First timer here for work and had no idea what was on the menu. I was greeted before I even got to the window Chick-fil-A style. The woman who helped me was very good at her job and explained the menu to a tee and made the whole process super smooth and easy didnt catch her name but she had a behind the neck tat and she deserves a raise lol. Got a caramel macchiato it was the best one Ive ever had will definitely be back.

I like to get my cigarettes here for the convenience, the prices, and the wonderful customer service. the ladies that work here are always smiling and are very kind and helpful.

I love going to Chiefs. But, when I pull up, all of the lights are on and even the open sign is lit, I expect service. I admit I came in right at closing. But dont tell me the registers automatically close at 8 when I just saw a car in front of me drive off after being served not a minute prior. This was at the store located on gore. The employees at that location could use a little training, but overall yall are great!

I go to the Chiefs on cache everyday and never have a bad experience. Fast and Friendly service. Brittany is awesome, always has a smile on her face and is always very nice. Best Chiefs in Lawton!

Edit - the last two to three times I visited I ordered coffee. I go there for the black rifle coffee. The coffee was sold lukewarm and tasted like decaf. Unacceptable for a drive through drink service.

The new Chiefs on Gore is awful. I sat in line behind another car while the person in the car chatted with the employee for a while, they finally drove off and I pulled up and no one at the window. sit there for a minute and then a girl is walking out taking the order of the car behind me??? someone finally comes to the window and says itll be a second and runs off. Ill stick to the one on Lee.

This lady just stood by the door and yelled, What do u want please fix it or Ill go somewhere else? Its not the first she did this

Cheap smoke shop one up on their cigarette tax prices and the increase was already done in January and now at the end of February they raised the rates almost 20 cents you know this is getting reported to the state tax state beverage tax commission and the lady that was working the window when I said something about it she told me to leave there and not to come back screaming at the top of her lungs so Im going to make it a personal mission to make sure that they get in trouble by the state
