Great location, great staff, Ramona, Drew, Don and crazy Ryan…always a good experience at this location!

Every time i go here its awful. I liked the convenience of being right next door to this location but i will now be taking my business else where. The older woman is very rude and does not actually assist you, she and the ginger younger male like to belittle you when their computer systems arent working correctly and try to make you feel stupid. Then when your card shows a completed payment they tell you theyll have to charge you again to have the item youve already paid for. I visited yesterday July 3, 2024 and lost $8.47 it was not worth the fight or hassle. I was not refunded and i did not get the item i was trying to purchase. They told me they needed my personal information to refund me and quite frankly i didnt want them having it. This location has an awful staff and they go through employees like crazy, even the employees head down to Wild Side Smoke Shop to get products from them because they are of higher quality.. trust me drive the extra mile down the road. Wild bills got my money for the last time.Update: it is July 26, 2024 i emailed my concerns over as requested and i still have not had my money returned to me. This location is a damn scam and will be reported.

When to redeem lottery tickets on April 20, 2024.Lady sales clerk gave me a non winning receipt. I told her it was not mine she started screaming and cussing me out. She said I did not buy it from her and she did not have 2 cash it.She was so horrible I needed to report her.The way she was cussing and threatening me was unreal.She tries to scam me a few other times. One time Icaught it and one time I missed it until I got home.She does not represent your mission statement.Very, very unprofessional.April 24th and Im still unable to get in touch with the owner or someone in authority.The site that was given to me does not exist.Thats why the store is operating with bad employees.

Just wanna say the store itself is clean and stocked but the staff are absolutely abysmal. 2 employees on staff and no one greeted me despite me greeting them when I came in the door. Little to no customer service while looking around the store, and when I cracked my “fresh” pack of wraps, all 5 were so stale to the point of crumbling just trying to handle it enough to roll. When I reached out to remedy the issue, I was hung up on 3 separate times because the staff member was handling a personal call on their own phone. Absolutely will not be back to this location or probably any wild bills if that’s how they are gonna be ran.

I have been a customer at this store for years. Everyone working here has been amazing except for one person. I used to love this store until the shady guy with red hair and glasses started working here. He is shady and manipilative. This store has lost my business permanently as long as that snake is working there. He has tried to keep my change before and thought I didnt notice., i had to ask my my change. This time I was in a rush and he kept 10 dollars of my change. Shady and bad business.If you go here MAKE SURETO GET A RECIEPT AND COUNT YOUR CHANGE CAREFULLY.

This place is mediocre at best but what really is going to stop me from going back is the guy behind the counter was extremely slow, had zero knowledge on what was even sold at the store and completely uninterested in making any sales. Not to mention they didnt have what I was looking for which was a very common item at almost every smoke shop..

There was a tall guy there Saturday morning he wasn’t being helpful at all. Didn’t know about any products. Was very rude and aggressive with his words. The woman with the black hair was phenomenal she has so much knowledge about everything in store. Thank you

Very nice place. There was only one gentleman working there and he was very kind and helpful. I would have offered 5 stars, but the man didnt give me credit for my purchase on my account. He said it was too late to do that after he rang it up. 😞

Called on the phone about a B series coil for my Aegis vape the man who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Tired of going to vape stores where u have to do research before u go because the nerd working has no knowledge of their products?? go to wild bills instead save urself the hassle man

Its 8:56am, they open at 9am. They have their open sign on the door lit up. I figured cool, I can go in a few minutes early and get what I need. So I walked in and the lady told me Im not open yet, we dont open until 9. I was ok.. Then I walked out. my thoughts are, why turn your sign on before 9am, and tell customers when they walk in that youre not open? So I have to sit in the parking lot for 4 minutes to buy a coil.. really? It wouldve taken her one minute for my purchase. Ive never been fond of this location, I prefer the 5mile location. A little advice, keep your door locked and your sign off until 9am!! That lady always gives me a hard time

This store changed names to Wild Bills so I decided to check it out. I went there in the summer around July and the lady was very rude, like I was annoying her that I was there. All the other Wild Bill Stores Ive been too the staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Not this lady. I dont know why but she talked me into buying a 10ML bottle for $30. I just saw someone say last week that the new manager took over, so lets hope for better service. The real problem is the store is too small. The humidor takes up 1/3 of the store. I will give it another shot sometime in the future, but for now Im sticking too the 5 mile & Meriman or Wayne & Ford. Much bigger space and friendly staff

Im in Wild Bills at least once a week, and they always treat me kind and with respect. When I walk in there I feel like Im walking into a corner neighborhood store. Everyone there is very friendly, and knowledgeable about their products.

