Upon arrival, the front staff at Woodhouse Southglenn were attentive and detail-oriented, from their drink offerings to setting me up in the change room. The facility itself was impeccably kept and well-appointed. I booked an 80 min deep tissue massage with Indigo and she was amazing–friendly, professional with lovely bedside manner. Indigo was very intuitive, focusing on all the mentioned areas with tension and adjusted pressure as needed. The entire visit was smooth and efficient from start to finish, and I truly appreciate that I was encouraged to stay as long as I liked without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be coming back and telling others.

This is my favorite spa in Centennial! I always have the different facials they offer and have never been disappointed. Recently had the illuminate Facial with my aesthetician Leah and loved it. It was very relaxing as well. The relaxation lounge is amazing. Highly recommend!

I went in this morning for a spa package & it was such an overall good service. Although they are definitely sticklers with being on time & staying on time. I was well cared for. The staff was friendly & helpful. I received a Swedish massage & hydration facial. I will be booking again in the future.

The look of The Woodhouse Day Spa - Southglenn is very relaxing and appealing. It has a nice atmosphere and great front desk staff. My reasons for dropping the rating is that the walls do not seem well insulated to block out sound. During your massage, if there are other people waiting, you can hear their conversation even with the soothing music playing in your massage room, making it hard to enjoy the experience. Also, the place is a little on the chilly side during cold days. Finally, the massage was good but there were awkward times that didnt allow for a full relaxing result with odd pressure points. Overall, its a decent place and the massage can be great if you go more regularly and dont have a lot of stress knots accumulated.

I have been to several spas over the years, but I will be coming back here from now on. It is elegant while remaining comfortable and inviting. The blankets and furniture are luxurious, I actually wanted to stay for a while to relax afterwards, something I often skip at the end. The staff was incredible, kind, attentive, and genuine. The neck massage I received while doing a simple facial, was the best I have received in my life. I simply cannot wait to return!!! The location is the icing on the cake, only minutes away from my house. Thank you to everyone at Woodhouse, this has been such a treat!

Where do I start.... I had a $200.00 gift certificate and scheduled a Deep tissue massage that was barely a soft normal massage. When I paid with my card I was told $1.00 left so I tossed it. I got a call the next day saying they must have entered something wrong. Well, I threw it away so they proceeded to charge my credit card again! I had to call my gifter to dig up their bank information , I was mortified, in order to prove my card was valid. I would have given a zero if it was an option.

Woodhouse Spa at Southglenn is my favorite spa! They are always friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful and I always have the best massages.

I wouldnt spend my money here ever again. I went for 50 minute stone massage with yoga oil.First off the music they pipe in (they claim from corporate) - one track in particular is HORIFFIC! It sounds like seagulls are attacking you. That was the first 5+ minutes or so of my massage an it just totally stressed me out. I mentioned it to my therapist and she said theyve all complained about it and to tell the front desk when I left. When I told the girl at the front she brushed it off and said something like yeah - nothing we can do about it.The second complaint I have is the therapist wouldnt touch my feet.... like super strange.My last major complaint is they just assume a 20% tip. Let me decide how my service was - I had already told the desk I was unhappy.On the positive side, the robe was comfy.This place is not worth the money they charge. Would not recommend to friends.

They charge what a luxury spa does for services without providing luxury quality. For massages, you can get the same quality massage at a lower cost at a Massage Envy. For other spa services, I recommend the Four Seasons or Ritz in Denver, true luxury spas.

I had a gift card and had never been to WH before. The place is beautiful, they do provide a robe and sandals, complimentary wine, and have a relaxation room which was very cozy. All of these things seemed great at the start! Then I got into my massage room and it was maybe 60 degrees in there. I didnt want to stick a toe out from the blanket let alone my entire back down to my hips. The poor masseuse was cold too. She did everything she could to keep me warm and brought me another blanket. I actually complained about the temperature upon check out and they did provide me a discount but Ill never be back.Personally I think its overpriced. It was $150 for a 50 min massage that included a 20% tip.

