Dancer University

I’ve loved Dancer University’s programs for years but this new studio exceeded all of my expectations! Beautiful large studios, cool lighting everywhere, and a community like no other. Nicole, the studio owner, is a fantastic dancer and an even more impressive teacher - she was my first salsa teacher, and was able to take me from zero to a dancer with lots of attention to detail and support. Dancer University also hosts classes with world-class instructors and dancers. Studio rental price is more than fair, and I’ve met so many wonderful friends and professionals through Dancer University’s classes and events. Highly recommended!

I love this space! I dance salsa and bachata and dancer U has a very spacious and nice space for me to practice my dancing. The classes are tailored to all levels so I managed to grow my skills with the different instructors, and everyone there is super nice and have lots of new information. I love it and will be coming here very often! Thanks to Nicole and the whole dancer U crew!

Dancer University is truly exceptional! I came in with no dance background whatsoever, and thanks to their incredible instructors and supportive environment, I can now confidently call myself a dancer. The courses are designed to cater to all skill levels, and the teaching methods are clear, engaging, and motivating. The staff genuinely care about your progress and push you to exceed your own expectations. Dancer University transformed me into a dancer, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Best Bachata dance studio in Los Angeles! Go take Sensual Bachata Classes any day of the week! I love the flexibility of their drop in classes. People are friendly and welcoming!

This space is incredible and Nicole’s community building is some of the best I’ve ever seen. This is a great place to come to dance and to learn and to meet interesting, adventurous people. I’m a huge bachata fan because of everything dancer university helped to teach me. Made a bunch of friends because of this place too.

Amazing dance studio. Nicole and Alan are great instructors. I took their Bachata Boot Camp and went from not being able to dance to being able to dance full songs. Very worth taking lessons if you want to start social dancing in the La scene
