It was the way you handled the situation that was so upsetting and you absolutely lost me as a customer. Not sure how you think I would come back. You certainly could have helped me out offered a discount or something for the purchase I was going to make. No thanks rather deal with a place that treats me well and does talk to me like I am an idiot. Your customer service was terrible! I didnt need it repeated to me, mam is it defective? As you are staring at a completely unopened item.Not to mention had you taken better care of the sale in the beginning this wouldnt have been an issue. I know I told you I wasnt sure what he liked so you should have mention to me that hey maybe you should call or check before you do buy it as the sale is final. This whole situation would have been avoided. But no you did no such thing and now you have an upset never to return customer.

One of the nicer delta-8 dispensaries around the Lincoln area. They have a wide variety of products and items for sale which is very nice. The employees were very nice and helpful.

AWFUL customer service. This is the THIRD time I’ve purchased a vape from their shop out of the convenience of location just for it to be defective. You’re only given a strict 24 hours to find out your device is defective; and then you’re not allowed a refund just an even exchange. An exchange for the same exact product out of the same lot. 99.999% of the time you’re going to leave with the second product being defective as well. Why would they not remove these from the shelf if they are aware they’re defective? No they continue to sell the rest of the box and scam for money. Generation V is the way to go.

Drove 20 minutes across Lincoln to check this place out and let me say I was not disappointed!! HUGE selection and crazy good customer service. Derek helped me today practically gave me a grand tour of the place explained to me so many of the different products that I’d never even heard of really helped me out when it came to picking out what I wanted. I 100% would recommend making this your primary goto shop. You will not regret it!

I spent less than 2 minutes in this store and it went down hill pretty quickly. The young man was rude to me from the minute I walked in and asked if they carried an item and he yelled what in a disturbing way that suggested that I was no welcome in this store... I then repeated myself and and he says I dont know. I dont know whats over there and did not make any effort to assist me. The young lady however did jump in to offset the rude man. I had other things I wanted to purchase but was not in the mood for this level of rudeness and ignorance. I dont see how anyone would ever want to support this store.

Nice open store, friendly staff greeted me and helped me find exactly what I needed without selling me anything I didnt want or need. I picked up a new banger and a carb cap as well as some delta 8 and they gave me an origami rabbit. 5/5 cant wait to go back in!

They are extremely knowledgeable about all of the vapes and flavors and they don’t hesitate to help you or answer any of your questions. I will never go anywhere else besides The Plug

Bought a rechargeable thc vape and when it died it wouldn’t charge. Took it into them and they said they can’t do anything but give me 5 bucks back… I bought it for 65. Terrible business with awful customer service.