I originally left a review that stated: I had a disappointing experience with Woodhouse Spa. I scheduled an appointment, with a gift card mind you, a day in advance but never received any confirmation. When I didnt show up due to not receiving any communication, I was shocked to find out that they charged me $25 for a no show policy. This lack of confirmation and subsequent penalty for a situation beyond my control is extremely disappointing. Its disheartening to see such disregard for customer communication and fairness in their policies. Not recommended due to their poor handling of appointments and unjust charges. Additionally, I will not be recommending a spa that cares more about money in their pockets than quality of customer care to anyone I know.Update to my review having since received a response from the spa: I never received the confirmation text on my appointment and stated I did not, I confirmed my number with the spa on the phone when I received the call AFTER the time of the appointment I booked, had I received confirmation I would have shown up and watched my clock knowing I had an appointment. Being bullied into a $25 fee for an appointment I never received a call for is terrible customer service when there are plenty of other spas in the area. I have spoken with a handful of friends following this experience and have received plenty of recommendations elsewhere due to poor experiences at Woodhouse.

My whole family left feeling great. Five of us and we all had great massages. I personally had Susanna. She had a healers touch and knew what my body needed. I only wish I had booked a longer massage!

I treated my mom to massages for Mothers Day here. My massage was ok but not for the high price, but I was more disappointed there are zero amenities of an actual spa (hot tub, steam room, etc). For the price, I expected a better experience.

I had the pleasure of having Susanna give me the hot stone massage today and it was amazing! I generally don’t care for massages but I received a gift certificate so I thought I’d give it a try. I told her I didn’t want anything too harsh and she executed it perfectly. Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire spa!

Horrible service! Not worth the money!!!!The workers do not know what they are doing, you have to continually let them know what’s going on. My first visit no one showed me around, provided me with a robe/slippers, etc until I requested it. Basically, I didn’t receive the spa treatment(AT ALL). Second visit, my service provider didn’t show up. The front desk didn’t even know. My friends facial was horrible. Her service provider wore gloves and now she her skin is red from the gloves.

I had the most wonderful experience at this spa! The entire team was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The spa itself is simply beautiful, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Im already looking forward to my next visit here. Highly recommended!

Wow! What can I say. Was visiting family in the area and looked up the Woodhouse Spa online. This place is amazing and the staff is super friendly and professional at all times. I had never in my life had an actual massage done by a professional. Let me just say that Rachel is absolutely amazing. I walked out feeling brand new and completely relaxed! Ask for her if you ever look this place up. Will definitely come back and will recommend her and this establishment in the future.

Not a great value. Prices are comparable to a high end hotel but experience is only a step above massage chains. My provider was kind but treatment didnt have very good flow and it felt rushed. The oil she used - their trademark one - smelled funky. The location itself is fine but could use some improvements. The shower was either burning hot or lukewarm and had a hard time holding temperature. The soap in shower was empty. They didnt offer hot tea in the relaxation room which cheapened the experience for a spa charging ~ $150 for a 50 min massage. I would not return at this price point unless they improve the experience.

I did a wellness package here on 5/23/23 that included dry brushing and a massage. My service was very expensive and I was not impressed by the quality of the massage or the other elements to the package. If something is going to be over $300, I was hoping that the masseuse would be experienced and skilled, but instead she seemed fairly new at what she was doing. Everyone has to start somewhere, but paying that much for a massage that I could get somewhere else for cheaper and way better was a bit disappointing.

Last week I visited the Woodhouse Spa in SouthGlenn to use a gift card from my husband. Im very accustomed to spa treatments, but this was my first time visiting Woodhouse as we are new to the area.I booked a Calming Retreat and a Hydrafacial classic.I was warmly welcomed at the entrance and given a quick tour of the changing area and relaxation room. I was given a plush robe, slippers, and a locker. The facilities were very nice with low lights and a relaxing atmosphere.I had my calming retreat service first. This was a full-body massage with hot rocks and a body brushing. It was not calming or a retreat. The entire massage was an aggressive experience. My therapist did ask if the pressure was okay and at the time, early in the treatment, I said yes, as it wasnt too much for me to handle. However, the treatment was increasingly rough. I take responsibility for not telling her to stop during the more painful moments, but I did ask if everything was okay, as it was painful. I expressed that it hurt. The response was that my body was tight and the impression I had was she thought I should bear with it. It was very, very painful though, so much so, that I am still sore six days later and even went to urgent care to be checked. In particular, one foot/ankle area was swollen and hurt to walk. It could be a coincidence or unrelated, but nothing else occurred out of the ordinary except for the massage. I wish I had been more vocal during the treatment. Ive had many massages and Ive never had a similar experience.The hydrafacial was something that I had not previously experienced. The esthetician was friendly and bubbly, kindly explaining every step of the process. I was very happy with the results of the facial and my skin is still glowing.The negative experience from the massage cast a shadow over my entire experience. I think I would return here to give it a second chance, but I would not want the same massage therapist or even that particular treatment.

