I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I have to bc of such a bad experience.I scheduled a couples massage appointment via text to surprise my husband for his birthday (on Sunday). However, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 20 minutes, only to be told that they had cancelled our appointment. They explained that they had tried to confirm it the day before but couldnt reach anyone, claiming they had dialed the wrong number. I had clearly included my phone number in the text, so they could have easily double-checked. I booked it on Tuesday, and they never said it was confirmed, so I even followed up with them on Wednesday to make sure we were good to go.We ended up leaving, and it completely ruined my husband’s birthday plans. Also, not mentioning I took my time to do all research and decided to give it a try because of your good reviews. Now, it went for nothing. This is our first also last time we are here. We will NEVER return to this place.

My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage here and we both really enjoyed it. Everything is so nice and clean and the massages were excellent. Will definitely be back!

Purchased a Groupon a while back and made an appt via text for a couples massage. They dont tell you ahead of time, but you need to be there on time or early or else the time can be taken out of your service if youre late. The staff speaks very limited English and whoever massaged me had to also tend to the front whenever someone walked in (interrupted my service). Tip $15 minimum required per person. Parking is hard to find on a weekend in the lots.Their technique was superb and its beautiful and modern inside.

Great service, friendly well trained masseuses, fair price. Would highly recommend the hot stone massage. Went here for my 20th Anniversary for a 60 min. Deep tissue couple massage and it was a hit. Thank you to K Spa and Body.

We had a couples massage with Kathleen and Linda and both my husband and I were very pleased. The massages were excellent and the environment was clean and relaxing. We are going to purchase a package and come back regularly.

Called to try to get an appt. Told us there is a spot. We showed up. Then she us she checked the calendar wrong there weren’t any spots. Basically made us drive one hour and didn’t get a massage. Bad service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very mediocre experience. Went based on great reviews and was let down significantly.The good - Setup is clean, calm and nice - no issues with that. The bad -1. the massage by itself left a lot to be desired. I am not sure if my therapist had an injury or was tired but for the majority of the massage she alternated between using one hand and two. This made it impossible to get any rhythm as the pressure kept alternating. Halfway through the massage her pressure dropped significantly and it felt like she was just looking for opportunities to run down the clock.2. Once you were done, the host makes the masseuse stand by her as she asks for feedback and the amount of gratuity i intend to give her. I felt so pressured that I tipped, offered no feedback and left.3. Its extremely misleading to have rates on your website that are a lot lower than the actual prices. Left a very poor impression.I do not recommend the spot. You can find far better options for lower prices without the pressure of gratuity / feedback being overtly shoved in your face.

I saw Linda and it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. It was extremely productive but SO relaxing at the same time. She knew exactly what to do with the pain I was having and checked in several times to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic hot stone massage! The bed was warm, the music was excellent and the massage was wonderful and relaxing. Exactly what I was looking for! The girls were so helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Was left in a room by myself for 25 minutes, then got dressed and left.Places that tell you they have availability but really have a plan to just make you wait dont get repeat business from me. Rather they be honest.

I have been here twice for a couples massage, and both times have been wonderful! We did both the swedish 90 minute and 60 minute massage, and have had a great experience both times. Reasonably priced for high quality massages and is very clean!

It’s just a good massage place to unwind. My husband and I came for 1h couple massage. Overall it’s a nice, clean place with pleasant stuff. I took one start as we felt that in the end of the day they were a bit in a rush and missed some spots during session.

Very disappointing. K Spa in Lost Altos does not keep appointment times. They asked me at the last minute to wait 30 or more minutes because of another customer. This is not how to adjust around customers.

Best massage ever. I love Kay and so do all the people I’ve recommended to her. She is so skilled, kind, and smart.

Left feeling pampered and relaxed! Such a calm, soothing atmosphere. Clean. Highly recommend the massage with hot stones. Masseuse consistently checked in regarding the strength/pressure and I received a full 90 minutes as advertised. Will be back!

I do not recommend this place for a massage.I get massages about once a month and was looking for a new spa to get a swedish massage and relax, but instead I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed in the lack of professionalism. These are the things I experienced at my massage which has never happened at any other massage Ive had: 1) I never met my therapist before the massage. I thought the lady who checked me in and walked me to the room was my therapist but someone entirely different came in afterwards 2) because I didnt meet my therapist we didnt talk about areas that were bothering me or areas to avoid 3) the massage itself was odd and not a swedish massage. It felt like the therapist was just going through the motions quickly and wasnt experienced 4) the therapist climbed on top of the table to work on the hip flexors. Ive had work on my hip flexors before by other therapists and they never climbed on the massage table 5) towards the end of my massage someone opened the door without knocking or asking if they could enter!

Such a great experience! It was my first time today, the place is clean, the hosts are very nice. I did a Swedish massage and it was perfect! I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
