Sold me a broken sutra vape I just decided not to go back to the place but other than that great customer service!! If theyre employees werent as good as they were this wouldve been a 1 star

These guys kick A$$!!! Was in Lima from out of town and my battery was shot. They told me how to fix it and I also was smart enough to get a new one with adjustable heat. I couldnt be happier with their customer service but their down to earth spirit is what sealed the deal!! Everytime Im here in Lima, this will forever be my spot!!

Great customer service and very friendly. But there is a lack of product and what they do have is way to over priced. They carry dont carry replacement glass for their products either making you have to buy a whole new product.

I love going in cloud 5 everyone there is really nice and helpful. I go in the store so much one of the guys basically knows me and my husband. Im also super excited for their remodel. Their prices are reasonable, and they are very helpful and informative. I recommend this vape shop over the rest in Lima.

Some of the reviews here are bullshit lol. But having lived in Lima my whole life, I must say this is the highlight of our locals. The shop is filled with friendly faces and great service. The associates will instantly become part of your lives and will answer a message at any time of day to help you with your vaping needs. Glad to have them here.

The lady that waited on me, Payton, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices very reasonable. I was easily able to get to the store by bus. Thank you for a good experience for my first purchase.

The store associate was friendly and knowledgeable and prices were reasonable, however, me and my husband felt very uncomfortable in the store. People hanging out in the store, sitting on the floor blowing clouds, a few looked stoned, more of a hangout than a business place. We left without purchase and will not go back due to this.

They are always friendly, know what I need and always let me know whats new. The selection is awesome and they always have great deals going on on merchandise! If they dont have what you need their other store might. This is my exclusive shop for my vaping needs.

Found this place because 2 other shops were closed. Very pleasantly surprised. All the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Ill definitely be back!

Incredible service I will only be shopping here from now on they had everything I wanted and so so much more and the prices are great cheaper then anywhere else in store and online the hour drive is well worth it the blow all the other shops closer out of the water.

This is where I get my pain medicine! They sell wonderful CBD cream that they blend themselves, and CBD gummies that really helped me get through my pain at night! Great service and unbelievable prices!!!

It was horrible!!!! I was going to go get some vaps and as I pull up and park my car with my kids in it. I was waiting for the place to open. There was a man smoking on the sidewalk with an older lady and his baby. The owner pulls up and yells at the smoking man with lots of anger and curse words to not smoke in front of his store. The man smoking says Im almost finished Im at the place next door to your shop. The owner goes in opens the store and comes flying out screaming and yelling and cursing and waving a knife as Im about to get out of my car to go make my purchase. I was so scared and shocked he just kept yelling and waving the knife at the smoking man till the cops arrived. I got out of my car and grabbed the smoking mans baby and kept him safe. Smoking man thanked me. This was the most scariest and most frightening thing Ive ever witnesssed. Tht owner should be ashamed to be called a business owner. Im never giving tht place my business again. Tht owner was crazy!!! Wht if u were to go in would be pull a knife on u? While the cops were talking to the owner he was calling friends and family to come and beat the smoking man up. The smoking man was never mean or hostile just held his hands up pleading for the owner to stop. The smoking man had to be scared for his life as was I. He was very confused wht the owners issue was.

Their hours on google say they close at 9:00 on weekdays but after rushing over there to get there at 8:50 after my shift ended at 8:45 I realized they’d been closed for 2 hours and I rushed over there for no reason all because somebody set their hours wrong.

The one on metcalf is horrible. Sat inside for all of 20 minutes before being acknowledged for service. Then another ten minutes went by I just left