I drove by here and thought it looked nice. I booked an appointment sort of on a whim as a birthday treat to myself and absolutely loved my experience! Every detail is thought of. I really enjoyed the relaxing room, the robe and Prosecco :) Tom was the masseuse and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend!

This is a very fancy spa which is great but the hot stone added to the massage was not fabulous. The therapist barely used the stones but her massage technique was awesome. She had just the right amount of pressure but paying for the extra upcharge for the stones was a waste of money.I did tell her that my neck needed a lot of attention which she did massage but she never put hot stones on my neck to relax my neck. The massage was great the hot stones not so much.

UPDATE: Upon my checkout from my Mani Pedi on Valentines day (the other services my husband had booked for me which Lisa completed and she is PHENOMENAL), the front staff offered to make it right and I accepted and was sincerely surprised because the initial attitude was not one of caring for the client. I appreciated the effort and offer. The next day I went in for my massage and it was good. Im still debating if Id come back.ORIGINAL REVIEW: So far I cant say I recommend this location. My husband made reservations for me a month ago for a Valentines Day gift and upon arrival they said that I missed my appointment window and there was nothing to be done about it. I called my husband and he said no, he wrote everything down exactly as it was scheduled because they dont provide email confirmations. I have to assume this is why. If they make an error there is no way to prove it and they tell you its your fault. They said they called to confirm 2 days prior (which there is no way of proving because they can type whatever they want whenever they want into the system) but he didnt recieve a voicemail and did not have a missed call from them.I had to ask if they were willing to reschedule the massage appointment (since it wasnt even offered to me as an option) and the woman said yes it was an option so I guess at least the money isnt totally lost. Just the experience which is what you pay for when you come to a day spa. Cleeeeeearly, Im disappointed.

Susan is phenomenal. Not only does she give a heavenly massage, but she is also certified in craniosacral therapy to help treat musculoskeletal issues. She addressed pain points that were causing me chronic headaches for months. Before seeing Susan, I had gone to physical therapy to try to help me get rid of the pain. I even tried dry needling, but it only gave me temporary relief. After one session with Susan, my headaches were completely gone and they never came back. Its now been four months since Ive been headache-free. Thank you, Susan!!!

Great experience! The management is quick to correct any issues and make sure you have an amazing experience. My massage therapist was perfect. The location is beautiful with a full locker room where you can change into the robe they provide. You can then spend some time in the relaxation room before and after your massage.

My husband and I came for a massage and facial. It was his first facial and spa experience. The massage was supposed to be a deep tissue and was soft at best. I requested my hair not be touched as I just had it done. Palms were placed on the back of my head with Oil.My husband was left sitting for 40min after the treatments were over and unaware I was already paid and waiting for him! They knew we were together however the front desk said they didnt know where he was and did maybe he is in the bathroom...another 30min passed and finally they found him in the relaxation room and he was told to wait for me there! He was bored and furious because we needed to get our son from school immediately after our treatments.For $700 this was a VERY STRESSFUL and Disappointing experience! I go to BeauVisage 4 times a year and was hoping to try somewhere different. I was excited to let my man experience a spa day like us women.Unfortunately it was beyond Disappointing.

Would give zero if I could. This place (Crystal) promises work and then ghosts you after they tell you to quit the only option you have.

This is the 1st Woodhouse Spa location I ever went to, and I absolutely loved it. Even though its in a busy area, you are transported to Heaven from the moment you open its doors.The employees have a soft voice and are extremely nice. The robes are to die for. The waiting area is gorgeous and so so relaxing. The massage was marvelous.I was in turmoil when I went in, but I felt like a completely different person leaving. Massages are sometimes like miracles ❤️Having been to the Littleton location since coming to this one, Id say the biggest difference was the waiting area. If you rather have an enclosed space and a candlelight environment, come to this one. If you rather have windows to see trees and natural light, go to the Littleton location. Both spaces are exquisite!

I had a truly bizarre massage and actually felt uncomfortable at certain points due to the lack of professionalism. I voiced my concerns with the front desk and given the scope of my concerns, I would have expected a call from the manager to discuss and determine if they needed to take action against the employee. It is a truly pretty spa and very nicely decorated but it was a massage unlike I’ve ever encountered.

