LIMA TOBACCO & VAPE

Dont buy the new disposable raz! I bought one yesterday it worked in store plugged it in to charge when I got outside in my truck. Went to use it later, and it would not come on nothing worked brought back today she said sorry we cant help you!! Girl was very nice but it wasnt her 25.00 that went in trash. Dont know if I will go back there and i will tell everyone that I know that vapes to beware unless you wanna throw money away

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions. I’ll definitely make this my regular place to do my business. Decent prices but the customer service makes up for that and more.

I love this store it is the best in town. Their prices are the lowest around and the bags of tobacco doesnt have a bunch of trash like the others do. The customer service is great I always leave with a smile. Thanks Lima Tobacco and Vape for being so awesome!!!

Only place I will go! Prices are good, customer service is great and they always have what I’m looking for. If your looking for a certain vape/brand, chances are with the variety in stock, they will have what you need.

I came here two days in a row and both employees were friendly and knowledgeable! Great shop with lots of variety.

Definitely not going here anymore. I came in after 9pm on Friday and got 2 Lost Mary Vapes. After a day, one of the vapes tasted burnt. I tried asking if I could exchange it or get a discount like how most places do and she started arguing with me, saying that well most places dont. Kind of funny because Wild Bills has a return exchange policy. For anyone that is looking for vapes, do not go here! Your best option in town is wild bills. I was going to go to wild bills but they where closed around that time.

I normally have my kid with me and I can’t leave her in the car so I bring her in with me and I have went to other vape shops and never been told she can’t come in well we go in and she says she can’t be in here so I leave now it was the way she said it she was pretty rude and just not very welcoming go to Ron’s they love kids 😂they loved my kid when I asked if she could come in the man said don’t even ask she’s welcome

I went here and bought a vape pin that didnt work when I got home I went back to exchange it 3 times and I just gave up and went somewhere else an the boss man is really rude!

I give this place five stars easy if I could go to 10 they will get 10. they have a great customer service and great knowledge of a lot of things that are in the store and theyre very friendly and go that little extra mile just to make a customer happy thats what I get a five and if they can get a 10 they will get that easy. Keep up the good work guys doing great Lima check need a lot more stores like that around here.
