I mean delivery says it all lol, but the delivery is always on time and correct (even when I accidentally ordered the wrong pods they brought the correct ones just in case!) Thats customer service!

I went here today to buy some Carnival King Cotton Candy juice for my mod. The guy working (who was nice) informed me they didnt carry the brand and suggested another similar flavor. They have no way to test, so I bought it and took it home. Tried the juice and its horrible. Cotton Clouds Pink and Blue, 3mg. The flavor tastes stale, like just straight chemical taste (no flavor) and burned. Like, stinging icky burn. Called the store to ask if there was anything they could do and the sales clerk said, Nope. Youre stuck with it. I dont know where you normally shop, but thats too bad. Horrible way to do business. Suggesting similar brands that turn out horrible, not offering testers so its a blind purchase, not providing any exchange or refund options for the bad product they sell you and then basically saying too bad is like a big F U to the customer. Ill go anywhere else but this company from now on. :(

I just moved here from Louisville, KY and have been going to all the vape stores around to see which ones I preferred. This is one of the best shops Ive been to. The employees are super helpful, they have great products and pricing is good. They also have a huge section of e-juice that is on clearance. I bought 120ml bottle for $13 plus taxes. You cant beat there deals anywhere else. They also will deliver for a small fee. I would suggest 723 Vapor to anyone who vapes.

Went in because I decided to quit smoking - I’ve been a smoker for almost 9 years and have tried to quit before with no luck. Austin walked me through the different devices and helped me pick out something practical for me and my situation, and was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Highly recommend, and thanks for making something that feels so big a little less intimidating!

Wow. Came in asking for a recommendation and the man working at the store (didnt catch his name) hit the nail on the HEAD with what I was looking for. I have a new favorite flavor and who knows? This might be the time Im successfully able to quit smoking. Place was clean, professional, and Ill definitely be back.

The Go to vape store in lexington ky .A little expensive on some e juices but they have deals too . There is a couple stores in town too .They can also deliver.

They never answer their phone therefore most of the time I waste my time going there if they don’t have what I need. Their juices are also really expensive, and cheaper elsewhere. The blonde girl is very rude as well, we are regulars, she will ID me but not my boyfriend which is very unprofessional!! will be finding a different vape store!

Usually the place is ok. However, I went to pick up a part for my ecig yesterday, on a Sunday, the lights were on and it said open, but no one was there. I waited, knocked on the door, and nothing. The sign on the door said they were open until 7pm and this was a little after 4pm. I called their number thinking maybe they were in the back. I didnt get an answer there either. I have called in the past and cant ever seem to get anyone at the store to answer. I was pretty frustrated.

The girl that works during the day dont know her name she has blonde hair. But anyway just left there and didnt buy a thing and thats not right because i buy juices and other supplys a couple times a week at the other one across town. This girl is so rude i was lucky to even get her off the sofa and behind the counter to help me. Then when she did help had to listen to her tell me that i didnt know what i was talking about and the the way she acted ill never be back...

If the business owners know that they will be closed during part of the day so their employee can take a lunch break, then they should include that information in their posted hours. Instead I use my entire lunch break driving over to a business that should be open but is not. Its a big screw you to your customers so Ill be shopping somewhere else from now on.

They have tons of options for most vapers. Cater to the young. I still have an old vape and was always able to order what I needed. No local store carries the old coils including 723

Will not be back, broke my mod had a $5 off email coupon the blonde girl did not want to accept it I was like do you think I made it up and showed her the coupon, she finally used her small discount she says like its going to break them... went back the next day to get juice and tried to taste a little and she says that will be 50 cents to try juices.. thats the only stores in Lexington that charge to taste test... lextown Vapers is by far the best in Lexington ..will not make a mistake and go back to 723

They need to be trained on the coil call asking for Smok TF BF and I was told I did not know what coil I needed cause it does not exist according to them it does with the new SMok Morph kit so please 723 do your research

TOPBOX Mini by KangerTech is good hardware, get a couple of batteries and an external battery charger. The 723 Baccer blend is great if you like the taste of tobacco. The element in that unit lasts unless you turn it up really high. Most reliable unit Ive purchased after dealing with many duds from Altsmoke and the one on Southland.

Girl was pretty rude honestly, she seemed like she couldnt be bothered with my trivial newb questions. Glad I got some vap juice, sorry I waisted my lunch time there. Wont be going back.
