Do not go to this location! They signed me up for a membership without be knowing and then after I tried to cancel once I figured it out, they told me they cancelled but I’m still getting charged. Horrible experience that I hope people don’t have to go through.
We finally broke the code on getting appointments and now we stop in on the 1st of the month to make appointments for the next month (within hours of the schedule opening) with Kelli and Chandra for massage and Reese for facials. We are still working through our COVID backlog of member credits. Reese has some great facials that use 2 credits. Too soon to tell if I see any actual difference, but they feel and smell wonderful!
This Massage Envy location has the best massage therapists and customer service!!! I can always book a massage and if its full, I can call them or get on their cancellation list. The staff is super accommodating and nice. Thank you for making the experience the best!!!
It is near impossible to get an appointment. They say the best way to get one is to get on the cancelation list and they call if one opens up. That usually gives very short notice. If you call at the beginning of a month it will be 2.5 months out for an open appointment. If you wait to later in the month you will likely not get one at all. I have finally canceled my subscription due to the complete frustration with the scheduling. They are happy to keep my money even though they are not able to provide services. It is not just this location, I am open to going to any of the 3 closest to me and I still cant get in within a couple of months.
The whole team at ME Highlands Ranch are so good at serving their clients. From the front desk to the therapists and especially the manager. Great follow up and attitude.I’ve been to many ME locations and this one is far superior than all the rest.
Ive been a member for a very long time. I have a lot of massages saved because I couldnt use them during a medical period of time. Im trying to use them now, booking twice a month but.... if I dont call on the 1st of every month, I dont get an appointment all month! They are short staffed by at least 10 therapists. Members suffer. We have to pay for our monthly even if we can not use it. This is really not fair. I want to use all of the massages Ive paid for and then find a different solution.
The technicians are awesome! I’ve nothing to complain about the actual services received. The people who answer the phones and tell lies is what this locations problem has. I’m billed $200 a month for my minor daughter’s membership and I apparently canceled mine, which never happened, yet I’m told a specific date that I did! I’m told a manager will call me back since I don’t have a membership to book an appointment on. I haven’t received ANY services in months, and don’t have a membership when I call to make an appointment. This location is fraudulent. The owners and management DON’T care about the lack in customer service provided. DO NOT SIGN A MEMBERSHIP AT THIS LOCATION unless you don’t want a service you pay for!Update**. I did leave a message when I called so please don’t insult me or other consumers with the response you left. YOU DON’T CALL BACK!!!!!!!
STAY CLEAR!! NEFARIOUS BILLING PRACTICES!!I have 12 massages banked because I missed a text they sent me during the start of COVID asking if I wanted to Opt out of monthly billing. Sadly, I missed it and would have appreciated if they didnt move forward with billing unless they received a response from me, or, even another attempt to reach out. That location is so booked up, I have extreme trouble getting an appointment. 2 weeks ago, I went in to cancel. I was given the option to pay $20 for 3 months which was supposed to allow me to use up most if not all of the 12 banked massages I had banked without accruing any new ones. I mentioned that it was extremely hard to get an appointment. The attendant stated that she would put me on the cancellation list and would call me when one was cancelled. To date, I have not received a call about a cancellation. I called today to officially cancel. I spoke with a woman who said that in order to do that, she would have to charge my visa $75 to unlock the service. This is insane! No one ever said anything about a $75 unlock fee. This is one of the scammiest locations. I told her Im going to cancel my card so you cannot charge me. I was visiting from out of state and had made an appointment but when I arrived they said my appointment was at 7pm not 1pm when I scheduled it. I know for a fact it was scheduled for 1pm. I didnt end up getting the service I was scheduled for so that was a bummer. I like the massage envy I use in FL much more. I called several massage envys in the area to see if they had available appointments and they either didnt answer or they were super unhelpful and short with me. I wouldve made an appointment for anything! I have hours to use because Im a member..
This place is very dishonest. My husband and I went in on 11/25/18 to cancel our membership. It was well within the 10 days from the next billing cycle. We were told that we would no longer be charged. Today another charged showed up on my bank. When I called the store I was told they needed to talk to a manager to get the fee waived. I was lucky enough to have asked for a copy of my paperwork BEFORE I left the store on 11/25/18. So I had proof that I had cancelled my membership timely. They processed the cancellation on 12/04/18. I feel this was intentional to collect another month of membership fees and hope I did not noticed on my bank statement.The person I spoke to said that the manager made an exception to reverse the charge. They had no authorization to debit my bank account on 12/14/18 so there was no need for an exception.I would not trust this business with your bank information.

