Had my nails done by Jenny and she did amazing! If I was experiencing discomfort she’d relieve it quickly. Super nice and beautiful flower design! Will definitely pick her again! Thank you Jenny for the experience and staying late. Thank you Nancy for doing my nieces nails. They are beautiful! (Yes I did this review while waiting for my niece to get her nails done).

Nancy and her team did a great job Ive been coming to her face movie for 12 years nobody could replace her. I would recommend any of her staff. Ive been with her since she was in her sisters shop and now both of them have grown their business to an extraordinary length props to them Ill always be coming back

Trinh has done a great job the last couple times I have gone to get a pedicure that I think next time I’m going to get my nails done as well! She listens to my requests, offers me a beverage, and just all around is pleasant to receive services from! I definitely am going to make this salon my regular salon going forward!

Thuy did my nail shape, and jenny did my design!! I am super happy. i was in and out in less than an hour and a half. i would highly recommend this salon. they offer a high range of services, i’ll have to come back for a facial and spray tan!! first pic was what was done for me, second is my inspiration pic!

I’m not normally one to leave a review however this was some of the worst service I have ever had. I tried this place out because it was recommended to me and that is the last time I will ever take a recommendation. I got a full set acrylics and they were the worst nails I have ever gotten. I was trying to trust the process but by the end the nails made almost a wave and were very chunky and overall horrible. These nails were supposed to be my birthday nails. I got them fixed at another salon because I left heavenly nails crying because of how bad these nails were. I went to another salon to get them fixed resulting in this company refusing to give me a refund. However, why on earth would I go back to have them “fix” what they did when they did so horribly. I will include photos of the nails then the reference photo I showed them.

I’ve been looking for new nail salons. Thought I’d give them a shot. I had shellac and needed it removed and repainted. First thing…. They started grinding my nails like a had acrylics on. Freaked me a bit out. I stopped her and said no they are just painted. They scraped and grind at my nails-which was cringe for me. She asked if I’d like them shaped. I said sure and that was the worst shaping I have gotten. Then came the shellac- and oh my goodness. It is thick in places and uneven. It also started chipping that same night which continues on several nails(I’m only 4 days out). Some of my nails aren’t even covered on the corners. Just sloppy. I can do my own nails but get them done because I’d prefer them to look better than I can do but honestly I could have done better. I read the reviews-and I get it now. Just tread lightly. I gave a 2 star for vibes and water offered.

I will never return here again. Went in and got a full set of acrylic. They turned out beautiful, but they were pushy, and kept trying to get me to add more to my nails after I said no. I asked how much the length would be and they didn’t answer me. They filed my nails soooo incredibly thin that when they put the monomer on, my nails were burning. I went to take off my nails 5 weeks later, and it took off half of my pinky nail. On top of that, it ripped half of my nail off of my pointer and left me with a bloody wound. I question their practices, as well as their credibility.

I got a leaf gel manicure here while I was visiting from out of town. I loved the nails and they lasted several weeks, but when I had it removed at my normal salon (using only acetone) my nails were so damaged from the drill used at this salon that I will have to fully grow them out before I can have them done again. They are extremely thin and break constantly, so I have to keep cutting them short. They drilled off so much that there is a visible ridge where my thicker natural nail is growing in. There was a woman next to me who refused the drill and opted for a longer acetone soak. The tech was giving her a hard time but now I don’t blame her! Nail drills should be used much more cautiously!EDIT: Almost 3 months later my nails are STILL growing out from the damage of being excessively drilled at this salon.

I saw Trinh today for a pedicure and she is so good! She took such great care of my feet. Her massage was just relaxing as can be and I wanted to fall asleep. I will be coming back to see her again! Would recommend her to a friend!

Very beautiful establishment! First time getting acrylics and staff were super nice and helpful. Jenny did a phenomenal job at my nails and making me feel awesome! Anytime she made a mistake she made sure to immediately fix it and constantly checked in with me making sure I was happy with the nails. Will be coming back soon!

This is A MUST PLACE to come to get your nails done! This is the second time coming here from the referral from my sister, Janelle Larson. Very much recommend this place! My nail technician today, Maria, was exceptional and very particular and precise and puts her heart in what she did. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she did and beyond what I expected!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL ❤️❣️ When coming in to getting yours nails done, I would request Maria. Had a great experience here and highly recommend it. Its large, pleasant and has a huge array of colors. We had Maria and she was great - a real perfectionist. We showed her a photo of the nail art we wanted and she did it perfectly, even mixing custom colors to get the right look.Definitely one of Lincolns best nail salons.

