Just attended the Foundation Cigar Event at WB Livonia. I had a great experience. Johnny the owner was so gracious, and the Foundation Rep was very informative and steered me the direct of my tastes. This is the GO TO Place when looking for your favorite smokes. They have awesome monthly specials and a nice lounge. Each time I visit, they greet me like a family member. Cheers!!!

I work all over the state of Michigan, I have to say Ryan, by far the best wild Bills sales consultant they have!This person saved me $40 on my normal bi-weekly purchase!He explained the whole transaction to me and my jaw dropped.... No one has helped me in wild Bills like this guy.Thanks Ryan!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Their staff is very knowledgeable and are nearly experts in interpersonal communication. They have a substantial cigar collection in their humidor. Very friendly and welcoming environment, fair prices, well stocked, and very well trained and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

The staff here was very helpful with assisting me in finding out more information on glycol free e-juice.They were very friendly and the environment was welcoming on all levels.Thank you for the knowledge you provided me with and thank you for making the dream work at Wild Bills Tobacco shop.I will be returning here whenever I need to get pods for my Vuse battery.I highly recommend this establishment off 5 mile in between Merriman and Middlebelt in Livonia, MI.

The staff is very experienced in their understanding of cigars. e-cigs and Vapor based on the customers who fill the store for those services the humidor is amazingly large with a great selection and they have a wonderful Cigar Lounge what flat screen TVs complimentary water and coffee in Good Company gotta check this place out

Staff totally un knowledgeable about CBD cartridges and current promotions. I questioned them about why the coupon amount had been less than normal. 2 staff members said it was always $1.00 coupon and I said no I have always gotten a $2.00 coupon. They proceeded to show me the receipt where it showed a total of $2.00. Where I had always gotten $2.00 per carton and the receipt showed $1.00 per carton. I guess they changed the promotion they said. How are you unaware of this information as an employee? No way to run a business. I will find another shop to give my business. And no knowledge of any of the cbd cartridges or products 🤔

This wild build has great customer service but be very careful what you buy from them I made the mistake of getting one of their new Tpod kit and it worked well for one day. It became very hard to get it to vape I took it back and was told they do not give refunds for items and just because it barely worked it still worked. if you shop there you should be very leery about purchasing a high-end item from these guys because if you if you have any problems are not going to stand behind itUpdate.after I posted this review Wild Bills corporate was kind enough to with contact me. I told him what my complaint was and the reply was nothing.like I said at the start of this review personally I would not buy any mods or pods for these guys that they dont stand behind them

It was my first time coming here. I stopped in to grab some coils for my first RDA, and Ryan took his time to guide me through setting it up, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Ryan!

Purchased 2 vapes; one was broken and the second would not hold a charge. Spent over $1,000 here and was told I was SOL on a $15 battery. Nothing worth losing a customer over, yet that was the ridiculous decision they made.

This location is fantastic. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for and will give you their honest opinion as they have sampled pretty much everything they sell. I will definitely be a repeat customer to this particular wild bills shop.

This is a great place to shop for vape juice and a great selection of cigars also has a wonderful lounge area to sit and enjoy a nice cigar and great people to socialize with.

Nice selection of products. Can’t stand the workers. I know they are just trying to be helpful, but it literally feels like I get rushed every time I walk in. I get asked 3 times from different people what I need help with, even though I come through regularly. Not only that, they stand around you even if you don’t need help. They just need a little help with personal space and customer relations.

This Wild Bills is smaller but usually has what Im looking for. Today I learned theyre no longer going to sell the CBD Rings n were 10 for $5! I saved $9.90 but Im sad theyll not have them anymore bc sometimes thats all I go to buy!

BEST WAY TO START A BAD REVIEW: Would give ZERO STARS if I could.My two vape pens werent charging with a new charger I bought here yesterday. The gentleman with glasses was initially quite helpful and performed thoughtful (although a bit incomplete) troubleshooting, but the other guy that sold me the pen charger earlier in the day kept interrupting his troubleshooting - immediately blaming the cartridges I was using. They ended up blaming the pen battery that was not charging with the charger that they sold me - with them positing that my cartridge leaked into the battery . Then the guy that was pre-empting good troubleshooting with his premature findings tried up-selling me a more expensive charger! After I bought their recommended pens & charger that were bunk or no longer working!Ended up bringing my pen batteries home, found my old charger, and lo and behold - it started charging!So keeping score, they blamed the cartridge. Then they blamed the pen batteries they recommended and sold me earlier. Then recommended I buy more expensive garbage from them. And ultimately, i brought the pens home and they charged just fine with my old charger!Other than this terrible experience, the place feels like a mob front. Back in the cigar smoking section you might think youre seeing Hector Salamanca overseeing his great money laundering operation. Lots of creepy feels in this place. I would not recommend.

A very accommodating & well stocked tobacco shop, with a large selection of cigars, tobacco products & accessories. If time permits, U can sit in there lounge area & enjoy a cigar while watching television or chat wth any of the owner or any of the gentleman present. Ive never been disappointed anytime ive visited them.

First time ive been there. They had a TON of CBD oil products that i didnt have a clue about. The sales rep spent time with me and answered questions. He was very knowledgeable. I will be going back! Lovely place, very neat and well kept.

They took over livonia location at 6 mile and inkster I walked in there today the red head guy says 23.99 for a bottle of vape juice it has always been 1499 now I understand raising the price but a 9 dollar increase I strongly advise you go dow a mile to 5 mile vape shop 1588 a bottle I wont be back and they truly dont care well Ill spread the word not kool wild bill

Went here to purchase a topbox nano didnt know its was use the coils are broken in not the original one that come with the topbox nano is not working properly went back to the guy that sold me the nano he did not want to return or exchange if I couldnt return it he could of a least let me exchange it for another one if your item is nit in the original manufacturer plastic it may be used not a good experience at all this was April 13 2016 this place scam

Spend over 400 dollars here on a rig, no type of customer service or friendliness when I was in here. The guy kept speaking to another person who was not in line. I will not return here, only reason I even went in was because I need my rig for a event.

Always very helpful amd service is 100%, much enjoy stopping for anything between vapes and juices to cigars.
