Hype Vapes

I purchased a vape battery at Hype Vapes. The next day I tried to exchange it for another one I had considered that was the same price. It was still in the box and in perfect condition. I only wanted to exchange it for a smaller one. They refused. Nothing on the receipt said anything about all sales being final or no returns or exchanges. Because of this, I’ll no longer give Hype my business and others should be aware that all sales there are final. They get two stars instead of one because the sales person who sold it to me was helpful, although she should have made me aware that they don’t allow returns or exchanges.

Eden is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Great selection of juices and mods. Ive got 3 vape shops next to my house but I come here BC Eden knows his stuff and treats everyone equally.

Don’t buy fro there discount bucket they don’t work

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I genuinely hope you go out of business. The staff is incredibly rude with terrible customer service. Would give it negative stars if I could. Also the store across the street has way better people skills, and actually help guide their guests through their products.

Disposables that should have been no more than $30 were $40. I bought one for half off and I absolutely understand you get what you pay for, but $19 for an already burnt disposable is not great. I wouldn’t stop here if you want disposables.

I was told I was not welcome to buy anything and kicked out because the worker knew my ex from over 11 years ago, completely unprofessional behavior of a business.

Horrible experience. They have terrible customer service, even when the manager/owner comes in. Horribly rude to both me and my wife. Will not buy from them and would tell everyone to shy away from buying from them. Much better shops in area that actually want your business. This place is not worth your time.

My girlfriend and i recently moved to highlands ranch and have always had a hard time finding the correct coils for our vapes but the gentleman with the dreads today was extremely helpful and offered to add our coils to their inventory. Just found my GO TO vape store. Very friendly and great attitude!

Hype Vapor has been my home vape shop since moving back in the area. The staff is highly knowledgeable in their products (and the vaping world in general) and remember my particular preferences as a regular. Great prices with a reward/point system. The people that work there are lovely human beings and the location is easy to find! Id rate them higher if I could!

I was just in with my sister and she was trying to buy something for her husband and since he wasnt there they wouldnt allow it I tried buying something separate and the manager wouldnt let either one of us buy anything even though my purchase was completely separate..the manager is super rude and obviously we arent the only ones that think that, please see the other 1 star reviews that specifically mention the manager as the issue not a good look for the store as a whole. As I mentioned before I was in for something completely different for myself nothing to do with them. Nothing illegal with that

This place is awesome! Super wide selection of disposables, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and best of all, they have a disposable graveyard where if you give in your spent disposables you can get 10% off.

Started shopping here when I moved from Florida mid last year. Typically work with Kody and occasionally with Ethan. The quality service kody provides is the reason I’ll drive 30 min to buy a vape. I havent had one bad experience at this location. Typical vapes shops don’t give you the same type of energy this location gives. Customer service is everything and when you have a team like they have you’ll get exceptional service every time. Kody is my favorite. She brings value to the table and throws her own personal experience when having difficulty making a decision. They care about their customers and from personal experience I feel valued and welcomed. Store is kept clean and organized and almost never do they not have what I’m looking for. Highly recommend and will continue to use this shop as the only vape shop I go to. You guys are awesome and I appreciate the quality service you guys provide

The manager lady who works there is very rude and unprofessional. I dont know if she wants to get rid of all her good, regular, and loyal customers or what? Lady, if you dont like to answer questions when your customers ask you or you dont like to work there, then find something else more enjoyable. I feel sorry for the owner who hired her. Obviously, he doesnt care about his reputation or his clientele.Update: Just look at how you reply to your customers. Good job!!! I would change it to 0 if I could.

Talk to Eden, dude is super knowledgeable and just wants to see people get what they are looking for! I came in as a complete neophyte - knowing nothing m, maybe I’m even an insult to neophytes - and he answered all my questions and was happy to help even over the phone when I did some super newbie stuff. Great product recommendations, great store and products, 11/10 will recommend and return for more products! If you’re a new or experienced vaper in the area, this IS your spot!

The woman working 2/22/23 at around 3pm was extremely rude. My friend and I walked in and started looking at the products. As we were discussing the products she said “you are not allowed to talk about the products” I was so confused. My friend had asked her a question on a product and she replied “I don’t know, just a different vape obviously” she then asked if we were going to purchasing anything. We were so insulted and she made us feel so unwelcome we just left. I will never go there again and will be advising many others to stay clear of this place.

This place is awesome! The guy that is usually working is soooooo helpful, nice, always in a great mood, and always remembers what you bought so he has great recommendations. They need to give him a raise because Im considering offering him a job to come work for me. Its always a pleasure going to this place. I highly recommend this shop over others!

I 10/10 recommend this place! I got my first vape from here and there was a very nice woman who has colorful hair that helped me out! Her knowledge of how to start and what to buy made my experience with Hype Vapes that much more memorable! Definitely will be telling my friends about the store and 110% will be back!!

The BEST selection of e-liquid Ive seen so far. These guys have just about everything. Ive discovered so many amazing flavors from hype that when I go into other shops they just pale in comparison. The staff there always seems to know the best flavors when you tell them your personal taste. The store has a nice little lounge area and their prices are really reasonable. They also have a decent selection of vape equipment but unfortunately when I visited they were out of wire and cotton.

