Phenomenal Day Spa

I have to admit Im changing my review. I was extremely frustrated when I got an email rescheduling my appointment the day before my massage. It was automatically rescheduled to a day that didnt work. There were several confusing emails back and forth, where I had requested them to call me so we could figure it all out. No one did. It seems there are some extenuating circumstances, and my first review was rather harsh. My massage with Jessica was wonderful. I have very hard to reach Knots in my shoulders, and she did a fantastic job getting in there. Everything was very relaxing and I felt comfortable. Thank you! I look forward to returning!💜

Phenomenal indeed!!! Phanomvan and Jessica were incredible. I brought my fiance here for a couples massage, and we both felt like fluffy happy clouds right after. It was his first time getting a massage, and he kept telling me on the ride home how much he was looking forward to his next massage here. Had the best massage from Phanomvan! It was like the release of acupuncture, plus extreme relaxation from massage, plus physical therapy all in one. I felt so relaxed and stress released out of my shoulders. She is so calming! Great experience!

An incredible day spa. I’ve been to a few in/around Lincoln but Phenomenal does it right: great ambience from the moment you enter; prices are reasonable; the staff is amazing. I left feeling so refreshed (had a custom 1-hour facial). I was able to book an appointment same week, which is huge. Absolutely will be back.

Phenomenal Day Spa is truly *phenomenal!!!* Ive gotten a couple of massages and a facial with their esthetician. Every staff member Ive met was not only kind but also informative! Everything about my experiences their have been welcoming, relaxing, and stress-free. Their communication for appointment confirmations and reminders is straight-forward and timely. From the moment I booked my appointments to the time I left, the entire journey was hassle-free and delightful! Highly recommend!

Update 3/5/24: I got a custom Deep Cleansing Facial with Madison and she great. pretty friendly and suggested lots of advice to help maintaining a healthy skin.Update 12/20/23: been seeing her every month now, I am enjoying the therapeutic massage that she is providing.Jessica was amazing!! I enjoyed every second of my appointment!! Definitely will go back and I highly recommend her!!

I scheduled a couples massage and Phanomvan and Jessica were amazing. Phanomvan could tell I needed a little extra due to my hip and multiple surgeries and she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve never experienced anything like it. My husband was amazed with his massage with Jessica as well. This is the first time I’d been there and they have a new customer for life. I will absolutely be booking more individual and couples massages here.

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been struggling with foot pain for 6 weeks. After one massage she was able to identify the cause and the pain and I was better instantly. I’ll definitely be a regular.

The massage room is very soothing and nicely appointed. Phan is amazing -- she uses a different method than Ive had before to find and relax all my tense muscles. I felt great afterward and so far still do!

I had a wonderful experience with Phanomvan! She was on time and welcoming. Before my massage, she took the time to ask what I wanted to work on and any specific concerns I had with my body. She made sure to check in with me as far as pressure and the temperature of the table. The massage itself was a good balance of therapeutic and relaxing. I did opt to add on the TMJ release and it was well worth it. Although some parts were intense, I felt my entire jaw and neck relax when she was done. I drove from Omaha for this massage, and I can say it was well worth the trip. I will definitely be coming back.

My husband had a hot bamboo session as his first massage ever. We live 3 hours away, and he would like to make it a monthly thing. He said he gives Phenomenal Day Spa ten stars.

I got my first Brazilian ever and the experience was not as bad as I thought it would be. Kayla made me feel comfortable and joked around during the process which definitely made it easier. I injured my shoulder last summer & have tried Everything to bring some relief. Yoga helped greatly but didnt fully relieve the pain. Tried the chiropractor, same thing. Phanomvan has worked out pain and tension I’ve had for years. Her knowledge of the body and different methods of massage are beyond impressive. An experience like no other. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Have looked all over Lincoln for a more traditional Chinese-based massage and finally found this gem. It is not the I want to de-stress and fall asleep massage but a true therapeutic massage that is perfect for pinpointing pain in the body. I scheduled a traditional Thai table massage with Phanomvan however she listened to my body and adapted the massage for what my body needed along the way. She was very attentive and explained a number of things in regards to Chinese medicine, acupressure and more. I have found my new go-to! If you want to really tune into the body and relieve pain:prevent injuries, don’t hesitate to give this a try. The space was also clean, quiet, and beautiful….I had driven down 56th street probably a million times and would have never known it was there.

Awesome customer service and the results were very pleasing. Very welcoming and easy to feel comfortable around. I did the non Evasive lipo and saw results almost immediately. She went over other services that would help other areas and how we’d do it and it was extremely helpful. The prices are affordable. Will definitely be returning more to carry out sessions. Very rarely write reviews. I had gotten my first lash lift at another spa and it didnt turn out as planned - basically an eye lash perm gone bad. I was looking for a keratin lash lift after doing some research and found Phenomenal Day Spa. I just did my first lash lift with Phan and have already booked a second appointment.

I cannot speak highly enough of Phanomvan and the Phenomenal Day Spa. I moved away from Lincoln, but scheduled an appointment on a trip when I was back to visit and plan to schedule another whenever I’m back in town. I got the Yumi Lash treatment from Phanomvan and it lasted 3 months. That’s 3 months without ever wearing eye makeup! I also loved the natural products that I bought from the spa. Can’t wait to return!

I am in town for work and I had Sunday off. I was looking for a place that was open and available for Sunday. I booked an appointment less than 24 hours in advance and I am so glad I did! My massage was amazing, it is hard to find a place that does fire cupping and this was an amazing experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this place out. If I get sent to Lincoln or Omaha again for work, you better believe I will be coming back!

Shes a healer, inspirational, knowledgeable and it shows in her energy, her practiced and natural skills, the way she beautifully designed this upscale, relaxing space and continues to envision its expansion. I had the Ashiatsu message where she masterfully applied perfect pressure. Well-worth traveling across the city to see her and will drop in again when Im in town. I enjoy her aromatherapy choices and artistic and cultural expressions. Even as a newer entrepreneur on the spa scene here, she is bold and thoughtful in the way she gives to the community and cares about peoples well-being. I also want to call attention to a badass independently owned female-run minority business.