My initial experience here was with Maria who executed polygel on top of my natural nails flawlessly & they lasted almost two months! She took the extra time to explain her technique & really did a phenomenal job. The next time I went in (November 30th), I requested polygel again, on top of my long-length natural nail, & I received a different, less strong, gel overlay. The nail tech got started without asking me any questions & chopped off my pinky nail. Thankfully I was not charged for the gel-X nail they put on to replace it but I was unhappy with it regardless. The nail techs were not familiar with what they were working with as far as “polygel”. I was later informed that it was not polygel over my nails when I had several nails crack in different areas & lift on all the corners. Remember, my last polygel nails lasted me almost two months. I gave the establishment a call & they were able to get me in & do a full new polygel service on my natural nails, free of charge. I was very thankful they were able to accommodate me on a busy Saturday morning! Nancy reshaped my nails & trimmed them, the cracks were deep & some painful, as they were below the white part of my nail. She did a great job for the time being (she repaired them on December 9th). Tonight (December 14th) I noticed a crack in my nail. This is especially frustrating for me, & I’m sure Nancy as well, that I am coming in for a third time within three weeks. The service Nancy had to repair was unacceptable. I have never received a set of nails done with such poor technique & errors despite them looking quite cute. Nancy did well & I will only be coming to see her from now on. Finding someone who specializes in polygel is a must, if you’re looking for a tech, ask for Nancy or go somewhere else.

(See bottom for update)I dont typically leave negative reviews, but my experience here was less than stellar. I do not recommend Heavenly Nails.I should have known from the start that this visit would be a disappointment. When I tried to confirm my appointment via the link in my email, it said something went wrong and to call the salon. I called to make sure everything was set, and when I asked a question about the guest I was bringing, the receptionist laughed at me and said, Oh, we dont need to know that information. It gave me a terrible feeling in my stomach, and I should have listened and cancelled my appointment.The website is confusing, and I feel like there are places where more explanation is needed. I booked the same thing for me & a guest and we had VASTLY different experiences and costs. I knew mine would probably be a little more expensive, since I was getting additional colors on my nails, but the end price was almost double what I booked.Nothing was explained to me during my visit. I have never had my nails done, and I had no idea what was going on. It was a lot of hitting and grabbing my hands and huffing at me to relax. I did not feel like I was wanted there, and my technician wasnt kind.The same experience happened with my guest. There was no explanation from the technician. They did not feel like they could speak up because of the forcefulness of the employee.I dont know if it is because I didnt want acrylics (I wanted regular polish on my natural nails) but the finished product is sloppy. There are nails that arent completely covered, and the simple flower I requested is smudged. Theres a huge glob of clear coat on one of my fingers, completely warping the shape of the nail.I was really excited to finally treat myself to a nice experience, but I had the opposite of that at this salon, and I do not think I will be returning.UPDATE: Yesterday (a week + 1 day after my appointment) I got out of the shower and noticed that the edges of all the colors were peeling??? Literally lifted off my nail (see photo). I was able to chip everything off with my other nails. Maybe I should consider myself lucky that this happened, considering how terrible the job was done from the start. But seriously…what nail polish chips off this severely in the shower?

I’m currently sitting in one of their pedicure chairs with Kim doing my nails… THIS IS THE BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AND IVE BEEN GOING TO SALONS FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD A TON! She is doing such a good job right now that I (a person who never writes a review) had to come on here to give this woman 5 stars! I’ve had lots of services done here since finding this place like 3-4 weeks ago and I think I’ll be a new regular! She massaged my feet so good for 10 minutes, so relaxing! I got a 45$ (I think) Pedi package and it’s amazing! This woman is so thorough in her work and everything salons have done that I liked during a pedicure she did! it was like all the best parts all in one place. Also I’m gonna add, usually my feet are so ticklish I kick and laugh but she was so gentle on my feet that it wasn’t ticklish and unpleasant! 10/10 GO HERE THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!

Worst service I have ever received. After complaining about this end result. The nail tech said it is because of the nature of my cuticles and that I asked for regular polish instead of Shellac. She also said I should have asked for cuticle oil( technically it was on me for this end result..) Not apologetic at all about their service and I still paid full price! Everyone that works here is so kind and welcoming! i’ve been twice and both times my nails have come out FLAWLESS. would recommend to anyone looking to get any sort of acrylic nails, as they do not come off (i ripped off my actual nail when i removed the acrylic.)

