Saigon Spa

My partner and I recently visited Saigon spa for a couples massage, hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling quite disappointed. There was a noticeable difference in the quality of service between the two masseurs. The female masseurs technique was very soft, almost ineffective. Despite my partners repeated requests for more pressure, there was no significant improvement. My masseur (male) did not use hot towels to clean the oil off my body, which left me feeling sticky and uncomfortable. Whereas my partners female masseur properly cleaned her body with 8 hot towels. Expected a lot better than this service. We hope the spa address these issues to ensure a more consistent and satisfying experience for future guests.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to book a 90 minute deep tissue massage appointment already for the next day. Many other places didn’t have such availability.Checking in was smooth with the kind and prompt receptionist and the deep tissue massage was wonderful with Anna! I will definitely come here again and recommend their services!

Saigon Spa is a relaxing retreat! Got the Swedish massage with body scrub. The heated bed was nice and cozy and all the inside is well kept. The shower was spacious and nice and large shower area and fluffy towels

Mom came to visit from Puerto Rico. And she LOVES massages. Brought her here last year and she raved about it. So we went back again this year. For me, Anna was great! She was very thorough and explained things along the way. She took her time and even offered to go a little deeper on my shoulders after my appt. was concluded. I felt like she cared and wanted to make sure I was happy and relaxed.This was my sister-in-law’s first massage ever. Her masseuse was Dori. She said her experience was great as well. She felt relaxed and comfortable. She only had to tell her once to adjust pressure.My mom’s masseuse was Rachel. I think there was a language barrier between them. My mom kept asking for lighter pressure, but, Rachel did not adjust it accordingly. Long story short, my poor mom was so sore that night and the next day. If we go back, I’ll make an appointment for my mom with Anna and I will go with someone else.Host was very nice and helpful. The salon was very clean.

My husband and I visited today for the couples Swedish massage. I had Natalie and he had Emma and both of us felt very relaxed at the end of the massage. Natalie has amazing technique and was able to get all of the knots out of my neck and upper back. I am very very selective about where I get my massages and not only do the masseuses have great technique, scheduling is easy and the spa is very clean and spacious. Will definitely be returning !

We went here as a treat from me for my husband on his birthday. I had Ana for a Swedish massage and it definitely didn’t feel like enough time as it was such a good exper. Ana was attentive and kept checking in on my comfort and constraints which was really nice. Will definitely be booking 90 mins next time.This is our second time here but the service and ambiance is what will probably keep bringing us here.

I had an amazing experience with Rachel for a deep tissue massage! Her technique was incredibly effective and relaxing. I left feeling rejuvenated and tension-free. I wanted a massage on my birthday and selected Saigon Spa purely on the basis of its Yelp rating. I selected the masseuse for the same reason, and neither of them disappointed! In fact, this was one of the best massages I have EVER had. I will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Anna and I must say, it was nothing short of amazing! Her skills are truly remarkable and her attention to detail is unparalleled. From the moment I walked in, Anna made sure I was comfortable and took the time to understand my specific needs.During the massage, Anna used a variety of techniques to work out all my knots and tension. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to identify and target the areas that needed the most attention. This review is for the front desk. I have had many massages with both Anna and Emma, and thought they were really great.The front desk *always* asks me to change my appointment time (like I didnt choose a specific time when I made my appointment?). If I can, I will be flexible and move my schedule around to accommodate them.Today, when they asked me to move my appointment, I decided that: (1) since I dont feel so good (headache, sore throat), and (2) my husbands coworkers tested positive for Covid, I should probably cancel my appointment. I am immediately hit with the $40 fee.I have been flexible throughout the duration of my membership, when I can be, but is that flexibility reflected back to the customer? No. Clearly they would have preferred I spread my sick germs at their place of business.Truly, enjoyed the massages, I moved further away and still was making the drive to keep my membership but constantly asking for flexibility from your customers and the immediate reaction being no flexibility returned doesnt sit well with me.To be clear, as shown in the screenshots, they did say they would waive the fee but its the initial jump to Oh $40 after you have been a flexible customer that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

This is the best massage place I’ve been to hands down, the service is exceptional as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who offered water and with a nice smile. My masseuse Nikki did an outstanding job with my left me relaxed and I felt great through my massage. I came all the way from San Jose and I will definitely be coming again.

Got a couples massage here for our anniversary and it was the most amazing massage I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is so peaceful, and the staff are so kind. Before walking out, we were already talking about when we wanted to book another massage. If you want an excellent spa experience, definitely go here!

Sarah is a skilled masseuse and I wish I would have found her sooner. She made sure I was happy with the pressure and continued the massage with the same firm pressure I asked for. The spa itself is clean and has a calming decor.

I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was wonderful! My upper back was very tight but she worked through the knots without it being too painful. The massage was thorough and extremely relaxing, I would highly recommend this place!