I love Woodhouse Spa. I specifically use location on 17th in Denver. The atmosphere is just as relaxing as the massage. I opt for a deep tissue massage and am always pleased with the results. Highly recommend to anyone.

I came on my birthday for the first time. It was absolutely wonderful. The only mistake I made was not getting a longer massage. I felt as if I was snoring while I was still awake. Best birthday gift I’ve ever given to myself. The staff is extremely friendly. It’s very clean. They have someone constantly walking around and picking used glasses and providing towels in the bathroom. I would recommend any and everyone to come here. And I will be back again.

My overall experience was great! The feel was cozy and decorated beautifully! The facility was gorgeous!My recommendations would be to train the front dest staff to be a bit more welcoming and warm - not a lot of eye contact or smiles. I was also told I would receive a massage from a female and was welcomed from the resting room by a male who said he was giving me a massage. He did a great job, but being pregnant and awkward (especially rolling over on the bed) I wouldve liked to have a female.This was my second massage. My first one was a few month ago and I had a wonderful experience at that one! May have been an off day.

Amazing spa and such a calming experience. Caveat, I have only received massage treatments here, but all have been top notch. Not all Woodhouse Spas are the same, but this one is by far the best in Denver. The reception staff was so sweet and start your experience on peaceful note and Lauren is one of the best massage therapists Ive seen - wonderful touch and intuitive on areas that need more attention. Recommendations: Be sure to arrive 20 min early to take advantage of the free glass of wine to unwind in the relax room (although I know this is sometimes frowned upon with spa treatments.) Also, the add-on hot oil head massage is simply wonderful and none compare that Ive found in the area...the smell of sugar cookies and warm oil drizzled through your hair and scalp is nothing short of amazing. Only one drawback to this place, no steam room, but otherwise well worth a visit to Southglenn!

Every member of the staff was kind and professional.. from the front desk to the massage therapists. The spa itself is clean and beautifully decorated, such a tranquil atmosphere. This is the only spa I will use in the future!

I love The Woodhouse. I have been going for over two years to get super facials with Julie, who is the best! Recently I have been getting pedicures there also and those have been really great! Have had three different techs and they all do a great job! Also have had a body scrub and a massage, both of which were terrific. Just never had a less than wonderful experience. The staff members are so kind and fun. They really know what they are doing, totally professional. I buy the purchase 5 get 7 packages and they save money and last a long time! I must praise it a lot because I have gotten two gift cards as birthday, Christmas presents. I use those to try new treatments I am not familiar with like the body scrubs. That was a skin saver this winter with my dry skin!The changing room is well outfitted and attractive. A robe and slippers are brought to you and there are several lockers for your personal stuff.The waiting room is possibly the most soothing area I have ever been in. Darkened, quiet with a lovely fireplace and really comfy chairs and lounges, I have trouble staying awake!Can’t recommend The Woodhouse strongly enough, you will be delighted!!

I am editing my response to reflect the professionalism in the spa reaching out to meI have received bodywork for 20 years from easily over 50 different therapists if not more.Very clean, relaxing environment with professional and friendly staff. I enjoyed the champagne offering. The balancing body massage was booked for my sisters and I.My experience: if you like a relaxing massage to have more pressure consider requesting a deep tissue massage. The body balancing massage was very light.I was asked how the pressure was in the beginning. In the moment it was fine. I would say most of the massage was a level 1 and only briefly touched being a level 2 which is still described as being light.I did not request more pressure when asked how the pressure was because it was only the beginning and I anticipated the therapist would work into increasing more consistent level 2 pressure. I was not expecting deep tissue or trigger point massage by any means. I knew this was to be relaxing full body massage.I did give verbal feedback regarding how good it felt when it seemed to be a Level 2 but then it changed back to very very light.The time goes fast. Perhaps its because in my therapeutic massages so much is felt be accomplished even in an hour.If there is any one area you feel like you needs focus this would not be the massage for this. It will take away from the need to balance the body.If there is a longer body balancing session that might be more suitable for someones needs.(I have edited my response and rating as the spa reached out to me. Their response reflects my initial post.)

Spoke with Bianca and had a very unpleasant experience. She has 0 customer service or people skills. Their concierge is also extremely unaware and under educated on their services and prices. I’ve been going here for years and their turnover rate is horrific. Bianca a manager of some sort, over the years has remained the same unpleasant person to deal with when at the Woodhouse.

Couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism and people at Woodhouse Southglenn!!! I’ll be back many times and would recommend this location to everyone!!

Suzanne has more than 10 fingers. I dont know how many for sure and I dont know if they are the same on both hands but shes definitely working with some extra helpers. The staff and experience was lovely the whole way through. Top level service. Will definitely come again!

My husband booked me a facial last minute and I was very excited as Id never had a facial before and I have just lost my grandmother and dog and I havent had any time to myself since having my baby 6 months ago.It was a nice place, everyone was nice. I am a bit of an awkward person, so I dont tend to read into it if there are awkward silences or something.The facial was nice, I was quite relaxed. My only concerns are as follows:A) My husband informed me when I got back that I was supposed to be asked what facial I wanted. I was never asked that specifically, I was only asked if there were any specific concerns I had about my skin.B) I was given a menu for choosing additional services, however I dont feel I was properly followed up on whether I would have liked any of them after I had de robed and laid down. Maybe I should have spoken up, but I did not want to make the situation awkward.C) When I was finished, my esthetician left the room and I immediately heard her and another employee whispering behind the door and giggling. Im going to give them some grace and assume they werent talking and laughing about me, however I feel that if the walls and doors are going to be that thin, employees should hold their chit chat and giggling for the break room. Professionalism is big to me especially in a spa environment. Laughing and whispering in a main hallway outside of the door your client is behind is not exactly professional.Those are my reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it was relaxing, but the end there really made me feel self conscious and uncomfortable.Will likely be returning to Woodhouse Day Spa, but will be the location closer to me. Hopefully the walls arent as thin there!

What a lovely place to relax, unwind, and receive excellent services! I highly recommend the facials - super hydrating and nourishing to your skin. The massages are bliss! The locker rooms have everything you need to get ready for deep relaxation before you head into the super comfy lounge. Drinks and snacks are readily available is you desire. The staff is highly professional and skilled.

The Swedish massage was incredible!!! The message was calming and focused on the areas I wanted focus. My mom took me as a treat and I could not have asked for a better gift! The aesthetic and flow of the place was so much than chain spa places. It felt personal and overall was very relaxing!

I do not frequent the spa often, but when I do I make an effort to go to Woodhouse Day Spa in South Glenn. I had a wonderful Tula yesterday, and had scuffed a nail almost immediately! Today they touched me up, and Mandi had even gone last night to pick up my color of nail polish (they were out yesterday, and the order wouldnt be in until next week.). I am going out of town for the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised when I showed for touch up she had the nail polish for me to pick up. I am SO thankful!! She went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it. The entire staff is so kind and it was such a nice experience . Thank you, Mandi, and thank you all for your great customer service!!

Came in for a brow and lip wax...Krista is highly skilled and does beautiful work! My daughter and I have been coming to this spa for eyebrows for several years now, and Krista is fantastic! Relaxation room amazing! Massage therapists are excellent too! I definitely recommend going Monday-Thursday as it is less busy. Very grateful for this spa.

I got a signature facial and added on an organic peel. Awesome. My gal Laura was as sweet as could be and incredibly knowledgeable and truly knows how to give an amazing facial massage. The space is lovely and they make you feel special, down to a little placard w your name on it in the relaxation room. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful service. Front end staff and masseuses were all incredibly professional, friendly, and delightful. The atmosphere was incredible and relaxing. The lighting and music and scents all worked together perfectly. Also a very beautiful location. Very good observance of covid regulation and very aware of personal needs.

Deep Sleep Massage - The therapist was nice enough. My issue was mostly this particular massage. Its an 80 minute massage that states a lavender compress while you recline with a tea ritual. Sounds great right? Instead you lay there for 15-20 minutes with a heated wrap while the therapist sits in the room and doesnt touch you (after sitting with her hands RESTING on your feet for 5 minutes). Oh, and youre not reclined at all. Its on your stomach which gets uncomfortable and no tea ritual was offered. I was also told on the phone there was wine and to get there early. But, they only offered tea. Bummer. This overly priced massage was a sub-par experience that didnt impress me. I called and they said the descriptions arent correct on the website and offered 25% off another overly priced service. No thanks.