I had a great experience here! I got a full set done by Jenny. She is a super sweet lady and did an amazing job with my nails. I like that they take care of you here and make sure you only get charged for what you ask for! Their prices are very reasonable and the salon is decorated so cute! I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends!

Extremely poor service still stoked I was told tech went home that was working on your nails come back tomorrow. After soaking for 30 minutes. No apology or empathy and walked away. How can you have a customer, start service and then tell them to come back tomorrow we’re closing and working on other customers. ???? 2 weeks before that nail polish came off after 24 hrs.For some reason I’m not able to reply to thread… look at the picture my polish was not removed. Needless to say, I never asked for acrylic I only get dip. I only wanted a simple dip #80 color sad to say, you walked away and left me sitting there as if I am not a regular paying customer (every 2 weeks). I highly do not recommend coming here. The owner reply is false. You gave extremely poor customer service I arrived at 5:23 to leave with my nails looking indescribable. Now my nails are broke, damage and embarrassing to look at.

Very poor service. I had my appointment booked for 6:30 pm and I had to wait for 1 hour for some technician to start. I don’t understand the point of booking the appointment here!!!!The main lady over there was really rude the moment I asked for discount. She should really improve her attitude towards clients.I wouldn’t recommend heavenly nails to anyone for anything!!Whatever you are trying to write as a response to my comment is not justifiable.1. Every 20 minutes you kept on saying the technician will be here in 5-10 minutes. I asked for assurance from someone on the front desk. He mentioned for sure tech will be here in 5-10 minutes.2. You asked if I really want acrylics. I said yes because thats what I like and what I came for. Why should I get gel nails done- I dont like them.3. For the part where you are saying I wanted to get my nails done for free. No thats not at all true. You asked me if I want for free and that you asked in a very angry tone. Saying yes was just my response for you not that I wanted nails to be done free.4. You were super rude. This is the MAIN reason for 1 star. Had a facial by Quynh. The entire experience was so relaxing, best facial I’ve received in Lincoln and she gives the best hand massages. I’ll definitely be back for more!Editing to add I had a Gel x manicure and shellac pedicure today and I love my nails so much! I let Maria pick the design and they are beautiful! I went here to get prepped for my wedding and have an absolutely fantastic experience! Nancy did my nails and she nailed it! I showed her my inspiration and she got it exactly. She made sure I was okay with every step of the process. It was sweet how much she wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my big day. Brittany did my eyebrows and did a fantastic job! She’s also super sweet and talkative so it just makes the process way easier. Barely any pain with the wax she used! Thuy did my pedicure and really took her time with my massage and pedicure. It was a wonderful day of pampering and will be recommending them to all!

I received a Gel-X manicure with a specific design I wanted the nails based on. I was treated nicely the entire process and was able to book an appointment ahead of time. The skilled staff hand painted each individual nail with the design I wanted and for such a delicate and specific design i could have never done this myself at home. My sister got the exact same nails with me and was also very happy with her results. For someone who does not get their nails done ever they took the time to explain to me the different manicure types and offer what was best for my preference. I would recommend friends/family to get their nails done here.

After stating multiple times what I wanted gave me gel x instead of the acrylic I asked for repeatedly. Gave me way too long of nails but wouldnt fix it. And gave a color that was absolutely not what I wanted. And person doing my nails cut my finger. Didnt even apologize and was rude.

When you go for mani and pedi, youre expecting a relaxing time and good service. I recently went and I absolutely love the young lady who provides me the service I request. However, I dont love the culture when one individual wants to run her mouth about you the entire time youre in the salon. Running her mouth to the other customers and staff, then continually stare you down! (The owners sister)Regardless of loving the individual who provides me service, its intense with the bullying of the other employee.I wont be back. Advice to the owner, you and your husband are adorable .. but...put your sister in check!!!

Not Great experience, I’ve ALWAYS have taken good care of my feet and I got a pedicure from here a few weeks ago and they didn’t properly sanitize there tools and ended up getting athletes foot from here will not be returning

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails. I was greeted by many friendly faces, and was quickly sat in my chair. My nail artist, Jenny, suggested we try to do gel nails instead. She said they would cause less damage to my real nails and would last longer. However, after only having these nails for a day, they started to pop off. I called the salon, and they quickly got me a new appointment scheduled. They removed the gel nails, and replaced them with a full set of acrylics. Gel nails aren’t for everyone, and my artist was so friendly and you could tell she felt bad. Will be coming back here.

