Very disappointed. Booked spa day for 2 oclock. Got to Waldorf and was told they closed at 3 Oclock. Someone should have called once I booked to let me know that they was closing early today and that I wouldnt have gotten to do a full spa day. The entire time I was getting my massage I was thinking of how unhappy I was that I spent 200 for something I could have paid $75 for. Place is beautiful and the lady that did my massage did a great job. But I was only able to enjoy 15 minutes of the 60 minutes massage. If your visiting Las Vegas make sure before booking online you call and ask if they are opened for full day. If not dont waste your money on this place.
Such a beautiful and relaxing spa! Your treatment appointment starts with an option of bubbly, tea or water - then you get access to their facility either before or after. Steam and sauna rooms, specialty pressure showers, hot tub, comfy relaxation beds, delicious snack bars that has fruit, infused waters and yummy oat bars that taste heavenly. The spa even has a salon area where you can use their Balmain (for sale) products. Equipped with hairdryer, hair straighteners, hair brushes and combs. A complete luxury relaxation treat when in Vegas!
Loved it! Went to a couple Spas while there last week...this was by far the best experience. Staff friendly, Champagne treat does not disappoint! My therapist, DAISY gave one of THE best massages ever; with a long-flowing technique - Absolute mental heaven. Ladies Lounge had nice nibbles & tea. Quartz lounge chairs were wonderful...not a big Jacuzzi person but did it for a few (the views were great). The price was commensurate with the experience for certain! Wish Id gone there the 2nd time!
Spectacular service. Extraordinary amenities. Killer view. The entire spa has a view of The Strip and the mountains beyond, which is incredibly peaceful from so high up. I enjoyed going from the jacuzzi to the Arctic Storm to the heated stone beds. No details were too small. Lids to keep your tea warm and crushed ice on top of towels to cool off after the steam or laconium. The spa attendants were always there to ensure needs were met. Worth every cent and then some. The treatment room was spacious and beautiful, although the occasional noise from the hallway was sometimes distracting (closing doors and loud talking near the entry) and might be more of an issue on a busier day. The treatment itself was extremely relaxing and something I wish my regular massage therapists could replicate at home. My skin still feels wonderful from the oil!A note on accessibility. The jacuzzi is up a few steps, and I did not see a wheelchair lift - although I think the staff may have tried to accommodate me somehow, should I have asked for assistance. Before I indicated I was alright without too much help, one of the spa attendants was at my side. There was adequate room for me to maneuver in the facilities with my chair. I was low battery, and there was room to plug in my chair and use my cane for a bit since many of the amenities were only a few feet from each other (my pop-up stool wouldve been helpful in the experiential showers, though). Some furnishings could have been spaced out better in the lounge, but overall, I found it manageable to navigate.
It is my fourth time staying at the WALV, things are a bit different post-COVID and post-renovation, but mostly the same.1. The Sky Bar, now known as the Hotel Bar, no longer takes reservation, which makes it a bit tricky to visit. There was no line after 10:30pm, but it was too close to last call, so be prepared to order food and drinks once and for all.2. The Zen Kitchen no longer takes dinner reservation either, which was disappointing as well. The sushi rolls are just as good, but selected appetizers have become smaller (in size). The pork belly, at a price tag of $25, came with three pieces only.3. The room and services were just as excellent as pre-COVID. We enjoyed the daily cleaning service and water. For WALV, the control panel (for lights, sheets, and drapes) did not always work. Maybe it’s time for an upgrade? Just a thought.WALV will continue to be the only hotel that we stay in Vegas.
I had a wonderful massage from Laura, she was great! I thought the facilities were beautiful, though sadly I didnt get the chance to enjoy them as long as I hoped. The hours online list the closing time as 7pm so I planned to relax for awhile after my massage and then make use of the lovely hairdryer/vanity area, however at 6pm I was told they were closing! The staff were very kind in letting me know I had to leave so no worries there, but I just felt a bit disappointed that I had to rush out.