Terrible massage. The massage therapist didnt know what she was doing. Felt like lotion was being circulated for an hour. Wish I got my money back. Then they put a lotion on your face without asking expecting that you may not be allergic to the lotion.... Terrible I want my money back. AND TO TOP IT OFF THE GUY AT THE DESK SAID PEOPLE USUALLY TIP $15 not $10.... Excuse me!! Stop acting like I’m the reason because I chose Swedish you don’t know what you’re doing. You don’t have know pressure points and your sayings “gentle” no terrible do not enter this awful place

I have adjusted the rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.Previous Review: Ive received a mediocre massage and a fantastic massage here. Calming atmosphere and incredibly clean. Seems a little pricey, but I suppose most places are now. Great location with plenty of parking. Ill adjust my rating to 5 stars if I continue to get fantastic masseuses.

What a great find! I was in need of a massage, so I decided to browse Groupon. I stumbled upon this place, and I found a gem. I booked a couples massage for me and my boyfriend and added the deep tissue. Both our masseuses were AMAZING! I would definitely come back. The place is relaxing, and I left feeling very relaxed. This place was professional and easy to find. So happy I found this place.

I recently got a 60min massage + body polish and it was terrible. Hands down the worst “professional” massage of my life. 0 massage technique and didn’t relieve any tension in my body at all. And don’t get me started on the body polish. The female misuse had rubbed my body so hard leaving my skin raw, red, and burning. Last but not least the service is terrible and you can tell they do not care about their clients/in a rush.To reply to you guys: I came in last night at 6/11/24 @6:45pm. And my skin is literally red and raw from the body scrub. My mom who came with me has scratches all over her body from the scrub.

Another delightful massage, both my husband and I really enjoyed our treatments. This place is a hidden gem, all the therapists Ive had over time have been very good. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!

This is now my second visit to Saigon Spa. I chose Jane as my masseuse both times. I got the signature massage 90 minutes and it was simply amazing. Both times I came with a sore lower back and upper back muscles in knots. The wonderful Jane was so careful to focus on the rough spots, all the while paying attention to all the other muscle groups.Jane is amazing for sure, and the staff at the front counter kind and professional. I just got home, and I am scheduling my next appointment now. I love Saigon Spa!

Excellent spa for the area. Small, but reasonably priced. I was able to make a same day appointment which was a relief. The spa is super clean and peaceful with music, dim lighting, and a captivating water feature on one of their walls. You leave your shoes and wear provided sliders for cleanliness. You are in a room with a closed door as opposed to a curtain, so complete privacy, as well as quiet from other attending patrons. I received a massage (amazing!) and body scrub. I recommend a shorter body scrub if your skin is even the slightest bit sensitive. There is a shower down the hall that you must waddle to after your scrub to rinse off, sprinkling salt all the way. That was the only down side. I certainly will return.

Best massage Ive ever had. Lots of times, I leave massages thinking I wish they concentrated on xyz a little more or added more pressure but not this time. The deep tissue massage really helped. Id definitely go back!

I purchased a groupon after reading the positive reviews. Making an appointment is easy, either by booking online or by phone. I had a wonderful 60 minute Swedish massage with Nikki. She was pleasant, and very skilled. I will be returning!

The space is very clean and relaxing. They got a spacious bathroom and shower room (did not use) the front desk receptionist is warm and welcoming. I’ve found Saigon spa through Groupon but I wouldn’t mind coming back again. I got my massage from Anh and she used the right pressure and easily found my knots and tensions and helped me loosen them. Thank you Anh! For being so thorough!

I came here for a groupon couples massage for 1 hour ~145 after some discounts off Groupon.The massage was overall quite relaxing! I liked how they used hot stones and they were also very attentive and checked in quite often. I enjoyed how it was full body and they even massaged my face. The overall check-in process was really simple and the place was very clean and easy to go in and out.

Been going to Saigon Spa for a number of months and Nathalie never disappoints with her deep tissue massage. Her pressure is always perfect and she finds the spots that I didn’t even know needed attention. I come to my appointment with sore and tight muscles and Natalie’s massage expertise and wonderful stretches leave me feeling refreshed and revived. Nathalie keeps my muscles and mind in tune for the month until the next appointment.Staff is great and place is clean. Easy to use online platform to schedule and communicate.

Hidden gem in Los Altos! Love that I can get a great massage a few minutes away from home. I have found it difficult to find a strong masseuse for my tense muscles but I had a great massage from Sarah today! She was able to focus on my trigger points to help release my muscle strain. I definitely will be going back and joined the membership.

We had a really good experience at Saigon Spa. We did a 90 min body polish, which includes a 60 min massage and a 30 min body scrub. Sarah and Dory worked on us and they were attentive and very receptive to feedback. I nearly slept off during my massage. Both of us wish they had spent a little more time massaging on the front side, hence docking one star. But besides that the massage was very relaxing and professional. The front room staff was also kind and cooperative. We will come back again.

We got our first couples massage here it was great! My wife had Emma and I had Tina. Certainly one of the best massages we have had in the bay area. As someone who massages other people regularly as part of own my profession, I feel I have a good read of people’s ability and I can honestly say I trust their skills from what I experienced. Have been here twice so far and Ive enjoyed both visits. Most recently had a massage by Sara, who has very precise technique and surprising strength for her size. I had a deep tissue massage and she was able to find several knots and work on them. Looking forward to my next visit.

