t acknowledge any of its dress codes. Drug use was apparent but not being controlled.Spent 500$ and have to deal with rude people and workers. Then feature artist wait until 330 to go on stage. The only stars this place has is the DJ.
It was fun place with good ambience & electrifying music. The DJ had a good compilation of a great variety of electronic music subgenres intended specifically for dancing crowds to boogie to the music all night long.He played familiar songs, which are popular and people from any nation can easily dance to the tunes. The smoke & lights were great and service was good. For me the music helps to stimulate the production of dopamine in the brain.
My night at this particular Vegas club was far from the glamorous experience I was led to expect. Tucked away in an out-of-the-way location, the club resides within a hotel that lacks any semblance of charm or pizzazz, making the journey there less than exciting. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was marred by the presence of a rather skanky clientele, which did not align with the upscale vibe one typically associates with an upscale Vegas nightlife. While the club boasts an impressive list of acts, which might be the sole redeeming feature, everything else falls flat. The notion of splurging $5,000 on bottle service in a crowded corner of the club felt like a third-world scam rather than a luxury service. It quickly became apparent that I was not the target audience for this establishment. We decided to leave immediately, feeling that our time and money would be better spent elsewhere. If youre drawn by the lineup of performances, by all means, check it out. But if youre looking for a complete Vegas club experience that includes ambiance, hospitality, and value, Id suggest looking elsewhere. This club was a stark reminder that not all that glitters in Vegas is gold.
The nightclub itself is fun (although there are definitely better clubs in Vegas) however, the service provided by the promoters and owners is terrible. Our group purchased tickets and then decided to go with bottle service instead, our promoter advised us that we would all be provided a refund for the tickets already purchased.Been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund and no one can provide proof of a refund or any help.Customer service - 0 stars!
This was an absolutely BANGER of an NYE party, warm up DJs we’re fire, ZEDD put on the show of a lifetime, and the crowd was great. Dress code and masks were forgotten once you were inside which was nice. Open bar came with VIP Admission, which only included some basic stuff and juices no redbull or higher end alcohol. Place was pleasantly packed and didn’t feel empty or over crowded. Staff was on top of things too. We came in at open and stayed to like 2:30am. There is a line to be on the dance floor if it gets packed to much so get your drinks and then get a spot on the floor. Line to get back on wasn’t bad at all. Idk what all the other nasty reviews are for maybe they are made they spent $10k+ on a table that has a worse view than the free dance floor haha! But seriously no matter where you were you had an up close and personal experience. Lot of comparing to Omnia and I think it’s not the same thing. Maybe a baby version of Omnia. It’s 1/3 of the size but I think that’s great and gives you a great view and actually hard to lose your friends so regrouping is easy. It’s a super intimate way to see your favorite dj, zedd actually took our phone and got some video for us. Like where else is that gonna happen!!! Will be coming back many times. Seeing Deadmau5 on Jan!
Worst designed club in Vegas. The club actually closed the main dance floor to general admission and you have to pay a higher tier to just dance. The rest of the club is just bottle service areas. Staff are incredibly rude, and overall atmosphere there is very negative. Wouldn’t recommend that club to anyone regardless of what artist is playing. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.
Alex Trillo assisted me and my group of 20. Alex couldnt have been more professional during the entire process. The atmosphere, sound, luxury and staff at Zouk Nightclub is second to none. I have been to every night club and day club since living in Vegas for the past 7 years, and this club easily is the best and exceeds expectations.Thank you, ZOUK!
Got bottle service for birthday in late March for Alison Wonderland and for the most part was one of the poorest experiences I’ve had. Won’t go back.First impression matter - Had the most rude and arrogant door guy that was dismissive and annoyed. Apparently spending thousands isn’t enough to get any service, let alone a neutral attitude. The good - Our server and her team was amazing. Kind and fun. Only reason for 2 stars.More bad - We ordered a second bottle and they took it from the table well before the end of the night with no notice or question it was 3/4 full! So 1k down the drain.
One of the best nightclub here in Vegas, pretty big place, gigantic front screen with lots of hanging screens, plenty of VIP tables with lots of celebrations options. Its inside Resorts World hotel, eye candy with state of the art ambience. Come early to enjoy the walk and food court in the hotel before you reach to Zouk.TIP- they open rooftop pool during the night with lots of crowd so visit on Saturdays to enjoy the pool side.
Zouk has easily become one of my favorite nightclubs in Vegas purely for their residency.Home to some of the most prominent EDM artists, this club is definitely worth checking out especially if you haven’t set foot inside Resorts World.Like every club on the strip, always utilize a promoter to get your group in for free. Even ratio dominates here and they typically have a generous rule of comped entry before midnight or 1am with drink tickets for ladies.I’ve seen Disclosure, Audien, and Slander here and have been both on the dance floor and onstage. There is nothing quite like being on the dance floor underneath what they call “the mothership” and the massive LED screens onstage with the LED panels on the ceiling. That black space on the ceiling really adds to the depth and appearance of being larger than it is.The table prices here are relatively modest in comparison to other clubs on the strip and allow you to have groups of 12-15 per table.Overall, I’m excited and grateful to have a new home for EDM and I look forward to what they have in store.
We went to see T-Pain on 4/20. The amount of people that were there were grounds for a code violation. No one could move, anywhere. They massively oversold the tickets. Staff were angrily screaming at people for asking questions, shoving people to the ground to get through and just generally really rude. T-Pain was sitting on stage but didnt perform until 2 a.m. The whole night was an absolute mess and wasnt worth the overpriced tickets.
I went to opening night for Tiësto the signage was horrible for people who pre-purchased tickets trying to get in. My friend and I stood in line for 20 plus mins before we could grab a worker who told us the line where we shouldve been. Otherwise dress code was very enforced here. Once we got in we were there right when Tiësto came on and his set was amazing. The workers were good and fairly well organized once you made it in. Their lighting and sound system are top notch along with having a good balance in regards to dancefloor space and table service. Drinks I cannot say much because I didnt feel the need to buy them.
Zouk Nightclub is a premier entertainment destination that truly sets a high bar for nightlife. With its lavish design and superior sound system, this club provides an unmatched, exhilarating experience that you wont forget. The ambiance is high-energy and the DJ lineup is consistently top-notch, playing a variety of music that caters to a wide range of tastes.Aside from the music, one of the highlights of Zouk is its excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional, ensuring that all guests have a smooth and enjoyable time. The bar serves a wide array of drinks that are both creative and delicious.Furthermore, the club does a fantastic job of maintaining a safe and clean environment. Theres also a very efficient queuing system and good crowd control even on the busiest nights.Overall, Zouk Nightclub earns a well-deserved 5-star rating for being a must-visit venue for anyone looking for an exciting night out.
Worst night club I’ve ever been to. Unless you want to drop $6k on a front table, you’re not allowed access to the dance floor. I’ve never been to a club where you’re NOT allowed dance floor access. The club layout is horrible, the staff is rude…don’t waste your time and money. Any other club in Vegas is better than this place. Huge disappointment.
I have had amazing nights here. They have the best talent. I have seen Peggy Gou, G-Eazy for his album release party, & Travis $cott, Cassie. The mothership is a thrill to dance under. A lot of people complain about the experience because the high cost of drinks & tables but this is something very normal in upscale nightclubs in Las Vegas so it is no reason to give a low rating. Not to mention you can walk out after dancing all night & grab a delicious expensive slice of pizza too. 🔥🔥🔥 Good times. 💃🏻
I went to Zouk with a big group of friends for Kaskade and it was the best time ever!! The lights and sound system are out of this world!!! The bartenders are friendly and make the drinks super strong!! You won’t be disappointed!!
Bought a vodka soda (rail liquor) that was $35.Decided to get a table and bottle for $1,000 ended up being $1,700+ due to “taxes, gratuity and service fees”. Servers were rude as hell. The bill included a 15% gratuity and was pressured to leave even more “if we wanted the bus boys to get some” The music was good and the lights were stunning but everything being way overpriced for no reason was a huge turn off.
For Super Bowl weekend, I decided to explore the city and go places I had never been, so on my first night out, I went to Zouk nightclub. Rappers Saweetie and Two Chainz were slated to perform on the Friday night I attended. Security and staff were professional upon entry.Zouk is a nice-sized club with four bars and a small dance floor that seemed like an afterthought due to its tiny size compared to the venue. However, there are plenty of areas to dance in the aisle ways and in front of the bars and several people danced in the open areas. The ventilation in the nightclub isnt the best so I had to remove my fedora to stay cool. The crowd was diverse and I had a good time. I would return if they had a performer that I wanted to see. The light show was stimulating and the sound system knocked.
Went for a lil Wayne concert that was supposed to start at 10:30pm and he did not come to the stage until 3am. Paid $100 to stand around and wait 4.5 hours and pay $50 for two drinks each time.
Came here to see Deadmau5 during my Bachelor Party. We got bottle service at a fair minimum for 9 people. Devin and Madison gave great service and even when we were tapped out they helped us get closer to the stage. We’ve been to almost every Club in Vegas and this was the best experience we had by far.
