Massage Envy

I was to get hot stone therapy with my massage. I talked to them on the phone about it. Then when I checked in as well. I thought the therapist would ask me about it. She never did. I am new to your facility so I am not sure if the client is supposed to ask the therapist for the treatment. Or get the stones my self. The massage was supposed to be light to medium touch. I ask for my left shoulder under my shoulder blade, my left low back, and left lower leg (sciatica). I told her I wanted medium touch. She gave me light mostly. It was 80 degrees on Sunday. She had the heating pad on the bed on high. I was sweating before it started. She ended the massage 10 minutes early. I know you all only do 50 minutes. My massage was scheduled at 3;45 she ended at 4;30. She did not start until 3;55 . So I really only got a 35 minute massage. I was there at 3;30 in the parking lot.. I went in at 3:38 pm. I have a membership, but if this is what I get for it. I will not be keeping it.

Amanda does an excellent job. Her work shows how experienced she is. When I go to see her, my body feels great. Shes very kind and understanding your issues. Its very easy to communicate with her. I love going to see her for my body needs. Thank you and I will see you next time.

Jess is my therapist of choice--she is knowledgeable and intuitive and understands that deep therapeutic massage does not need to be (not should it be) painful. I always joke with her that her superpower is time bending because time on her table feels like getting luxuriously lost in time.

Jessica K. was professional, friendly, understood my concerns being a few weeks after knee replacement. She did an exceptional job! The other staff I encountered were also great. In fact, I went in a bit skeptical and walked out a wellness member. Ill be back at least once a month. Thank you to the Hamburg M.E.!

Awesome experience! The one hour massage was seamless and absolutely wonderful. I walked out of the session refreshed, relaxed and free of pain. From the front desk greeting to the checkout, we left wishing for another visit soon. The location is easily accessible with lots of available parking. When on Naples, this will be another stop on the schedule!

Jessica was incredible! She throughly explained what she was going to be doing. She asked questions. She was calm and patient. My body was ridged and tight before she worked her magic. Afterward, I was relaxed, and my whole spirit was calm. Thank you for an incredible massage!

Casey is a miracle worker! I carry of lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back and Casey is able to effectively work out the kinks and knots with just the right amount of firm pressure. I highly recommend him!

Adrian is a FANTASTIC masseuse! Perfect pressure, thorough massage that included the best face and scalp massage EVER. Adrian gave such a great massage that I felt I had been on the table for a 90 minute instead of 60 mins. It was so good I signed my hubby up for a massage with her too!

Keenon is fabulous and always listens after asking what needs or concerns I have. The tone of his voice is a plus when it comes to relaxing as well. Best Ever!!

Kyle is very professional. He makes sure where you want him to focus. He makes sure bed is at on ok temperature for you, and that pressure he is using is ok too. I get the EMT. He does such a great job of getting any pain, knots, and muscle soreness out. Kyle does an excellent job.Front desk always friendly and helpful

Moonsun is always so informative during my sessions. Her facials are top notch and I always feeling refreshed and my face is glowing. She’s the only one I see.

Keenon was amazing! He listened to what I needed and was able to work on the areas of concern, however still get to a full massage. He communicated throughout to make sure it was an enjoyable and beneficial session for me.

Jaqueline was my aesthetician and Jessica W was my massage therapist yesterday. Both were outstanding. I felt great when I walked out! Staff are friendly and the services were great.

First visit to massage envy. I was referred by a friend to see, Adrian, since I was looking for a firm to deep massage. Very happy I took the recommendation and booked an appointment with Adrian. I requested special focus on my neck and Adrian was able to do that while also treating other areas as well. The addition of cupping with massage was something I had not tried before, but was really pleased with. I did encounter an issue at check out with a gift card but amy and the manager worked promptly to resolve this. The non member rates are more than you would pay elsewhere. I cannot speak to their membership program which locks you in to a lower cost.

Jeffrey is an amazing therapist. Did some awesome post surgical lymph drainage therapy on my injury! I highly recommend him!!

