First time at Wu Xing and had a great experience. Super great that they accept walk ins. I did the combination 30 minute table/30 minute foot massage. Reasonable pricing and friendly staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Will be back!

UPDATE: I have been harassed four more times since the original date of harassment over a week ago. The email I sent to the mall requesting help and support has gone unanswered. Wu Xing workers come outside into the main hall and blast their Chinese programs and music on their phones, yet have the biggest problem with a little jingle bell.Today, was the worst day of bell ringing. Today, they sent their English-speaking relative (who happens to own A-ha Noodles at the mall) over to harass me. He approached me, and I thought he was just a regular patron of the mall; I thought he was asking questions because he wanted to make a donation and wanted to help. He asked how long I was going to be there, and I was not sure what he meant. I did not know if he meant time or dates. It turned out that he wanted to know how many more days we were going to be there ringing, and when I told him that I was pretty sure it was up until Christmas Eve, his exact words were “Oh, that’s going to be a problem.” I was confused until he started going in on me about my bell. I told him, just as I have told his relatives several times previously, that they need to take it up with the mall, but he continued to go in on me about the bell; he brought me to tears, and then laughed. He thought this was funny, and then got mad when I wouldn’t “hear [him] out” any further or listen to his insincere, fake apology. He did not care that he upset me, because if he truly had a heart, he would not be shaming a VOLUNTEER, who rings a little bell for the less fortunate, in the first place. He then went over to the nonprofit popcorn booth and the jewelry store to try to rally them to be against the bell as well. This man has never even been around when I am ringing the bell; his business is nowhere near my bell location. I barely flick my wrist with the bell. I cried on and off the entire rest of my shift and am still struggling two hours later to move past their cruelty. I’m trying to do something nice for other people and something that makes me feel good inside. They make it seem like I am ringing some giant loud cowbell, but it’s not like that at all. If they want complete silence, they probably should not have set up their business in a mall with noises and people or leased a space without doors; it’s funny how the noise never seems to be a problem when it is their Chinese TV shows and music from their cell phones that they are playing on speaker mode. One day, the older man was even out there SINGING ALOUD to the music blaring from his phone, but it’s my tiny bell that is the problem.I’d also like to add that on my very first day of bell ringing, the older man was constantly staring at me and smiling, and at the end of my shift he told me I was beautiful as I was leaving. The staring and leering continued the next day, and on the third day, he brought me candy. He was making me uncomfortable, but I thought I would just deal with it and just try to avoid his looks.I did not want to make things awkward or cause problems; I just wanted to ring my bell and raise money like I signed up to do. While I am happy that all the staring and leering has stopped once I refused to stand silently like a mannequin next to the kettle, he did yell to me today that I was “crazy” when I was struggling to compose myself and suppress the tears after his relative shamed me and bullied me about the little bell, the little bell he has never even witnessed because his business is on the total other side of the mall. These people are so mean.ORIGINAL POST: The woman is very MEAN. I am a VOLUNTEER bell ringer for the Salvation Army raising money for POOR PEOPLE who have nothing. Two days in a row she has told me to basically just stand here silently and not ring the bell; the indoor bell is so quiet as it is. This is a MALL, not a library. I was actually considering patronizing her business, but not now knowing how rude she is to VOLUNTEERS trying to raise money for the poor. If she has an issue, she should take it up with the mall, not a VOLUNTEER. What a total SCROOGE!

I’ve had excellent experiences here for 20-25 minute massages but this week I tried a 60- minute treatment for my escalating chronic pain. It was pure heaven! Every minute I felt grateful for their talented employees, the clean and relaxing environment that made it seem I was on a wonderful vacation being pampered. Every muscle was worked out and I left there with such relief. Best massage by far! I’ll continue this frequently as an investment in my physical and mental health. Thank you!!!

The guy only did 15 mins instead of 20 mins massage. And force to ask for tips 20%+ otherwise they will show their hidden guns at back of desk! I no kidding because I am black so the asian guy showed me his Glock19 !!! and ask me for 15 dollar tips which the massage itself is only $30. Dont come to this place unless u want to get rob!!!

Love the availabilities and prices... just walk in and receive a wonderful massage. The only drawback I have experienced is the depth and intensity of the massage. Even after asking to go lightly, the pressure is always the same, even to the point of having to stop the massage one time.

Simply put, WOW!Im no stranger to American massage. I love my massage therapist. This was something different. My muscle groups were warmed up, massaged lightly. She would move to the next muscle and do the same thing. Then she would return to the previous muscle, warm it up again, then really get into it. This cycle continued through the massage. I wish I had asked her name so I could recommend her when you visit this location.The facility was extremely peaceful. You even get to hear the facility. To clarify, you actually hear the slapping portion of a massage from the chairs and people laughing. At first I thought yikes, but quickly realized that was the sound of others getting healed as well. A certain calm was felt in the sounds. Nothing was heard that was not a healing sound. The facility had Chinese decor and fit the atmosphere well. It was certainly peaceful.I experienced the 90 minute table massage.

I love this place! It has kept me from the knife. I used to see a chiropractor but these therapists are more effective in keeping me relatively pain free. Clean, relaxing environment. My only criticism is that most of the therapists are not fluent in English. If you need to communicate any special direction, speak to the front desk person who will translate.

