First time here and my experience was amazing! When I first walked in, the atmosphere was breathtaking! It was calm, warm and inviting throughout my entire visit. Thanks to my friend for gifting me a pedicure service, which I loved! I definitely will be coming back to try out their other services they have to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend to others!

This is the best spa in the area! The staff is professional, the atmosphere is calming. You will leave feeling refreshed. I have visited several times, will continue to do so and recommend to others.

I got a full facial, Not really my cup of tea, but they did a good job. Today I got a deep tissue massage and it was Awesome!!! Then I got my face waxed and I look Amazing!!! Great job

🍃DIVINE!🌫 ☕💆🏽 I had one of the best massages Ive ever had!! 💜In town for business, needed a massage to relieve some stress so I was referred to Shelley at Perennial Glow Spa from a family member. Made appointment via phone, all is well. Got a call back to come in earlier, no problem. The day comes for the service and in transit I got news that Shelley would not be able to do the service as a conflict in scheduling arose. I was offered another therapist but the referral was specific so I declined disappointed, but ish happens.... So I went to brunch instead. As Im enjoying my food I get a call back from the spa and its an owner, Shelley herself, apologizing for the inconvenience and mistake. She offered A reschedule but again Im from out of town; she then offers I come in anyway for the previously scheduled service and she and the staff would accommodate me!! I was elated as I would still get what I needed and wanted. I arrived 10 minutes before time in case I needed to do paperwork and I did. This place is BEAUTIFUL on the inside, aromatic, calm, inviting, warm, and sets the mood immediately! Receptionist was very pleasant and walked me through everything sweetly but efficient. Shelley came to greet me, took me back to a luxurious, cozy interim area, and offered me tea, biscotti, and positive affirmation card! As Im enjoying my tea another therapist Sarah greeted me kindly. The atmosphere was so delightful and relaxing I was enchanted! Finally its time for my service...There is so much natural talent and skill within this goddess of ease and relaxation! Her skills, technique, pressure, and attention to detail were impeccable. I immediately started feeling the strain and tension easing out of my body. My needs were met and spots I didnt even know had stress were taken Care of...I am very happy with this entire experience! This should be a part of anyones monthly personal care.

From start to finish this was the most amazing experience of my life. Wow. I got a deep tissue massage and it was worth every penny. They have the most calming atmosphere, serene music. Fantastic masseuse. I was nervous about my super ticklish spots but she had me so relaxed that nothing felt uncomfortable. I mean, it hurt, but felt so good at the same time. I wish I had the kind of budget that would let me come here once a week.

Since relocated, but from the area. Daughter who lives out of state purchased a gift certificate for my birthday - so I tried it out. Typically, I would have done a massage but health reasons prevented that. So opted for a mani/pedi.The entrance is very welcoming, calming and the receptionist was very helpful. Running right on time for my appointment. Very friendly staff and my stylist did a great job on my services! Professional and efficient.I’ve traveled a lot and doing spa days while on vacation for myself (and my daughter when she’s along) has been my goto thing. Have visited many & had a lot of varied services done across the country. Only downsides I might note that detracted from the spa experience here: lobby furniture was a bit uncomfortable for me (sat too low & to squishy to get up from easily); restroom style did not fit with the spa theme - seemed to have been retrofitted from the office that was there previously; and most importantly, I felt that the room in which they did the manicures and pedicures was MUCH too crowded for the amount of services going on in it. It was great chatting with the young ladies working there, but it definitely felt too close for comfort for a relaxing spa experience. Seemed very confined for the girls working there to get around as well. The lighting seemed a bit dim too for the work being done - had trouble picking out nail color accurately. I would probably come back again to try another spa service but not one that’s not completed in that room. Would recommend though as I think their skills are on point!

We had a fantastic experience at Perennialglow. The atmosphere is just what you want in a spa, relaxing and serene. The staff were wonderful, especially our technicians, Ziporah and Camryn. They were both sweet, happy, detailed, and professional. We both got the deluxe pedicure package and loved it! We will definitely be back!

