The location and salon are great, and Ive had good massages there, though the facials have been average. The staff is nice but they are put in a terrible position.I would advise being very cautious about signing up for any Massage Envy memberships. They often only have one massage therapist available at each location, which means you have to wait several months for an appointment. For instance, if you try to book in August, you will not get an appointment until November. Unless you are lucky to be up there cancellation list and when someone cancels, it happens to work with your lifes busy schedule.The system is extremely frustrating: you can be on a waitlist but if one massage becomes available, you have to pay that month, hence not using your available credits.I am forced to freeze my membership in August because there are no availability appointments until the second week in November. I just scheduled for November and December but cannot find availability for all of my 12 credits even trying to combine with facials and no massages 90 minute massages available. The lack of available staff makes scheduling difficult, forcing you to book services you don’t necessarily want, like facials, just to get an appointment. Extremely frustrating process when you are playing for a relaxing experience.Buyer beware!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This location is TERRIBLE! I booked a massage in the morning and they placed me in a room closest to the construction next door...even though all the other rooms further away were available. I asked them to move me, but they said they already prepared the room - but why would you prepare a room next to the loud construction noises?! This happened to me twice and also to my husband!!! Theres no concept of understanding a clients intention to get a massage is to be relaxed and not frightened by loud construction noises. To make it worse, they said they knew the construction noises were happening!!!When I first made my Massage Envy membership with them, the front desk staff entered my credit card information 4 times and then proceeded to call me after I went home for my credit card information AGAIN because they failed to input into their system. Ive updated my credit card at other Massage Envy locations without any hassle!!I wanted to cancel and/or freeze my account because scheduling massages at this location is impossible!! The membership rules about using massage credits make absolutely no sense!! Make sure you check before cancelling/freezing the subscription because it might not let you use the credits. I go to other Massage Envy locations now because the customer service here is the absolute worst!!!
Customer service was pleasant as I walked in, but was immediately followed by selling their membership plan. The technician was nice, but the massage was terrible.. Will search for a spa for future massage needs. It was a struggle to even get this appointment at the Jon Stiles office. disappointing experience because I was looking forward to the appointment and I invested $100 on nothing.
Dont sign up for a membership here! Its borderline impossible to get massages scheduled, you end up accumulating a ton of them and then if you dont call immediately on the 1st of the month you will not even get an appt for several months out. The front desk staff seems like theyre doing the best they can, as well as every therapist I have had a chance to see. Cant blame them for bad business practice, theyre directed to sell as many memberships as possible when there isnt a possibility of all members even getting a monthly massage. Today is April 1st and they are booked through June. Go somewhere else if you want to get consistent massages from a membership. This is not it.
Did a facial with Ivy today and she did a great job and was very nice. Definitely would recommend her!
I had low expectations from previous experiencing and reading other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. If you go to this location ask for Emily. She did a deep tissue and was amazing.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! I have been a member of Massage Envy for the last 4 years and I am extremely disappointed in the direction it has gone. If you want to get in for a massage you have to book out over a month. In my experience, they cancel my appointment almost every time. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to use the massage credits. I would highly suggest to NOT get a membership with this company you will lose so much money.
Update: I received an INCREDIBLY aggressive call from the clinic manager Lee-Lee (guessing on name spelling) that didn’t resolve the issue in the slightest, very accusatory, unfriendly, and not at all focused on trying to find a resolution. She was only just trying to convince me that she was in the right about something that was never effectively communicated when I set this appointment up in person. I hung up on her after a few minutes because there was no point and she wasn’t listening to anything I had to say, and I’m not keen on spending my Saturday being yelled on the phone by someone who didn’t do their job effectively and is blaming a now former customer for it.Original post below:Massage therapists are absolutely wonderful, front desk is not helpful, and the manager they called to support them wasn’t helpful to their own team. I was told that they transferred one of my credits so someone could take my appointment, when they went to check out, front desk told them my credit had been deducted from my account and never applied to theirs.Then, they had the audacity to tell me to call other locations to solve the problem they created? After they removed the credit from my account, didn’t apply it, and still made the person who I gave my appointment slot to pay for the massage that I already paid for by deducting my credit.TERRIBLE customer service and will be filing customer review and report with BBB today
A zero would better explain the customer service here. If you like having 90 minute massage appts you have had for a month cancelled 10 minutes before your appt, this is your spot! Bonus when they forget to reschedule you.