I love the atmosphere here and they make you feel right at home. I got an 80 minute massage from Aaron and he was AWESOME! Great massage and just the right amount of explanation on what he was doing during the massage. I will definitely look forward to going to him again.

The spa is very calming. The room where you wait for the masseuse is charming and comfortable. They offer champagne when you arrive. The dressing room is very clean and has amenities available. The therapists there have done a wonderful job with the massages I have received.

Best facial Ive ever had!! I had the hydra facial and my skin has never felt better!Allie was awesome--- explained everything she was doing as she went along, was fun and friendly but wasnt annoying like some therapists who are super chatty when you dont want to talk. I also appreciated that she wasnt pushy and didnt try to up sell me by telling me all the additional products I should buy! She was just a great aesthetician that knows her stuff and knows how to work with people!!!

I am not sure what happened to this woodhouse spa but I have had several full waxes there and totally loved the service and was a happy returning customer. I have now gone in for a full Brazilian and full leg 3 times this year, the last appointment they could not book me with the person I normally went to because it was such short notice. Totally understood and had two separate appointments booked with two different people right after the other. It wasnt great, they missed a lot of spots, but thats what I get for waiting till the last minute to book. I then booked my next appointment for a month out, expecting to also be able to get both waxes done at the same time. Later that week I received a call that they could not do both waxes together because they would not have enough wax. I have never heard of this before and anyone who has done both of those waxes knows how much of a pain it would be to split those up to different days. They could not provide much of an explanation outside of appointments before mine (regardless of how early I booked) would use up the wax that they would need for mine. I cancelled my appointments with Southglenn and they really didnt seem to mind losing my business. I called the Woodhouse Spa in Littleton and they could get me in the same date and time without any issue about running out of wax. I really liked Sydney at the Southglenn location, its too bad they are losing me to another location for something so silly. All I can say is WOW, what poor communication and customer service.

This is the place to go if you want a great massage by licensed professionals and customer service from amateur concierges. My wife and I recently visited this location, both of our masseuses were professional and welcoming, couldnt ask for more. When it came time to check out, the concierges managed to undo the relaxation we just underwent with theyre complete lack of customer service. The concierge in the front with the 2 inch eyelash extensions (not an insult, just cant remember her name) kept trying to shame my wife and I for not leaving gratuity on our credit card, AFTER we explained 3 times that we tipped (25%) them directly for their excellent service. They just kept scoffing and snickering with each other as we walked out, making what would have been an enjoyable experience, just plain bad. Bottom line, great masseuses, terrible concierge that will treat you with distain and annoyance. Im sure this will fall on managements deaf ears, but hopefully they will change their concierges because the actual professionals shouldnt have to suffer losing repeat customers at the hands of their terrible concierges.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I wasn’t told to arrive early to enjoy the relaxation room. Pedicure was a normal pedicure. Was offered drinks including wine which was nice. The towels used for the pedicure were a little raggedy and the snacks that were offered were like the cheddar and club cracker sandwiches, and I get that during Covid there are constraints, but that was a little disappointing. Overall, it seemed overpriced for a pedicure. Somewhat disappointing as it seemed like a nail salon experience instead of a spa experience.

The Woodhouse Southglenn is a great spa. Its very clean, warm and inviting. The staff is always friendly and want to fulfill every need of the customer. They offer just about every service and I have tried most and been very pleased. If you are in need of a great massage RJ should be your go too!

I absolutely love the Woodhose Day Spa at Southglenn. The people are always exceptionally friendly and make you feel welcome. It’s a great relaxation experience. I love the quiet room before your massage where you can unwind from your day. The massage therapists know the trade very well. I have already recommended the Woodhouse to several friends and will continue to recommend it in the future.

I love this spa! The relaxation room is gorgeous and the services I received for my 1/2 day of pampering were all tremendous. I left glowing and relaxed! I would recommend Woodhouse in the Streets of Southglenn to anyone looking for a little R&R and a retreat from the craziness of life!

This place is my local sanctuary. Ive been coming here for a couple of years now. Ive done pedicures and massages. Its has great ambience, and wonderful staff. My favorite massage therapist is Marsha. She knows her stuff and can fix what knots you may have or just help you relax.

Staff does not understand the definition of the word hospitality or service. They proudly display all the holiday promotion robe options and dont provide the customer any color options. They insultingly expressed that the robe is complimentary, as if to tell me to be happy with whatever robe I receive. Well actually, the robe cost $350 to me and the insulting attitude of the staff was a big turn off. I have purchased a few thousand dollars of gift cards over the years for my mother and girlfriend. Maybe time to look elsewhere.