Today while I was visiting here in Luma I went to the spa that I just giggled, I wanted to relax and celebrate my Birthday. The place was amazing, clean, fresh and beautiful, I found the staff to be outstanding. I received a pedicure and a 60 minute massage. It was the best. I was very surprised with their prices compared to what I’m use to paying. They are really in my opinion low balling themselves for the outstanding services that I received. My first visit had my keyboard warrior fingers ready lol. My appointment was rescheduled by email an hour before my appointment, and I didnt see it, so I showed up at my originally scheduled time. Not only did the girls working come out to ensure I was comfortable, but the owner came out to explain and apologize for the mix-up.Im glad I held off judgement until after my appointment, and until after my second visit.Ive now had two pedicures with Angela and she is amazing! My feet feel better than they ever have. Ive chased the perfect pedicure all over Lima, feeling like Im wasting my money each time. Angela, and Perennial? Theyre my unicorn. I dont feel pressured to use the Gel polish, but she took the time to educate me on my options and on how to better care for my feet.Walking into the spa feels like coming home. Cliche? Maybe. But its true. These ladies have created such a welcoming atmosphere and I look forward to my appointments here. This place is truly a gem.

I just got home from my very first deep pore facial at PerennialGlow Spa. It was fantastic! My esthetician was very knowledgeable on the products, equipment and the process. She explained each step as she performed it and answered my questions with confidence. She chose products based on my skin type and the issues I experience. Thank you so much to Alazae and PerennialGlow Spa for a relaxing time. I WILL be back.

I had my first session today.I was so impressed with the entire experience!The whole atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is so kind and accommodating, I was able to use the relaxation room, I was offered refreshments.My massage was out of this world amazing! Natasha has a gift and you can feel that she truly cares as she works. Her fingers seemed to find every spot that hurt and she was able to work the pain away.I look forward to many more opportunities to relax!Thank you, Natasha and Perrenial Glow!I feel refreshed and relaxed ❤️

I scheduled one-hour massages for a friend and myself, and our expectations were definitely exceeded! I was having trouble with sciatica, and my therapist, Cachay did an amazing job of helping me. It was the BEST massage I have ever had, and will be going back. Jessica took care of my friend, and she had an amazing massage experience as well. In addition, the young ladies at the front desk, Asia and Thalia were super friendly and sweet. We could not have asked for a better experience to celebrate my friends retirement! I was so impressed with the atmosphere! It is definitely a one of a kind experience. Even the staff are very positive and supportive! I got so much out of it not just physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually! And the ladies who work there live it and walk in it! The place is more beautiful than pictures! I’m definitely going back!

This was our first visit but will not be our last. We had the hydrating wrap and it was amazing! The services from the beginning to the end were great. Very relaxing and high quality. The 2 ladies we had (Shelley & Lauren) were truly amazing. I strongly recommend others to check this place out!

Loved it! Natasha is the extraction queen! She did an amazing job with extraction and was so mindful that my wedding is soon. She recommended things for my skin and gave me samples to use till my wedding rather than trying to sell me her products. She really cares for her customer. Feeling amazing after the experience :)

The ladies that work here are so friendly and genuine. They make you feel right at home. The spa is very clean and comforting. The massages are killer. Each treatment has its own area which is fantastic. All in all this was an awesome experience!!!

I called on March 16th to try to book a spa party for the weekend of April 24th, which is my birthday. The lady that took my call took down all my information; name, phone, email, number in my party, what package we wanted and told me she would forward it on to the party planner. I also sent the same information to them in a email request for the same service. It’s been over three weeks and I heard nothing back. I called today to check, and was told that NOW they only have two spaces open for massages that day and only one for pedicures.Seriously unprofessional! I will never try to book here again!

Every time I walk in the door I feel welcomed. I receive the Yoni experience and hands down it’s the best thing for women. Angel is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.

Angela and Ziporah treated my husband and I like royalty! Great conversation and great service!

Brought my wife in for valentines day for a couples massage .They fit us in last minute and our two therapist were great , the relaxation room was nice ,and the chocolate covered strawberries were a nice touch.Good luck on your new location .

Spa is great from a mans point of view. Cant say about the ladys side of things. Shea was the lady working on my back and did a great job as always.

This Spa is wonderful! The staff are all kind and courteous, the service is excellent and the treatments are top-notch. It s a clean, friendly atmosphere that I would recommend for all ages.