I treated myself last minute to a massage. And it was the best thing. My therapist Mariah was professional, and spot on with conquering the tough task of me relaxing enough to enjoy my massage. I will be booking with her again!

Just to be honest, the massage was great like always but unfortunately, my therapist was 30 minutes late which I got a text a couple hours ahead of time to let me know that but then even when it was supposed to start it’s still started 10 minutes late after they reset the time. it just gets very aggravating because about one out of every three massages get canceled for not showing up

I decided to go with massage envy for my first massage as I was getting one for my anniversary and first Mother’s Day gift. I booked 2 weeks in advance to ensure there would be availability. I do not live in Lexington but scheduled it back to back with a facial so I was already on my way for the facial when I received a call, which I thought was weird since I already confirmed yesterday. They cancelled on me 1.5 hours before when I had already drove to Lexington and offered a spot 30 minutes earlier. I told them I could probably not make that and asked if they had one just a few minutes later and they said no. I called back 30 seconds later to tell them I would just rush and try to make it right on time if that would work and they told me it had been booked already. I asked if there was anything they could do to get me in today since I already drove here and they said no. It is not right at all that I would have been charged money if I cancelled on them today but they can cancel on me an hour and a half before and not even try to work with me to get me in or offer me anything in return. I will never try to go here again.

Kyle was great at helping stretch out my low back injury. The full body massage was great. Hes very skilled at his job.

My first time in my life getting a massage, have to admit I was nervous but Latisha was great ! She listened to me about my problem areas and address them from the time I walked into the door I was very informed of all they had to offer and very friendly. I loved it so much I became a member and planning on using Latisha when shes available!

The 90 minute massage with Hot Stone therapy was incredible. Casey took time on my site shoulders and neck, and I felt better immediately.

Callie is an amazing therapist! She listens and adjusts to whatever my body tells her. I had a very specific issue on this visit and she took extra care to make sure I left feeling better than I did when I got there!

Facility was great. Massage was terrible. I had my body literally “patted” down for 50 minutes of what was supposed to be a 60 minute massage. I asked for a firm massage all the had was a “light to medium” masseuse who said she could “certainly get the job done” I literally never felt her apply pressure 1 time. I’ve had 50+ massages and used several massage envy’s before. I’ve never once had a complaint. But that was absurd. Very disappointed. Couldn’t even relax because I was just wondering then entire time when she was going to actually start MASSAGING…

This is the first time I had seen Callie and she was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and pressure was what I liked. Will continue to see Callie for my massages!!

Casey always asks if there is a problem area and for me which, in this case, was an over extended hamstring and something going on with my rotator cuff. He went to work and concentrated on those areas. I cannot believe the difference it made.He is very professional but friendly.They have a peaceful atmosphere and that’s what you need to relax. Great job to Casey and all the workers at Massage Envy.

This was my first time at Massage Envy. I have had a lot of massages over the years. Most of the time I cant geta massage therapist to use enough pressure, or if they do its in the wrong places. Casey gave a great massage. Perfect amount of pressure and had great technique. You can tell he is knowledgeable in his craft. Casey also gave off a calming presence. If you want a deep tissue massage, I would ask for Casey.

I’ve looked for a long time and have been through many therapists trying to find good firm pressure/deep tissue massage. Casey is awesome. He always asks what’s bothering me and he listens! If you want a fantastic massage, ask for Casey! He is always booked a ways out but worth the wait.

I had a frustrating experience overall with Massage Envy. For somewhere thats supposed to be relaxing, it wasnt worth the headache. I originally scheduled an appointment and drove 1 hr for them to tell me it was cancelled because I didnt respond to a confirmation text. (Mind you the text did not say the appointment would be cancelled without response).My mother-in-law who is a member in Ohio gave me a credit for a free massage. Both her and myself called prior to both appointments (the cancelled one and the one I went to) to ensure I had they credit, they told me it had been transferred and I would be good to go.Well after my massage I was told I had to pay for the full service and there was no way to get the credit which is the reason I went there to begin with.On top of that, I was pressured to by a membership.Side note- the massage by Jessica was great! I have no complaints about the prenatal massage, but given the other factors I will not be returning.

