The Vault Night Club & Lounge

Recently was called the bank and wasnt fond of it too much, but now since theyve remodeled, its a lot of fun. They have really cool looking furniture and disco balls! bottle service is also fairly priced, unlike hollywood prices that are sky rocketed! Ultimately, I always have a great time!

This review is for their Saturday nights only. I love the fact that this club is huge and has a really nice dance floor. I also like the variety in music(hip hop, electro, salsa, reggaeton, bachata, & Spanish rock). The main stage plays mostly latin music and has a live salsa orchestra. The bartenders are nice, the dress code is somewhat strict, the line starts to get pretty packed by 10;30ish so definitely head up there a little bit earlier than that!

Havent gone clubbing in a while because I was tired of the expensive prices and bad attitudes of the staff, but recently checked out the vault and completely changed my perception! Really different looking club with actually a nice staff to run it. I was celebrating my best friends bday and we ordered a few bottles and they gave us a complimentary bottle because it was his bday, it was a part of their bday bottle service special! parking was easy and drinks were awesome, I will def visit this place again :)

Its very nice the dancers are very pretty hot the music always gets you going(dancing) the bartenders are the best the know what type of drink you like by just looking at you they know their drinks. the restrooms are extra clean not like other nightclubs.

I personally had a bad experience visiting this place. My friend and I were in town and we were looking for a place to go out at night. My friend called this place to get on guestlist and he was told by the person that the guestlist is closed at 11. With this in mind, we arrive 30 mins before 11 with a very short line outside for the guestlist. Outside there are 3 lines for admission, guestlist, general admission and express. We ended up waiting 45 minutes in the guestlist line and saw people well far in the back of the general admission line, which was much longer than the guestlist line, get in before we did. By the time we got inside it was 11:15 and the person inside the club asked if we were on guestlist which we said we were. She said it was $20 to enter. My friend told her that the line was clearly being stalled and held off, hence why we are in past 11. She responded that the guestlist for guys closes at 10, and girls it closes at 11. My friend responded that the guy over the phone never said that. She apologized and said thats not the case. Technically the guy over the phone didnt lie, but that is very misleading and should have said that guys need to be in before 10 to not pay cover. Surprised by the price, I asked her well outside there are different lines, what is the difference between the guestlist line and the general admission line, in which she straight up looked at me and responded there isnt a difference. We paid the $20 considering we waited in line for nearly an hr, and we werent going to go somewhere else just to wait in line again and pay the same price given the time. Once inside, the club was very ghetto, one of the worst that Ive been to. The only upside to the club was that there was fine looking go-go dancers, and the history behind the club (the club used to be a bank which had a vault that still is being used in the club, hence the name). Granted that it was a saturday and it was latin night, the music was completely latin, rap music that was extremely ghetto, and nothing that you could dance to unless you were plastered. There was no dress code as people walked in with tennis shoes and regular t-shirts. Girl to guy ratio was 20:80 as all the guys were on the prowl trying to surround the little women on the dance floor. Drinks were over $10 and overall waste of money. I would not recommend anyone to go to the club and dont see how this club has 4.5 stars at all.

I went on a friday night and it was a pretty mixed crowd. my friends friend knew someone and we got in for free at around 1130. I thought the venue was pretty, and i really liked the dj and the music. i also liked the flashy lights and the fake fog =P...not really a fan of getting hit by ice chips when the fog machine came on and landed on everyone. i guess they think we like that? i cant really remember what else, i just know i had fun and i would definately come back here again. =)

I mainly enjoyed this place due to it having a diverse and mixed crowd! I got there around 11 so the line was pretty packed so i guess its a good idea to go a little bit earlier to beat the line. Drinks were made pretty good and not highly priced, i had a pretty good time with my friends!

When I went, on a friday, dj justin credible from power 106 was there so he had great music, the drinks were good, but the line to get in was terrible, I waited for like 20 minutes and I was on the guest list!! But I had a lot of fun, no drama :)

If you want to try something new out of the typical hollywood scene, then here is the place to go. Their drinks are a lot cheaper and so is admission! just gotta beat that line! they have such a diverse playlist of music and also the crowd, had a great time!

Worst night club ever. Besides waiting for 40 minutes in the guest list line, two of my friends where bribed by the bouncer just because they didnt have proper shoes, and later pulled aside. Two hours later a fight was going to occurs but was intervened my security, what got to me the most was that securities did not bothered to take the two young ladies that constantly keep fighting through the whole night outside. to top it off I was caught in the middle of one of the fights. I Got soaked with a drink she threw. I am definitely not going back there again

Friday nights are by far the best nights to go to the vault just because dj Justin Credible is spinning and he brings a great crowd out! people are super friendly there and everyone is having a great time! Their Vault room is super cool as well! awesome place to host a bday/occassion! love it

Music: awesome people: equal amount of girls and guys service: awesome! the seviceis what brings me back every time. Im ready to dance. I saw KID INK here not bad for a free show love it

I went to this club with some of my friends last week for one of my friends birthdays and i could say we had a great time, line wasnt too bad, parking was easy and affordable and drinks were affordable, bathrooms clean and overall club was clean.

The best night club in LA downtown.If you are looking for a clean place to have a GREAT NIGHT!!! A place that is not super crowded and with good music choice... stop looking, THE VAULT NIGHT CLUB has all that you are looking for.

It was my first time going to this club on Dec. 1st my boyfriend took me to celebrate our Anniversary and let me tell you i loved it specially with Dj Eddie One best night ever... am thinking of celebrating my bday thats comming up on Dec 14....

Worse service ever. I signed up for my bday party, free bottle service (liars) at this dump. My guest could not get in without asking for a bribe from management at vip and from security staff. Fauls advertizement for real. This place suck big time!!! High robbery here. . Two thumbs down!!!! Stay away youll thank me some day.

Nice small place but its isolated from the rest of the dtla clubs. Staff was friendly. Bouncers, bar tenders, and beautiful go gos. Drinks are cheap and the music is good