I see the reviews and I guess Im the one... it just wasnt great. I had reflexology that wasnt true reflexology.... it was just a foot massage. In the same day/service I had a full body massage that left much to be desired. Maybe my guy was not feeling it that day... maybe its just a great cheap place for people that dont know true massage or have expectations. You judge for yourself but I wont be going again.

Great place to go. Had issues with my back a few times and after a massage it was resolved. Only gave 4 stars because they now charge $5.00 extra forna table massage and they charge a fee for using your credit card to pay.

This is the best place to get a massage. My massage therapist really loosens me up with an accupressure approach. It helps tremendously with my low back and shoulder issues. The atmosphere is laud back and quiet with pleasant music playing in the background.

Worst massage Ive seriously ever had, I dont think these are reviews are from people who know what a good professional massage feels like. I planned on paying with my card and just leaving a cash tip, when she asked me how much of a tip I wanted to put on the card for her, I said dont put tip on the card because I intended to give her cash, she proceeded to yell at me, (suddenly she had perfect English) and said YOU LEAVE ME 5 DOLLARS FOR MY TIME!!! lady, I was planning on giving you a 10 dollar tip for your time until you started demanding it and yelling at me. This was a comical experience at least.

Best massage and no appointments necessary. Ive never had to wait either. My son told me about this place and Im so glad he did. Theyre very versatile whether you want to lay down or have a chair massage, a quick 10 minute or an hour. Theyre very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and its really clean!!

This was my first time and Im sorry I didnt go sooner. The place is relaxing and the staff was very friendly. My girlfriend and I called ahead and we got to go in a private room for two. We did 30min table and 30min feet. It was the best massage I ever had. The accupresher is a totally different kind of Massage. Ada was amazing!! She was very strong and really got my deep tissue. When I left I was relaxed and content. I was super impressed!! I will be going back and bringing my friends.

BE VARY AWARE OF THE COST!! This place does not itemize your request. I requested 45 mins on the table & 20 mins for my feet. The woman only spent ONLY 20 mins on my feet but I was charged for 30. Since English is not the 1st language, when I returned to inquire I was given double talk by one of the guys. So they got me for $10 because I was also supposed to get a discount of $5. I will NEVER return and I wouldnt recommend going to this place unless you speak the language or write down exactly what you want. Quite disappointing indeed. Hope this review helps someone!

Such a great place to get a massage! Very nice and clean environment, relaxing. Also the staff is great too... After I was done they offered me a water 💦 and cookie 🍪 I thought that was so nice of them.

I came here with my wife and for me was the first massage I ever had. I had them give me a hard 60 min massage knowing how tense my upper back was. I am so glad I went and instantly hooked - I plan coming back monthly. Highly recommended!

I really love this place! First off I don’t have to take any clothes off, just my shoes lol! Then they lay a sheet over you from upper back to feet. It is a secure and relaxing feeling. I am a wuss so I always tell them to go easy on me because they will really get in there and get that deeeeep tissue!There is NO talking or phone surfing etc so you can truly relax with the gentle music playing and the hushed voices of the staff. All of the staff have been very nice and very customer centric. The price is very fair I feel, even more so because I don’t have to play phone tag and wait for an appointment! They have two locations in the mall, but I just always go to the one by the theater.Also, this is a service-please tip people. They never make you feel like you have to but I tip the same as if I were dining out. I average 20% but of course better service deserves a fair tip.Hey, if you want to pamper yourself and leave a place feeling like you had a nap and an awesome relaxing massage, go here lol!

This is my FAVORITE place to get a massage! I used to get one once or twice a week when I worked across the street, and now I get one every time I’m in the area. They truly give thee best massage, each time! I always recommend them; definitely 5 stars!

Although the massage therapists do not speak English well, they are excellent at determining which muscles need the focus of their work. I trust them more than most other massage places. I usually do forty to sixty minutes on the table and another twenty on a foot massage.

I had probably one of the best 40 min massage in my life!!! I cannot wait to go back!!!!!!I went back with my sister rhe following week. She had my last therapist and agreed that he was the best!!!!! Unfortunately I had a therapist who obviously did not like being there. It was not good. He finished early and I had the opportunity to see how they set up for the next customer . . .They reused the sheets and did not wipe down the face craddle. I even asked why they were reusing the sheets and since they did not understand English, no one answered. I expect a massage establishment to provide clean sheets, etc. to each customer.I really want to go back to the first therapist, but being a germfobia, I may have to pass.

Walked in for a 30 min. chair massage. Tina did an awesome job working on all of my many chronic knots and problems. The 30 min. went by so quickly (at least for me), that I added on an additional 30 min. Glad I stopped by and cant wait for my next visit.

My husband and I love to come in and see Helen or Ada. What I like the most is that the massage is very targeted and that is exactly what I need because my job is demanding on my shoulders, back and feet since I stand many hours. This really is therapeutic massage.

Skilled massage staff, accommodating, walk-ins welcome, although English is second language for most effort is made for clear communication. Facility is clean, staff wore masks and gloves, all equipment disinfected between clients.
