Rock City Vapes

The guy was rude and when I asked for recommendations since Im new to vaping, he didnt seem knowledgeable about anything I asked for or he just didnt care. Also when I asked him for a specific taste I was looking for, he told me it wasnt a good choice and continued to ask what other flavors I liked so I had to look around for something I thought resembled what I wanted. Then my husband was looking and thinking about buying a vape and he said is that all? trying to rush us out. I think he was more concerned about watching the movie that was loudly playing on the TV. Terrible experience.

I can appreciate that it seems now Rock City is starting to get more vendors e juice in and that definitely improves their eliquid options, also service has always been good. I would give 5 stars however I would really like to see them get more current hardware and higher end products which is why I cant give that last star. I was told they no longer carry drippers which really just baffles me.

There are no price sheets, or prices visible on anything. Last time I was there, the clerk acted annoyed by me asking for prices. They also had no spare tanks, despite selling the unit, which seems odd. Finally, they open at 11 and I sat in the lot until 11:20 waiting for them to open. Just left, not coming back.edit:so Im dumb and came back 5 months later. Google says 9pm, door says 9pm, store closed at 815pm. Be open when you say you will be, christ.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! I learned more today in 10 mins than I have in 5 years of vaping. The girls are nothing shy than amazing!! Thank you Rock City Vapes!

I am in town for a few months, looking for a vape shop that I can purchase supplies, bring my laptop/tablet and vape inside during the cold, since I am unable to vape at my lodging facility. I asked about wifi and was told that it was not available, the password could not be released. Guess Ill keep looking.

One of the best vape stores iv been to. Juice selection isnt the best but they have a bunch of great devices and the best workers 10 out of 10 would recommend

Walked in and the guy was making juice, waited 5 minutes for him to pop his head out and ask me what I needed, told him. Then waited 20 more minutes and two more people walked in and did not address them. Got fed up and just left.
