Love this place usually until I come up at 11:40 BEFORE they close and the cashier grabs his drawer quick and shuts off the lights on his way to the back. We had made eye contact before he did that so he was very aware I was a customer. I would understand if this was a restaurant that needs 10 plus minutes to cook but is a dispensary that takes seconds to fech a bag. Probably not coming back. Very disappointed because Im a local regular and a bad employee ruined the reputation. Happened January 21rst Sunday at 11:40pm

This was the first result looking near the airport. Coming from Denver, and having 5 years industry experience, this place is great! The staff are awesome. They were all friendly and welcoming. Nevada accepts my CO medical card as well, saved on the tax for sure. I only came to get some cartridges since were here for just a few days, but they had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Thanks for all the help you all!

People were really nice but they are going out of business. They have nothing but pen cartridges and no battery packs to smoke them with. No flower, no edibles, no nothing. Super friendly people though

The staff was so friendly and willing to help us look for something or point us in the direction of where to go, we were able to be in and out within 5 or so minutes once we got the hang of ordering. Spent more time chatting with the door guys the two we saw were awesome and so personable while they did their job professionally. Thanks for the great service!

Man I can’t complain. Don’t be fooled by the knock off CBD stores on Fremont street. Located about 15 min walk from Fremont street or a 5 min car ride. Visited from Colorado and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. Alex took care of us at the MedMan. Definitely my go to spot when we come back and visit. Thanks for some quality smoke.

With this being my 1st time to Vegas and being a Medical Marijuana patient (epilepsy & neuropathy) I had to see what the state of Nevada could offer a cannabis consumer and reviewer like myself and i wasn’t disappointed with this preroll of Doswoah by Binske…Solid terps, and a bit too tight and to be honest I was not really pleased that the package date was 8/17/21 and it’s April 7th of 2022… flower that sits that long lacks potency and consistency…With that being said, if it was any other grower than Binske or the flower I by in my home state of Colorado I would have been bummed out that I paid what I paid (even though I got the 1st time shopper discount from Mike, who was amazing!) if I didn’t pay the price that paid I would be a little more negative because I’m an avid smoker and I know quality cannabis..I paid less than 13$ OTD for the preroll my 1st time shopping at MedMen so with all that being said if you are in Vegas and don’t have a lot of time or a lot of cash and are on a budget and are by the strip, then this is the spot for you

Clean, helpful and safe! Such a great experience and having help finding the right strain and products for what I needed was something I have not yet had any other place I have gone. Only complaint would be music was too loud which made it hard to hear the employees and that day was cash only, but luckily they have an ATM. However, overall, I felt safe and was well taken care of. Everyone from security the cashier was wonderful. Would definitely go back to this location and I plan on trying out the Los Angeles one as well.

A lot of variety! From candies, creamers, soda, bar, oil, herb,etc.... Very helpful and friendly staff. Cash and card are accepted, need ID to enter.

I can’t wait to go back to MedMen! All the staff seemed cool and helpful but my budtender Tasha was amazing. Super knowledgeable and she was able to direct me to exactly what I needed PLUS put me on to some new favorites. They have a nice range of products, dank crystal covered buds, and great prices! The red souvenir bag you get is child/smell proof so that’s dope too. Definitely one of my new favorite spots to visit when I’m in Vegas.

I landed and like always go straight to MedMen. 4 out 5 visits been stellar. This visits I buy some pre rolls. They pack them in the nice red bag. I Uber back to MGM. I open my bag only to find out my pre roll tube was empty. $18 Uber back to the MedMen and they replaced it and the guy acted like I should be thankful . Not to mention when I said the J cost me $35 total with Uber rides. He just said that sucks. I know the laws are strick but I personally think I should of received some sort of payment for my Uber rides. I mean I paid for my pre rolls they put them in them bag and one of them was empty. Clearly not my fault but it cost my wallet . Very disappointed. Guess I might try another dispensary next time .

I was amazed by how nice the setup and all the designs/packaging. MedMen Cannabis Dispensaries offer the pre-rolled joints, Vaporizers, the flower itself, some fun stuff like honey, apparel and the whole fridge full with cannabis-infused drinks. I know this is right on the strip so people are going to go just out of convenience but that doesn’t mean you can treat people any way. The service was AWFUL. Only 3 people working when clearly more was needed. Namely, Sandra was rude as hell. Rude - very cut and dry the entire time, tried to help the next in line ahead of me, barely helps me with the decision of my purchase, then forgets a part of my order.

I was given a free Indica liquid for the amount of my purchases, but when I looked at my receipt later that night, I was charged for it. $12.50 plus taxes isnt a huge amount, but it did make me a little irritated. If you offer a complimentary item, at least ensure the price on the computer is given as a promo.