I love this place, everything is new, nicely decorated. Also, love the staff! I’ve had many services including a facial, mani and pedis!Dilute pedicure is always the best way to go!Edit- just had a hydra facial and loved the results! 12/5 stars. absolutely amazing! im very uneducated when it comes to the products used, had some miscommunication due to my lack of knowledge but the woman (i believe her name is jade) helping me handled it so amazingly, so kind. the second woman who helped me (jenny) had great conversation with me and another client. both women were phenomenal. the receptionist (i believe was her job) did a great job helping communicate through the confusion. not only were they polite, friendly, and unbelievably kind both women did an amazing job. (the other client got her nails done by the first woman i had and they looked just had gorgeous as mine do!just wanted to give everyone the “pat on the back” they deserve. absolutely will be continuing my services.(awful photography skills sorry)

Wish that I would have picked any other place, my daughter needed her nails done, showed pictures of what she wanted, and now her toes and nails look like peeps. Plus the cost for a pedicure and dip, I felt was outrageous especially for what it looked like after.

I only knew about Heavenly Nails from driving down 27th everyday to work. I decided to go ahead and go in, without an appointment, and they welcomed me with open chairs and took me anyway! Jenny did my nails and she is so kind and gentle! Originally I went in for a pink to white ombré set with a glittery pinky nail. As she was doing my pinky, an idea popped in my head about ditching the pink and just using the glitter on the ombré. She was totally on board and even got excited with me! She did an amazing job and I love my set so much. Not to mention she did an amazing job on my eyebrows too!I will most definitely be returning for all my future nail endeavors!JENNY IS AMAZING 10/10

I used to be a dedicated regular at another nail salon in Lincoln, and then I tried Heavenly Nails and I’ll never go back to that other salon again. Heavenly is impeccably clean, super cute, and all of the technicians do an excellent job. Nancy is detail oriented, hard-working, and did an amazing job on my gel-x nails. Today I got a heavenly pedicure with shellac done by Jenny, and it was the BEST! Jenny used the CBD oil, which makes my skin really soft and feel really good. She gave the best massage on my legs and feet, and she did amazing on my polish. I really enjoyed Jenny and will only be requesting her in the future!!

HANDS DOWN the best place in Lincoln for lash extensions, nail and other aesthetic services! Quynh and Nancy are the best! They are very accommodating, friendly and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. I’ve tried lash extensions, luminary nails (last 4-5 weeks!), peels, red light therapy, pedicures and every experience has been nothing short of amazing! Book Trinh for the best pedicure massage!!

I don’t remember the ladies names that did my nails but I highly do not recommend. Service was decent so that’s why I’m leaving two stars. The quality of my nails though are awful. I wanted a full set acrylic almond shaped. What I thought was nice was they did my toes and fingers at the same time so I wasn’t sitting in there for two hours, but I still was there for two hours for no reason at all. What shocked me the most was the lady working on my fingers took 20 min for the acrylics… I am a professional cosmetologist so I know how acrylics are supposed to be done. The lady decided to use a basic nail file to shave down my natural nail instead of a drill because she couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. There was no shaping to my nails so I had to do it myself when I got home. Same with my toes. The other girl used fingernail tips on my big toes (bc I usually get acrylic) and left them obnoxiously long. 1.) do not ever use fingernail tips on toe nails, they make specific tips for that or just build the acrylic on top of it. Overall I just feel bad for those girls for not being properly educated and not being able to show their full potential. Very disappointed and my nails have all fallen off within a week :/

Best of the best!I’ve spent 3 years trying to find a nail salon that doesn’t make my fingers bleed, is gentle when they file, and does the best job. This is it! I’ve worked with Jade, Jenny and Kim and Crystal- they are all extremely talented! Anyone would be lucky to get an appointment with them, not to mention Hermes the Corgi who runs by sometimes!!Trinh gave me a spectacular pedicure with a beautiful design! She is so talented I will be back to visit her!