We have been to Saigon Spa many times now. We have enjoyed out time at the spa. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The variety of the massage styles has been great for our needs. I prefer deep tissue massages, while my partner prefers Swedish massages. Weve both been happy with our service and leave there fully relaxed. Thank you!

Honestly, I dont give 5 stars easily, but I think Emma of Saigon Spa is worth it. The spa is very clean (you have to change your street shoes to the indoor sleepers provided). The table is warm and comfy.

I go to Nikki for a monthly Swedish or Deep tissue massage and have gone over 5 times now. She always asks if there are any specific problem areas and actually focus on them. Her technique is amazing! I can tell she can feel tight spots and knows what to do to release tension or knots. Basically you are guaranteed to feel great in the end! She asks if you want a head massage or you can skip it. I recommend her if you like firm, thorough massages that start out soft to relax the body and gradually increases in intensity.

Saigon Spa redeemed themselves after a bad experience. I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage for my boyfriend, and the first experience was not good. Once I reached out and let them know about the experience, they offered to make it up by providing another deep tissue massage with a more experienced massage therapist free of charge. The second time my boyfriend went in for the makeup massage, he said it was night and day difference. This time it was a great experience, and he didn’t want it to end. Saigon Spa really showed that they care about their customers and we will come back in the future. Thank you!

Drove all the way from Redwood City but didn’t regret it.The place is super clean and smelled amazing(wonder what they are using for the smell).The stuff were supper nice and professional.Sally was my masseuse. The massage was amazing but the receptionist at the end thinking he’s smart by exclaiming in front of the whole waiting room “ok so do you want to give 25, 30%?” So that people can feel forced to give crazy tips was a slimy, unethical move. Be better

This place is absolutely heaven. My husband and i got a same day appointment for a couples massage and both had a wonderful experience. The massages are so amazing and the beds are extremely comfortable. Perfect pressure, and they stretch your body too. The face massage was insanely good too. We will be going again for sure.

If your body, back, neck, ect.. are stiff and in moderate pain, then you should book a body message from Saigon Spa. I would highly recommended and give Miss Dory more than five stars. She is not just loosening up your muscles but also takes away your aches and pains.I was in severe neck and back pain for three days. After 90 minutes visit with Miss Dory , I was able to turn my neck and rotate my back with out any pain or aches at all.Highly recommended Miss Dory for your services.Enjoy the quality treatment from Miss Dory.Cheers.

The technician I got did not seem to really understand how to massage neck tissues so I ended up with some neck pain afterwards. You would hope that you get massage to release the pain and not make it worse. Also - PLEASE CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT bc they can overcharge you - that happened to me.

Facility is clean and nice, but massage was one of the most disappointing ones I have even received. I was unsure if my masseuse spoke any english because she didnt engage at all. I expect a masseuse to ask what areas to focus on or even check in on pressure, but there was 0 communication. Massage felt like she was barely touching me and I got nothing out of it. Expected a lot better from this place.

I had a really decent experience here. My back has been aching for a couple of days so I decided to give this place a try. Parking was easy to find. Both the receptionist and the massage therapist, Christine were professional and friendly. After the one hour massage, I feel rejuvenated!They have a 5 dollar off promotion on the Signature Massage if you check in on yelp. (Only valid for first timers)

Anne did a fabulous job. I came in for a swedish. She recommended that we do a combination of thai and swedish since my body was quite sore from exercise. She did a thorough job. I feel relaxed and energetic.

Too much hoopla about average place.It’s well kept but scheduling and quality of massage is awful.You have to keep 2 hrs open for a 1 hour massage as they usually run 20-30 mins late.The masseuses are not strong , if you are above 5.5 feet tall or a big person then they end up moving around you too much and it’s just a very low pressure massage. If you are serious about massage and want some deep tissue rub;this is NOT the place. It was not fun.

Went to this place couple weeks ago, the facility was very clean and seems like they clean the bed and sheets for every customer. However, the massage experience was just average.

Did the couples special spa Swiss treatment and it was wonderful. Nikki and Nancy were very skilled and did a great job. 👍🏾👍🏾

Massage was just okay but they double charge me for the tip. I paid tip with credit card but when I come out, reception lady insist me to pay tip in cash to the massage lady. I told her I already paid tip up front but she keep saying paying tip in cash is better. End up she double charge me tip. Also service charge is bit expensive than other place without better service.

Avoid this place with groupon. They take long time to schedule an appointment if you have groupon.They rescheduled my appointment multiple times and finally when we reached at the given time, they did not honor the appointment and I could see there were other customer who they took instead of us. Giving a 1 is not easy. But, the front staff think theyre the only people understand some Vietnamese. How rude! Plus add to that Winnie had the sniffles, but I thought maybe allergies. Nope three days later, Congratulations you have the Flu! Thought about requesting my money back, but decided on this instead.

One time i went there, it was one lady ( black hair and short height with glasses ) with nooo feeling at all and did normal massage,And next time i went there it was nice Vietnamese lady with nice attitude and better massage,Thank you,