I don’t understand why every time I drop off someone it take over almost 10 minutes until I get my kickback, I feel like you don’t want to give out the kickback, you know how many time I’ve waited so long until the client came out and I had to take him back and couldn’t get my kickback. The funny thing is when we drive back you say ohhh we can’t pay because you left, it’s all good next time when they ask for recommendation I’ll make sure not to name you guys.

I wanted to chime in about the rideshare kickbacks. KICKBACKS are not REQUIRED but a COURTESY. In what setting would a rideshare driver expect to be priority OVER CUSTOMERS? This isn’t an issue with the store/company. This is an issue with ENTITLED drivers. Wait for the kickback or just leave, that’s your choice. All of you are lucky that this company even offers a kickback. (Side note: this is based on what I saw while in line to go inside and asking about more details about why a driver was popping off. They were waiting for 10 MINUTES. You wouldn’t even complete another ride in that time)As far as the actual store, it’s busy, being the one closest to the airport and one of the closer ones to the strip. So be prepared to wait a little. Service is decent. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. One things that concerned me was when speaking to someone about the rideshare driver, I asked where there store manager was, and the person I was speaking to said that the store manager left early, and that it would be better to speak to another co-manager because they hardly ever see or know the store manager?? Thought that was a little strange. With all the rideshare drivers complaining in these reviews, you’d think something would be done. Can’t be fun for employees to have to deal with while trying to serve all the customers. Why isn’t the store manager more involved?

First off it’s always well kept and clean. You hardly ever have to wait longer than 5-10 minuets. I came by last Friday with my wife and Diego was one to welcome us with a fantastic smile and energy. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what I was looking for in particular. Overall, he made the visit pleasant, swift and easy. Literally he needs a raise and I will only be stopping by on Fridays so I can say heyy girl!!! ❤️ Thank you Diego!

Poor experience at this location. Visited recently and the tender was rude, and the security officer was even more rude. I observed someone attempt to enter the exit door twice and get loudly berated by security and staff behind the counter. English was obviously not this persons first language. The tender was also rude, disrespectful and aggressive despite the fact I knew exactly what I wanted. This was my third and worst experience at this store. My transaction here took less than 10 minutes and i was ready to leave the store. As a large shareholder this experience was frustrating.

I would give this less stars if I could. First visit waiting at the door they scanned my ID let me in and the dude completely ignored me to help the girl behind me. After that I wondered around for a bit before I got into the line at the counter hoping to get some form of help. Makalya was nice and tried to make the situation better but offered nothing but an apology and nothing else even being the first visit. Go literally anywhere else !

This is the worst dispensary I’ve ever been to in Vegas. I live up the street and thought it would be convenient. First they make you wait in line which was over 25mins. Prices are high. The lady that also checked our ids was helping people in the inside. She skipped over me and help the person that was standing behind me in line first. She knew the order we came in. Had to wait another 15mins to get service. Not sure if they do this but I never got the Nevada discount. It’s just bad

🗑 This is the WORST dispensary in Las Vegas. Im born and raised here and I advise you to stay away. The prices are high because of the area and they do not take care of their staff.

Came here with a few friends today and really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and informative. They also had an amazing selection of products. I am not super familiar with all the different types of chemicals and plants that go into marijuana, so it was nice to have a lot of people around to help. I was able to explain my needs and get exactly what I needed to help. Also, Alexander, the security officer, was very polite and friendly.I love that they take debit card and everything went so smoothly with checking out. I definitely would come back here again.

Came here after our flight with our Uber driver. My bf placed the order online so could just pull up. They had a deal online buy one get one for dollar. So he choose that. When we pulled up they tried charging him full price for both. When he told them he placed it online and choose the deal. The girl was confused had to keep going inside and then came out and informed him really it was yesterdays deal even though he placed the order that morning. They would not honor it.We came here a previous trip and that time to he placed order order online to, he got confirmation it was ready. Showed up and they didnt have the order.Plus their prices seem higher then other places.

I am in town for just a couple days and chose Medmen based on its closeness to my hotel and high ratings. These guys are badass they were so chill and welcoming but most of all helpful. I told them I wouldn’t be in town too long and was just looking for enough to enjoy myself and the homie I talked to (didn’t get his name 🙁) got my exactly what I needed. Every time I tell someone that they ignore it and try to sell me as much as they can. But this dude just got me what I asked for. I had an Uber waiting outside and so I was in a hurry too but they were so fast it was all just so chill. And the product? 10/10. Highly recommended. Fav dispensary in Vegas I’ve tried.

For a multi-state business, this was a surprisingly good experience. Kay (I hope thats her name) did an excellent job efficiently walking me through the process and asking the right discovery questions. Their prices are incredibly competitive. Dont let the big name fool you.

Linda at the the Paradise road location was AWESOME!!! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuine. She knew her stuff, answered all my questions, and just had a great attitude. The setup was very cool and interactive with touch pads to get product info and pricing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will be back!

Best dispensary Ive been at so far, came from out of town as a tourist and I am in love with Vegas so far. I hope to come back soon.

