I’ve been going to V IP for about 8 years consistently. The best thing I could say is that I drive 4 miles out of my way every day just to get the same courteous treatment and most competitive pricing.I’ve been to too many of their competitors and no one is nearly as knowledgeable as VIPs staff.

The staff here is great. They offer special deals and will order you products upon request. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible. They are never open at 0900 when they say they open. False advertising with false hope. Would recommend never coming in the morning time if youre straped for time.

This place has had me as a customer for 5 years now. Great customer service, best prices in town. They always keep my favorite products in stock, and if theyre out they get it in asap. Great selection in high quality kratom. Although from comments theyd have you believe they overcharge newbies. If Id ever seen or had this done to me, i would not be this loyal. Ive seen interactions with new people. Always fair and Always set them up with the best products at the best prices. Besides how would anyone think a charger would cost $20...?

The best Kratom selection and prices I have found in Michigan and Florida. I drive out of my way to buy from them. Liquids, powders, and capsules. Great deals also. Highly recommend.Edit: can’t wait to get back. Been a while due to the pandemic and working from home so far away. Stop by and shop! They deserve it!

I moved away from my usual smoke shop & found this one. They have better prices than my old spot. Sal is always so friendly & helpful. He always grabs my cigarettes without needing to ask what I want. Having a personable, knowledgeable person interacting with the public is an added plus. Keep it up VIP! 👍🏼

Last week I showed up to the store at around 9:15am and they still weren’t open. Today I went back to buy an item that I just bought previously before for $25. The man rings me up and says the total is $40 and I told him what I was previously charged, he asks me if I am accusing him of trying to rip me off. I just told him what was priced to me earlier and he continues to say that I should be grateful for getting it at that price.

I guess too many people dont know any better but your kratom is way overpriced I used to shop here for a while for some months and you were my go-to shop but after moving and still frequenting Livonia your prices are higher than anybody elses Ive been to even with your rewards program its nowhere near worth it!! $25.01 for one OPMS Black? Come on now everywhere else is $17.00 and if you want to go online even cheaper!

OUTSTANDING Service! I have been a regular customer going on two years now. I go out of my way to shop here. Sal, who runs this location, always gives me a deal on anything that is not government mandated. Glass, kratom, supplies and pretty much everything else that can be discounted. They have a rewards system, 1 dollar equals 1 point, every 100 points equals 10$ off next purchase. Very nice if your a regular. Buying more of the same item at once, the more you get ,the better of a deal sal can give. I highly recommend this location to others. If you have any issues makes sure you speak with sal and he will correct the problem. Very nice selection of products as well! Thanks for everything that you do VIP Livonia!

Just started coming here a few weeks ago great kratom fairly priced. However Im sitting out front on a Sunday at 1030am and there is still no one here to open up shop. Supposed to open 10am

I forget the guys name but he knows who he is and he was very helpful. I wanted to go with something slightly cheap and he warned me it wasnt gonna be useful to me, brought it home, sure enough, it didnt fit my needs. I brought it back and the guy set me up right just to see a customer happy. Got some chill staff.

The man I spoke with on the phone seemed to be very helpful with Kratom. I am attempting to begin using Kratom so he took my order over the phone and arranged for delivery to my home. Problem is that I payed for this order on April 3rd and it is now April 13th and I have not received the package. I just tried calling and theres no answer. I will continue to call until I reach someone but as of now they took my money without giving me the product. Ill update this review if anything changes but I have the feeling I have been scammed. UPDATE: I still havent received a refund but I also gave up so thats partially my fault. I think the owner would have likely helped me resolve this but I decided to just let it go. I was almost expecting them to do the right thing and just refund/credit my credit card but that didnt occur. I also let it go because I found out later that smoke shops are the last place anyone should buy kratom from. All in all I have faith that this owner would have done the right thing if I had made myself more available.