The prices for kratom shots are outrageous 20 an up no matter what it is they can still make a profit this is just comes down to greed plain an simple

This locations staff was super friendly and helpful. They were stocked, and had a wide range of selection. My only complaint is they didnt have a multi-pack of the chewing tobacco my husband uses. But it wasnt a deal breaker.

I bought the c-cell oil burner on 6/5/2019 I have used it a few times and 2 days ago it stopped working. I just called wild bills and I was told that on the receipt it says I cant exchange anything after 2 weeks. MY RECEIPT says nothing of the sort. Wild bills, you have lost a valuable customer. I will never breach your threshold of any of your establishments to give you a red cent of my money. 😂😂😂7/4/2019 UPDATE:I was contacted and the issue was rectified.I received a added bonus for my inconvenience. Staff is super friendly and can help you with finding the perfect mod, juice, etc. For you. Highly recommend checking this location before going to other locations. They are always stocked up with the good stuff that you may need.

I called here today to double check whether or not children were allowed inside, and Ryan offered to bring my item out to my car. Awesome customer service, will definitely be checking them out!

WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I PURCHASED A FAULTY WAX PEN, HAD TO RETURN IT TWICE WITHIN THE 14 DAYS AS PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT. WAS TOLD BY A WOMAN IVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN THE MANY, MANY TIMES IVE SHOPPED HERE THAT SHELL REPLACE IT [THIS TIME]!!! AND IF IT DOESNT WORK IM SOL. I REFUSED THE PEN AND ASKED FOR A REFUND WHICH SHE DID AND THEN I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE THE CASE OF BUTANE EITHER. NEVER WILL SHOP WHERE MY MONEY ISNT APPRECIATED

Great staff, informative and accomodating. I love Mr. E Liquid that I can ask for how much nicotine to add instead of just buying otc! The one thing I wish that this Wild Bills Tobacco had was a pop machine machine where I could purchase pop (every one Ive been in has one). It would increase their profits, and it would quench many a peoples thirst!

I am so done with all locations of Wild Bills. They almost never have whatever is required to make menthol juice, and when I bought an eGo rig from them a while back after being told the coils for my previous rig were obsolete and no longer being carried, I was told “Don’t worry, we’ll ALWAYS have coils for these”. Yeah, right, what a scam. Went to buy some yesterday after they opened their doors after the shutdown and was unable to find them at two different locations. Never again, anywhere but Wild Bills will get my business from now on after being a loyal customer for six years.

I have nothing positive to say about this place. If you are in the market for eliquid, just keep driving. Horrible service, the staff had a nasty attitude and the knowledge of their products was laughable. Go literally anywhere else, like the wonderful wild bills location at five mile and merriman. The five mile store has a friendly, experienced staff who will actually let you smell if not sample their juices.

Again another Mr Vapor with Staff that that are ignorant to the products they are supposed to be able to sell! much less answer questions about a Mr Vapor only devices and E-Juices. He must have a vast amount of local foot traffic consumers for all the cheapest cigarettes and other tobacco products that must be the only way to make ends meet??

I have been coming to this location for several years the staff is outstanding very helpful and knowledgeable I strongly recommend this location for all of your tobacco needs

Very friendly and clean. Muna is wonderful and helpful and me a delight to speak with. Other then Muna there does seem to be a higher then average turnover.

This the only smoke shop I go to for my oil vapor$ pinsIm an over spenderCause I dont go often so whenever I do, I stocking up for over the road..Out west have different selection then east I just stick to what ik and like...

This location is amazing the employees are very friendly and helpful and the Shop is very clean and well stocked.
