Best vape shop in Vegas. I live in Hawaii and every time I fly to Vegas Pink Spot is the first stop from the airport. I usually get Pina Colada or Swagger flavors. Wish Hawaii had anything close to this. But I stock up before I go!!! Highly recommend getting the flavored juice

Why even have a 30 day warranty if all you’re going to do is tell me that my less than 3 weeks old mini vape leaking is my fault because the brand new cartridge burned out? Even when I tried to explain to you, you talked over me. Then try and sell me another cartridge. Matt, you were absolutely rude & I am extremely disappointed in your customer service.

I havent shopped this store in years but when I did their swagger e juice was the best! It helped me quick a 15+year smoking addiction. I have since quit vaping and cigarettes all together for around 10 years. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the best flavors of vapes.

Way too expensive for e-juice they need to lower their prices theyd have more customers. very disappointed in the prices they charge been to many other places. and theyre about the most expensive that Ive seen . really disappointed cuz I was looking for a new place to start buying my juice since my place went out of business but this would not be it sorry

Since I can (unfairly) no longer order my vape supplies online, I needed to find a new juice I like (just the original tobacco flavor) from a shop who delivers locally... we found a winner yaaay! Service was great, prices were good, the man was very helpful and patient with us, even offered some swag and a customer loyalty program (unfortunately, we could not sample flavors due to Covid protocols) but their plain tobacco flavor is just right... highly recommend👍

Pink Spot Vapors is the only vape store I will EVER use. Either through their website or in person I’ve never had a bad experience in over ten years! I live on the east coast with vape shops every 5 miles and I much prefer Pink Spot. Their shipping speed and customer service is spot on (pun intended) 😊I asked recently if I could purchase 1-2 empty 30ml bottles so I could transfer juice from my 120ml bottle in order to be able to carry them on my upcoming flight to Vegas (only bringing a carry on). Yesterday I received 3 empty bottles and covers free of charge! They’re awesome, amazing and your one stop shop for all your vaping needs. Thank you Pink Spot - you guys are fantastic!!

Had one bad experience with a mix up with my order, but because theyre so great with customer service the issue was fixed within days. I order my e-juice online since I live too far away! I love receiving my invoice with little notes from the owners. i dont know why but those cute doodles and thanking my husband for his services in the military just hits me in the feels! I love even if were not known in a personal manner. The owners still take time to thank their customers personally in their notes!

I went to Pink Spot Vapors in October of 2013 after some locals gave me the info. I had wanted to quit a nasty habit and they made it easy for me. I walked in not knowing anything about their products. They were nice, knowledgeable, didnt oversell me, and fast. All of their processes were in order along with their certificates. That alone made me more comfortable. I had questions when I got back home so I sent an email. They called me in lieu of an email to help me. Its almost two years later and I still order on a monthly basis (the small shipping fee is worth it for the quality). I will only use their juices. In desperation, after not ordering in time, I tried other brands and these brands are sub par in comparison. I mean no one should be ingesting these other brands because they are so bad. Moral of the story: Pink Spot first, Pink Spot only.

I havent found any other products that match the quality or flavor that Pink Spot produces and it has become the only juice I use. If they could make a merlot flavor.. Nice location and clean. Unhelpful(likely stoned) staff and terrible overpriced flavors. If you want quality flavoring or a fair price, shop elsewhere. Discounts topped onto the price and you still get ripped. Decent enough if youre absolutely desperate or want to try low end products to enhance your palette.

Their flavors are amazing and the selection is impressive, but the thing that makes them stand out the most is their customer service.Every time I receive my order via mail theres always a nice note from the owners, hand written on my receipt, personally thanking me for my business and reminding me to shake the bottle and sometimes drawing on and decorating the receipt. This company will go to any length to sell you their merchandise including not telling you important things you need to know about the product. When you run into a problem with the product they take no responsibility. This is the second time Ive had problems with them. I will definitely not be returning.

I love this place! I have only bought my juice from PSV since they opened the the N Decatur store! All of the employees are super helpful anytime I have a question they either know the answer or find out for me and always well informed about all of their products. Giving these guys 3 stars because their juice is great. Theres a semi tall skinny blonde guy with glasses in there that has some of the worst i cant attitude & poor understanding/patience ever. He kept trying to tell me my battery charger was to blame when I was trying to explain patiently that its not the charger. Wouldnt let me explain. Just kept loudly repeating the same sentence that warranty covers repair or replacement only like im slow when it says on the warranty clearly; up to 30 days returns must contain original packaging. Look out for that guy. Other then him their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend.

Rizzo is the man, I would definitely recommend asking for him when you come in (but all of the guys in there are great). Super knowledgeable and very straightforward. Awesome selection in the shop. Stopped by this store this afternoon to find out about their products and learn about the new E-Cigarette. The sales person I talked with did a great job explaining how it all worked. Talked myself into a starter kit, and the sales person explained if my total is over $100.00, I would receive an extra juice. When I told him to write it up, the total came up to $101.00. I proceeded to give him my debt card, and then the sales person tells me in order to qualify for the $100.00 promo I would have to pay it in CASH and that they could not accept a credit card. What the hell kind of scam is this. For a sales person to let a customer that is in the market and willing to pay his price, then let me walk out the door because I was not willing to go find an ATM to get cash out, the owner of this store is either NUTS or a CROOK! I wonder if the IRS knows what these guys are doing !!!!!!!!