This spa was an incredible, relaxing experience in the hustle and toxic behaviors of Las Vegas. It’s a little tough to get to but the attendants along the way help you. You are greeted at check in and offered a beverage while you wait to be taken on a tour of the premises. There are lots of towel and water stations all over. There are lockers, showers, toilets and stations to dry your hair/apply makeup with mirrors and hair dryers and flat irons included. After that there is a beautiful whirlpool tub with recliner type features built in so you just lay in a reclining position while the whirlpool does it’s job. There is a rest area with blankets that you can relax in or head to prior to your service. I believe one of the features was down when I went, but there are two cold water shower experiences, a slightly warm salt room and then a very steamy steam room. Outside of this area is a constant revolving ice machine churning out ice for cool face towels, which feels great after sweating out in the steam room. There is also a warm recliner bed area but I did not use these. I received a massage from Julie and it was nothing short of fantastic. I told her my preference for deep tissue and it was definitely one of best and most effective I’ve had. The bed has nice warmers and there is relaxing music in the background. I especially love the zero gravity feeling when you’re face up for your massage. There were a few nice features like warm weighted sacks when supine to relax you and a warm foot rub. I do like when you get a warm neck roll or eye mask but that doesn’t take away from this experience. When I went it was fairly empty so it almost felt like I had the entire place to myself. My only gripe would be that I didn’t love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and they had body lotion but no facial lotion (I asked an attendant and was told they do not carry this). So plan on bringing your own if possible. Overall, this is a wonderful five star experience and I can’t wait to return. Well worth the cost.
Did a one-hour massage here to escape the summer Vegas heat. The women’s only facility is beautiful—clean, modern, serene, and not at all crowded. Massage was great, and they had plenty of other things to do afterwards, including heated pool overlooking the strip, cold rain shower room, dry sauna, steam sauna, and some heated stone chairs also with a view. They provide champagne, snacks, and water. Spent an hour exploring the facilities afterwards and felt the $200 price tag was well worth the money.
Pretty spa experience in a beautiful facility. I do wish there was more to do or a coed area. I have been here twice now for massages and to spend some down time. I’ve noticed there is always something down or out of order. I expect more from the Waldorf.
Wow just wow! I have been to several spas in Las Vegas which have all been good but I found this one to be exceptional ! From the moment I arrived the staff members were so professional, kind and welcoming . ( the tea /champagne offered was a plus ) Each member throughout my experience gave first class service . I had a facial and a massage and spent time in the many amenities they offered . I found it so very relaxing and calm and felt so rejuvenated when I left . Every amenity came with a view which really put the experience over the top ! I would highly recommend taking an afternoon to pamper yourself here, you will not be disappointed !
Great spa with excellent service. I came here between checkout and my evening flight. The entire staff was amazing. Special shout out to Dennis and my massage therapist Jasmin. Exceptional individuals. The facilities were very clean and nice. Comfortable relaxed atmosphere throughout. And it wasnt crowded which is a big plus. I will be visiting again during my next Vegas trip.
I advise everyone using valet parking, then enter the top floor to check in. They provide a very private environment on 23rd floor and a elegant sky bar. To get to the room, there are more elevators at 23rd floor. The in-room service is perfect. Just order anything over the phone. Also it’s perfectly clean and fresh. Most importantly, I’ll miss the view from my windows, astonishing.
I treated myself to the Waldorf Astoria spa for my birthday. My whole time there all of the staff made me feel so special and celebrated. They even gave me a gift with bath salts and body oil, and a birthday card signed by all of the staff. My masseuse Laura was so kind and gave me an incredibly relaxing massage. I am so grateful for all of their generous hospitality during my visit.
Medicine was stolen. Left it visible. Didn’t think it would happen given how nice the place is
The spa is one of the best features this hotel has to offer. The mssage therapists are phenomenal and seemingly know all of the spots to focus on and where best to alleviate tension in muscles. I love the steam room, heated rock chairs (though they may not look like they would be comfortable, you could easily fall asleep on them), and all of the extras they offer within the spa. Its a very tranquil environment and perfect for relaxation! I always leave feeling so rejuvenated and would highly reccomend visiting if you have the chance to!