I sat outside for 15 minutes for a curbside pickup, that was said to be ‘ready’. Then I was asked to come inside where I waited another 10-15 minutes, that got me nowhere. I ended up just leaving because I didn’t think it would be so complicated and elongated to buy marijuana.

This was the last place providing delivery for the night in the area and they showed up fairly promptly, within a half hour I would say. There was a connection issue with the payment reader and we didn’t have cash, so we had to wait until the next day, but Joseph was kind and courteous and tried to get us taken care of. They have great people working there.

Kevin helped me find what I was looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The security at the door was very friendly.

Shout out to the folks who were working Sunday night into Monday morning. We drove cross-country, and they gave amazing customer service even at 12 midnight. All the bartenders were very knowledgeable and gave great advice and recommendations deals on points. I had to make sure that in my own state where Im a medical patient there is a dispensary there that I can go to. Ill make that 2hr trip. Awesome job guys!!

Service is good.Quality is goodBut the pricing they are pushing for concentrates are sky high makes you feel like your getting cheated every time you leave. Ive had multiple points been coming here for a year cause its the closest location to me and there system keeps loosing my points . Ive lost hundreds on them.

Asked for the most premium prerolled stuff, bought 3 of them for 70 bucks or so. None of them were smoke-able. I think either they were just too packed or filter was too tight. I tried to break it off and reroll it myself but whos got time for that when Im trying to get high in Vegas. I ended up throwing them away and going to different dispensary AGAIN to buy quality stuff. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because staffs here are friendly at least.

Greeted with a welcome and smile! Was from out of town, but the staff made me feel at home! Great display cases, ipad menus, and the staff helped so much! The products I purchased were amazing! Definitely recommend the disposable Rose strain live resin pen. This place is a must, especially if your just visiting from out of town. Right off the strip!

Very clean, bright, & professional. You show ID at the door then again when you step in to get checked in. A helpful employee helped me pick out CBD cream & told me to wait for my order to be filled & listen for my name to be called.The order pick up process is what could be improved. The store is crowded & therefore a bit noisy. The pickup counter is fairly long so it’s hard to hear names being called. I have a weird name too so when something that didn’t even sound close to my name was called I didn’t realize it was for me. Maybe they could get a monitor display for order pickup?Overall it was a welcoming place with a professional atmosphere.They only take debit or cash FYI. No credit cards.

The staff are lazy. I called the day before to insure my order would be delivered the following morning, was placed on hold for nearly 35 minutes just to confirm that. The next morning they missed me on the first delivery I was told the driver would be returning and then bringing my order in the next delivery okay that should had arrived between 12-1:30 pm it did not. Its now 1:40 pm! So I call back, Hello were is my order. they respond Unfortunately our driver has just returned from his second run and wont be going back out unit 4:30 pm.. My response this is a waste of time cancel my order this company is run by infants with I.D cards. TAKE SOME INITIATIVE!

Hello peeps, I’m new to the ever growing wonderful world of cannabis and don’t know much. Decided to get my first pen today and Luke, Kim, and Genesis were very helpful and informative towards the products. Went home happy and stocked for the coming weeks.

I was visiting from NY. Staying at Ballys. No car. I was trying desperately to locate a dispensary that I could walk to. Found a lot of places too far. BEWARE - there are some shady ones. Street plugs with a website that make them look like a dispensary. So, read and write reviews so we can all help each other :)That said, MedMen is a legit dispensary and (from what I could find) was the closest one at 1.2 miles walking distance About 38 mins. Well . . . I figured, I will just call this my cardio day. No problem. I will walk out there, and uber back.I took no stars away for this, because this is a google maps issue. Not MedMen issue. DO NOT follow the walking map for Google maps to this location. It took me 1 mile out, in the opposite direction, on Paradise Dr. When it announced I had arrived, I was at nothing. I had to call the store. They informed me that they are right next to Virgin Hotel. So, I used that as my point, and had to walk that mile backwards. Save yourself my headache. Use Virgin Hotel. MedMen is in that little strip mall by DKnDI had ordered online. And when I got there, they checked my ID. And let me use my out of state medical card to avoid the extra tax. Staff were super friendly and answered all my questions. Fast and helpful.I picked up an indica disposable and a cheap watermelon edible. Prices were on par with the Dispensary back home. Almost exact.After an über back to the hotel, I immediately tried the vape. It did the trick. I took several hits . . .playing the slots, and felt nothing much. Was kinda disappointed. But then, I stood up. And had no idea where I was lol. Yep. Thats a solid one, in my book :)Have not tried the edibles. Dont have a lot of high hopes. Dispensary edibles dont usually do much for me. I need mega doses of edibles hah. But, I hope to use these to extend the relaxation of the vape.Stay blessed people.

Went into medmen Friday had a great experience and my budtender Christopher,M was awesome! Very helpful and professional will highly recommend any tourist that visits Vegas to stop by and checkout their great deals!.

