I have made multiple purchases from this vape shop before realizing that the products were counterfeit. I noticed that the vape salts and elf bars didn’t quite taste right but would assume they were old. Today I purchased an elfbar from here and immediately noticed something was off. I then compared my new one to last one I purchased elsewhere, and there were many differences.First the font is noticeably larger and bolder on the fake, another big difference is that the letters on the fake can be scratched off with only your nail, the real one is embossed in the plastic case. The fake is also thicker and the colors are very oversaturated compared to the thin less colorful real one.The fake tastes off, it isn’t smooth and tastes of nicotine with no real flavor.I was experiencing breathing difficulties that I just couldn’t explain and even visited a doctor all the while I was vaping a product which I believed at the time to authentic from this store.I didnt make the connection until I noticed my breathing improved greatly when using a product from another store. After my last visit today and discovering the product to be counterfeit I then started piecing things together.I believe the juice in these fake products was causing my chest pains and shortness of breath. I dont trust the safety of the juice in these pods.

Decent products at cheap prices. The reason my review is only 3 stars is because the owner leaves the store in the middle of the day and keeps the open sign on while hes gone. Very misleading. Went the other day, the door was locked, and I saw the owner get out of his car and start walking to the door when he saw there a customer waiting there. If you are in a rush to go somewhere, this is not the best place to go.

I was a loyal customer before today. Young guy working in there needs to learn some customer service. Was treated very rude after I spent $40 on a defective vape 2 hours prior and asked about an exchange. Wont be back!! Highly recommend anywhere else.

The best store in Lexington

We have gone to this place several times to find the OPEN sign on, the lights on, during what are supposedly their open hours, only to find the door locked. Call them on the phone and no one answers. Knock on the door and sometimes the guy comes out of the back and opens it, but most of the time, no one shows. Strange way to run a business.

Best smoke shop in Lexington

Great friendly service. The prices are usually the cheapest for newports around here (which are 1 of the most expensive brands.) The store has a good smell & always clean & neat. They usually have coupons on pack of cigs about once or twice a month.

Amazing service! We were traveling from Raleigh to Charlotte and stopped at the gas station about 10 miles away from the smoke shop. When getting out of the car we dropped a Vape box and broke it. It was 9:30 PM and we started to get nervous that we wouldn’t make it to a shop especially not being familiar with the area. We googled a shop and saw a store called zombie Vape. They were closing in 30 minutes and we called just to verify they would be there and google was correct. He asked how far away we were and we said 15 minutes he said no problem he would wait for us. He did just that and was waiting at the door happy to help us. Turns out he is also a fan of the same box that we had and sold us the base off of his personal one to take care of us and replace our broke bottom. He was beyond friendly helpful and overall it was a wonderful experience. He had amazing selection of smoke and smokeless tobacco. Also he’s beginning to offer CBD products it looks like. If your local to Lexington or in the area traveling be sure to check him out you don’t get service like that anymore. Old time personal service from a local shop!

The shop opens at 9 i tried calling 5 times between 9 and 10:30 and it gets forwarded to voice mail everytime. I just want to make sure they have what Im looking for before i go in is all

Me and my friend WALKED OUT with the owner cussing about us with someone on the phone whom he had been talking to the entire time we were in the store.First we noticed he kept saying things in his phone conversation like Blah blah hashish, they take 20 minutes (only had been about 7 or 8 minutes) I want to sit down and go to the back, blah blah. So naturally I asked him if we were getting on his nerves or bothering him in any way bc it was clear that he was speaking about us on his phone call!!! He quickly faked a smile and proceed to say Oh no no! Im talking to my cousin about someone at his store upstate, youre fine, keep shopping! Not long after that we clearly heard him talking junk about us again (as he must have thought I didnt understand any northern Arabic, which we did however and it was NOT very nice) - we then both stopped shopping and approached him at the counter about what he had been saying, and not to lie again bc we understood enough Arabic to repeat what he said about us in English, at which point he became quite agitated and hostile and admitted to what he had been saying. He told us that we were taking too long shopping and he wanted to go sit down in the back and he didnt have time for us to shop around.I will NEVER shop at this store again, and hope that others who still might frequent the shop to pay attention to what he is saying on the phone while you shop. This is not the first time I have questioned what he was saying on the phone while I shopped.Less than 1 star if possible...

You can find whatever youre looking for if you smoke. They have most of your needs. The only thing I didnt like was the owners kids were there and the oldest child was doing security watch. When we got ready to leave I was highly insulted because the young man knew my sister in law had went into the cigar area and she got cigars and they had been purchased but the young man didnt see his dad charge my brother for the cigars. I didnt like the way he approached us about the cigars. He kind of had a smart mouth but I look over a lot of people and things. My whole point is if he wanted to be sure the cigars were paid for he shouldve stayed at the register or asked his dad he did neither. He just need to be careful how he approach people. That couldve turned into something else. But Im not that person and he was a child.
