Very nice staff and selection. The only complaint I have is that unlike smaller non-chain shops, they are too rigid with rules. I had a mod that cost nearly $100 that one morning started firing on its own. I took it up and they wouldnt even consider a return because it was JUST past 30 days. I was told they have a very strict time limit on returns when other smaller shops would help if it was pretty close to the 30 days. Just the cost of being a large corporate-type run establishment.

They have a wIde selection of e-liquid and vaping kits, all at reasonable prices.Their staff is knowledgeable and personable, and they were able to suggest the right kit and liquid to meet my needs. The store is well organized, with tables set up where you can sample the e-liquid flavor’s for a modest fee. I will definitely be recommending the store to my friends, and I will be a regular customer.

As someone who has recently quit smoking, the products and services of this location have been essential in my success. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable without pressuring you for a sale. The variety of both flavors and vapor delivery systems is second to none. If you want to quit smoking, this is the place to start.

This place has some amazing flavors. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and always willing to help you out finding the perfect flavor for you! The shop is always clean and nice looking. You never feel like an outsider when you visit Avail - whether its your first trip or fiftieth, busy or no, they treat you like a welcome friend.My husband and I moved a half hour away and we STILL make weekly (at least) trips on to Livonia just to visit Avail!

Very knowledgeable staff! Prices on liquid may be higher than usual but definitely worth it! They have testers of all flavors through nice mods and tanks so you know what you are getting before you buy, they have PROOF of how they produce their juice, and it will satisfy your taste buds beyond any other liquid on the market!Not to mention that the $1 membership fee also give you discounts on all tanks and devices but also is their rewards programs for both lower prices on hardware but also free Juice!!!! It also saves the life of your coils. Used to run keep it 100 and Naked through my cleito tank and average 1 week or so. Their liquid lasts up to 3?weeks on the same cleito coils!Definitely worth the visit as well as that $1! Just show your ID and you will understand why they card EVERYone!

The cleanest and best customer service I have ever experienced!! They have over 70 flavors of e-juice. The one thing that avail has over all other companies, is you get to try EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR! Before you commit to purchasing any.

The most modern Vape store Ive ever been to. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean and a large variety of flavors and vapes. I highly recommend this place to all.

Came in just on my way to auto zone. Trying to kick the habit, the vapor store caught my attention. Jeremiah was very very helpful and patient with me and my mother. left out with his recommendation of a “Swag Kit” Vaporesso and some Aphrodite vape Juice.. if you wanna quit smoking, this place is where you should start.. clean, well mannered, will be returning

Nice store, helpful staff, and for $1 you get to sample a lot. Just remember to have your ID handy, they need it for everything. If youre paranoid about having your ID on file, dont bother.

Came in for the first time and these people were straight pumped to have me in their store. The guy walked me over to what I needed and the two workers were very friendly. Great service. Also the inside is aesthetically dope af.

Prices here are absurd. Same vape liquid thats $13 at Wild Bills is $30 here. Nice store but definitely need to come down on prices.

Jeremiah is no longer working there. Just loved going there when he was. Stopped by 12/15/18 and totally different crew. Didnt feel welcomed as before..

Very nice and clean store. Only issue is that that are WAY overpriced. Probably 3 times over the cost on most merchandise that you can buy at other local shops.

Cant even be bothered to be open when they say theyre open. Would be first time customer, came here on my way out of town for a full restock and theyre closed. No answer on the phone. Door says 11am its 11.35 now. Unimpressive show Avail.

Ive been going to this store for over two years went in today they had a blonde lady working was very rude so i would not recommend them at all and they have lost a very valuable customer back to wild bills i go