Showed up at 11:50 and they had shut the lights off and locked the door already. Poor service to not stay open your whole expected hours.

Checking in was fast. I got my product and upon leaving I was accused of going out the wrong door! Mark your doors clearly and don’t accuse people of something they didn’t commit unless they are in the wrong. If I went out the exit, mark the doors clearly and blocked them. I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

I have to start off by saying that I did a lot of research prior to my visit to Vegas and all the reviews said Med Men was the best. They did not lie!! I had such a great experience at this dispensary. As a budtender in a medical state, I wasnt sure what to expect from the staff here. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. Peter went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and Lawrence helped recommend and check me out. It was a smooth, easy, and fun visit. It was such a pleasant visit, that it was the only dispo that I went back to twice while we stayed in Vegas. 10/10 would recommend

If you are a taxi, Uber, or Lyft driver, don’t drop off here. They take forever to pay the kickback and they’re really rude Dash plus they pay less than most places in Vegas.

Came here MLK weekend 2022 and was excited to shop. I purchased a half for $100, but paid $40.00 in taxes. Not to mention it all smelled like mold and had been packaged well over eight months before my purchase... Was not worth the money at all, really wish I could get my money back honestly. Very disappointed in my experience here. I would not recommend shopping here. Go to The Grove!

For uber, Lyft and taxi drivers, this store promises to give you compensation for each customer, which is poor security treatment and longer organization. Wait for the customer to finish and they dont give you anything. Pure lies on the part of the managers organization.

After one of the most stressful days of my life, (canceled flight after 9hrs at airport) the employees at Medmen really lifted my mood. The security guard and the girl who waited on me were so nice and caring, they actually hugged me because they knew I was upset. This is the best dispensary in Vegas, and Ive been to a few. Awesome staff and great deals for quality bud. Ill never go anywhere else!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here since we moved to Las Vegas a year ago from California and there is simply no comparison. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The product is always consistently good. If you are a affinianado or a first time user youll have an excellent experience.

This is my review of this store.First, as I entered the store I wasnt greeted with a hello. Asked where I could find the select vape cartridges the guy leads me to a tablet and points at it wasnt knowledgeable about the product or friendly. I let him know what I wanted he wrote it down and then left and never said anything else. So I just stood there until one of the cashiers ask if I needed help I let her know what I wanted. It seems to me asking questions vs the customer service I received at this establishment I would rate this place a 2/10 not a local friendly place.....🤷‍♂️

The service here is trash. Dont have people wait outside, to wait to be attended to, and then once theyre inside, forget about them. Its very unorganized. Customers can be easily left alone for awhile if theyre unfortunately patient. On top of that, they gave me the wrong strain.

Went into store as had great customer reviews. Husband asked for thc free cbd gummies and staff seemed knowledgeable until we left store and my husband tried one and noted the very strong cannabis taste. He has a cdl and therefore cannot consume any thc. Very disappointed as this could affect his license putting trust in people who sold us products

Kind of a tourist trap. Service is comparable to other dispensaries, but they do not include 18% tax in their prices, and do not disclose this until checkout. Their prices are not commensurately lower to compensate for this and be competitive. I have been to a dozen dispensaries in four different states and this is the first time I have encountered this. They give you a fancy shopping bag, a magazine and a lighter; I dont need this stuff. Lose it and be transparent about your pricing.

First time going the bud tender Darryn J was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and learned something I didnt know the setup of the place is nice. This is definitely a tourist spot, the energy isn’t the same as 3rd street. I’m a regular, daily customer. I’ve only had one issue out of the months and hundreds I’ve spent with MedMen; 3rd street took care if it even covered the taxes. Today I had to go to this location, because 3rd St didn’t have my flavor. The blunt was short, unrolling, and just wasn’t rolled right; product was coming out and the bottom part wasn’t full. I live by Fremont now, so it’s going out of my way having to come back and get it fixed. What bugged me though, is this location had me pay the taxes when 3rd street would cover it with no issue. Especially knowing I’m a regular, and I’m one of the ones that consistently leaves reviews. Austin was nice, but that igged me and now I’ll no longer be shopping with MedMen. I spent more in gas, than I did in what I paid today.

Wanted to run in and grab something really quick but they were making everyone wait outside since there’s only apparently one person working in the whole store. I can’t believe a national chain doesn’t have any funding for more staff

I bought a confetti cake preroll and my friend got so lit she couldn’t make it into Meow Wolf. My other friend & I got lost in Bally’s and it took us an hour and a half to find the bodies exhibit. 10/10 would recommend

Happened to get there on Sunday around noon and assumed the place would be packed but we must have caught it at a lull and were welcomed in by plenty of staff.They got us checked in, let her know shed be getting a bring a friend discount that day and we were browsing within five minutes.Cant remember who was helping us that morning but she was very friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed as well as gave us a rough price before we checked out that day so we could make sure we were within budget.Im a square that cant partake, but I was more than content to poke at the touchscreens above the products and reading up on all the wondrous ways we can put THC and CBD into ourselves, at what strengths, and to what effect.This place is upscale, clean yet not intimidating to someone who doesnt frequent dispensaries. Wouldnt mind bringing out of town visitors here after wandering the strip for a few hours, even on a weekend.