Amazing service and are super accommodating! They truly want to make sure you’re satisfied when you walk out! They were amazing with helping me pick out a mod and working out the kinks with the coil! They are super nice! Will never go anywhere else to get my vape juice or any new mods that I might need! They are by far the best that I have ever been to!

Cool little vape shop. Theyll recycle your old disposable for 5% off which is nice. I live in Aurora but only shop here since they take that extra step. Stop by if you need anything

The woman working was incredibly rude to my fiance this evening, which is upsetting for obvious reasons. This is after spending $100 on their products. Needless to say, we wont be back. Stringing together poor interactions with clientele will surely affect you in the long term, dont you think? Poor business ethics, clearly.

Drew is a Rockstar! He is very knowledgeable, and did a great job trying to help me identify the best hardware and juice for me. Was also really impressed with his knowledge of the merchandize as well as the overall industry. Highly recommend!

Absolutely adore both Drew and Jon! I went in yesterday literally almost in tears from such a bad day, and they completely took me in and made me feel at home while Drew fixed my tank up with a new coil and let me use a sample tank so I could get some nicotine. (I almost bought a pack of smokes folks.) The guys are incredibly informative, and took the time to show me how to coil with cotton, taught me about oms law, and genuinely had me feeling like things were going to be ok for a little while. I hung out for bout an hour, and left with tears in my eyes, but only from genuine happiness being able to run into these guys that treat you like a real person. We all need to be more like Jon and Drew. Thanks again guys, I will always be coming back to see you. A forever customer. Well done management.

Listen guys! This place is absolutely the best vape shop I have been to in awhile. I love iced fruit flavors and they have some of the best selection! Everytime I go in, everyone is so nice and they are really cool. I found a new place to get my vape goods and for a reasonable price. When I bought my new vape, they were super quick to offer great advice about what vape would be best and batteries not to mention what types of coils would be best for my vaping needs. They are hella cool! Check em out if you havent yet! You wont be sorry!!

The attendant there was so awesome! He educated me on why my Smok Novo’s were leaking and consulted me on what device I should get next. Will 100% be going to this store from now on. Forgot to get the guy’s name, but It was the best service I ever had!

I have a tendency to not check the batt level before I go to work, which is why I now own 7 pairs of batteries. I have called in desperation two times now, and each time they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I needed two batteries (each time) and after calling they made sure to charge a pair so I could immediately buy and pop them into my mod and bounce back to work. They have saved me not once, but twice. I have nothing but love for these guys, and I highly recommend their chill couches, music, and juice selection. Solid people will always make a great experience and ultimately a customer into a client. Highly recommended.

Love this place! Before I came here I really disliked vape shops and avoided them and opted to shop online exclusively. That has changed since I came to this shop! Im really bad at remembering names but Ill say this much: these guys are all really cool. They are super helpful when I want to try out new flavors or just go with the ol reliables. Its a shame Im moving quite far from them now so I wont be able to stop by when I want to.

Purchased a Aegis legend mod from them. They literally told me the device was indestructible. Within 90 days the device stopped working. Took to shop, they confirmed it was not batteries or operator error then said they only provide a 30 day limit on replacements/broken devices.i told them they said literally it was indestructible and they replied with oh, thats what the box says not what we sayseriously? you said it to me directly.second, i contact geekvape and they say they REQUIRE their distributors to offer 90 day replacement! here is a picture.DONT go to these guys, they seem cool then hide behind anything they can.

I cannot express enough how wonderful of an experience I had here. I am new to vaping and Drew was incredible. He was patient and explained everything and was honest and I didnt feel rushed or pushed into a buy. I came out more knowledgeable and feeling like I have a place I can go to for any questions I may have from here on out. I can tell you I will only come to Hype Vape for all my vape needs. They are hands down one of the best I have ever witnessed in regards to customer service. It felt like a home there not just another place trying to get my money. It might be more expensive than other places but the service you get is what makes it worth every penny.

Sold me some very sub par juice for almost twice as much as I would usually pay. Also didnt get help until the guy with his feet up looking at his phone noticed me trying to get help for five minutes maybe more. They also dont have a complete juice menu and the guy “helping” me kept interrupting me while i was trying to look it over. Guess there are no good vape shops in this town.

Super friendly sales person, but one of the most expensive vape shop i have ever visited! They charged me $7.50 for a coil???? Ejuice that runs for $15-20 bucks sells there for $25-30! I wont go back there ever again....way to expensive!!!

This is my go to vape shop.and has been for years, Derek, ducky, drew, all phenomenal people that know everything there is to know about vapes. They have a lot of fruity and candy juices, and are the best vape shop in town! Love these guys, and love the vape shop!

Since Ive been in the Denver area for 8 months, HYPE Vapes has become my go to vape shop. Ive visited roughly 50+ vape shops around the Denver area and HYPE Vapes is on another level with service, mods, ejuice, rds and more. The reason I keep coming back is because they carry the best and authentic products that are on the market. The two owners are dedicated vapers and have a broad knowledge of all avenues of vaping. Box mods, starter kits, mech mods, regulated and unregulated mods, tanks, rdas, the best selection of premium ejuice, etc. The store itself has a lounge and even a build table setup for coil building which is free to use. Seriously one of the best shops in the Denver area and my favorite. Right on Im out, keeps on a vaping 👊🏼.