These ladies were amazing! 5/5 stars isnt even enough, I am so impressed with their skills and how nice and funny they were. The salon smelled so nice and I couldve fallen asleep right then and there (and this is coming from a girl who gets nauseous from the smell of nail polish!) They played Taylor swift which practically lulled my boyfriend to sleep and were so polite and on top of everything.All of the ladies there watched as my nails were being done and I thought it was amazing how strong their passion to learn and create art is!Right off the bat, the receptionist was insanely nice offered a drink and then handed me the book of colors so I could browse while I waited (Which was hardly a minute because they were so professional!) and she was an angel to book an appointment withIm going to prom feeling like a princess now and just cant get enough of my nails and all their sparkles, not to mention the fact that my tech noticed everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) she found parts of the design I hadnt even noticed since they were so intricate and they were executed BEAUTIFULLYAll in all, this salon boosted my confidence and has made me one happy customer! I honestly think my nails were worth more than what I was priced at, they were so lovely. This is my first good experience with my nails being done and I will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone!

I went for a brow wax and a shellac mani and both were fantastic! Quinh did my brows and did a great job, was super helpful with my questions about their other services and so sweet and kind.I had Nancy (I think) do my nails and they turned out lovely. Would definitely recommend!Edited to add a pic of my nails after 15 days :) they still look great! No peeling up at all

Nancy does such a good on my nails consistently! I have been coming to Heavenly for the past year or so and I’ve never had a problem with any of my nails and the gel x holds up so well! Nancy switched me over to the gel x and my nails have never felt healthier. I recommend booking ahead as it can get busy especially on weekends.

This is the first nail salon Ive visited in Lincoln and I had a great experience. I got acrylics done by Nancy and she was very sanitary, and paid a lot of attention to detail, Im very impressed.

This business has come so far and is flourishing. I am so happy they are still running and doing amazing work. I appreciate how caring they are 🩷not to mention the amount of services they offer. It’s a one stop show with tanning, lashes, waxing, massages, red light therapy, facials, brow and lash tint, and more!

I went for a pedicure. The customer service was poor. When entering, the man at the desk was not welcoming. He had you look at a paper, read the service descriptions, and point. Next, you apparently just walk to a random chair and pick one? There was no guidance as to what chair they would like us seated at. The women doing my friend & I both didn’t speak English at all. Even when you tried to speak to the tech to get their attention, they didn’t even realize you were talking to them. She was a little rough and I was tense the entire time she was trimming. The over all result of the pedicure was okay. First and last time I will visit Heavenly nails for a pedicure.

I’ve been going to heavenly for over a year now. I came in to get dip and i was sat with a new nail artist (Thuy) and i just asked for a simple dip color only. She cut my cuticles to the point that i was bleeding, laid the dip past my cuticles, didn’t shape them in the way that i asked to and one of my nails cracked and broke the second day i had them. I’ve loved heavenly for so long but i paid $45 to get botched nails.

I was not happy at all with my service. Maria did my nails this time. Service took 1 hour and 40 minutes and she left my nail beds bleeding on multiple fingers and sore. Never have i had my nails done and had this happen. I also was not told that adding lotion cost more. No one else here has ever added lotion so I thought it was odd. I wish she would have asked me and communicated with me that it cost more so I was aware and had the option to say no.

Trinh gave me the most relaxing pedicure! She is a very sweet lady! Crystal did my manicure and was so nice to talk to as well! These two made my morning! I’ve been here before and will be back as the service is TOP NOTCH!!!

Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. The employees were not very impressive and showed no positive customer service skills. They did not talk to me, just about me. They did not take their time with me and I am not happy with my nails at all. I will be going to a different nail salon to get them re-done within the week. My nails are not even, they are different shapes, and they are thick and bumpy.

Sweet and attentive tech. Salon is clean and well decorated. Prices are fair. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because massage was light and polish was a bit far from the cuticle for me and not all the way to the end of one big toe. I think the tech was new. She was putting in so much effort though.

This place overcharged me so i asked for a BASIC pedicure which was 30$ and on top of that acrylic nails on my toes with REGULAR POLISH which somehow ended up being 75$ Which online when you decide is 30$ for a basic pedicure and 15$ for acrylic on toes so I don’t know where the 20$ extra charge came from?? Also The water was cold i asked nicely for warm water and it still the exact same and uncomfortable the lady didn’t understand anything i said. I didn’t even get the nails glued on just the acrylic over my toe nails but somehow was charged that much. Honestly go somewhere else this place taxes you while still trying push more services on you never again!

Special care was done by Trinh to relax me and make sure I was happy with work she did.