Hey ladies, if you have anything less than a six pack, don’t bother giving this club your money. A man wearing a T-shirt, shorts, and a backwards baseball cap (against dress code) approached me the moment I was alone and asked me if I was “expecting” and made me cry. When I told staff he was doing this they were all about filing a report against him until they saw who it was. Then they high fived and fist bumped him and “gave him a stern warning.” It’s not worth the harassment and comments about your body. Spend your money elsewhere.
There security guard are weak / disrespectful .I Will never go back. I will make sure I let everyone know not to go there.Im always upfront when the celebrities come. I usually dont do a review but they ruin my night. I came from Ohio.
The light show is fun and the drinks are good - the large drink size is basically a big gulp, so if you get one you dont really need another. However, most of the space of the club is dedicated to exclusive tables that cost an exorbitant amount to gain access to. After paying for general admission or the cover charge, if you just want to stand around and not pay again for a table, youre going to have flashlights shined in your face as the security instructs you to move and keep walkways clear - however, the entirety of the club outside of the table areas is mostly walkways, and as such you wont be able to move anywhere. If anybody needed immediate egress, either due a fire or injury, it just would not be possible. Maximum capacity is completely disregarded. The light show is fun, but the scaffolding that holds the lights can move - and it can come quite low, low enough that a patron could easily climb onto a railing and reach the scaffolding. Ideally security would stop this, but in my opinion such a risk should not be present in an establishment that provides (amazingly large) drinks. The scaffolding comes down at least ten feet lower than in the photo Ive attached.Overall, good acoustics, but very poorly designed, and it quickly becomes a fire hazard and an overall stressful experience. The only place I could stand that was not a walkway was outside the club, in the Ayu dayclub, which is mostly roped off when the night club is open.
I went for the grand opening with Tiesto on September 17. To get in, it was super disorganized. We had bought tickets online. The door staff kept changing the lines for us to get in. Once in, the club is massive but I was expecting a lot more. Supposedly it’s the most technologically advanced club in Vegas, but I feel that Hakkasan and Omnia are more impressive. I kept thinking throughout the night, they are going to go all out, but they never did. I was expecting the crown above the dance floor to do more. Large drinks are $45 before tip which is normal in Vegas.
Exhilarating experience at the Zouk! . Thankful for the VIP experience we purchased from Matt/Cristina on Airbnb which allowed us to skip the long lines. The place must be very popular as the lines were crazy long with hundreds of people waiting. The ambiance, crowd, staff and performers were great. Great place to dance with a group. Restrooms are very clean.
Short Asian worker was near my friend and I the whole time we were there. Felt really uncomfortable. He kept asking if we were single and kept bothering us. He shouldve been working instead of wasting his stinky breath and spit. He also brought us drinks but he drank it himself afterwards??? Weird experience wont come back. Zouk should monitor their workers.
Absolute worst experience ever. We bought a table ahead of time to get my group a good spot, upon arriving, they threw us out in the back at a much worse spot we booked; when I brought this up they mentioned they were working on it and will be upgrading us soon, and we never heard back from them. I called and texted numerous times, even got security and they made us wait longer with no resolution. It actually gets worse, they then brought another big group of guys to share the table we had with them adding a little tiny stool to put their bottle on. I called and even tried getting in contact with people the next day and nobody was responsive. If a someone even reads these, please email me or reply to this post. hands down the worst experience I’ve had in Vegas.
Expected a great night(s) out (Tiesto) this review is ONLY about Zouk.I was at this space 9/10 & 9/23. The club is very small as the VIP/Table service takes up most of the space for anyone else to truly enjoy for dancing or just have space to move. It is so crowded that you just drip sweat standing. If you are with anyone and have to leave area you will not be able to get back to them its so crowded. I understand the business aspect for VIP focus $$ but at that its so crowded with tables I wouldnt even bother with VIP for what they charge either. I noticed and experienced if you are not VIP the staff (bouncers/security) are very rude and I was violently pushed/shoved twice out of the way to allow bottle service to pass, a simple ask to move is better then shoving a woman which I almost fell into VIP area which also kept being expanded for VIP group (again goes back to space being so small due to VIP).● September 10th I went alone and complaints were the bouncers and the space.● September 23rd I went with friends and complaints were again the bouncers, space and being shoved like I was a man I had no where to go had they (taller man w/dreadlocks and smaller man saved/short hair and facial hair) been more observant of that. I could have been hurt and I could have hurt someone in vip area for falling into them (thankful I was not drinking). Friends who got separated were standing in a different area had an entire fiasco happen to them smh! After their incident and my experiences I left and so did my friends. We didnt stay to see Tiesto it was so off putting the treatment.I will not be going back.Tiesto is AMAZING if you have a chance to see him anywhere else DO IT!
The nightclub had free drinks for women from 1130 - 1230. The DJ was good and the bartenders were nice.
We were on the guest list and my friend & I were given two free drinks each for being women so of course I was happy haha. I had vodka cranberry and it was great. We never made it to see the headline presenter- we left around 1 am but I still enjoyed myself.A girl kept spilling her drink on me and I did get pushed / shoved a few times from drunk people trying to move on the dance floor. But that’s to be expected in clubs so I’m not complaining just wanted others to be aware who may not be okay in this situation.
Best nightclub in Las Vegas! We always have the best time here. General Admission works great for us, we always get in quickly and rush to the front and have a blast watching the artists perform! The security team in front of the stage is usually very friendly, and keep it incredibly clean and safe.
Such a cool club. The lighting and ceiling structures are just crazy!! Security was professional and prompt. We had bottle service and they definitely gave us a VIP experience. They’re well trained on doing the little things right. Definitely should be on the list of top spots if you like to go out in Vegas
Saw Demante and Slander here. One of the coolest venues I’ve seen in Vegas. Great light production and the screens on the ceiling are a nice touch. Be prepared to spend +$25 per water though.
One of the most overcrowded night clubs Ive ever been to its a literal fire hazard with how many people they jam in there, dont waste your time going here as they clearly dont care about your safety. Edit: Just found out Zouk pays to hide their reviews on Yelp, wonder why? Seems to be some shady stuff going on.
Saw T-Pain there he was awesome. The Soundsystem was awesome. The lights were cool my only gripe they oversold it by 1000 people nobody can move felt pretty dangerous. If there was some sort of emergency, everybody would be well……ps. they do not enforce their dress code.fyi
Amazing night club. Super new and it has 2 components, the inside component and the outside component.I personally really like the outside, with the pool and the cabana on both levels of the floor, its so nice!Beautiful dancers, beautiful patrons, amazing drinks! We saw DJ Snake spinning his music, it was a lovely evening.Best yet, after clubbing, we can roam around the casino and go in one of the restaurants for food & drinks.
The structure of this space will result in a horrible accident or mass casualty. Aggressive massive crowds in tight spaces with rude, unhelpful security staff. People were shoving, pushing, worse than a mosh pit, just trying to find somewhere that wasn’t packed like a sardine can. Capacity needs to be lowered & security retrained. The amount of men who groped me & the women around me is shameful. Female security guard at the dance floor just shrugged even though we pointed the person out.
Went to see zedd and had an amazing time with my gfs! I personally love the layout of this club, it’s a lot more roomier than omnia and the lasers go hard. Zouks layout is more wide which is what I prefer cause u can see more of the DJ!Tip for the girls: go to day clubs to build connections and link up with people who got tables or meet locals! We got invited to tables and met a local that picked us up from our hotel + drove us home🫶🏼
After reading so many of these reviews I have to say. Literally all of you are wrong 🤣 when I was younger I used to dj, opened for Borgore, Nghtmre, slander, herobust, etc. Etc. Etc, blah blah, who cares.. needless to say, Ive been in too many clubs to count over the years. By far this is my favorite venue. Amazing light setup and and sound quality (who ever is running sound is doing a great job👍). This is a nightclub... Drinks are expensive, you WILL NOT HAVE SEATS (unless you blow a rack on a booth), it will be absolutely packed, get over it. The security does a great job, they stay alert and have always calmed drunk and angry situations down so big shout-out to them for busting their tails all night to keep everyone safe. Ive never waited in line longer than 10 minutes. Ive never had an issue getting in with bought tickets, guestlist, Eventbrite, etc. From my personal experience having been to this club 7 times. Id say they seem to have a good handle on things. My only complaint which is more of a warning is the damn CO2 cannons on stage center. They are STUPID loud and could definitely blow your ears out of you have little baby ears.
My review will focus on the club venue itself. The venue has some very cool led panels and screens. The ceiling and the ball on the ceiling move and give an immersive experience. The club has a small dance floor especially compared to others in Vegas. The tables / bottle service take up a lot of the main dance floor. Once it fills up you have to wait, or pay (for a table) to get in. The sound was good, but what really turned me off with the whole sound experience was that every time the DJ played a drop they would shoot the smoke blasters and basically kill any bass or sound from speakers. It killed the vibe a lot. The smoke blasters are so loud that they mask everything else in the club. If it werent for those smoke blasters I would have given it a 5 star.
