I went in for a full body massage and facial. it was so wonderful! it honestly felt like a burden has been lifted from my shoulder and neck. I carry lots of tension on my neck and shoulder from daily work. the ladies were so nice and professional. The facial was absolutely amazing too! It managed to bright and deep clean my face. I would for sure come back and recommend to my friends. Thank you for your services!

I agree with Irene. I went in with mid shoulder pain and asked for help. They did not focus on that area and proceeded to walk on my back. It was extremely painful, not because of the weight, it was due to them focusing on my spinal cord. Last time I checked, they arent chiropractors. Trained and certified professionals would know that. I walked out of the place with more back pain than what I came in with. I dont recommend this place. They also ask for you to pay upfront along with the tip.

Ronnie is an expert waxer. She uses special waxes for different parts of the body so you are much less likely to get ingrown hairs. Ive been very happy going there now for a couple of years.

The worst massage experience Ive ever had. There are better places out there! Like most of the other reviewers on Yelp, I tried this place out because I bought a Groupon deal. You get what you pay for.VENUE and ENVIRONMENT: Instead of individual private rooms, people are in their own space partitioned off by curtains. There is no white noise generator, no music, so everything is everyones business. Behind the curtain next to mine was someone getting waxed. Not exactly relaxing.The massage table barely had linens on it. No blanket, just a single sheet a quarter of the size of a regular sheet on top of the table which had another thin sheet. It barely covered my body. The face pillow initially had no linens on it either, until the massage therapist covered it with a paper towel. At that point I should have listened to my instincts and walked out of the place, as one customer did while I was there (after he paid and was ushered in, he said he changed his mind and asked for a refund; I could hear all this clearly since there was no privacy!.MASSAGE: The massage therapist did not seem to know what she was doing. She did not hit the acupressure points in the right places and massaged my bones rather than the muscles and fascial tissue. She did not use much oil which left her rubbing and stretching single areas on my skin vigorously. She kept commenting about how stiff my shoulders were, and was unable to work anything out despite spending about 20 minutes working on them (in contrast, the massage therapist I regularly go to managed to effectively work it the next day out which enabled me to get a full 9 hours of sleep that night). She also did some very strange things like get on the table and massage my glutes with her knees. It was hardly therapeutic and it did not feel good. There were too many times during the hour when I felt like getting off the table and leaving.CLIENT INTERACTION: When the massage was over, the owner asked me how it was. Since the massage therapist was standing next to me, it would have been too awkward to have said anything other than OK. Just OK?!!, the owner exclaimed, as if I gave the wrong answer. She then tried to sell me a package of 3 massages for $39 each, the price I paid for my Groupon. When I turned her down, she shot back at me, Why not?!! with an energy that made it clear she was not open to feedback and that I was wrong. I couldnt wait to get out of there fast enough.
