Incredible location! My first time visiting a Cookies site. This location did not disappoint! The staff was knowledgeable, everything was impeccable! I grabbed some incredible goodies! Tommy was sensational with getting me all that I needed! I’d highly recommend taking a visit!

Jamie was very helpful assisting me and my 3 friends. She explained the kinds of items they carry, the names, what kind of high it makes you feel, and explained pricing as well. I would definitely recommend her when going to this establishment.

I recently had an absolutely amazing experience at the Cookies dispensary! The prices were unbeatable, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me to exactly what I needed. I even scored a fantastic deal, which made the visit even better. The location is beautiful and has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay.Special shoutout to Rene, who was not only super helpful but also hilarious—she made my experience so much fun! There was also another young lady with the most incredible pink and blue hair, and she was equally awesome, though i can’t remember her name (it was some good stuff) If you’re heading over there, feel free to drop my name—I’m sure they’ll take great care of you!

I came here on 4/20 the wait was not long at all. They had allot of great deals and the employees were very helpful on the products. I definitely will be back! 😮‍💨☺️💚

I respect this place, always fresh product with good prices. but I had an unpleasant experience with the security guard. this guy did not allow me to enter the establishment because I did not have a passport. I stayed outside to wait for my girlfriend, who had her passport with her. there was no one outside , I was standing 6 feet from the front door. there were no other admirers and this guard began to persuade me to move away from the building. having no explanation why I should do this, he began to argue it as if it were a private property and I should move 20 feats away from the building. but I refused to do it. after he failed to move me from my place. he went inside and took my girlfriend out without allowing her to complete the purchase.So disrespectful security guard job that’s why you’re deserving 1 star !

Stumbled upon this place by chance. I saw a lot of advertisements previously about their edibles and was so excited when I saw this dispensary. There’s security outside to check you in. 21+ to enter if you do not have a medical card. The staff is so helpful and the system here is very organized.

I was in town for a week and came here my last day in town. Out of all the dispensaries I went to this was by far the best one. They had a promo for the champs show and great deals as well. Rachael is the one who took care of me and she deserves to be promoted. Really helped me out and was very nice. She’s the reason I will always come back to this location. I had the MOST AMAZING experience at this Flamingo Las Vegas Cookies location. It’s my first time on the West Coast, so I’m used to driving up to the Baltimore location as a Virginia resident. Literally no Dispensary experience tops the one I had with Fabian today. He took the time to help me choose the perfect strains and was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. With no hesitation, I would make my way back to this location. The customer service and atmosphere is beyond top tier, it sets the highest standard as a Dispensary. Give that man a raise!! He not only provided us with exactly what we were looking for, he gave us the best munchies recommendations — really made us and everyone in there feel at home! Update: This appeared to be an isolated incident. Cookies really took this seriously and made up for it. I was encouraged to give it another shot, so I went back in to grab a couple more items and the budtender I worked with this time was so wonderful.Visiting from out of town. Cookies is the dispo closest to the hotel. Went out there, got a few items including what I thought was a disposable. I brought up a disposable they didnt have, so the budtender said we have these disposables instead... Then shows me several varieties of what were supposed to be disposables. Paid for it and got it back to the hotel, but it was a vape pod that requires a special battery. They made good on it and gave me half price on a battery but it was still way more than I should have had to pay for what I wanted. Considering they dont have the pods that fit in this battery back home. So I walked there again and back, to pay now a total of $80 for battery and pod, of which the battery i wont be able to use again, on top of the other items I bought. Moral of the story, make sure you check what they suggest and question it if it sounds anything unlike what you wanted. However, with all of the technologies out there in these products nowadays, they should absolutely make sure the budtenders understand the products better before making such suggestions.

Being from Nashville I was wanting to experience a product better than I could get at home. After spending $300 I did get one that meet my expectations. Adios motherF&$@ker is legit and worth the money. There staff was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. I was just hoping they were all as good as the Adios.

We wanted to go into the store but were not let in. We showed an official ID with which you can fly with any airline in Europe. However, they wanted to see the passport. The card was not accepted even though the ID card is the same as the passport. Also biometric.So far, this has never been a problem in any cookie store and I have always been let in with my ID card.

Im not a smoker, but I do like the smell of weed. They have BOO-KU options. There are also price ranges, of course the best cost more. I got some in the $60 price range. My friend who smoked it said it was good. It smelled great!!!The guy in the picture is very knowledgeable. He will answer all your questions with a smile and explain the difference in the selections. I called my cousin, who is an expert, and he confirmed everything the guy was saying.

Ive been here 3 or 4 times now only because I have to walk and its the closest to me. If I had other options Id go there. There always out of product. Almost never have concentrates and when they do its .5 grams for the price of a full gram. Most of the employees, security guard included dont know what their doing and just stare at you judgingly as you look around. I asked about a Jon my second time because they clearly need more knowledgeable staff and the girl just said I dont know plus no first buyer discount or a free joint even though it was advertised. Dont shop here if you can.

Ive lived in Las Vegas for about a year I’ve only been to this location a hand full of times and twice I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Darlene one being probably the busiest day of the year 4/20, which was pretty disorganized to say the least. The morning of 4/20 she was the one moving along the line and processing orders quickly. Darlene is very knowledgeable of the products and both times suggested very good strains. The customer service she provides is exemplary of what a customer is looking to receive when they’re spending hundreds at a dispensary.