Poor Customer service. The lack of communication is what really disappointed me. I had an appointment scheduled @3 for a polygel service & pedicure. I tried to engage in conversation to which both techs working with me didn’t “speak English“ The tech who started my manicure wasn’t understanding what I meant by polygel? - I confirmed with her 3X’s that I was doing polygel - she didn’t understand English so that’s where the miscommunication came in. The man at the front must not have explained my service to her- I don’t understand why there was so much confusion on a service I specifically called and scheduled in advanced. By the time I was updated about receiving my polygel service, it was going on 4 pm and I decided against staying any longer. The tech who did my pedi, if this is her personal best work - okay, I’ll accept it - but it’s not the best I’ve had. The towels used for hot towel treatment, smelled like Mildew rag - just not appealing. I do believe there’s room for improvement. Sidenote - I still tipped both nail techs generously, hoping that they’ll be more kind and precise with their work moving forward. 💅🏽 Debating if I’ll be returning for my polygel service with Nancy or just taking my service elsewhere.

This place is amazing! I love getting my nails done here and they always do a fantastic job. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming.Brittany is also amazing at waxing and all skin care packages. She’s kind and professional. I love to go to her for my eyebrows because she takes the time to do them perfectly and makes sure I walk out happy every time. During any other wax I always feel so comfortable and she does a quick and thorough job!

Save yourself the literal pain and hassle! After reading such great reviews I scheduled manicure’s with the nail tech’s that had such raving reviews for my mom, sister, and I to celebrate our birthdays. We also scheduled facials since they were running a special on them. When we got there the facial tech was half an hour late which meant I sat around waiting for her while my mom and sister got their nails done. One of the nail techs wasn’t there either so our appointments ran an hour later than it was supposed to. My mom, sister, and our significant others and children who were supposed to be eating lunch with us had to wait for me while my nails were done. Our lunch plans were ruined and since it was so late I had to nurse my baby (surrounded by chemical fumes) while getting my pedicure. To make a bad day worse, the woman who did my sister’s nails cut her finger so badly she tried to stop the bleeding by covering it with nail polish. My cuticles were cut so aggressively that I had a toe fungus a few days later. That has NEVER happened to me before. I specifically chose this place, because it had such fantastic reviews.

READ BEFORE GOING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went there yesterday for a manicure with my girlfriend. We were setup with a guy who was the rudest man we have ever seen. Absolutely no service on asking us what kind of nail shapes or anything we need, always in a hurry to finish up, touched my girlfriends hand in unnecessarily moments and also didnt apply the polish well. The nails had some darker and lighter spots later. Never going again. Even if you go, DO NOT GET IT FROM THE MAN.

I have been to this nail salon once and I will never go back. As a little hindsight, I rarely leave reviews even for bad experiences, but I feel that anyone considering this salon should seriously consider other options. The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite, and there wasn’t too long of a wait. I was then seated at a seat and waited 20-30 minutes for another lady to finish. The woman sitting next to me clearly was not enjoying her experience. Her nails looked nothing like the picture she had presented next to her and the design was sloppy, bumpy, and messy. Nail polish was all over her cuticles. Once she was done, she expressed that the design looked nothing alike- not in length, color, or even the shape of the design. She was told her nails could be redone and she was put in a different chair the entire time that I waited to have mine done. She was still in the salon when I left. The same lady did my nails and once she sat down I was immediately worried. They came out fine, but the design was altered (I don’t typically judge, because there’s only so much they can do with a design, but the design wasn’t difficult whatsoever.) The nails started lifting 3 days after I had them done. I hope this helps anyone considering this salon.

Got gel nails done by Jenny(?!) last week, 6/20.She was super nice and always asked mehow I was doing! Also someone tell her she’s a great singer! I enjoyed 90% of the process - unfortunately the light I had to put my nails under burned my skin. I let my tech know and she was nice about it but I was worried about the pain w/ every nail.It wasn’t like awful pain but itwas uncomfy. Def look into it before you get gel nails so you’re not surprised like I was (googled it and found out the burning is caused by the gel curing and is called a “gel heat spike). Don’t blame my tech for it, just wasn’t a fun feeling!Lastly, my nails look beautiful but one of them did just pop off while I was at work. Unfortunately I’m outside of my 5 day window to get it fixed.Overall an enjoyable time! :) Just a couple unfortunate things happenedUPDATE: Very much appreciate the response!! :) I’ll definitely be back and thank you so much for offering to fix my nail! You guys are so kind!