Very knowledgeable staff! They are able to show you the terpene profile of each and every strain and also explain what each terpene will do for you. Great selection and prices. They take debit cards! No more $5 fee for using the atm in the store front. 15% Veteran discount. I will definitely be going back. My only complaint is that they dont sell any smoking accessories like pipes and such.8/21/19 - stopped by here today and had a bad experience. Waited around and watched employees helping people that walked in after me. Theres no order system for the customers. The security guard finally asked me if Id been helped, when I said no he said I have to chase down one of the employees to get their attention. REALLY!!! WTF KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!!! To many dispensaries in this town to put up with this. Lost customer, I wont be back.

This place is amazing. We are on vacation and stopped in. Aloa, our budtender, was so amazing. He welcomed us in and really took the time to explain everything to us. I knew nothing when I walked in and he didn’t make me feel stupid at all which I was really worried about. He was super helpful and made the whole experience perfect. Definitely going back!!!

As soon as I got in the door, Josh was there to greet me and quickly took the order I came in with so i was just able to browse for a few minutes before paying. Definitely recommend!

I like this place and have been a few times. They have a good selection, it’s very clean, and staff are helpful. Taking one star off because we just moved to Nevada a couple of weeks ago and recently went to the DMV to get our new licenses. The DMV punched some small holes in my license to void it but said it is acceptable as a photo ID until my NV license comes in the mail. I went to MedMen today with the old license and my temporary paper one and they refused to let me in. They said I would have to wait the 2-3 weeks to get the NV license in the mail. I went across the street where they checked my ID, scanned it, and said it wasn’t a problem that it had the holes in it. I also called a couple of other places and they are okay with this kind of license. I’m going to shop around elsewhere to find my go-to place from now on.

***READ CAREFULLY*** The customer service was outstanding- 100%. I gave 2 stars because I do not believe the vape cartridge contained the correct oil level. The oil quality was good but the vape cart was very questionable. I noticed a lot of big air bubbles inside the cart. Im not knocking Medmen, just telling my experience.

I love the personal attention Med Men give. The staff really knew the product and being from a non-legal state, I felt very comfortable being in the establishment. The flower is sealed and fresh. I love the child proof souvenir bags!😊

MedMen is my fav dispensary in the Valley. Really good selection of Dab products at reasonable prices. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Did I mention that there is a White Castle and 7 Eleven next door ? All your basic munchies desires are fulfilled within a few steps!

Prices are fair. Reason for the 2 stars: You get taxed on the full price of the weed before discount. So I got weed 75 % off and they taxed me on the full price. An 1/8th was $60, got it for $15 but the taxes were over $10? 50% tax, that’s crazy! Would not recommend.

I went to the Paradise location it was not even close to being busy. I waited 30 mins and never received service. I drove to the otherside of town to Show grow I got there in 10 mins and was Serviced in less than 3 minutes. I am offended by how this MedMen Location is being run. Customer service is the key. I can go to any other Dispensary and get great service. I dont know why I was Treated this way. the security guard said what are you looking to purchase all I asked for was a Few prerolls But never serviced by the Budtenders. Wow so sad. I will drive by you everyday and never go in again also I will Tell about 20 of my friends about the poor service. Great looking bags tho to bad I never got one.

Experience was great my bud tender was cool and knowledgeable but when I checked out they gave me the wrong change and the clerk was a little off standish. The bud tender deserves 5 star but the clerk should probably not smoke before work.

Great place! This trip to Vegas was our first time going to the dispensaries. Madmen was the second one we went to but the best out of all 3. The fact that you dont have to wait in a room first sold me. Plus the staff was friendly and professional.

First things first. This is my first dispensary Ive ever been to so needless to say I felt weird about the whole situation lol. Especially since its been almost 2 months since Ive smoked. I was very nervous but before i even walked in the door the person outside had me feeling very welcomed. When I got in the experience was amazing from start to finish. I dont remember his name (reallly wish i did) but hes Hispanic i believe with glasses. He was so energetic and knowledgeable. I told him my favorite strain (Blue dream) and he showed me every strain that had that effect plus more (hes a blue dream lover himself). Overall amazing experience. Everyone seemed to love working there. Felt like a family environment. I went my last 3 days visiting Vegas and cant wait until one comes to Boston. Love MedMen!

Showed up at 11:40pm after taking an expensive uber ride to their location. It said they were open until 12, but refused to allow me to enter. Last time i was here i was asking basic info about their rewards member sales and got told i dont know so many times that i walked off to another budtender. I used to spend a lot of money here but after the last 2 times there i will not return.