I love the woodhouse!!!! I come here every chance I get and I am always sooo impressed with the service! The spa is always clean, the whole staff is so professional, and every girl I’ve seen has been extremely considerate and made me feel so comfortable. I particularly love how quiet and serene the whole spa is. The front desk staff is super professional and this place will make you feel like a million dollars!

I love this place for an escape for myself! During this visit, I got a lavender pedicure and the spritzer manicure. They were both amazing and my skin feels so refreshed. A great way to relax before the busy holiday season!

Booked with this location despite it being pricier than most to get a great experience for my boyfriend before leaving on a long trip. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and they called me a week before to say there was an error booking and there was nothing that could be done about it. It was my boyfriends birthday present and now Im left with no present and every other place is booked...

I continue to be impressed with the high quality of service I receive at my spa! From the moment I walk in the door to the time I leave Im treated well by courteous professionals who manage to get me relaxed, even though Im so excited to be there it must be quite a challenge. By the time I leave, I look and feel SO good! I definitely recommend them, and Im super-glad to have them in my neighborhood.

Ive enjoyed facials, deep tissue massages, reflexology, pedicures, and my favorite, the his and her massages. Unwind in the relaxation room with a glass of wine or bubbly before and after your treatment. The service is fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Woodhouse.

Probably one of the lesser experiences Ive had at a spa of this caliber. The massage therapist didnt follow my needs, that were asked at the beginning of the session and ended up hurting my shoulder pretty severely.

They dont listen to what you want for massage type during booking or actually massage. I am sure its great if you just want a relaxing massage but not if you need to work out knots and muscle pain 😞 tried 3 times, 2/3 were very disappointing. Only massage therapist who actually listened to pressure/massage type was let go 😞 waist of money.

Pampered is what I was at the Woodhouse Spa. The spa is a sanctuary. From the moment I walked in to the boutique reception desk and was greeted warmly by staff, I felt special and anticipated a lovely experience. I was not disappointed. I had the hydra facial and a deep tissue massage. Both were amazing and left me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed at the same time. I highly recommend this spa.

Incredible spa experience! I had the hot stome massage and it was amazing! You are wrapped in luxury and tranquility from your arrival through the treatment and into the wonderful lounge area.

I have never been to a spa before and my expierence here was above and beyond amazing!!! I went with a friend and got mani-pedis and everything was perfect the whole way through. Bummed on this one. Live right at Southglenn and hoped for better. Deep tissue was soft and gentle. Asked for more pressure quickly, didn’t get it. For the price, I expected a much better massage. Masseur was pleasant..but didn’t deliver. I still tipped and paid 130 ish for a 50 min soft massage. 🙃

Love, love, love this place. Its so relaxing and I have yet to get a bad massage there. The staff is super helpful and the price is worth it for all the pampering you get. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a great massage here. I also enjoyed a glass of complimentary wine and some trail mix. I would love to come here all the time but unfortunately their prices are so much higher than other comparable spas that I can’t justify it.

The best spa experience Ive had, and Ive had plenty! The 4 hand massage was an out of body experience, the transforming facial by Julie was incredible and finishing with a lovely manicure and pedicure...all simply AMAZING!

Ive had quite a few eyebrow waxes in my life and this place does them the best! I am always very pleased with the results. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and will listen to any skin concerns you have.

Apryl was simply amazing! I scheduled the Swedish Massage with her for scapular pain and overall muscle fatigue and tightness. She was kind and thorough. The experience was wonderful and I will most certainly come back again.

I got Reflexology with Aaron and it was great. He did some acupressure in some troublesome spots and it was amazing how it released the tension and soreness. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars was the cost which wouldnt have been affordable without a price discount.

My 2nd facial with Julie this AM. But lets be clear..... hands, arms, feet, legs, chest, shoulders and face. Hot, cold, creamy, gritty, smooth, rough, steam, dry. 80 minutes of absolute pampering. This is my go to treat for myself. Dare I say, better than Botox. Thank you, Julie. Ill be back as soon as I can.

I have been to both the Woodhouse in Castle Rock and in SouthGlenn, and although both are nice, I must admit that I like the atmosphere in SouthGlenn better. Just a little bigger and a little cozier.