Really unhelpful. Reserved two tables, which was minimum 4k, had people in already, but the employees wouldnt let the rest of our group in claiming their boss would fire them. Still had to wait over 2 hours to get into the club even though we already paid and had people in at our RESERVED tables. No compensation whatsoever. Money suckers for sure.
I found this club to be overrated for the amount of money you end up spending. The good: RL Grime was great, came on at 1am. Production and audio were top notchThe bad: $16 waters, and $30 wells. There is a separate line to get to the dance floor. So packed that you cant really dance. 75% of the club is roped off for table service. The crowd felt uppity and mostly concerned with their social status.
I visited this Nightclub on 15 February 2024 for the FIRST TIME and my experience was very enjoyable,It was my first time seeing CASH CASH live and they had a very amazing set. This club had a very medium-sized crowd, And the vibes were great.I think that I will definitely visit again to see more DJs.
Came here for a show on 5/15 and while standing in a crowded line with no where to move a blonde server with a chain butterfly skirt and dagger nails stabbed me in the arm and dug her nails into my arm to move me! There is also half the venue blocked off for special standing room in front of VIP which seems a little ridiculous and causes the venue to be packed.
I give this place a 3. I went to see deadmau5 last night. If you want to be in the very front get there at the time your ticket says. Mine said 10 we got there at around 10:15. Deadmau5 didn’t come on until 1am. If you don’t care about being in the front come later. Preferably buy your ticket! Getting in for free you’ll be waiting outside all night. To get to the dance floor you have to get there early otherwise you’ll be in line to get onto the dance floor and you’ll be in line all night as well. The reason I give a lower stars was because of the bouncers. I got here early as I mentioned and had to use the restroom. I went and came back and the bouncer on the left hand side wouldn’t let me in, he told me to go to the other side so I did. On the right hand side the guy told me he didn’t care that I had to make line. We weren’t told they you’re supposed to let the bouncers know that you’re going to the bathroom. I almost lost my spot even tho my friend was still on the dance floor. Another bouncer finally let me in I wish I would’ve gotten his name because he was actually nice. I was finally able to get back to my friend we had been in the very front. I didn’t go to the bathroom again for fear of not being able to get back to my friend again. Don’t think I’ll ever go here again. I’ll wait to see deadmau5 in Los Angeles where the bouncers aren’t so mean.
$14 for a water bottle? Music is uncomfortably loud and smoke machines are deafening. Security guards seem to be looking for a fight and are very inconsistent with the dress code. There is not a single place to sit down unless you want to spend a fortune. Line was extremely long and the inside was overly crowded. We got in at 10:45pm and were forced to listen to the worst DJ imaginable - the main performer didnt come out until 2am... Go literally anywhere else
Paid for a table, the fire alarm went off for nearly 20 minutes. They opened the garage-style sliding doors in the back which in turn has 33 degree cold air gusts blowing into the club right where our table was situated. The manager said we could either have a refund or a round of free shots. When we asked for a refund, the manager brought two security guards and threatened to have us arrested if we did not pay the bill and leave. After fearing for our safety and signing the bill, we proceeded to be thrown out by the security guards and a massive brawl broke out in the club as the security guards starting shoving people out of the way.
Wow! This place was amazing! We were celebrating a 21st birthday for my cousin, Jack and Melene really took care of us!They were both so friendly and helpfulWe had a blast hereThe whole staff was greatService was phenomenalThank you jack and melene
The drinks are insanely expensiveThe security and I almost fought because they would not let me back to my pregnant girlfriend that was in the dance pit, it was like the guy was looking for a fight-I finally did get past though. The place was far to packed. There was very little space to move around. The club itself was actually really cool, it just needs much better management.
Tiesto NYE Event - The layout of this place is horrible. If you don’t buy a VIP table, you will have a maintenance employee experience during the event. The only space available for non-VIPs were walkways, and they were so crowded that you couldn’t dance or move out; people were always trying to pass, pushing you, and you got soaked in multiple drinks. Too many graphics and lighting but this place it’s a rip-off. Tiesto it’s a legend, but this club doesn’t provide the proper layout to enjoy his music.
It was decent. Not my favourite. I would only go again if there was a performing known dj like Tiesto, Deadmau5, etc.If it’s your first time clubbing in Vegas, there’s better ones out there. The staff are great at keeping you off the dance floor (understandable, it gets packed like a can of sardines in there) and they love to herd you like sheep if the hallways are too crowded. For two vodka crans, I paid $59 USD. For a bottle of Fiji water, I paid $13.00 USD. This is probably the standard of club drinks in Vegas, so I recommend pre drinking otherwise you’re picking your own poison. If you’re on a guest list, I recommend getting there early, by at least 30 mins because man, that line FILLS fast and they only allow you in based on capacity which is 1,500 people btw. Yes. I searched up for their building code cause I stood anxiously in line for 1.5 hours.Restrooms: 5/5. There are staff inside who pamper you. I’m talking mints, perfume, they hand give you the towels to dry your hands. (But they ask for tips) This is great because it made me feel safer as a woman knowing there were staff there.
If you want to spend much less in a cocktail or a beer do it at home! The price of the drinks always have connections with the investment of the place. The ticket helps to pay the performance of the DJ.
Hi. Anyone trying to come here. The service is terrible and they dont have anywhere for you to put your stuff. Additionally, after trying to go to the coat check in then they told us they only dis a coat check for 15 dollars each. So two small coats for theory dollars. No wonder thwy have a 2 star review.
Save yourself from wasting your time here.Dress code is not enforced. The infrastructure is awesome, so bad they wasted on lame djs before the opening act. Dj is supposed to mix and make music not just play song after song. Mixology water down for sure.
Incredible room with a very unique lighting set up. The drinks were great & music was pretty good too! Definitely going back.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have been clubbing for years and this was by far the worst experience ever. After waiting for 3 hours in line to get in, the artist I went to see was done playing, they charged $125 male and $75 - Rude Staff- lots of people cutting the line… No kidding never again!
Got on the guest list, waited 45 minutes to get in. Ordered two non alcoholic beers which cost 37 for both. Didnt get the receipt that showed the amount until we asked for it! Wanted to dance only to be told you needed a wrist band then get in a line to get on the dance floor! Like who does that? Is this a new thing? Because it was a joke. Half the people on the dance floor were either on their phone or standing, NOT DANCING! We drank our beer, left after 40 min only to see about 200 to 300 people waiting to get in the club where they wont be able to dance! Lets just say the dance floor is small because most of it is taken by bottle service booths. Never again! One star was one star too many.
Absolute trashiest, worst club I have ever experienced. The most low class, unprofessional experience I have ever ever had. Stay away from this ugly, racist, degrading company
This place is a total vibe, cool venue for sure, and it was really fun to catch ZEDD. We booked a party bus that took us here, so it was a nice little treat to catch him. What I will say though is, for the amount of money Zouk charges, they certainly dont give the greatest experience. It was wall to wall packed, certainly more than fire code allows, Im sure. When our group got in, I immediately went to the bar and waited literally 25 minutes to be served. I watched several people who came up to the bar after me get served. I decided to order 2 rounds of drinks (6 total) so that I wouldnt need to come back. I certainly would have cut my losses with one round if I could do it all over, because they charged my card $166. Upon further inspection, they also added gratuity to the card, which is absurd. They didnt give me an itemized receipt, but my guess is that they charged me somewhere in the ballpark of $30 to pour 6 drinks which is honestly ludicrous, and thats coming from someone who bartends. I probably wouldnt have been so angry about it had they serviced me in a timely manner but constantly being skipped over and then charging me gratuity to pour my drinks was just unreal.Later in the night, I thought I would just order a beer when grabbing a bottle of water for my mom. The fact that they charge over $10 for a bottle of water when they are located IN THE DESERT IS CRIMINAL, night club or not. It should have not cost me $30 for a beer and a water. Period.I didnt get any sense of welcome from any of the staff. All you are is a walking dollar sign. Ive been to plenty of places in Vegas that make you feel welcome, even though realistically, everywhere in Vegas sees tourists as a walking dollar sign. I had a great time specifically because Zedd brought the great energy, but as far as everything else, its not worth it. It gets 2 stars because the lights and atmosphere were redeeming qualities.
First time to this club paid for VIP spent $250 to see ILLENIUM, was still placed on GA! Don’t waste your money on VIP it’s a scam absolutely disappointed in my time here I left . GA and VIP are the same thing unless you’re getting a table .
My husband and I both in our 40s bought tickets for $90/each. This was our first time at the night club in Vegas. We came around 11 pm and asked where the line for the paid tickets. The security said we should stand at the last line. We followed. Coming closer to the security check, we were asked why don’t we have the ID check stamps. We said we didn’t know how to get them. Then the short loud black lady who checks the ID came and said since we cut the line we are not getting in. We explained that we didn’t cut the line, we stood where we were told and were in line for about 40 minutes. SHE THEN STARTED TO STAMP EVERYONE BEHIND US AND SIMPLY IGNORING US. Feeling powerless and frustrated I tried to talk to her, she continued to ignore me and said that with my attitude I won’t get to the club at all. I then came to the other security and tried to explain that we are at no fault here. And after 20 minute argument they finally let us in. Needless to say our evening was ruined. We were completely stepped over and treated like trash. The problem with this club is that the people who have the position of little power think they can treat people the way they want and even abuse the clients. I am so upset about this injustice that it’s hard to let go.
