Wild Bills Tobacco

I miscounted how many cigars to last myself for a contract I was working in St. Marys, searched cigar shops St. Marys Ohio or close to, and found wild bills in Lima. Made the drive, despite the fact that I was only 20 or so miles away. It seemed a lot longer. Once I got there I was impressed, not as much with the humidor, as with the selection of caffeine related and nicotine related pouches. I found the workers there to be very informative and very helpful. I really enjoyed the grinds espresso blend and even the vanilla blend pouches. The Zen pouches were quite helpful as well in the delivering of nicotine to my sister. Im not disrespecting the humidor, lot of different cigars. Not as many or turo Fuentes as I would have wanted, but quite acceptable. Again, the employees there were quite helpful, if I am ever in Lima again I will be going back to this shop. Shop. The long curly haired Tard with a flat bill and mustache thinks he Owns the store and acts like a little dictator to every customer and other employees. Very terrible vibes in there everytime I went in there the last few months. Never going back, I don’t like being belittled while I’m buying stuff.

If I could give zero stars I would dont waist your time or money I spent $200 just to not get everything I need for my vape came back not even 20 minutes later and they said they couldnt give me a refund and didnt have what I needed

Went into the store to grab a new glass piece. Was looking for a specific perc. Asked the one guy employee for help. My first mistake! The guy felt bothered by me asking. Didn’t even know what I was talking about. Asked what I believe was the manager and tried to show me a matrix perc and an inline perc. SMH! A Swiss Perc is pretty common and the employees should know different types of percs if you are going to be selling glass. Stick to selling what you know. Cigs and cigars. 1/2 star

Hello, I dont often leave reviews, but today, idk, walked in here where I always shop, and I never remember names lol. But, the manager, the younger guy with long dark hair, he is ALWAYS so nice and very helpful if needed, very pleasant!! And theres a younger lady there with long dark hair, wish I could do names, but today she really put out the good vibes, like sometimes you just hate running around getting things done, or you can pick up on the feeling that the worker doesnt even want to be there and you just wish your mood felt better, and its nice to leave a store and just your whole moods changed, its like the happy and the good vibes are contagious!!, lol. Awesome store, nice place with awesome employees!! Have a great day, everyone

The shop is really nice and reasonably priced Chelsea and Tj are super helpful and great associates! I recommend going here for your smoking supplies 🙂 there’s a lot of cool stuff in there.

The guy Employee with the long hair is beyond rude and unprofessional.. which made the visit not worth going back but other than that the store and other employees are very nice.

I purchased two water pipes on their memorial day sale. When I got home and they where filled with water. The water pipe leaks from its base where the glass blowler formed it. Manufacturer defects are not their problem they just dont stand by the products they sell. Be careful shopping some products maybe defective.

I stopped by today to since I was in the area. Great humidor! They have a fantastic selection and variety of cigars to look through. And they dont over stock too heavily on a specific brand or make of cigar, like many shops tend to do. So plenty of options to find. Keep up the great work!!

Love the helpful workers as well as the selection. This has become my go to shop. Only issue is I live in wapakoneta and have to drive to Lima each time. Put on in wapakoneta!!!

A benevolent experience overall. An infinite array of products to satisfy any type of smoker or vaper’s need are made easily accessible by a knowledgeable staff that prove to you their dedication to completely fulfilling all your desires. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone in or around the area!

I absolutely love Wild Bills! The employees are very helpful, quick to want to help, they are very informative on their products and always willing to give us their honest opinion on if they would recommend a product or not! Im very addicted to this store and spend way too much money there because its worth it!!!

Large selection. Went in for some wraps and a grab bag. Nice employees. Paid $40 for a concentrate grab bag and got all dry products not a single concentrate item.

Went in looking for cigars. Place is very clean & bright. The humidor is large and has a big selection to choose from. There was no customer service for the cigars because the 2 employees were busy with customers at the counter and on the floor. Ill try again another day.

This is one of the best tobbacoo shops Ive been to in a very long time. Walk in and first thing you notice is how very well placed everything is. Most other shops you start to get overwhelmed with the amount of stock they would pile in on one shelf. Not here...everything is placed where you can see it perfectly, with tons of things to choose from. Also the ladys working were so very kind and answered all my questions without hesitation and with perfect precision. I will no longer be shopping anywhere else after todays visit. Wild Bills for sure is my new tobbacoo shop hands down no questions asked. Id rate my experience a solid 10/10. Go visit this badass shop if you havent yet.

I love this place you guys you have the most Beautiful bongs and cool Trays I got to be the lucky one to get the 3D Plant with all the sweet little trichomes and sugars.Im moving home to Mississippi I hope your company thinks about expanding down South That would be BIG 🤑💰

Great products great prices.. I travel from s.c. to ohio just to buy from them... wish they would do online ordering and expand into other states. South Carolina would buy them out of mr. Vapor

If youve never been to this tobacco shop, the outside of the building doesnt do it justice! As soon as you open the door, its just literally wall to wall with cool, crazy, fun looking stuff for your tobacco needs! They have everything and more. Im disappointed in myself for not going sooner. HIGHLY recommend stopping there even if its just to grab a pack of cigarettes. You will NOT be disappointed. The Employees nare super friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable!

I stopped here and picked up a pack of what I smoke and I was better off just going to speedway and getting them it would of been 8 cents cheaper

Theres not very much you wont find here. Great set up for a store. Has its own cigar humidor. Cheap also.

I have been in a few times and have had great service, and very poor service. Obviously poor service overrides the good, and I have found another place to take my business because of it.
