I was coming here from out of state and I even told the gentleman working there that I was coming out of state to check out the shop, and he did not tell me you are not allowed to vape in the shop which is not common in any other state I have visited, so I hit my vape once and he kicked me out very rudely, when all I said was sorry I didnt know. He was just very rude in general when I was asking questions and was even more rude when he kicked me out for vaping in a vape shop. I just looked at neberska vape laws and the expanded Nebraska clean air laws expemt vape shops from the e-cig restrictions, so he was just rude and kicked me out for no reason. Horrible customer service.

Good vape shop. However needs some extensive retraining to the older staff. This dude gave me 2 wrong sized items for my vape, and went back to exchange them he was nice and helped me change my glass but after i left thought my vape had died turns out he just put it together wrong. same guy both times long hair

This location is a lot smaller then the North location and it is hard to find but I was sent to this location to pick up a specific kind of vape juice that I am addicted to and the nothing location was out if it but Lincoln Vapor are the only ones who have the unicorn juice in town. I did enjoy their service and many times they have helped with equipment questions and issues. They also have a new house juice distributer and the price dropped.

Went to a different vape shop and they gave me the wrong coils and were super rude. I came to this shop and Eric got me set up with a new coil and some juice and was a super nice guy. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and knowledge. Would recommend Lincoln Vapor to anyone.

The Lincoln vapor staff is really cool, down to earth guys ,smart well knowledged ,and a very good atmosphere if you want to go on just take a second and chill and get some more information new juice new gear for your Vape needs . I would recommend the store to any person that Vape‘s or want to get into vaping

Chris was super knowledgeable on all products they offered. He helped me find the best device for my vaping needs. This will be my go to spot anytime I need something.

Friendly staff, clean/welcoming environment. Minimum 5$ premium on most items. Paying for convenience tho