Its genuinely way too loud. Ive been to many clubs but this is the first time Ive left to get ear plugs and come back. Get some from a closeby CVS or Walgreens before coming. Also sign up for guestlist and avoid the cover. Also be warned that like many clubs in Vegas its designed to milk you for money. Lines to get in, lines to get into the dance floor, and all for large portion of the people just standing around anyways.
Not open when advertised, spent time and money $100 to get to and from this club that advertised in multiple places as being open but was not. Not worth the trouble can’t trust their advertised hours. Maybe they’re open🤷♀️feel free to chance it for the extra hour of time.
First of all you should know the strict dress code is not enforced at all. Most men were wearing sneakers. I saw some women wearing sneakers, jeans, rain jackets. Secondly I suggest buying admission online(before 7p) and getting to Zouk by 10p. The sooner you get in, the sooner you can claim your spot. The place will get full but not to the point where youre smothered and unable to dance. The drinks were $30. They have bathroom attendants to help keep order. None of the staff had attitude. The wait time for Zedd doesnt drag on because the dj that was there had a great set too. Basically, most of these reviews are misleading and trash. You should go and have fun.
I vote Zouk Nightclub the most boring club in Las Vegas. We had a table for Odesza and it was still just meh.Nothing stands out about this club from the rest of its competitors.
Im from Virginia and Ive been to numerous bars. Paid $44 + $3 tip for 2 drinks here at Zouk (definitely the most expensive). A pineapple vodka and rum and coke. Both drinks literally didnt have any taste in liquor but just plain coke and pineapple. For $47 its ludicrous. Wish the bartender didnt add 95% drink and only 5% liquor.Regardless, the nightclub has a very nice atmosphere. Lights and all the mechanics are well put.
Zedds new placeAnd he pass throught me less than 10 inch when he left.I like the light here, it is more modern. But only one level and lower ceiling so not looks as big as Omnia. But actually the ground is pretty big and not too crowded. Maybe because it is still new and also a little far from stripThe liquid is $22Be there early to get better spotStill could have easy geustlist because it is new.
Vegas Nightclub NightmareZouk was a complete disaster from start to finish - I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy.Lets start with the so-called cool movable lights on the ceiling. Sure, they were moving, but it felt more like a desperate attempt to distract from the myriad of other problems plaguing this establishment. Its like they invested all their effort into the ceiling lights and forgot about everything else. The prices at this place are nothing short of extortionate. I get it; its Vegas, but $17 for a small bottle of water with no other hydration options? Are they running a nightclub or a desert survival training camp? And speaking of survival training, good luck navigating the layout of this place. The inefficiency is mind-boggling. The so-called dance floor is more like a maze of tables and walkways. Forget about dancing; its more like an obstacle course where you dodge drunk patrons and beefy bouncers to navigate around obnoxious table setups. The overcrowding is not just uncomfortable; its a safety hazard. Im genuinely surprised that the fire code allows this kind of sardine-packed environment. We were there to see Zedd, who deserves a much better venue than this. The environment was so hostile to enjoyment that we decided to cut our losses and leave after 30 minutes of the main set.Its almost as if the management purposefully designed the place to be the least enjoyable clubbing experience possible. Save your money and your sanity – steer clear of this disaster of a nightclub in Vegas. There are plenty of other venues that know how to create a fun and memorable night out.
Here at the club right now. DJ opening up for T-Pain on 4/20, terrible. I am 32 years old he is playing music from when I was in elementary school. Main act is still not out, it is 1:45 am.
We looked at the reviews before coming here to see Alan Walker a few weeks ago. We didnt want to believe the bad reviews, so we tried to go into it with a positive outlook. Ultimately, it could have been worse, but it wasnt great. Unless you pay an an exorbitant amount of money for a table, you are stuck standing the entire time. The security guards I personally interacted with were very rude as well. The concert was good once the main DJ came out, which wasnt until about 1am. Overall it was alright, but standing for 3 hours waiting for the main performer, only to stand for another 3 hours while he performed was not great.
For spending $6500 in a night you would think the table waitress would not completely lie to your face. We wanted to order two large bottles of champagne to start the night. We were told they were out of both of them. She then tells us she has a comparable option that will cost the same. Instead they bring out 2 non jumbo’s and pop them and serve them to us. About 25 minutes later we go to order bottles and we are told we used 2500 on 2 bottles of champagne that was half as much volume as the ones we were told were sold out. I obviously ask for a manager, jack comes out and is immediately condescending and completely rude telling us we drank then so it’s our fault. Not sure how since they were popped by the waitress the second they got there. Jack essentially said sucks to suck and doesn’t help. I had told him I help run a large hairdressing company and that we will be renting out zouk on a weekday that coming Wednesday. Go figure he then says he can get us a free bottle of whiskey. Phenomenal I’m happy then fast forward to the end of the night and the bottle of whiskey was charged at above $1500 and jack was nowhere to be found. You would think if you spend almost 10 racks at a club you wouldn’t get scammed…… sad cause the venue was phenomenal but we will be writing zouk off for any upcoming events planned in Vegas.
Long lines, terrible space management, and when my friend was feeling sick the policy is no water unless you want to pay $18… so yeah, STRONGLY do not recommend this club.
Had an absolutely terrible experience here on Halloween. We bought tickets and travelled from CANADA to attend the G-Eazy concert being hosted by Zouk. Our tickets said that door is open at 10:00 p.m. . We arrived a little bit early thinking that there would be huge lineups and ended up being one of the first in line. Staff did not open doors until 10:40 p.m.The nightclub had a dress code posted in the hotel lobby which we reviewed when we arrived. None of our outfits violated that dress code yet we were told upon doors opening that my husband and friend had to either take their hats back to wherever they were staying (we were not staying on the strip) or throw them in the garbage. After thinking it through they decided they had to get rid of their hats because we already traveled all this way and didnt want to risk missing the concert to travel back to our airbnb to drop off their hats. There was a person dressed as Groot with a full costume including a 3-foot head and we Asked if that person was allowed in as they were being escorted inside by staff. We were told that that person in the costume was an employee and the staff member we were speaking to said we dont make the rules.About a minute later another employee came up and told the person in front of us that because it was Halloween they were allowing people to wear hats into the venue. You can imagine this was very infuriating and staff were not apologetic at all.Once we were inside a friend of mine ordered a drink from the bar (vodka cranberry juice) and was told it would be $28USD. When she told the bartender she no longer wanted the drink because it was too expensive he threw the cup across the bar, into the sink and rudely looked past her and called out NEXT .After standing inside for 3 hours listening to typical club music we decided to check the nightclubs website to see if they had any more details on what time the actual concert would start. Their website stated that most headliners Go on stage between 1:30 and 2:30am.This would have been an excellent detail to include in the confirmation email when we purchased our tickets. At this point we were so frustrated that we just decided to leave which was a major disappointment but we were all tired and honestly having a miserable time. $200 and 4.5 hours absolutely wasted on this garbage event. It was also a costume contest that evening and the grand prize was $5,000 cash. Our group found it incredibly convenient when the person wearing the Groot costume who we were told was an employee of the nightclub, won the $5,000 grand prize.Absolutely appalling service from this venue. If I was a performer I would be embarrassed to be associated with this place.
Very polished new club experience for Vegas. What I like about the nighttime events is they don’t artificially keep people waiting to make it seem busier than it is. We got their 45 mins after they opened and strolled right in. Will grab the expedited entry for tiesto as we want to get there after 1am but the people we talked to said it wasn’t bad later. Solid open feel to this establishment. Also the sound system is spot on. If you are a fan of the DIRTY FILTHY BEATS I have a feeling you won’t be disappointed. And as always it’s Vegas drinks aren’t “cheap” yes you will pay $25 more for tiesto than DJ Pauly D (idk who even pays to see that guy and I’m from jersey). And the doormen are very professional as long as you are respectful, they already have it figured out after being open for a short time.Solid experience can’t wait to return possibly when we are here for edc.
They kicked me out because my prescriptions weren’t in a bottle with my name… assaulted me. Ridiculously expensive. $100 for two drinks
Went on Saturday night. So packed, you cant move. I signed up for their guest list but still waited for about an hour and a half to get in. They dont follow thei dress code.
(They took down two of my previous reviews! I’ll keep posting.) Watch out, this club does not care at all about you or your valuables! My phone was stolen in front of the stage at Zouk at a section that only those with wristbands could be in. I did see the person taking it and running away. I ran to security to let them know and they basically did nothing. They kept making me walk all around the hotel with heels to get help and fill out forms as the staff had no idea what to do. One of the staff took a picture of me on his phone while I was crying saying that is necessary for them to check the videos to locate the person. Funny enough I never heard back from them and when I followed up was treated very poorly saying that they have no permission to check the videos of the club! Also, if you don’t have a table here, you’re in the outskirts of the club!