I went in and got a gift card for my mom for her birthday. The woman who rang me up clearly didnt know what she was doing, so I made sure to keep the receipt. When my mom went to enjoy a relaxing massage at a different location, they said the balance of the card was $0. This is because the woman who originally rang me up put $75 on a different card and gave me a card with $0. So rather than My mom enjoying a relaxing massage on me, she got to deal with the gift card issue and be stressed. When I called to attempt to have the issue resolved, they had poor customer service. This was completely this locations fault and they should take responsibility for it. Lets just say I will not be getting any more gift cards or massages from this location. EVER!
Front desk service and management is exceptional! This business is run like businesses of the past. The customer is FIRST! I urge you to use this ME location. You won’t be disappointed.
CJ at the front desk is helpful, pleasant and good at her job. She was able to assist me in every way. Andrew was my therapist and I must say he was the best hands down therapist Ive ever had. I will be loyal to this location only now. Great job team!!
The WORST run business EVER. I canceled my massage and they told me that they would charge me 50% because they couldnt re-book it. I called back about 2 hours later and they said there were no opening. I asked if they had re-booked my time slot and they said no, that is was company policy. Why would a business not re-boot a time when they could get the full price instead of half? Heather, the manager, tried to give me a reason but every explanation I countered with a logical response. She finally admitted that the girl who answered my call had made a mistake. BRILLANT!
I have had nothing but the run-around from the management at this location where I first signed up. I was mis-guided as to whether or not to keep my membership active because I knew I was relocating to a part of the country that did not have a massage envy. I have been a paying member for over 10 yrs. One frustrating issue that became a pattern was most times when I called with a genuine question or concern regarding my membership, I received confusing or conflicting information. In addition, Ive submitted by termination of services agreement and its yet to be signed and returned to me. I have phoned and spoken with two managers on separate occasions and sent more than one email to request a signed copy of the termination agreement to zero results. BUT I DO CONTINUE TO GET CHARGED!!IVE had to dispute the charge and will follow up on other courses of action as to protect other consumers to have to go through similar tactics of running a misleading and fraudulent business.
I beg you please do not give this location your business!!! They cause 10 times more stress than they remove If only I could give this Joke of a business a lower rating than one star I have been a member for over 2 years and the first year was fine no issues they gave normal service nothing spectacular but it wasnt sub-par... The next year has been a nightmare they are the most inept and incapable location I have ever been to!!! They are not worried about the happiness of their members (even though they want you to think that they are) there have been too many issues to detail all of them here so I will describe the last one. The night before your massage they are supposed to call you to remind you of your massage the following day, I have been a member for 2 years and they cant even do basic things like provide a reminder to a long time customer I will never provide this location with another red cent and beyond that I will do everything in my power to help others avoid this death trap for your own sake go 5 minutes down the road to the southglenn location do not waste your money to remain unhappy! This place has caused me way more stress than they removed!
I have been a member since they opened. I have always been satisfied with the services I have received there. It is disappointing when your therapist leaves but given the industry its to be expected.It is an affordable way to receive massage. Before they opened in Colorado you had few options under $100++ per 60 min. It’s not going to be a Ritz Carlton experience or a high-end spa. But if you communicate well with your therapist you can get a great massage.I appreciate having a lower priced option.
After being a member for several years, I was stationed overseas and moved away. For nearly 3 yrs, I continued to faithfully pay my monthly $60 for pre-paid massages despite being unable to use any of them as there are no locations overseas in the anticipation of being able to use my giant back log of massages when I returned. About 3 months before my trip back to the states the credit card I used for the auto-withdraw expired and I did not realize that ME stopped receiving my monthly payments. When I returned to the states and found this out, they had taken away all of my pre-paid massages even though that explicitly should not be possible unless I fill out a cancellation form (according to the fine print in the contract). I called the location and was told by the manager that if I brought my account back to current, the massages would be reinstated to my account. So, I quickly re-enrolled (for another year contract) and carried on believing that my massages had been returned to my account. Unfortunately, I just found out last month (after another 15 months of membership), that I was out of massages (despite only using a few massages as I was pregnant for half of the time since I reinstated). That is when I found out the previously accrued pre-paid massages had never been given back to me. After being robbed and lied to by this location, I canceled my membership immediately and will never do business with massage envy again. Very saddened by this because I really do love a good massage and was a loyal customer for at least 7 years :-(
I have gone to the same therapist for over 3 years and she was GREAT! The front desk staff and manager Heather are very immature and unprofessional and would never be allowed to come into contact with a customer in any other place of business. Scheduling is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs
Do Not get a membership!! I requested the forms to cancel a membership well in advance and was told I need to drive across town to do it in person. I let them know it would not work. The representative let me know she could email me the forms, that normally that is not allowed, but she would so that I can take the to a closer location to me so the forms could be faxed to them. I did not receive the forms and now I have to pay another month just so I can cancel. A note to management, I am certain this could be more difficult to cancel, but right off I am not sure how you would do it.
Summer and the staff was fabulous, customer service way above other locations of ME! A positive experience that encourages me to stay with ME.Brian is an excellent MT, I had a great massage that helped my specific needs. Id like another, please!~
Purchased monthly prior to covid and accumulated a large number of massages which you lose when you cancel. So with a 2 month wait between I can never catch up...Just a scam
This Massage Envy location will not stop charging my credit card even after I cancelled on the phone, in person, and by e-mail using their own cancellation form. I have filed complaint and disputed the charges but they wont stop charging my card. Dont do business here.
They oversell memberships. Do not have enough staff to handle the customers, so you pay monthly, but often cannot get an apt. Manager does not care...its their business model!
Customer service is very poor. No one ever answers the phone. Very hard to get in to make an appointment. Finally had to call corporate. To get my home store to call me back.

The worst place! Horrible customer service and no one listened to what we wanted! Scheduled a couples massage and was unable to get it because the therapists were unable to do our enhancements because they are allergic.... when i called to schedule the massage i mentioned i wanted the enhancements and they told me no problem just come on in. I will NEVER be returning here. I have 2 children and it is not easy to get a babysitter!
Been a member for a very long time but this place has gone nowhere but downhill. People at the desk are clueless - can’t even make an appointment correctly. Managers don’t return calls.
Great place with great talent. I had a massage and a facial, and both were amazing. I already rebooked with the same two guys. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment, confirmed appointment. The day of was called by Abby and told my appointment was canceled. Then called 5 minutes after my appointment by another employee to see if I was still coming. Abby completely ruined the appointment and any chance that I will ever give this location my business.
Drove across town after leaving work early for appointment. Got told on arrival that masseuse was not available. Terrible customer service and notice. Will avoid this location.

Do not sign up for a membership. they force you to renew it and do so without authorization. then to cancel they require written notice and thirty days. its a lot of bullshit.