I booked a one hour signature massage + CBD spot treatment with Daisy. The facilities were very nice, the staff very attentive, and I had the best massage Ive ever had. The CBD spot treatment was very effective too. I had neck pain from whiplash that disappeared after my appointment. I highly recommend this spa and booking a service with Daisy. I only wish I had known they were closing an hour earlier than their posted hours that day, because I didnt have much time to enjoy the amenities.
This spa made me feel so relaxed and pampered, went with my fiancé at the beginning of our trip to get facials (which was a new experience for the both of us) and it was definitely one of the highlights. I was a little overwhelmed by the spa amenities but the spa staff were very friendly and helped me feel more comfortable. The spa is a little bit of a maze to find but the people working at the Waldorf were very nice and helpful with us. We can’t wait to go back!
Always an amazing time at the spa with my wife and/or friends. All the team members, whether its the front desk, therapist or attendants are extremely friendly and professional. Have been to the spa at Aria and Wynn and we still prefer the one at WA! Thank you for always taking care of us.
On Friday I had an incredible anti-aging facial! The treatment was so rejuvenating and all weekend my skin looked incredible! I got so many compliments.
If you are looking for a tranquil quiet space to relax and pamper yourself, this is it. The staff here was incredibly attentive, as soon as a towel was placed in a basket it was whisked away, and things were replenished frequently like the complimentary fruit and water bottles. The facilities themselves were amazing. The vitality spa had great views and felt wonderful to soak in. The steam room was one of the steamiest I have ever been in, you almost couldnt see it was so thick and luxurious. The atmosphere is very calming, And youre welcome to use the facilities as long as youd like before or after your appointment while the spa is open. I never felt rushed or like I was overstaying my welcome, I was fine to just relax. The spa treatment themselves here were very well done, I really enjoyed them. The only very minor issue that I came across was that I wish there would have been more clocks around. Its challenging to fully relax knowing you have to watch the time so you dont miss your appointment, and getting up out of a comfy position on the heated stone chairs or leaving the warm waters of the vitality pool to check the time wasnt my favorite part. Its a pretty minor issue though, and isnt a problem if you lounge after your treatment.
This spa is beautiful! I’ve been to many spas around the world and had a great experience at the Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas. I received a deep tissue sports massage by Justin and was satisfied with my treatment. I plan to come back next time I’m in Las Vegas.
The Spa and staff working in the segregated areas are top notch but the staff who provide services are terrible. Massage was average and the facial was horrible-Similar to what you can do at home yourself. Also they cut time on all services beginning your walk to the room (3-4 minutes) at your scheduled time, prep in the room 4-6 minutes and then ending the service 5-10 minutes early. Not at all what I expected.
Excellent experience! Daniel and Jenna did an excellent job. They were so professional and knowledgeable. My massage and body treatments were so relaxing, i fell asleep so many times. Lol. They listen to your needs and make sure you are happy every step of the way. Highly recommend.
My husband and I had a couples Herbal Therapeutic massage over Memorial day weekend. Best money spent! Never have felt so relaxed.FACILITY: The spa is smaller relative to other Vegas spas but modern with attention to detail. Wet and dry saunas. Beautiful view of the strip from the pool. Coolest tech showers Ive ever been in.PERSONNEL: Very attentive. Offered water and tea no less than 5 times. Offered cold towel as well.MASSAGE: Best full body massage Ive ever had. I wish I could recall the two ladies who worked on us but they were professional and receptive to depth of pressure. My shoulders have never felt so relaxed.COST: Average for the strip. Youre looking $200-400 depending on the massage package, but if you buy a package it includes spa access.
My mom and I had a scheduled visit for June 12th at 9:45 am. However, at 9 am I was called and asked why I wasn’t at the spa yet because our appointments were at 9 am. I emailed them a copy of my reservation stating I was instructed to be there at 9:45. They call me back stating that they accidentally overbooked and wanted to know if I could be at the spa by 9:30. My mom and I live far away, so I told them we would try. Anyway, we made it there at 9:55. The concierge in the lobby after exiting valet was rude. He didn’t even acknowledge me when I asked how we can get to the 8th floor because elevators are confusing.Anyway after wandering around for 7 minutes, someone finally told us to take elevator to 23rd floor and then walk a hallway and go down another set of elevators to the 8th floor where the spa is.I’m only giving them 2 stars because both of the masseuses were lovely and my mom was happy. But they charged me full price for 1 hour and 30 minute massage/facial called Luxury of time. I know we were 15 minutes late... but they didn’t even give us the 1 hour and 45 minutes we were entitled to minus our lateness. Everything seemed so rushed.Disappointed. Also, there was no locker room or robes or pool/spa area. They had us in and out.