My friend and I were visiting Vegas for my first time . I had an outstanding experience here at madmen . Kaylin was absolutely amazing with helping us ! Update: I visited the place again to give it another chance today and it was okay but for the fact that taxes are not including the price and unlike some other competitors they dont just charge one tax at the registers they charge two-it was very difficult to talk to Brett about this at the register because taxes are negotiable it was their choice to add them on afterwards rather than include them in the price like some places do-the product price was reasonable same as California but it was somewhat bizarre and offensive when the gentleman that rang me up listed above, began giving me very convoluted and irrational explanations of why they chose to add the sales and excise tax after the sticker price when some places include that in some places include at least one of those-I was disappointed because I thought the total will be less than 40 or even 40 and it ate up my next intact 20 Bill a little and also ate up my 10% discount-it is a business decision they made but his arguments about medical not having to pay that tax didnt make any sense because he didnt ask me if I even had a medical document-and that is true medical doesnt have to pay that tax-then he started making some strange arguments about how the competing places add in all kinds of taxes however the only significant point to the customer is the bottom line the total price-lol-where the taxes are going and where theres an excess of taxes is really irrelevant because thats their bookkeeping-and then it was almost impossible to have a rational discussion with Mr Brett because he started talking about an imaginary federal tax and how it would go into Nancy Pelosis pocket-at this point I just decided to leave because I found that to be offensive and political biased speech-obviously that woman is targeted by the far right and I shocked to hear this kind of political speech about tax/spend liberals in general in a marijuana dispensary which typically is something legalized by democrats more than Republicans-and then the false accusation thatc ongresswoman Pelosi from the bay area where I hail from was somehow stealing the money-I thought this was so disturbing, to hear the vilification of this congresswoman at a Medmen dispensary-especially given the context of an impeachment proceeding going on today which discusses absolute traitors to the nation invading the capital and trying to personally attack that woman-Im really shocked that an employee of this dispensary would think that was inappropriate comment/negative comments about a Democratic leader-most of the customers go Democrat I always have-Medmen guy spoke like one people that stormed the Capitol-the whole idea of scapegoating one congresswoman for the Democratic agenda which is actually pro marijuana more than the Republican agenda!Also-ridiculous packaging impossible to open there is no perforation there is no way to unzip it/ no way to open it without cutting it open and then you dont have any way to seal. Also when youre out of town in Las Vegas you may or may not have a knife. Gave Mr Jensen the airport manager my Swiss army knife/TSA rules.Before:Totally overpriced flowers and when discussing wanting a lower price discount just like all these overpriced dispensaries in Oakland where the employees are told to push the most expensive items same kind of sales trick the employee started putting me in my friend down for wanting to get more economical Bud... bragging about what he bought... very unprofessional Caribbean American.... man in a red uniform; when asking to speak to his manager, after the purchase, the front counter lady would not get one for me...the aggressive security guard began physically bumping into me to push me out of the store in order to protect the offensive employee.. What a way to treat a California tourism customer, that just spent 60 bucks at their store there by paying THEM...Their WAGES! Profit for the store! Overpriced with an obnoxious attitude I will never shop there again though I was there when they were building it and thought it would be so great...

I think Medmen is better than most dispensaries. They are consistent, have great selection, hot chicks go in there all the time or at least when im there. The service is pretty good but it could be better. They have lowest ATM fees in town. 24hrs would be nice. I like Medmen.

Best part of this place among other dispensaries for flower is they have jar samples that flip part open and can take a wiff of as well as lil magnifier. More places in Nevada or all need these since the state laws make everything pre pakaged you really can never tell what is any good otherwise. There are a handful of actually good flowers here. Reason for one star tho is you stopped the local discount just on the weekends suddenly after I drove all the way from one side of town while I have another dispensary right next door to home. What is the point of giving same regular daily local discount all week and not on the weekends? I left without anything and went back to my neighborhood dispensary for better

If you a ride share driver do not waste your time for the $10 they dont respect you or care about your time. Never coming here again. Security is rude, the bud tenders are rude, so many better options in Las Vegas dont waste your time.

Tianna our cashier was personable and made us laugh . All of the other associates were eager to help is with all of our questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the products . Great establishment only one flaw is that why do you close at 1:45 when its posted you close at 2:00 a.m. it really does a disservice to your customers who travel to get to your establishment before you close but you close early so pretty much youre losing out on clientele and equity . I came to your establishment today 15 minutes before you closed and I was told that too bad come by tomorrow we close at 1:45 everyday but hey other than this great meds great people I recommend going to medmen before 145 a.m.

Rude. They make you stand outside to show your I.d. when its over 100°F outside because they built their store without an entryway which Im fairly certain is ILLEGAL. Im posting a photo of the entryway and rude doorman. I go inside and its chaos. No lines, just ppl running around yelling everywhere. I waited a few minutes and walked out. Total waste of time. Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Ive been to all of them and this is the worst company. Dont let the fact that they spend so much on advertising fool you, theres a reason they have to advertise on every cab in town.

