Bee 2 Vape & Smoke Shop

I go here all the time. The lady Charlene who works there is a cool lady. I see her almost every time I buy Montego red 100s. The Bee is one of the few places to buy Montego red 100s in Lincoln. They always have a cool assortment of glass here too. I am glad to go to the Bee in Lincoln I have never had a bad experience here and I recommend you or anyone go check it out for yourself before reading reviews. 5 Stars because it wont let me do 6. :)

This used to be the coolest shop. We used to go there just to check out all the cool glass. Now it’s an absolute last resort. The girl who’s usually working during the day (Charlene is her name) has always been the furthest thing from pleasant to me and my husband every time we come in. Honestly I would rather just not ask her anything because I feel like I’m immediately annoying her just by walking in. Walked in today and she was watching YouTube on her phone and playing with a Nintendo Switch, when I went to take off my atomizer on my vape to see what kind of coil I need she said “Jesus don’t do that” and rolled her eyes at me.I’m so thankful Dr. Razz opened up over by Chevron. Those guys are always super nice, should have just went to them in the first place.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The employee working the counter was not only rude, but judgmental. I will never shop here again. I would give zero stars if the option was possible.

I will only go in when Markus is here​. Awesome customer service and really knows his stuff. I get nothing but good vibes when walking in when he is there. Great personality and genuinely cares about the customers needs. Any time i have a question about anything, on just about any product or item in the shop he has a straight answer with no hesitation. Gives great feedback and advice. I love coming here!

Charlene is a really nice lady and great with customer service! They have everything you could want for vapes, mods, nic salts, water pipes, grinders, storage boxes & body jewelry. Their selection of liquids is massive!Get on in there and tell Charlene that Kathy sent you! 😉

Used to come here every week for supplies. Staff changes have made this my absolute last resort. Rude staff, being ignored, talked down to, lied to and over charged have me amazed this place is still in business. I used to spend the extra money on retail mark up because its close and the people were cool. Took their time with me, showed me stuff, explained things etc. New people, new vibe. Sad. If it changes for the better I will update. But as of today, still bad.

Under New Management! Last time I came in here (over a year ago) the place was dirty and stinky and the customer service was just as bad.Now that Marcus has taken over management the customer service is awesome the place is clean and now there are numerous glass cases with a wide variety of glass pieces and vape accessories. I will definitely be back.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Not anymore the lady that works there now was nice in the beginning but has become sour. I came in 1 weeks ago and there was a different person working there and the rewards system was working but everytime I go in there and shes working it doesnt. I will no longer be shopping there I will be going else where to get vape juice she makes me feel like its a problem that I shop there. If her boss reads this you should replace her. I usual drop 200 - 300 at a vape shope buying juice and mods but I dont want to be in there any longer then I have to and will no longer be going there because of her.

Outstanding staff and service. Excellent selection of products, with helpful and knowledgeable staff on hand to advise. Pricing is reasonable and ranges from low to high - something available for any budget. Glass smoking apparatus selection is great.

Place sucks. Place is never stocked if it had a zero star I would have gave that to ya not coming here again sucks too because Id be there every week but also Ive ask for things you guys have at your other stores and dont hear anything about it doesnt get brought In you think if a customer asks you to get things and bring them in from your other stores you would but hey what do I know about keeping a customer right . Ill just take my money elsewhere

Bought a vape pen here for $70 a week ago, got it home and it was broken, it won’t even turn on. I took it back in and they said they’d give me 10% off another one but wouldn’t let me return it even though I had my receipt showing I just bought it. I shop there all the time too. Never again! Don’t shop here they don’t back up their products.

Nice shop. I bought a product for $50. When I got home I found the actual price was $25. This was not a great overall experience for me.

Guy behind the counter was the nicest most helpful guy. Great shop, good people. Dont hesitate to try here.

Went to 3 Monkeys in Lincoln and the owner was rude and very unaccommodating so we left and went here and the manager Marcus hooked it up and let me try my juice before I bought it and had good recommendations. I’ll be back.

This is the 3rd time going at 9:30am ( they open at 9) and there’s a sign that says “ back in 15 mins. They just opened, and already on a break??? Or maybe don’t really open until 10?? Either way the sign says 9, it should be 9am

Great selection and Marcus was friendly and helpful, best vape shop in Lincoln, hands down.

These employees run the shop how they want. They leave on breaks and lock the shop up. No sign as to when they’ll be back. I’ve been standing in front of the store now for about 20 min