Well to start off I went there 3 years ago and they had Asian staff, very clean and service was impeccable. I had an appointment today for three hours and a manicure/pedicure. First of all the massage was fair but after that the manicure/pedicure was terrible. No more foot rubs to soak your feet, no jet tubs, no callus removers, the carpet in the lounge prior to getting these service is stained. Its a total disappointment and for the price I really got upset. I really dont mind paying for quality but this was below average. Finally when checking out some boy named ALLEN was closing out my bill and was rude telling me I hadnt been there before. Then on top of it gave me a hard time about my corporate card so I just paid in cash and will never go back. Rude little boy with a smart mouth. DO NOT VISIT TJIS PLACE ITS NO BETTER THAN A 75.00 pedicure.
Absolutely the most beautiful spa Ive been to. The treatments were relaxing, but what really sets this spa apart were the facilities. There was a hot tub, saunas, steam room, as well as warmed stones to lay on. There was even a relaxation room with teas, cucumber water and fruit. I would definitely recommend.
This was far and away the highlight of our trip to Vegas. Everything about the experience was luxe, from check in to check out. We opted for a couples massage. It was easily the best massage of my life. Sabina was my masseuse. For backstory, I had a reaction to some medication I was taking and literally had pain in every joint in my body. I hadn’t been able to lift my arm for three days, and I hadn’t been able to grasp anything for almost a week. By the end of the massage I was able to do both. My husband was equally impressed with his massage. The amenities were impressive, relaxing and just what I needed. This massage was not cheap, though honestly it’s about the same as the other major spas on the strip, but I would not hesitate to go again if ever I’m back in Las Vegas. Just amazing.
Amazing amenities. Arrive early and take advantage. Amy gave me one of the best massages ever. Would book again without a doubt—was worth every penny.
Created by designers and architects with a taste for simple elegance, Waldorf Astoria’s spa is the perfect place to come spend a few hours unwinding and centering yourself. The staff each addressed me by name throughout my experience; my massage was among the best I’ve received; and the amenities are unsurpassed by most high end spas. Five Stars.
My SO and I had the best experience ever! The staff were so nice and the facility was clean. We didnt even know we were able to use the facility because of covid so it was an added bonus. Blew us away Completely. Would give 10 out of 10
The supervisor and management of this spa are NOT helpful. The mandarin had excellent staff. The person on the phone said that my day passes were used up but they weren’t. Ever. They gave my comp day passes away to someone without checking their Identity. They are completely rude. And useless. And should be fired and removed from the facility. I will steer away all future conventions from attending this facility from my company and other partners.Rude disrespectful staffSociopath supervisorTalking to me on the phone with a hostile tone.Claiming they have proof then saying they dont. that we were in the facility and used our comp passes.I will absolutely not rest until this person is fired and removed from this spa.
