My co worker and I regularly stop by this location in the morning before work a few times a week monday through friday because we LOVE the staff. Everyone is always super sweet, helpful, and create an all around wonderful vibe that keeps us coming back!

Best customer service! These guys (chris?) went to extreme lengths to get answers for me on an issue with using cash app at their store. Wild Bill knew answers before the bank did and tried to help me as much as possible.The store is beautiful and clean and spread out nicely. Gorgeous Glasswork in all price ranges... just a fun place to shop with everything u want and very competitive prices, ad always. Check out wild bill Wednesdays! Its the best day for deals

Asked for a receipt, was not given a receipt. Instead was ignored while attention was turned to my spouse. Staff was not acknowledgeable on products they were selling either. More than likely will not return.

We are regulars here and the one time I get a bad vape they wont exchange it. I have bank proof of the transaction but had them just throw the receipt away because we have never had a problem. You can see the vape us brand new, 16.99 is nothing cheap today and for them to not make good on a product they sell is just irritating. Shows customers really mean nothing!

If I could give minus stars, they would get a minus 5. Worst customer service. Very rude. Door says 18 and older only. Then they wont sell you.any products, because the person is 18.Courtney said she would call her manager while I was there. I called to ask when manager would be in. She then proceeds to say she is the manager and hung up in my ear. Unprofessional. Change your sign to 21 or over. Lost a customer thats spends 145 or more a week. All wild bills locations. Take your money to puff factory instead. Excellent customer service there....

Had problem with vape purchased from here..girl behind counter was mean & rude to me so young man had to handle my issue. She needs customer service training. He was great..her not so nice

Excellent variety of fine, quality cigars. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about their products, especially Courtney. My favorite go-to cigar shop around the Detroit area.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!This store just Robbed me of over 35 dollars and was showed proof and would not fixed their mistake. Since Wild Bills has bought this store a few months ago they destroyed the customer base and have the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in all my life! They have 1 small back corner for Tobacco products and the rest of this store is drug pipes. The staff are very rude and unknowable kids!! I will never spend another red penny at this place and advise everyone to do the same. Go the extra mile to get your products and just avoid this hipster, vape, crack pipe den and save your self a lot of aggravation and being robbed of your money as they just did to me. I of-course am disputing this with my bank but the stress is completely unnecessary!!!!!! Just no common sense in the staffs heads at all! Maybe they are too stoned as they sure seem to be!

I recently went into your Livonia store #111 having zero clue what I was doing and what I needed. I was looking for CBD products to help with anxiety. I met your sales person Andrea D. (Andi) she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in your products. She set me up with everything I needed and showed me how to use everything. This place is awesome and the staff is just as cool!! With an awesome vape selection and a beautiful new cigar humidor this is about to become the new happening spot! Andi and Jake are great new additions to this store that Ive been shopping at for ages!

They were out of the tobacco that I smoke but the woman was nice enough to call another Wild Bills for me before I drove all the way also the store is extremely clean. Nice people big assortment of smoking stuff I highly recommend them.

Great place , very friendly staff with a wide selection of product, have always been greeted with kindness, and have received good discounts on products. Will certainly continue to shop there, they are conveniently located next to a fine grocery store with lots of great parking. Who could ask for more.

Their prices have skyrocketed over the past few years. Many products cost two to three times as much as anywhere else.