Update, havent had a cigarette since November, with help from these guys I have been decreasing nicotine level steadily. I have bought two vape devices from them and both times they explained how it works, and gave an in house warranty. Even fixed one of my Vapes after I re-assembled it amazingly wrong. You can sample the flavors prior to buying with a vape. Flavors are mixed in house. Nicotine levels can be adjusted for each flavor. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Hands down my favorite vape shop. I have to drive across town to get to either location , but its worth it for me. They will deliver, but I prefer the in person experience. Staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to give me as much time as I need to get all of my questions answered. Great job!!

Awesome service... the guys are great. When theres a crowd, it can get a bit difficult. Most people dont notice the sign in sheet next to the front door, and there is no clear line to wait in, so while they try to go by the names, people who havent signed in, but were there before you can get confused.

Started going because my mother went. Bought a vape and juice. But about the time the FDA made a ruling, they changed their policies and suddenly they would only let us use some of the points we earned on our stuff. They were rude about it honestly. Said they couldnt because it was considered a free item. 1. We earned those points. It wasnt free. 2. All you would have to do is charge us a dollar. It was their policy change. To make it funnier, they sent my mother a coupon for a free juice. I call bull. On top of that they were out of the coils, and took forever to call me back to say they had them. Was already looking elsewhere at that point

OK, I live in Tucson, Az and I had a big problem!!!! I smoked almost 3 packs of Camel Wides a day for almost 20 years! I wanted to quit because I was tired of paying $20 a day on smokes (you do the math!!), and waking up each morning coughing so hard that I felt I had to put my hands in front of my mouth to catch my lungs!!!Well, I moved to Vaping and after some experimenting, settle on a KTS+ with a Kangertech pro tank 2! Now I had to find the right juice!!!! I tried ALOT of different brands and flavors from here in Tucson, but none of them quite did it for me.... UNTILI was visiting one of my local Smoke shops by the name of Moon Smoke, and I was talking to my buddy who works there about my dilemma! He walked over to his shelves, pulls out a bottle, and tosses it to me. He told me he would give me my money back if it didnt fit the bill!Turns out it was a bottle of Pink Spot U.S.A. Tobacco blend at 36 ml of nicotine. My Quest was finally over!!! I had found the stuff that I could vape and it satisfied my nicotine needs and was pleasant enough smelling that my wife could handle it!!! I have learned over the last year or two that if I add honey flavored juice to it, I get almost an overwhelming smell of pancakes. Its for the younger crowd. Prices are ok but not great. Its kind of like walking into a Spencers Gifts for vape. That being said, and if you are into that, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. There are places to sit and hang.

My wife and I had exclusively vaped PinkSpot since shortly after beginning vaping about 5 yrs ago. It had always been by far the best juice wed ever used... Recently though theyve gone thru some changes with having to go to flavorings that are free of artificial colors and youd think that would not effect the flavor, but its my opinion that they arent using the exact same flavors minus the artificial stuff, I think theyre possibly using a different manufacturers flavorings, that dont use the artificial stuff because their e-juice flavors have changed and are not as good as they were previously. They were in a class all their own with the most amazing flavors you could possibly find and now theyre only slightly better than all the other premium e-juice companies. By no means am I saying not to buy from PinkSpot or their flavors arent good, because they are... Im just disappointed that its not the same amazingly magical, mouth-watering, crave it all-day and night e-juice that it once was... and for that reason, I had to take off a star from what was (in my opinion) the best e-juice on the planet to now just being darn good e-juice.

Ordered salt nic vape juice. super harsh! all 4 bottles different flavors. 70/30 vg/pg 50mg nic. on the rocks (menthol). maybe its the nicotine but thats what i usually get with salt nic and its never tasted that harsh. maybe its the menthol idk.was excited to try but cant recommend after trying.

Their flavors are good and the people are friendly. Unfortunately their contests are fake. I entered one and it said I won a $100 gift card. When I tried to claim it they told me that it wasnt real.

E-liquid tasted like the cheap liquid that is sold in smoke shops... burnt silly putty and juicy fruit gum. Smells better than it tastes. Twice the price of Elephant Vapor and not even a fraction of the flavor.

Their juice is straight up trash. It’s ruined two of my vapes. Too thin and also every flavour they offer seems to have a fruity taste to it.

I was in to see Chris yesterday chris is a valued employee he was very professional courteous and helpful I determined with Chriss help I got 30 milligrams of ejuice when I got home I couldnt use it I did some research and determined it was too strong 30 milligrams was too strong and it was burning my throat and causing me to... cough I went back to the store the next day and saw Chris again and he immediately knew what to do he lower than milligrams to 24 milligrams I needed some extra VG juice to make it more smooth at no charge which was a huge help because I bought 3 large bottles of e-juice and they were all switched out to 24 from 30 and some extra VG juice added and now it is a perfect blend for me and again this was done at no charge and again Chris was very courteous helpful listen to me and took care of my needs hes very professional and an asset to your company so far its only been two days but Im very happy with pink spot vapors

They don’t have newer mods and their juice is all in house juice which is very thin because they use a different VG/PG ratio then most of the regular juices on the market.