Left my group between DJ sets from the dance floor to go to the bathroom after getting there early at 10PM to get a good spot on the dance floor. Bouncers wanted you to pay to get back or stand in “line”. When asked where the line was they couldn’t tell you. They made the entrances to the dance floors exit only and did not care. $50 general admission is a guarantee that they do not care about customers and that they want more and more and more $$$. Typical Vegas attitude. Do not recommend. Save your money and see the DJs at legitimate places that allow you to get back to where you were standing.
Moved to Vegas last year, and heard about a secret speakeasy, or ski chalet bar inside Resorts World. After finally getting over to RW and getting lost looking for the place, randomly got helped from a managing partner who works for the property.Major props to Curt. Thanks brother.Great customer experience & outstanding service.(Pictured: Japanese Old Fashioned @ FUHU)
Where do I start? First and last time at Zouk, doors open at 10:30, and the advertised artist will come out around 3am. Which I was told is normal for this club. I was a bit shocked at the $60 tab for 2 tequila sodas, but for Vegas club prices..I guess its not THAT crazy, but it’s clear they are dragging out the night to run up their alcohol sales. The club itself is a really cool venue, the lights and actual vibe of the place is one of its only redeeming factors. The layout of the club is not too great, if you don’t have a table, expect to feel like you’re always in the way as people are constantly trying to push through crowds just to get deeper into the venue, stepping on toes, spilling drinks, etc.I attended the club specifically for Travis Scott, along with a majority of the audience members. The opening DJs were so bad, like really bad. First things first, if your headliner is a rap artist, chances are the crowd wants to hear rap. Not mediocre EDM (at best). Any decent song they played was terribly remixed and left the club standing still. Also they played the same songs like 3-4 times. By the time Travis Scott came out a lot of the crowd was sitting on the floor, lucky for them Travis is an A1 performer and turned the night around, got the club hyped, and put on a show.TLDR: Drinks are taxed heavily, their DJs are genuinely trash. The entry line was about as eventful as the entire night got until the headliner.
The visuals and lighting were great. Outside of that there is not one good thing to be said about this venue. The layout is horrible. The dancing area is small and VIP only. Other than that theres huge tables everywhere and walkways for everyone else to dance in. This place is a trap that lures you in with major headliners, but is easily one of the worst clubs in Vegas.
Amazing experience went to see Illenium with my group front stage, everyone was really nice and accommodating and the layout was stunning with great views from the tables.
Rude staff, no ambiance, only bottle services seated place $$$$. Worst bar ever ... had my worst night ever in a club. Staff is rude. Nowhere to sit if you dont get a table. The bar tender yelled at my wife because she took a vodka redbull and he did not see her open bar wristband. He dumped them in the sink because it was not included. According to reviews I am not the only one disappointed....
I cant believe the club would not let us know the headliner Deadmau5 wasnt going to make it. We stayed until 3am and continued to purchase $18 bottles of water. There was no communication. Very upset.
Security is ridiculous. I get creating a safe environment and I am for that! What I am not for is watching as people are accosted and violated. I met a really great group of people and decided to go hang out with them at the club. They were even on the vip which is why we went there because of their excitement. I was headed to the Marquee at the Cosmopolitan and they convinced me to go with them. Bad choice!!! Never have I seen such disrespectful service. Touching and sticking there hand in people bags and on personal item, completely overstepping and violating all of us. Why do you have a flashlight? No one does this. I have never witnessed profiling this blant!!! The main lady and her staff needs training in customer service, appropriate touch and diversity. Thank God we had better options. I was going to stay at Resort World… but not now!!!
Lots of fun ,Very good vibes ,Super packed and Dance floor kind of small be careful going to big events because the space was way too small for the amount of people they allowed in.Also service at the bar in the middle had bad customer service and I decided just not to buy anything from that one.Other than that had a good time.
Like any other clubs in the casinos it was not great at all. VIP only gives you permission to skip the line (dont overpay for that, its not worth it). Lots of people who dont dance but show off and moving from one spot to another. You cant get into the dance floor easily, because what? Because there are too many people that we want to get money from! More, more money! To hang your coat/jacket cost $25, Red bull $13, cocktail $22. Those tables cost $12-15 thousand of dollars and honestly its not the best experience ever. Anyways, guys please avoid those famous clubs on the strip. If you want quality dance music, less crowded and inexpensive club - find something different, unless you want to see your favorite Dj.P.S. the light show was great though.
I went to the absolute worst club in Las Vegas tonight. My friends and I to this horrible establishment, we got a section that was 2k. We ended up spending 2400 which was no big deal. The problem came in when security and the waitress tried kicking my friends and I out the section after we stop buying additional bottles before the main act came on. to get another party in the section. We had a 30 minute argument with the staff. This club does not care how much money you spend. When you stop spending, they want you out. There are WAY better clubs you can go to if your in Vegas that won’t treat you like this..stay FAR away from this place.
The prices are just ridicolous. It seems as if they only want rich people in this Club. 20$ for a beer never makes sense. They pay 50cents for it max.
Avoid this club packed like sardines can’t dance can’t move without squishing someone music wasn’t great. If you didn’t have a table (which were already terribly packed) you just stood around. You were shoulder to shoulder with people. Drinks being thrown everywhere . Extremely blacked out drunk people everywhere that want to pick fights. Security doesn’t care about anything they just let anyone into sections. If you come to see an artist just know they won’t appear until almost 2am. When they do it’s a 7 minute performance . Exits are not easy to get to it was so unsafe how many people they squeeze into here. They should get some kind of fine for how unsafe it is . Avoid it at all cost!
Never have I ever wanted to leave a nightclub so bad until going to this one, saw the bartender get all pissed when I closed my tab after seeing the price of 4 drinks. I dont care who you are wealth wise, drink prices at this place are ridiculous. Too crowded and they still didnt open up a whole quadrant of the club seeing how everyone inside wasnt able to squeeze thru just to use the bathroom. Hosted the emo night as well only to play edm/club music and no music for the people who they were hosting the vip PAID event for.
Zero rating if possible. We went for DJ Snake concert. Few things to keep in mind-1) They showed timing at 10 PM but when we went there there they told us that it opens at 11.2) Later when I queried they told us that He doesn’t come on stage before 1:30 am.3) There was no place to sit there unless you buy VIP ticket and spend a lot on drinks. Folks only in VIP private area were treated good.4) They were a bit racist too.5) We brought tickets(not a guest entry) but still there was no re-entry. We starving but there was nothing to eat inside.6) Before 1:30 it was more awful.I feel all they are charging for ambience which good but overall experience was pretty bad. Big no unless you are ready to spend few thousand dollars.
Just to share my experience, we came for Emo Nite and had a great time! I gave to give a shout to Paolo the security guard, as women in a nightclub, some guys cant take a hint when told that we dont want to be bothered, and Paolo was having none of it! He had a great attitude, escorted the guys not listening away, and watched out for us and even gave a nod or a thumbs up check in if someone else came over to us (and other ladies nearby!). This made the biggest difference in any night club setting as you just want to feel safe to have fun!
The music and lighting are spectacular, and DJ Kaskade was an instant favorite with my family. Please keep in mind that if you reserve a TABLE for VIP, they will charge you immediately when you arrive at the club! Customer service irritates me! Instead of enjoying and having fun, they keep cleaning while we dance. THE SERVERS, JANITORS, AND WAITRESS CONTINUE TO ANNOY YOU TO THE POINT WHERE YOU CANT EVEN HAVE FUN! WE ONLY WANT TO ENJOY THE PARTY, BUT THE RULES ARE CRAZY AND STRICT!
60$ for 2 shots and a red bull. They are full of themselves. They will lure you in with amazing DJ talent, but drink elsewhere. Learn from my experience. Dance floor was a joke. Best place for chilling was near bathroom entrance. Plenty of room for dancing and great views of DJ booth. Its obvious this place only cares about what you spend there. Be smart.
Staff is an embarrassment to all nightclubs and nightclub owners who actually try to make it a good time for their guests. The maximum capacity is wayyy to high, don’t expect to have any room to dance, or be able to get ANYWHERE in that place. All they care about is profits and letting more people in to bill and buy alcohol. They DO NOT care about you once you are inside. I’ve NEVER EVER seen this at any night club or concert venue in my entire life. the reviews are correct! Avoid this place like the plague.
Worst venue i have ever been too on the strip... this place likes to make things up as they go or that best suits them. Marcos the manager is this short person who most likely was on a power trip that night. He was extremely unprofessional. Extremely EXTREMELY unprofessional. First encounter they NEVER escorted me out. They had to escort me out on his second trip when they came back to my my table for no reason (no warnings) because they had no reason too. I was humiliated over and over again and that was extremely uncalled for. I was not intoxicated at that time to where I was not functional. But they came back to the table second round and they had to say let us talk to you for a little bit, just to walk me half way to the exit so they can kick me out because they said i was being aggressive...there was so many witnesses. Which is why i could not understand... the music was loud so i got close to them because i couldnt hear them. But they said because i got close to them i was being aggressive. You guys came to my table first to humiliate me.... over and over again. I have all right to ask for detail receipt of what they charged me with there venue fee their tax and included gratuity. But they did not want to let me see, even though i kept asking for it over and over again... i have all the right to ask what i am paying for...WORST EXPERIENCE... please this venue should be removed or change of management.