I am an Uber driver that just dropped off at this location.my customers in contacted me and told me that medmen had added a surcharge to their bill because medmen had paid for their Uber ride. They also told me that the quality of service and the merchandise was very poor and they would not recommend this to others.

I have been to this location quite a few times and have discovered that their employees have advanced knowledge of everything they sell! Jason for instance was extremely knowledgeable and tended to my concerns helping me balance what to try and where to go from where I was. MedMen is my place to go for cannabis! If you have not tried the 1:1 Pomegranate Gummies I highly recommend. Personally I like them because they reduce the need for alcohol at night.You can use marijuana to curb your recently acquired COVID alcohol fiasco!

Absolutely dreadful curbside pickup. Sat out front waiting for 20 minutes for an order that was previously confirmed ready by email. Too many other options available for that kind of service. Not recommended.

Ordering in store is awful. I’ve been here multiple times and the ordering system they have is the worst of any dispensary I’ve been to. You can’t ever just order at a counter, you have to get the attention of someone walking around. Usually there’s not many walking around and if they are held up with someone else it takes forever just trying to tell them what you want. -Just have a counter open for orders and let the people walk around and help ppl.

They actually call themselves the apple store of weed when you walk in. This place is far from it and is a joke. Most disorganized dispensary I have ever been to. You need to wait on an employee to do anything. Waited inside 10 minutes and after no help left and went to The Grove just steps away. If you like being ignored and paying too much go to mad men.

I’m waiting for a knee replacement and I wasn’t able to enjoy myself.Marcus listened patiently to my demise and suggested which products would help.The store is very professional and educational. Medmen is a refreshing experience for an East coaster. The environment is hyped up in a chill way. Its not as touristy as others and you wont be processed through the shop as you are in other stores. Theyre approach is upfront and verifiable. George guided me on both of my visits while in town and I have to say that his professional knowledge was paired well with his relaxed, low pressure, sales experience. I happen to be one of those folks who hates the hustle as I am in sales myself. Kudos to Medmen and George for standing out in the series of dispensaries I have visited in LV.

This was my first time at this location, spent memorial weekend in Las Vegas and I was recommend by staff member from lax location,I been going there since day first day and also to try out the medmen brand out there. Let me start off by saying that they were very knowledgeable of their marijuana products. Great atmosphere, lookin’ like a dank Apple store! However, when I was talking to my budtender, we were discussing the different kinds of oil cartridges, and when I specifically asked for the Indica cartridge, I didn’t get it in the end. So when I was checking out, she definitely had the right Indica oil cartridge in the cart but when she tried to scan it, it was malfunctioning and not scanning properly. So, she went to go get another oil cartridge and scanned that barcode. Little to my knowledge when I got back to my hotel, I had received the wrong oil cartridge. I was accidentally given a Hybrid oil cartridge in my bag, and with my neck pains and insomnia, I really needed the Indica oil cartridge to fall asleep and aid my sore bodily areas.When I called customer service, they explained to me that they are unable to exchange it (regardless if it was unopened or not) due to the fact that they are not allowed to return a product to their inventory once it has left the store. I understand these policies and I’m definitely not striking down on them for following the rules. I just find it upsetting that due to a clerical mistake (a mistake that wasn’t mine in the first place), I wasted $50 plus tax on a Hybrid oil cartridge that will not give me the same healing effects as the Indica oil cartridge that I requested and was ALMOST given to. The manager offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase there, but now I have to basically spend more unnecessary cash ($30+ plus tax) to buy the RIGHT oil cartridge that I THOUGHT I already paid for. I didn’t really have a budget for TWO oil cartridges, plus the other two products I purchased.Also, me and my budtender were discussing the [statemade] products, specifically the gummies, and she explained that they have been out of all the [statemade] gummies but were packaging them in the back and would be available later tonight. However, now I can’t even buy the gummies because the Indica oil cartridge was my main priority to healmy pain and insomnia, and I’ll only have enough money for the cartridge. All in all, it was a very rollercoaster experience. I came in all happy, fine and dandy, EXCITED to try the new MedMen store that I’ve heard about in a podcast but was later discouraged to ever go back due to my upsetting experience.

So the prices are my biggest complaint but other than that the dispensary itself has the best layout of any dispensary in this town and actually one of the best layouts Ive seen in Colorado, Oregon & California. You dont have to ask the bud tender what the terp profile is, what its testing at or who the grower is or anything. All the info is right there on an iPad along with the flower that you can see & smell. Of course they always have great suggestions if ur not sure what u want. Their [state made] collection is really nice for a desired effect and reasonably priced. The staff is definitely super cool, very chill, laid-back... I love that! I would love to see them have more daily specials especially for locals or medical but maybe in the future.