Before it became the Waldorf Astoria, this spa was located in the Mandarin Oriental boutique hotel next to the Aria and was one of the few Forbes rated 5-star spas on the Las Vegas Strip (there were only 4 at the time). Back when the spa was under the Mandarin Oriental banner, one was treated here with the kind of ritzy comfort that brand was known for. Upon entering the spa, youd be served hot herbal tea while you removed you shoes and got comfortable while waiting for your host to escort you down to the locker rooms. Then, youd don an exceptionally comfortable robe and proceed to either enjoy the spa facilities (which are top notch) or receive one of the many fine treatments available. Overall, it was an amazing and luxurious experience both for vacationers and locals looking to pamper themselves. There was some concern among fans of the Mandarin Spa that quality would drop once the Waldorf Astoria took over the hotel. However, Im happy to report that is not the case. Though the spa is currently without a Forbes rating (because they have to be evaluated under the new management), all the facilities are still at the level of quality they were before the change-over. Yes, the flare of the Asian-inspired music and decor that the Mandarin was known for is gone, but the remodeled Waldorf Spa is still as comfy and beautiful as ever. And though the names on their treatment menu have changed, you can still get the same top-notch treatments this world-renown spa is famous for.The actual facilities themselves have not really changed. You still have the same steam rooms and saunas there, as well as the rain shower room (amazing) and the heated infinity pools with one of the most breathtaking views of the Strip available in any spa. Theres also a Hammam chamber (for a unique Turkish bath treatment that you can get solo or as a couple) and plenty of wonderful showers and bath products to clean and shave with. The spa even offers disposable bathing suits in case youre too shy to walk around in your birthday suit. And luckily, the new Waldorf robes are just as comfy and luxurious as the Mandarin ones were. The real star of the Spa, though, are the treatments offered by their first-class staff of spa therapists. I have to admit, Ive never been one for massages, but my trips to the Waldorfs spa have changed my mind. Their detoxing foot treatments are some of the best Ive ever had and never fail to put me in a state of nirvana. If youre ever looking for a great foot treatment, ask for Jude. Shes the best! By far my favorite therapist at the spa. (She not only is good at the foot treatments, her skin care treatments are amazing as well!)I have no doubt that when it comes time for Forbes to update their ratings, the Waldorf Spa will once again achieve that coveted 5-star rating. It certainly deserves it. I think my one complaint, if I had to have one, is that the prices here are a bit high, so you really do need to be willing to indulge yourself if you want to afford these high-quality treatments the spa offers. But then again, most things on the Strip are over-priced, and you dont usually get nearly this quality of service at other Strip spas, so I guess this is to be expected. Then again, you DO get what you pay for at the Waldorf Spa, which is an awesome experience. I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks, so to me, the expense is well worth it.I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to spoil themselves while on The Strip. Its a high end (but low key) out-of-the-way facility that not a lot of vacationers know about, and that makes it cool. Whether youre visiting town or live here (like me), the Waldorf Astoria Spa is definitely worth checking out at least once!
Spent a couple of hours in the Spa and did not want to leave. The massage was amazing and the various rooms within the facility made the day even better.
One of my favorite spas on the Strip! The infinity soaking pool looking over the strip is very relaxing! The staff is helpful and friendly. A great reprieve from the hustle and bustle on the Strip!
Absolutely excellent service. Nice steam room. If you can get Jasmine for a facial or massage, do so. Shes 6 stars!
Its alright. For a woldorf its sorta dated but on par with similar mid-high end hotels. I very much like a hotel that doesnt have a casino in the lobby. Sky bar is awesome.
Beautiful hotel. Spa menu is priced well for the services provided and access to the facilities. I would definitely recommend for a great experience with a great location on the strip, but once youre inside, it doesnt feel like youre on the strip.
This was a great experience. This is a fantastic hotel. the service was really good they were always right there to give me whatever my wife wanted
Very expensive and high quality. Comfortable rooms and plenty of options around to enjoy food, entertainment and more.
The most relaxing spa experience I have ever had! I highly recommend!
It’s amazing … like a private hotel in the middle of the strip… NO GAMBLING HERE which makes it nice and quiet!
Amazing facility, friendly staff and world class spa treatments. 10 out of 10 spa experience.
Excellent selection of treatments and quality products
If youre wondering what heaven on Earth looks and feels like, youll certainly find it here...in the smiles, the service, the amenities. Well done, Waldorf Astoria.
Really good experience, definitely come back again if I have a chance
Place is terrible they charge to much. The pay machines never work! It should be free for locals this is not Los Angeles stop charging for parking!
Mary Jane was gentle courteous n lively..enjoyed relaxing spa
An amazing spa experience...youre treated like royalty from the moment you arrive.
THE HOTEL IS UNDERSTAFFED!!!!Housekeeping is so terribly bad.
5 start quality service here all the way. If you can afford it, its worth it.
Incredible massage! Worth the money!
Absolutely wonderful service by the staff!!
One of my favorite spas in Las Vegas
Only one word -the Hamam is A m a z i n g!!!
Probably the best spa in town
I would go again.
