Definitely does not open at 7:30 am as advertised!! You will not see anyone there until at least 8 to 8:30 am!! Staff has changed for the worst at this place in the last few months. Still not open!!

Prices arent rounded anymore so you have to pay taxes on top of the advertising price. 20$ Now is like 22.08. the guys in here have a bit of a language barrier because of the accent, also rude staff now. Not worth the time or money now that theyve changed

So I go in to get my first of the year medicines and goods a little after noon. Im the only one in there. I dont know this guys name, but he was rude, kept answering the phone in the middle of my shopping experience. As he finally hangs up the phone, another call comes in, and another customer walked in. After that, I couldnt get his attention again. I walked out and spent my money somewhere else.

Zac is a rockstar. He knows what is in stock and what is sold out without having to pull out any reference. When he is my budtender, the experience is always top marks.

The owners are there often, always super helpful as well. They have awesome deals on their product often. I love their concentrates, especially the Vertical Vibes Applesauce and Diamonds!! Also the Sooner brand of edibles is awesome. 10/10 for Spark!

The staff is rude. And not very helpful. No complaints about the flower, I guess its okay if you dont mind being treated like a second class citizen. Or being forced to wait while the clerk gossips on the phone.

When I visited the store, the customer service was on point! The store has a super chill vibe and Ashlyn G. has a very bubbly personality and was extremely helpful and informative helping me with my purchase. Repeat customer for sure!

Made a deal with Jacob, the purchasing manager but when it came time to finalize the deal he backed out. How can someone make a deal and then back out the last minute? Very unprofessional

I got an OZ for $80 and thought it was a great deal. Instead it felt like I was smoking some bottom shelf shake. Two joints and a bowl did nothing except give me a buzz. If I buy top shelf flower Id expect top shelf results. On top of that the staff is rude and has no respect. If starting fights and insulting customers is a standard for yall, dont expect repeat customers. Never gonna come here again. Will not recommend this dispo to anyone.

Very frustrated... Multiple times now I have gone here to purchase something that their live menu on Weedmaps says they have, then Im told they dont have it when I get there. Their answer is always something like yeah our computer software sucks and our owners dont care. You make a budget, you make your rounds based on research, wrench in the mix when I get to Spark.....update, 3 weeks after your response saying this wont be an issue in 2 weeks. It was again today. Weedmaps says you have inventory that you dont.

Deals arent the same anymore. The flower is good but your options on anything but you shelf is limited. The edibles and carts are still good deals but thats about it.

Amazing product, this is my go to dispo. Their Lemon Larry prerolls/flower are my all time favorite for relaxing.

My only complaint about this place is that theres no DUNCAN location, can you guys open up a store in duncan ? A lot of the places are out of their minds with their dab prices. We need a spark!