I was on a business trip three days ago, I bought two eights of their supposed best, when I’d squeeze the bud it would crumble, dry, completely, like it was dust. I would squeeze it and the bud would just crumble to dust...sad. I bought some off of somebody walking down the strip was 1000 times better and half the price . Their weed must be super old . WORST experience ever!! I walk to the door to get checked in and have my Legal NV Paper ID along with my California ID to show proof of residency in which my California ID is still valid ! I was just trying to show that I was now a NV resident but I could have just used my California ID since it’s still valid. The guy at the door told me I can’t go in with my paper ID. I ask why and he says they don’t accept paper ids. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to walk in to speak to him. I walk in and ask why I can’t buy here and he says it’s policy then waves his hand in a disrespectful way telling me to get out because I can’t be inside after the door employee just gestured with his hand for me to go talk to the manager. “Keith” he said his name was but obviously was just an attempt to not give me his name and proceeded to turn his back while I was talking and walked to the back when I mentioned I was going to yelp this experience. Then some guy with tattoos that had no business at all even coming outside since he wasent involved but got involved , told me “there are 90 other dispensaries in Vegas go to one of those!” I told him “Ok I’ll go to (another dispensary won’t say the name so this post will go threw) then!”He then proceeded to call me a b I t c h and told me “get out the car and do something!” ... I’m not sure where in any job it’s ok for the employees to invite the customer to a fight in the parking lot! Seriously? I wasn’t going to go on yelp at all till he said that! Now I fear for my safety. Ppl see others and just assume it’s ok to say whatever they want. I’m over the fighting stage in life. So I’m using yelp to let EVERYBODY that goes to this MedMen Dispensary on paradise to just watch out! They have some angry employees ready to take you outside and fight you!Also when I called back to get his name he proceeded to tell me in the most disrespectful way that “his name is noooothing “ and also spelled it out for me letter by letter “N O T H I N G my name is N O T H I N G “ then hung up the phone after he laughed at me. He has some serious issues that no company should have representing them. This was my FIRST TIME going to Medmen and my LAST! Thank you “Nothing” for the great MedMen Experience!Smh...

They have anything and everything your cannabis loving self would ever need. Love the layout. Looks like a jewelry store minus the security. Knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff too.

They are a bunch of scammers. Dont buy from them. Better dispensaries everywhere. A total tourist trap. Dry bud and doesnt seem as potent as the label suggests either. Definitely Sketchy things going on with the the content on the labels

I understand checking for ID but actually scanning every customers drivers license into their database is intrusive. I won’t be returning.

The worst flower and oil around some good concentrates sometimes. Stay away from their brand Medmen red. As a local I Highly recommend going to The grove dispensary a block away. Even closer to McCarren. 🤙🏼

Visited last weekend from Colorado, Medmen was the 2nd stop I had to make after I checked into my room (the 1st was White Castle which is in the same parking lot! How LUCKY is that!) I felt even luckier being helped by PAUL! MedMens dispensaries are a lot classier than the dispensaries in Colorado (and I worked at one!) HIGHLY recommend MedMen to any out of towner like myself, the prices are affordable and the infused dried kiwi was out of this world. Thumbs up emoji.

I love the feel of the MedMen dispensaries, they feel more like visiting a cannabis boutique than a shady dispensary. Its like if it were makeup it would be more on par to going to Sephora or Ulta rather than Target or Walgreens. Weve had nothing bet helpful, extremely knowledgeable, non-judgemental bud-tenders when visiting MedMen. My favorite store is the Last Vegas Strip store on Paradise and Harmon and the most helpful of them all has been Christopher M. He really knows what hes talking about instead of just trying to make a sale!When I say theres no judgement Im coming from the viewpoint of someone who is a fairly new occasional user. Ive always been a law abiding citizen so I have very little knowledge about anything cannabis related until recently. Finally living in a state where its legal has been AMAZING with one hitch... Many bud-tenders have tended to look at me with a smirk when Ive asked questions, like because I dont know its ok to treat me with disdain rather than be truly excited about sharing what they love about all aspects of cannabis and their knowledge about it. Thats where I REALLY feel MedMen shines!I love shopping around and really, each of the MANY, MANY dispensaries have something to recommend about them. However, if you can only visit one, trust me and go to one of the MedMen dispensaries. The overall atmosphere with its clean, well lit display cases which feature touchscreens that give a breakdown of all the products along with the incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, WELCOMING bud-tenders really push their dispensaries over the top!

$70 dollars for an 8th as a local with discount. UNBELIEVABLE. Id quit in a second if every place was that expensive but luckily not every place is ridiculous and gonna be closed down like Madmen. Total scam trap

The guy didnt let me in because I showed him ezpired licence. Probably the firat and last place in the world tgat would restrict entrance for that. Lost hme as a customer for sure.

Had the Platinum OG kush and regards celebrate rice krispie treats. Be wary of the edibles. It takes a longer time to get down from your high. You only need a little. Takes about 1-2hours to kick in bit when it does OMG. Alit of info about the product. One on one customer service