Deadmau couldn’t make it, instead of telling us the club continued to serve expensive drinks and pretend all was good. Over priced drinks, poor information, lack of process or compensation trying to feed money off the people….
My group was so excited to check out the newest club what ruined our experience was the staff was so rude we got there at 1040 so it wasn’t packed and the first rude encouragement was me asking the staff a question the guy was so rude and didn’t answer my question and I’m super nice so I could understand if it was a different situation but that was 1 then I got in line to go into the dance floor and that worker was the rudest he literally made us want to just leave we waited in line for 1 hour and he kept letting people cut us and when I told him nicely! That we were next his response said do u want to get in or not ? It was just many comments he was making it was like being rude was part of there policy I know no one cares but the experience was just bad
Club itself is great. Its a Large venue, with a awesome light display. Where ot falls short, is like other reviews say, you essentially need VIP for dance floor access. If you can get on the free entrance guest list, Id say its worth thr visit. But for the cover price (75$ for males the night we went) I wouldnt bother
Worst experience still waiting to see T Pain, people in the front waiting not able to access water or a restroom because of rhe capacity. Waste of money and security is the worse
Layout is horrible. It seems they really wanted to sell a commercial IG or influencer experience, but failed horribly. If youre are not VIP or have table service you will be in the walk ways with no where to dance, not to mention pushy staff and no way to get a drink and get back. The whole front of the stage and dance area is for VIPs and tables only. With that more than half the tables are empty, leaving a ton of empty space with GA people squished into the walk ways with no where to go.The lighting is great but the sound and smoke are terrible. The sound does not encapsulate or or surround the venue with dead spots everywhere. Each time they blast the smoke it drowns out all the music. They really need to adjust the layout.
Overall a terrible experience at this club. They had multiple lines to get in, with small signs, so we ended up waiting for over an hour in the guest list line even though we already bought tickets. Once we got inside, the whole place was so packed with people that we could barely move, let alone dance. The incredibly loud smoke machines would come on every time the music dropped, drowning out the sound of the music itself. Our tickets said 10 PM but Tiesto didnt come on until around 1:30 AM. Also, someone threw up in the corner near us and none of their staff came to clean it up the whole time we were there. We ended up leaving about 20 minutes after Tiesto came on because we just couldnt stand to stay there any longer. I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
Bought tickets to the day club and it got canceled last second due to weather. I have been trying to contact customer service for months to get a refund but have gotten zero responses to my emails and no one will answer the phone. Emailed everyone from the PR manager (Amanda Jade Tan) to the CEO (Andrew Li) and have not gotten a single response. These guys are crooks and will cancel for any reason and keep your money, dont risk it!
This club has got to be one of the worst clubs ever.. and I live in Colorado Springs where there are only like 2 which are somehow more fun. The staff, in every interaction, were comically rude. I wish I could say Im joking, but as we were standing (you cant dance because the configuration is narrow hindering any dancing and you cant sit unless you spend am exorbitant amount on a table), one of the employees was sweeping the floor with no room and pushed the guy next to me out if thr way to get something without any warning. She then started sweeping near my shoes and fully swept them multiple times with no care and got them dirty for no reason. Drinks were absurd with a 12 oz white claw costing 15 bucks. I will say I thought it looked cool but it become apparent very quickly that there was no real care for making it enjoyable or worthwile but more lets see how much money we can milk out of everyone for the bare minimum of quality. I am saddened too because I really wanted to see Zedd but he wasnt coming on until 1:30am when it said to be there by 10:30 and the place was 1000% not made to be at longer than 45 min as standing around wasting money constantly taking up the hallway makes it a bit difficult to survive. Do not even think about water either theyll charge you 14 bucks for the tiniest water bottle Ive ever seen and get rude when you dont want it anymore.
Best club Ive attended in a long time. Also T-Pain was great
I’ve never been to a club that doesn’t follow the maximum capacity rule. Couldn’t dance due to how filled the place was. Was literally squished between people the entire time. They hire cartoon villains for security that is comically rude to you. They are so rude that you can’t even take it personal, they just yell and shout at everything and everybody that comes and doesn’t follow the very strict rules. God forbid asking any of them or directions to a restroom because they’ll laugh in your face and dare you leave a bad review. Well here I am leaving a bad review to hopefully negatively affect your business. The bad reviews are correct, this just isn’t a good place to club at especially when there’s so many better offerings 5 minutes away.
BOO! Superficial, expensive, judgmental AND the headliners dont go on until 130am. Spent 100 on tickets to see Kaskade and we arrived at 10pm which is already pretty late. Then at midnight to be told Kaskade wont be on until 130am. You guys need to state that on your website or when buying tickets since you have alot of out-of-staters who arent used to those late set times. I wouldnt have wasted money if I wouldve known that info. Also its 60 dollars for ONE rum and coke cocktail--you heard that right. My husband spent 14 dollars on a tiny water bottle that the staff refused to let him refill in the bathroom with tap water. He has health issues and needs to stay hydrated but they didnt care. No whee to sit unless you want to spend 2,500 dollars on VIP. My husband was told he couldnt wear his hat but saw multiple people come in with hats later in the night. I thought my local nightclub back home was bad but this place is the worst, most superficial, rip-off of a nightclub Ive ever been to. Avoid at all costs!!!!
Its like any other night club. The audio quality was surprisingly good though. Really well balanced and crisp. The lights make for good photos but werent anything special. Like a typo club, they over sold the venue so it was uncomfortably packed. You couldnt move and you kept getting hit by strangers. The opening DJ svely or something was terrible. So bad I wanted to leave. No one was feeling it and no one was dancing. Security made no sense. Made me throw away my gum but let me keep my drink and snack. Floor was super uncomfortable and the main act didnt come on till 1 am. That seems like a normal time for Vegas but I was really over it before the main act even came out. Id only go back if I had a booth.
I went here for my birthday and after waiting an hour in line to get into the place, we walked into the club although there was no clear entrance or sign or vibe that made you feel like you were entering a club other than LED lights on the ceiling. There was a circle bar in the front entrance so I went around it to the right and went straight into the club club where I saw a bar and restroom.I ended up spending the first hour just getting my drink at that bar that has practically no space to order, let people get into the club, or go to the bathroom. It was packed like sardines but it wasnt bc it was lit it was bc HALF THE CLUB WAS CUT OFF TO GUESTLIST/GA!!! There were ropes cutting off MOST of the club and it didnt give anyone a proper space to dance or see the dj which is what we come for. After squeezing thru everyone to try to get in the middle of the club where I thought I would have access too, I saw another bar across the club. When I got to the 2nd bar I realize that if i had just TURNED LEFT AT THE CIRCLE BAR instead of going straight then I would have avoided that over crowded bar and walk way they call a dance floor. The visuals and the lights were really cool but their fog machine was SHOCKINGLY LOUD and it made people jump every single time. It was cool but Ive never seen a fog machine be so loud like that and wish they would have done it differently or at least have the DJ announce when the fog is gunna come on.The free drinks werent that strong honestly. I was excited when I first got in but then was quickly disappointed when I realized I couldnt fully enjoy the club.On top of that my night was cut short because 3 different people told me I could re enter after 1:30am and the club closes at 4. I tried to re enter at 2:50am, mind you it takes about 10 minutes to walk through the casino to the parking garage one way, and they turned down me and 2 beautiful women I was with, because they need to go home at some point and if we keep letting people in well never go home. Wait what?!?! I didnt want to argue so we just left because it wasnt even worth it but Im sorry I have never heard of a brand new so called high-end club not accepting guest in over an hour of the club closing. Like trust me we were NOT going to be staying past closing and I have worked events, festivals, and EDC all on my own accord. Yeah it was hard work to stay up and do it all again the next day but thats the job that I signed up for so Im not going to complain to guests about that and refuse them re entry because of other messy guests. Apparently the cut off of re entry is 2:30am but no one told us that!! The music and the lights were the only good thing about the place. Tao was still better than this.
Generally disappointed with our experience at this club. Even though it was a busy weekend, we had prepaid for an open bar. One would assume this would mean we have easy, open access to alcohol for the prescribed time. We were not allowed into the establishment until 25 minutes after our 2 hour, prepaid open bar began. We were consistently waiting more than twenty minutes per well drink. It got even worse if we wanted to get on the dance floor. It took over 30 minutes for one member of our group to make it back to the dance floor, even with drinks for the rest of our group. The DJ(s) were good during our several hours present, however, the difficulty experienced actually making it to the dance floor was unexpected for such a new & premier club.Overall, I would be hesitant to recommend this club during a busy weekend. It may be better during the week or during an uneventful weekend, but we did not have the opportunity to experience it under those circumstances.Proceed with caution if your group wants to patronize this establishment.