Went in for a bowl piece. Was surprised by how none were over 50 that includes artists made. I found one Ive only seen the glass work style of on sculptures. It involves melting 100 small multi colored pieces and blending them into shape while keeping colors separate not fused. Large size bowl and I only paid 15. If you dont go here than youre just screwing yourself. Owner and bri were very nice. Will forever shop here and here alone.

Great cigars and customer service

I found this store in April of 2018 after just perusing around on Google Maps for a Vape Store open on a Sunday. I walked in and was met by Sal, a longtime employee of VIP and one of the best. First impressions are everything, and now its 7 months later and this is the ONLY store I go to for my vaping needs. Their selection is off the charts and their prices make it a one stop shop that youll be pleased with after youve left. Since coming to the store, Ive met other employees and became friends with them. For example, Jacob and Ali. They are very personable and friendly and fun to talk to. Im always greeted with a Hey, whats up man?! and a handshake when I walk in. This store actually CARES about customer service. I recommend that anyone who Vapes should go here. Dont take my word for it though, go and check it out for yourself! Tell them Austin sent you.

I initially went to this store based on my regular shop being closed but now I wont go anywhere else for tobacco products. The prices are better than most stores, the staff are always willing to help me and have helped me out with coupons and discounts multiple times if possible. Theyve got a customer for life.

I came from City Smoker in Westland and I came here to hopefully end my rounds around town looking for a 14mm banger. Rest assured this store ended my search and had a really vast supply of glass/metal oil accessories. Will be coming here in the future for my wax needs.

I sat outside reading this shops reviews.Finding that there are several complaints about not opening on time. Well, still sitting here on Sunday 12/23 still waiting for them to open at 10am. Its now 10:27am. I noticed a fee cars (same cars) driving past the front, guess theyre waiting for them to open too. I wont wait any longer. This will not be my store. Not a good first impression VIP Smoke & Vape.

I wish I could give a million stars. This location is so nice clean and staff is certainly trained in the best customer service!!! Especially the guy with either dreads or braids he’s amazing. He ran that location like he could do it in his sleep. He helped me throughout my entire time there helping me try different flavors similar to what I smoked normally. After I chose the vape juice he then helped me choose the best vape for my money and quality. To me he never made me feel like he was upselling me. Rather trying to make me more knowledgeable to purchasing a better product for long term savings. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Other than the best ever and very reasonable prices if your ready to dedicate yourself to vaping. Great job and thanks for the greatest experience!!!

Hands down, best smoke shop/tobacconist out there. There are many other smoke shops in my area (Farmington/Commerce area), however I will always make the drive down to Livonia for their prices, selection, and most of all customer service. Eddie is the man to talk to about vaporizers, ecigs, etc... He and his staff have a wealth of knowledge and have no issue answering any and all questions you have. If you appreciate quality WITH quantity, this is the place to go, no question about it. And for any doubters I am NOT employed with VIP, I have been going there for 7 years now, for all the aforementioned reasons. Thanks for all the great service guys!

Needed information on product put on hold then disconnected called back, mind you 25 or more miles away.Asked did they carry product was told let me check yes we have it.VIP didnt have product so I ask why would you say we have it, bs answer.I did make a purchase will never return to VIP.I said to the male employee or owner that I do not live across the street.Buyer beware if you call and are told hold so I may check and then yes we have it.

Just tried to charge me double what other smoke shops. I was a regular customer. Not anymore. Never again. Made my purchase for the usual price at a gas station. Speedway is much better.

Being new to the area, I wandered in for a tank repair. These folks are knowledgeable and attentive. They officially have a customer for life so long as they keep the same staff.

I was in the area and wanted to pick up a few cigars for the labor day weekend. I bought two acid kuba kuba. Both were dried up and the outside wrap just fell apart. All I smoke are the acid kuba kuba. Worst experience ever. Dont buy cigars from this place.

The only tabbaco store i go to every one is super friendly and professional sale is the man always willing to awnser my questions evrey time i visit i get treated like family u never see service like that any more!! And the reward program is awsome saves me lots of cash

The price here is fantastic for vape juice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Paying no more that $20 for at minimum 100ml, makes this place a vape shop you should check out.