Amanda is Amazing! Good with all pressure types in my opinion, is a great listener, and gives good recommendations when asked. (Ex. Stretching, different enhancements, and muscles to try and strengthen.) I’ve gone to a lot of different therapist and she is my favorite!

I waited until my yearly membership had ended before I made a review in hopes that mistakes could be corrected.Front desk staff and management need more training, it’s a revolving door of new employees every time I came, with misinformation given to me every other appointment. Which honestly is frustrating when you have a membership and you’re told wrong information about it.Joshua fell asleep while giving my shoulder/neck massage. I felt the pressure lighten and when I opened my eyes his were closed, I shifted my body and coughed to wake him up. I was so embarrassed, it was extremely awkward, when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she gave zero apologies and no compensation. I just decided to try a different massage therapist, which I continued to do. If you do go here, I recommend Lesley and Amanda, they are both excellent.At the end of the day, I am so thankful my membership is up and no I will never considered returning.

Absolutely amazing experience! This was my 1st massage in probably 20yrs. Nicole was very informative, patience & very calming as I was stressed trying to get to my app. Nicole specializes in medical massages & has her degrees in massage therapy. I suffer from chronic pain and was in a lot of pain when I came in. I felt like I was laying on fluffy warm clouds in Heaven! She worked out all my knots in my back. I woke up this morning with nearly any pain in my back. Ill be returning to buy a membership! 10 stars!

I’ve been coming to Massage Envy for a few months now and have kept Amanda as my masseuse every time because she is great. My job is very physically, demanding and coming every 2-3 weeks has helped tremendously. after my first visit, I got a membership and it has been the best thing that I’ve done for myself in a long time.

Moonsun is wonderful. She is conscientious about her work and explains everything to you as she is performing the facial. She creates a very relaxing atmosphere. At the end, I am as relaxed as if I just had an hours long massage. The best thing, though, is I walk out with noticeably refreshed and revived skin. I have never had good skin. I am 47 years old and after the previous facial I was asked by a very close friend, “Why is your skin looking so good?” That is the first compliment I have ever received on my skin.

I had a great massage, and everyone was so welcoming. The front desk staff were super helpful and explained the different services I could add on and answered all of my questions. Mariah, my therapist was wonderful and she listened to my needs and I had a great experience!

Gavin used the )0 min time efficiently and I left feeling much better!!

She’s a fabulous medical masseuse. I am a bit sore today because she does some very deep techniques. If you are looking for someone to dig and get those tints spots out, she’s the one to go to. I knew that I needed a deep massage so I didn’t ask her to go any lighter.

Omg, omg, O.M.G!!!! This was my 2nd visit with Jessica and I had also started seeing a Chiropractor for my neck and shoulder issue and shared with her his findings. She said, “Perfect, I know now exactly what I need to do to help you and can work in tandem with your Chiropractic care.” She explained what she was doing while working on me and why. Which I love knowing the mechanics of my care and its benefits. She even suggested “cupping “ as another option and why she felt my situation made me a perfect candidate. When I arrived I was having discomfort in my neck, shoulder and lower back and having muscle spasms across my pecks. By the time I left, discomfort was significantly reduced and spasms had stopped entirely. In fact I am STILL spasm free. Thank you Jessica!!! I’m looking forward to today’s Chiropractic appointment hopeful for a good adjustment now that I’m more relaxed than I’ve been in such a long time. Jessica is amazing and definitely deserving of an additional bonus!!! Can’t wait till my next appointment with her.

I get a massage here once a month because of the physically demanding nature of my job and it’s always a good experience. Jessica is great and really helped relieve the soreness and pain from my past few weeks of extra overtime at work.

Kyle is clearly well trained and worked hard to relieve some very stubborn knots in my upper back. Would definitely recommend if you have neck or back issues.

Gavin is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain what he is doing. He make sure to focus on your problem areas. His massage technique helps greatly with my tension headaches.

I have had massages by both Kennon and Gavin and they’re wonderful! Being a member here gives you a little self care once a month and is totally worth it!