These guys are so bad, they use fake reviews to get their ratings up...First of all this location does not offer robes, so when you have a 90 min session or 120 mins session, make sure your body is dehydrated or have a bladder of an elephant because if you need to go to the bathroom, think of the time it takes to stop the massage, get dressed, walk out to the bathroom in the hallway, walk back and undress again then wait for the therapist to show up to resume, you waste at least a good 15 mins instead of three minutes if they had robes like a normal massage place. Keep in mind, this is a corporation and its all about money, your benefit as a customer and consumer is not on their mind at all.Also, this location is the only one that is inconsistent about sending reminders, sometimes you get an email and sometimes not, sometimes you might get a call from the locations front desk if youre lucky but what is unacceptable is when you do not get any of that, except for a call from a non working automated system that when you answer its nothing but dead silence, after that theyd charge you for the full 90 min session as a penalty then I have a problem with that and its time to say good bye to this location. What made my experience even more frustrating is that I had to schedule my massage over a month ahead because the best therapist that kept me going back to that location, is booked months in advance. The manner this location handles situations when they are at fault, is unacceptable, lack of wisdom in how this location is run makes it difficult for me to go back again.After two years of going to this location, now I understood what the other poor reviews were about.
Very poor customer service. My massage with a therapist I had to book 2months out with was canceled the night before because they booked me when they were closed. Their fault. Wouldnt make room for me with that therapist on the day I had my massage scheduled for a different time. Been a paying customer for almost 3 years. Very disappointing. Will start looking elsewhere for my relaxation as these front desk scheduling people stress me out. Counterproductive
This Massage Envy is a great place. I had a massage there a couple of weeks ago and I liked it quite a bit. The woman in charge of the massage did a great job. Ive had pain in my right shoulder and the professional treated me well. She didnt mess with my right shoulder at all. A big thumbs up!
Made an appointment for Sunday at 11 a week prior. Less than 24 hours to the appointment got a text, not a call, that it was canceled because Samantha couldnt do it. I called and rescheduled for Sunday at 5pm instead. Showed up at 445 and the doors were locked and no answer on the phone. Very unacceptable.
Absolutely the worst customer service i have experienced from any company in several years. I have been a customer here for over 6 years and have had a few concerns but never chose to complain. However a few weeks ago had a problem with a facial. Spoke very kindly to 2 people in management to express my concerns. They told me that it was normal after a chemical peel to see no results??? No tingling, redness, peeling, tightening of skin etc. Good luck selling that product to people in the future. I requested a refund or repeat of another facial. Was told they could not accommodate my request. REALLY ??? I have been paying customer for this long and your owner does not want to retain my business by giving me one facial in 6 years. CRAZY. I own a business and would never treat my clients this way. My aesthetician even mentioned that other customers have had the same problem.
The massages were fine for my wife and I however they charged the CC on file rather than the one they were handed to pay for them. When I tried to cancel our memberships over the phone (because of the CC mis-handling) they gave me the run-around rather than just doing as I asked.
There is a massage therapist I love there. However I discontinued my membership. The MANAGER is just a nightmare. EVERY single time I come in she is arguing with a customer. I could go on but the details are tedious. I told her YOU are the reason Im discontinuing my membership, I went to a different massage franchise.
Bought a gift card. 70 for one one hour massage kinda high price if you ask me. Will go to an individual next time. Girl at front desk was ok.
Every location is independently owned and all masseuse are different, but never had a bad experience here in almost 2 years of regular visits. Easy access in a large shopping plaza.
Its not a super personalized massage experience, but it gets the job done efficiently and effectively.