Came here on a Saturday night. Drinks are expensive but if you have been to a club anywhere, you expect that. It is what it is.Big Space, great DJ (Zedd headlined) and security was just pushy enough to maintain order, which is good imo because its packed in there. Bartenders are fast and pretty friendly. Overall a great night, will be repeating several nights this week.
We tried to get tickets for Tiesto on May 5th, 2023, and it became the worst experience for me. Besides Ive never got my ticket from their seller, -FEVO-, and my wife and her sister had to enter the place by themselves, there was a huge line for the entrance, and personnel was trying to make a guests list by using a pen and notebook! Come on guys, you are claiming that you are the biggest and fanciest nightclub in Las Vegas, but trying to keep a list like 90s! It was extremely disorganized from the beginning. But funniest thing is my wife was not aware of the line, so somehow they entered to line from the end of first group (without putting their names on that huge guests list), and skipped waiting for other 3 groups! We are sorry for the people in waiting list, it was not our fault. Before starting to write this review, Ive seen that Francisco Sanchez was also complaining about this changing lines and being super disorganized on another Tiesto event at September 17. Once they were in, staff was very rude to my wife and her sister, and club was packed times packed! They couldnt find a good spot to have fun, and paid $100 for 2 drinks, so they left very early after 1 or 2 songs. We paid $60+fees for 2 tickets for ladies, but tickets for a man start from $75+fees and I didnt even get my ticket! plus, they are refusing to make refund (I dont know if FEVO or Zouk is the one to blame)!!! Honestly, its a place to skim you until your last pennies. I dont recommend going there for Tiesto at least.
I did not understand the hype with this place. The bouncers are mostly fired mall security as they are on some kind of power trip. The place is small for the us peasants, as the place wants you to get a table. If you love being butts to nuts and having no room to even put your hand in the air, then this is your place. The dress code was nonexistent even though it’s dress to impress on their website. They let people pretty much looking homeless. The drinks are way over price, even for Vegas. Over all it’s a trash night club that’s way over price.
Got there early so as to avoid a huge line. 20 min after standing in line a guy comes and starts yelling at everyone to form a line between two poles. Woulda been wise to direct the line before there was 75 people there so girls in heels and dresses then hopped over the stanchions and ropes as directed. We were then directed during entry to security and I had a new pack of gum in my hand that the security girl immediately threw in the trash with disgust. Ok, moving on. Get just inside the main entrance and the girl scolds me and says Im in the wrong line after checking my stamp, guy next to her realizes shes being unnecessarily rude and says no big deal man have a good night. (We were in the same line they directed us in the entire time). Ok, so 3 horrible encounters before getting inside. I went to buy a round of drinks and I had 2 drink tickets, Bartender seemed as bothered as the girl at the door and says those are no good now. OK fine, so I ordered 3 drinks and asked for 2 tap waters. She says they dont have tap water and its only Fiji...ok so I spent over $100 and tipped a rude Bartender for waters... sure. Next encounter was a brawl that hit my girlfriends legs and almost took out the girl next to her. First I tried to break up the fight because security was nowhere to be seen and they were sprawled out on the floor behind us so I finally stood up and spotted not 1 but 2 security who were oblivious. The fight broke itself up and the people didnt even get tossed. I had a chain around my wrist ripped off and lost, my girlfriend didnt want to stay after that obviously. Im a local of 16 years and Ill never be going back to this place. Horrible staff.
Advertised that jack Harlow was going to be here. His flight got cancelled which is out of both his and nightclubs control. The club then chose to disclose this information to the thousand plus people who waited in line for hours with the promise of getting an exclusive night with jack Harlow. Scuzzy practices and extremely high drink prices on top of that. Do not recommend. I hope anyone who had to pay to get in gets refunded in full.
Vegas is Vegas but this place is in another world when it comes to money grabbing. 25 usd for basic rail booze is insane. And you buy tickets ahead of time online through their portal you get auto scammed. Was charged 700usd by an affiliate site that said metafacebookprt. No response from these guys either. Wanting to take every last scent from someone is pretty strange
VIP only gets you through the wait of a line. Not worth it at all. Ticket said more but that wasnt the case. Unless you reserve a table. Youre not getting VIP treatment. Not knowing all this I walk through an area leading to dance floor, not knowing I needed permission and I had someone yell at me all crazy that I cant go through that way. Very unprofessional. Other employees were civil though. I didnt like that experience at all. Plus its pretty pricey. I dropped a pretty penny on drinks.
Went to go see Odesza for one of many time, huge fan. Cant believe they chose here as venue. My three friends and I spent thousands of dollars to come and buy tickets to be smashed around inside by people and rude bouncers. No part of this was an Odesza vibe. I never thought I would see the day that I left an Odesza show early but yet here we are. Complete waste of time and money. Odesza, please dont do this again, this is not your vibe
Being a local in Vegas, I’ve frequented this place numerous times, both guest list and tables. I usually have a great time because they have an awesome sound system and light setup, however today I had a poor interaction with one of their staff members. I was walking to get to the end of the guest list line and needed to get past by a group of people that were standing in a walkway. I politely said “excuse me” and this short guy wearing a blue suit looked at me, scowled his face and then looked down at his phone and blurted “you can walk around”. First off, there isn’t any reason give me attitude, secondly, you’re standing and blocking a walkway. Also, don’t try to act like you’re so important that you can’t even bother to look at someone that you’re talking to. I later notice that he was walking people to the front, so he was clearly an employee, which is even more infuriating. I’ve have never experienced this obnoxious rude behavior before at any of the clubs on the strip. I suppose there is a first for everything. You literally have promoters begging people to come to your club, the least you can do is be nice. Do better Zouk.
Not sure why the ratings are so low, just came for the RL Grime show and it was hype! The club is clean, new, great production and easy guest list line. I’d give the venue a 3.5/5 but the 5 stars are purely for Scottie M the bouncer!!! He’s phenomenal and made sure everyone got on the dance floor reasonably without an attitude like the bouncer on the other side. Scottie M made sure I was safe when some annoying guy was trying to take me on the dance floor. He was also compassionate enough (after he made sure the annoying guy wasn’t a threat) to ensure his night was okay too. He’s literally the best and you guys gotta give this man a raise!!! I hope the social media teams/management and Scottie all see this review!!
One of the only clubs in Vegas I did not enjoy. The railings round the room made it a maze just to get to the dance floor. It was small and cramped. The bartenders were the worst here. They barely poured any alcohol in the drinks and when asked to pour a little more, they told us to tip more. Mind you, our company rented our the entire place and spent a lot of money. The bouncers were strict and killed the fun vibes.I do not recommend this club and will not return.
Incredibly overcrowded and scary inside, stupid expensive, you cant even get a glass of water. We bought tickets to Ludacris scheduled for 10-12 and he didnt go on until after 2:30. Dont waste your money or time on this terrible club. Worst experience of my entire trip.
Do not waste your time. The club is 80% VIP areas, which are mostly empty, and the 20% of general admission area is so packed you cannot walk, let alone dance. The staff is extremely rude, and rather than looking out for the drunk people literally throwing up on the general admissions area, they are looking out for people to not step into the VIP area or yelling at you for no reason making threatening accusations. This place is definitely violating several health and safety codes. I would advise anyone to not waste your precious Vegas night here, there are plenty of other clubs following health and safety laws that you can enjoy your time at.
The company I work for sponsored a party here for a trade show. It was an amazing experience. Our table/booth was front and center - fantastic view of the dance floor, the DJ directly on the other side of the dance floor and the screens and light show. This club knows how to follow through on VIP treatment. I hope Im lucky enough to attend more if these types of events at Zouk.
Zouk was decent - good air flow, decent sound system, cool stage / light equipment and setup…definitely packed and pushy, partly as others mentioned due to the insane amount of space reserved for private booths. The staff was fine enough, bartenders were ok and attentive…definitely tough to find space to have as your own till things thin out towards the end of the night. Worth a visit if you want to see an artist you really like, wouldn’t skip it for the cons I mentioned.
I bought a general admission ticket for Peso Pluma last night, and it was a huge disappointment. They only had a DJ playing from 10pm-2am. Peso Pluma came on stage at 2am, and it only lasted 10 minutes. This club was overpriced and not accommodating to the guests. Everyone was upset and the crowd left unhappy. Save your money and go to a better venue.
I don’t leave bad reviews typically. We arrived 1 hour after doors were open and the dance floor was roped off. At least 50% of the club floor was setup as tables and booths. The dance floor maybe had 150 people total. The rest of GA was standing at the bar areas or basically aisle ways. We went to XS nightclub and Drai’s this weekend also and saw nothing like this, would highly recommend you skip this club if you are looking at buying a GA ticket.
As a woman in Vegas, this place has the worst customer service. Don’t trust the “free drink” tickets. They only let you use the watered down vodka. It’s extremely obvious and as soon as you show your free drink ticket you get like an eye roll. I’m here with 7 girls and we were all appalled at the service here left immediately. I even brought and used cash tips for the free drinks…. Would not recommend this club, I’ve had a way better time elsewhere
The lady staff near the guest list queues were very rude and making up new rules for even gender ratio so that our group of men would have to pay double the charges for a special DJ night. We would have gotten tickets online for regular rates if you had communicated earlier. Very bad experience and ruined our entire night.
