The service there is amazing! I always make sure I go there because one of the workers (he is almost always there) has always taken care of me. He learns what kind of flavors you like and makes recommendations that have never been wrong!

The cigars are really kept in the proper conditions and the guys there are really nice.

Absolute ripoff. Charging $50 for a $5 piece. Seriously, the same garbage they sell in here is $10 online. Go to a different store to save money on your juice and online and save your money on glass.

Do not go to this place. You will get ripped off! This store sells faulty products and will not replace it when you bring it back the next day showing them that it’s broken. The young kid that is working there is very rude to customers also. He said what do you want me to do about it? You see its posted all sales are final!

Amazing store and staff, they had my Favorite Hyppe Max Air 5000, it was great i could try out the flavors with disposable tips before i bought My Favorite Black Sakura flavor.

I have been a regular customer at this location for a couple years now and up until the last few months I have had the best customer service and overall experience while shopping. There is a new guy that has started there, bald headed darker guy, and my last experience was very poorly different. When I first walk in, the smell in the store was horrid. It was like someone that hasnt showered in weeks and a strong stench of feet. This was the first time Ive ever came in to the store and experienced that. This guy was also very rude and unhelpful. It was like it was his first day and did not know anything about anything. I usually see the other guy that has been working there for as long as Ive been working there. He was awesome and knew a hell of alot more about the products he was selling than the newer guy. I dont know if I will ever come back to this place again due to my last few experiences with this new guy.

I love this place and only go to a select few shops. One in Winchester and one in Leesburg which is this one. The one gentleman that is there usually in the evenings is amazing but the other gentleman that is there in the mornings has been giving me an attitude since I started going there almost a year ago. He also continues to charge me $11.67 for the same Vape I’ve been getting for months but the other gentleman charges me $10. while the nice lady that works there charges me $11. The only feedback I have is that it would be nice to be able to go in and buy my Vape for the same price every time I come in instead of not knowing what it’s going to be. And to not stand directly in front of me while I’m trying to pick my options. Give me some space to shop and look around without making me feel so uncomfortable that I have to leave.

I dont give out a lot of 5-star reviews, but from my experience, this place deserves no less.

I purchased a glass piece for a device I had broken thinking it might fit, and it did not fit onto said device. Store Manager said I could return no problem. I tried to return it, got told it cost less than I paid by another worker (possibly the bad smelling one spoken of in another recent review) and that I could either wait for the manager or replace it with 50 dollars worth of other products. Why should I have to wait for the manager who didnt show up this day? I did not want anything but my money back, but now I must call store managers and owners to attempt to get my money back. Is it possible this one specific worker is the cause for all the highway robbery? I will be sure to find out.

Great selection and price, but absolute disregard for mask requirements. Both sales people were without masks and did not put them on when I entered. This is at least the third time this issue has come up with them, so were taking our business elsewhere

This place is great! About the same price as competitors. So clean, nice... I didn’t see if they have a sample rack yet, though. Edit: I went in again and the way you “sample” is just by smelling the bottles. They just started so I’m giving them props and 5 stars; I’m sure they’ll realize soon they need a sampling rack, like at Landsdowne Vapes.

The best tobacco shop in the area by far. They have events on a regular basis. The owner is a great guy. There is a large selection of cigars and some other tobacco products as well.

My wife went in there to purchase two (2) 18650 batteries for me and was charged $26.00 per battery . $52.00 for two batteries that I could purchase online for less than $10 each. This is the most absurd case of price gouging I have ever seen. My wife didn’t know any better and was raked over the coals. I will absolutely never give this store any business. I would rather smoke cigarettes than give these con artists another penny. Transaction took place 4-2-2021 at around 3:15pm.

I bought an ooze pen from this store didnt work out of the box and stupidly i declined the receipt. I go in the next morning to see if i could exchange it for a new one, the guy working there game me a new one for free. Excellent place and excellent service.

I was looking for a hookah set. I have zero knowledge about hookahs. The gentleman working was very helpful. He even threw in a couple free accessories. They had a very impressive variety of hookahs, accessories and tobacco.They also have a great selection of cigars.

Went in there today and was very pleased with their juice selection especially salt nic. They were reasonably priced and very good customer service. If your looking for a good local vape shop this is for sure one of them.

Came in here for a cigar, but everything was steeply overpriced (e.g. 7.50 for a 5 dollar cigar). Sensing my hesitation, the shop owner told me everything was 20% off, so i picked one and bought it. First he tried only giving me 10% off at the register, so I objected and reminded him he had JUST said it was 20% off. After the transaction he hesitated to give me my receipt, but he gave it to me after I pressed him for it. The receipt had the 20% off but there was nothing on it that indicated my credit card info (e.g. last 4 digits) to show me this was how much my card had actually been charged. So i checked my bank account and THE DUDE ONLY GAVE 10% OFF. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. Never coming back to this place ever again. Buy from total wine or thompsoncigar instead!

Its about time Loudoun crawled out of the Prohibition era. Seems a little on the pricey side, BUT ... thats normal, plus this location must cost quite a bit for the monthly lease (Loudoun County really isnt known as a lower rent district lol)

Everything they sell breaks in a couple of weeks the taller salesman is rude and unprofessional spent over 500 dollars on broken mods when asked why everything breaks or doesnt work I was toldNot my problemNash vapor or any other vape shop is a better alternative