Been here twice on guest list, there is only one dance floor and it is full almost immediately, then you’ll need to line up to get to it. If you get in you can’t leave to get drinks or use the restroom without giving up your spot. Rest of the place is mostly hallways
Went for Emo night on Friday night while in town for a festival.Queued forever to get in. Paid $85 for three weak vodka cokes after spending ages trying to push and shove to the 1 single bar they had open for GA.You can see anything or access any of the dance floors with GA tickets so it’s a waste of time since you’re basically dancing in jam packed walkways and can’t see the stage anyway.1 star for the production only - which was incredible to be fair. No Emo music in sight. Don’t be catfished by this place.
The vast majority of the club is VIP tables, leading to an extremely crowded and cramped general admission section. You cant go two seconds without getting bumped by someone.Sound system is great but the smoke machines went off for EVERY drop, regardless of how good it was. Oftentimes it drowned out the drop altogether. Tiesto deserves better than that. Also WAY too loud. I couldnt hear for hours after leaving. There are much better clubs in Vegas imo.
Complete money suck with rancid vibes ... you wait in line forever only to be herded to a different line and then once you get in have to wait in line to get to stand on the dance floor among the most cursed crowd of people packed together like sardines. the worst experience i had in vegas by far
To start my review, let me share an exchange I overheard between someone in line right ahead of my group and a worker at Zouk: we had been in line already for 2+ hours and Zouk employees had started walking down the line telling everyone that men were now $75 to get in. A young woman ahead of me asks, “but we’re on the guest list. I thought that meant it was free entry”. Employee responds. “Rules changed. Men are now $75”. Obviously the woman in line was perplexed. I’ve been to a few Vegas clubs and the guest list does not guarantee you free entry or even entry at all if capacity is hit early. But the way it was said to this woman was just bad. And later we would learn that like less than 30 minutes later, everyone was now $75 to enter. At that point, my group started talking. Then we started reading reviews that we may never even get onto the dance floor the way Zouk is constructed. The organization to get into the club seemed like a mess and after almost three hours of being in line, we were not interested in paying $40+ per drink and to have to probably stand outside a mile away from the DJ booth. Don’t you want our money? Too much time standing around waiting and now we aren’t spending money on anything at Resorts World or Zouk.
Went to see Zedd and had an awful experience because of staff and overcrowding. There are so many tables that theres no room to dance. If you leave the dance floor to buy drink or use the restroom you will not get back into the dance floor and your group will most likely get split up. People are so squished in the aisles that bottle service will push you to get to a table. They did have an outside portion but it was so crowded we couldnt get through to see it. Honestly, the vibes were just horrible. It felt like a place for people to flaunt money. 0 out of 5.
Best light show I’ve ever seen in a club! Can’t wait to go again!
So we reserved guest list tickets months in advance for Odesza on Dec29. ADVERTISED AS FREE FOR women and MEN. Show up to the venue night of to be told it’s now $100 per male in a group. What an absolute waste. Unreal.
It’s nearly impossible to enjoy a show when the venue is so crowded you can’t even find a place to stand or see what’s going on. And when you DO find a place to stand, you’re quickly ushered away by an aggressive bouncer attempting to herd you away with the beam of a flashlight, so you can wonder around aimlessly all night. The dress code is also very confusing. I will not be back or recommend this venue to anyone. What’s the point of paying for a concert if you can’t enjoy it at all whatsoever? The quality of experience is so low here because they’re more interested in making money and packing as many people in as possible, than the actual human beings who keep the business afloat. Do better.
Bought two tickets to go see Post Malone, after his concert. We came from Canada, and we’re hoping to have a great experience. We pre bought Tickets they were 125$ each, which they should of stopped selling awhile ago. There was a massive line of people with no tickets that they were still letting in, the venue was well passed capacity. Since it was cold out no one was in the outside section which made the inside so cramped. It was wall to wall people, couldn’t even move your arms, you pretty much had to find a spot and stay there the whole night, could not dance unless you paid 1-5K for a booth, and couldn’t see the stage. Dress code was out the window, they let anyone in who had money. At one point I asked the bartender if this was normal, he said this was behind full, even he looked concerned. We were wondering why when we were entering the club, a lot of people were leaving, and it’s probably because they felt unsafe. We only stayed for 45 minutes, and didn’t get to see Post, because it was just getting more and more sketchy. Had there been a fight, something health related or everyone rush the stage when Post came on, it would of been kaos. There was even a grandma there with her Post Malone shirt, that was all squished and uncomfortable because she just wanted to see him perform again. This club doesn’t care about the safety or the experience of anyone attending. I doubt anyone would go to this place twice. As long as they sell as many tickets as they can and get to flaunt which celebrities perform there, that’s all they care about. As bad as it is I think something does need to happen at this club, to open their eyes that what they’re doing is wrong.
Went there last night for Jack Harlow, it was our first night in Vegas. After getting a drink from the bar we went into the crowd and my phone, debit card, cash and ID were all stolen right out of my bag. Just sharing so others can be aware and watch out
Terrible first impression of the Vegas club nightlife. Come here on holiday expecting great things. Not only was our $100 tickets only enough to access the outer edges of the dancefloor, as we needed to pay for the more expensive tickets to actually get into the centre of the club, but also the speaker system was absolutely pony. Every time there was a drop the smoke machine went off and pierced our ears, drowning out the music, even if the drop was average, presumably as a marketing tactic. Also cost me $22 for a shot of vodka, and the barmaid started beefing me when I jokingly questioned the price. Would be a 0/5 if possible - AVOID.
Had a great time dancing, I don’t drink but can comment a club soda is $10 I think. Got there early, dance floor was at capacity about 30-40 minutes in. Granted this was Halloween weekend. You have to queue and wait to get back to the dance floor, some guy was pushing and knocked a few girls off balance which could have easily ended up in a ruined night for one or the girls. Great light show and I loved the Dj playing the violin. Despite being packed in most people were polite and just wanted to dance.
This club is racist and when I say racist it’s brown against brown. Unfortunately the two brown girl security guards said me and my friends were too drunk to enter the club when we weren’t. We tried to explain that one is dealing with kerataconis which is a serious medical condition to which they replied “we don’t care we’re in charge of who goes in”: I asked them sincerely is this because we’re brown, which they were brown too working entry level jobs, to which they we replied “I don’t care we’re in charge of who goes in”. Sadly, these two Hispanic ladies, dressed in tuxedos, continued to say “we don’t care we’re in charge of who goes in”: unfortunately this isn’t a place for people of color, shown with the disrespect of our own people (of people working entry level jobs, securities at a club) I hope they can be educated and learn that we deserve the same as the people they serve. Sometimes they treat others better than their own kind and so with honest words I recommend no one of color come here
Guest list is just a metaphor. To be fair, Its easier for girls but for guys you will need to pay extra ($100) to get to the dance floor(??)My husband and I arrived around 11pm and the line has started. No problem got in by showing the guest list confirmation over text. I just wish they could have be clear about the second gate to get to the dance floor or you basically just got stuck with whole bunch of dudes right by the outdoor ayu pool area or by the bar. Like I said, I had no problem getting into the dance floor but I didn’t want to leave my husband behind to pay that $100 charge. Especially the email clearly says free of charge for men before midnight. Well, it’s true to get in free but that extra fee for dance floor just totally ruin the vibe. Luckily we didn’t stay in line too long to get in or I would totally flip off if I waited for 1-2 hrs like other reviews and then got that extra charge. Anyways, we left right away. Just bad taste overall.
Pros - its pretty spacious inside compared to Marquee, XS etc so you can usually find a decent spot to stand. Great sound and lighting, maybe the best Ive seen in LV. Getting in with paid tickets is easy-breezy (or wait endlessly in the guest list line). DJ lineup in 2022/2023 has been outstanding! Cons: non-existent dress code - you can dress like youre going to Walmart and still get in fine. No smoking allowed indoors IIRC (vaping seems to get a pass). Will definitely be back, Ive been here for several shows including Zedd, Kaskade and I dont understand all the negative reviews. If you got kicked out - guess what, they probably had good reason. Have fun, be safe!
We were in Las Vegas celebrating a birthday party, and ended up at Gatsby Lounge inside Resort World. We wanted to check out some clubs so as we were leaving, we walked by Zouk. We walked up to the lady at the entrance to asked her how much admission was. She told us that it would be “$75 for ladies”. We had a group of 13 Ladies. So then we wanted to know how much it would be for bottle service (a booth). She got irritated and gave us a nasty attitude and told us “It’s very expensive”.You know, between the 13 of us, a round of drinks can easily be $300. We figured it would be worth it to get bottle service.I get it, I’m business owner, I work in customer service. So I try to be empathetic when I am a patron myself when staff has had a long day and make mistakes, but this was not a mistake. This was completely uncalled for. We were discriminated. That took us completely off guard. We were so turned off by the way she looked at us like we couldn’t afford it, we just left.Staff is very rude here.
